This study was conducted in 2014 with Osong International Bio Industry Expo volunteers as the subjects of the study. The study has analyzed whether their participation motivation, participation satisfaction, and educational training have moderating effects between their motivation and satisfaction. The purpose is to offer implications for successfully holding large events in the future. The findings are as follows. First, the internal reward, a sub-factor of participation motivation, had statistically significant effects on the six elements of volunteering satisfaction. Second, the external reward, a sub-factor of volunteering motivation, had statistically significant effects on the four elements of volunteering satisfaction: self-satisfaction about their abilities; satisfaction in pursuing changes; satisfaction in the event and satisfying interests. However, their satisfaction in self-growth and in interactions were excluded from the volunteering satisfaction elements that were critically affected by the external reward. Third, the training had moderating effects between their internal reward and satisfaction in the event. Forth, the training had moderating effects between their external reward and satisfaction in the event.

This study is to analyze and evaluate the factors affecting the selection satisfaction of major of radiology students. After conducting a questionnaire survey on radiology students, we conducted t-test and multiple regression analysis. There was a significant difference between the preference and current factor among the selection of department. There were significant differences in clinical practice between practice environment, practice guidance, practice time and evaluation, satisfaction after practice, and employment. There were significant differences in curriculum framing, professor teaching and evaluation, support facilities, education system satisfaction, and curriculum satisfaction. As a result, it is necessary to develop system for increasing satisfaction with student's major selection and to improve the quality of education.

As the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, each university and the Korean government has opened a variety of convergence curriculum to foster human resources capable of actively adapting to the paradigm shift and raising creative capacity. It is necessary to analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of the new curriculum and to continuously improve the curriculum. The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences of factors affecting student's satisfaction about convergence curriculum composed of three sub - processes with different contents of business according to the necessity. The measuring instrument was a factor analysis using the SERVQUAL - based satisfaction survey tool. The field of regional studies has developed various programs. In the process of human fusion and human intensification, the qualities and trust of teachers are important.

The authors of this study conducted research on universities located in China, and the primary purpose of the study was to test whether the quality factors of university education service have a positive (+) effect on student satisfaction. The secondary purpose of the study was to identify and analyze whether university instruction and curriculum variables had a positive regulatory effect on the relationship between quality factors and student satisfaction. First, Research Hypothesis 1, which suggested that university education service quality factors would have a positive effect on student satisfaction, was adopted. As the second analytical process of the study, controlled regression analysis was used to verify whether instruction and the curriculum had a regulatory effect on the relationship between the university education service quality factors and student satisfaction. When the two variables were analyzed as control variables, the results showed that curriculum had a significant positive regulatory effect, and instruction was shown to not be suitable for generating win-win cooperation or synergistic effects. The contributions of the theoretical perspective of this study were the analysis of the relationship between university education service quality factors in Chinese universities and student satisfaction, and systematically linking instructions and the curriculum and analyzing the impact on student satisfaction. The study implies that it would be more effective to analyze additional factors in the operation of universities through in-depth analysis on instruction from a practical standpoint.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of franchisor's training on franchisee's trust and relationship satisfaction. In addition, it investigated the difference in the perception of franchisor's training system by the duration of the franchise contract and the frequency of franchisor's visiting. In order to carry out the empirical study, a questionnaire was distributed to franchisees from July 26 to September 1, 2009, and a total of 255 copies were returned and used for analysis. In analyzing the data, three factors of the franchisor's training were obtained: pre-training, franchisor training, and supervisor training. These three factors had a significant effect on franchisee's trust and satisfaction with the relationship. Also, There was significant differences among franchisor's training by duration of the franchise contract. The findings of the study suggested useful implications in the related industries.

