  • 라즈베리파이에 아두이노를 사용해 조도, 냉각기, 열선패드 등의 센서를 사용하여 하드웨어를 구축한다. 또한 라즈베리파이에 웹 서버(PHP)를 구축하고 데이터베이스(MySQL)에 센서 값을 담아 실시간으로 웹 서버에 출력하고 제어한