급변하는 미래 사회 환경에서의 청년 실업문제 및 직업진로에 대한 불안요소 극복을 위해서는 다양성에 대응하는 유연한 태도와 주도적인 진로 개발 역량 함양을 통한 실천적 자세가 요구된다. 사회 진출을 준비하는 대학생들에게 있어서 변화에 대응하는 새로운 혁신이 요구됨에 따라 기업가정신 교육의 필요성 또한 강조되고 있는 현실이다. 이는 비단 취업에만 국한되는 요구 역량이 아니며, 지속적으로 확장되고 있는 창업생태계에서 창업 지원 정책을 대하는 대학생 수요와 창업의지 변화에도 영향을 미칠 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 진로탄력성이 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 조사하고, 기업가정신 교육 만족도가 진로탄력성과 창업의지 관계에서 조절 효과로서 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해, 대학생의 기업가정신 교육 경험 여부를 통제한 상태에서 기업가정신, 진로탄력성과 같은 개인의 내적 영향요인으로 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 기업가정신 교육만족도의 조절 효과 여부를 확인하여 기업가정신 교육의 중요성을 밝히고 활성화하기 위해 본 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 통해 잠재적 창업가가 될 수 있는 대학생의 기업가정신 영향요인을 검증하고 연구 자료에 다양하게 비교할 수 있는 참고자료로서 도움이 되고자 한다.

This study was conducted by implementing a structural analysis regarding adult learners' learning outcomes and their affecting factors in the lifelong educational institutions in Daejeon area with 960 adult learners. Research result was as following. First, learner and educational characteristics were confirmed to have an indirect impact on learning outcomes, which were mediated by learning satisfaction and commitment. Second, adult learner's characteristics directly influenced to learning commitment and satisfaction as well as educational institutions did. Third, learning commitment also directly affected learning satisfaction and outcomes. Fourth, learning satisfaction had a strong influence on learning outcomes. By all accounts, learning outcomes was directly influenced by learner, educational characteristics, and learning satisfaction. In addition, learning outcomes was indirectly impacted by mediating with learning satisfaction and commitment. Therefore, lifelong educational institutions should reinforce any strategies in order to enhance learning outcomes such as developing and providing more variable programs, making better class atmosphere and facility, positioning highly qualified teachers, and one-stop administration services.

Due to the global pandemic caused by COVID-19 in 2020, there have been major changes in the education sites. Universities have fully introduced remote learning, which was considered as an auxiliary education, and non-face-to-face classes have become commonplace, and professors and students are making great efforts to adapt to the new educational environment. In order to improve the quality of non-face-to-face lectures amid these changes, it is necessary to study the factors affecting lecture satisfaction. Therefore, This paper presents a new methodology using big data to identify the factors affecting university lecture satisfaction changed before and after COVID-19. We use Topic Modeling method to analyze lecture reviews before and after COVID-19, and identify factors affecting lecture satisfaction. Through this, we suggest the direction for university education to move forward. In addition, we can identify the factors of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of lectures from multiangle by establishing a topic classification model with an F1-score of 0.84 based on KoBERT, a deep learning language model, and further contribute to continuous qualitative improvement of lecture satisfaction.

As the research about supplementary education of radiological technologist who works in Gyoungsangnam province, this study was conducted to draw the improvements by analyzing the satisfaction level and problems of the supplementary education. During November 01, 2016 to December 15, 2016, after we sent out a total of 250 questionnaires for the survey to radiological technologists working at medical institution located in Gyoungsangnam province, 200 questionnaires suitable for research were analysis by using SPSS 18.0 statistical analysis software. As the satisfaction factors, 21 items such as system, subject, help, appropriateness of lecturer selection, professionalism were used. And as the problem factors, 18 items such as place, transportation, diversity, administrative treatment, education promotion, proceed method were used. Consequentially, the satisfaction level(3.12 point) and problems(3.01 point) of the supplementary education were confirmed as normal level. The supplementary education is an essential education that any health and medical service personnel must complete. In order to improve the effectiveness and efficaciousness of the education, the diverse opinions and efforts to improve the education levels must be supported. Futhermore, through the realistic educational program, the continuous education for radiological technologist with excellent qualities and competence should be done.

The purpose of this study is to analyze factors affecting elementary school students' computational thinking and SW education attitude using a 3-level multi-level models. The results of this study are as follows: First, 'Computer at home', 'SW competition participation experience', 'SW education satisfaction', and 'SW awareness' have a statistically significant effect on the initial value of computational thinking while 'SW period of education' and 'SW education experience at after school' have a statistically effect on the change rate of computational thinking. Second, 'SW awareness', 'SW education satisfaction' and 'gender' have a positive effect on the initial values of SW education attitude whereas 'SW period of education' has a slight negative influence on the change rate of SW education attitude.
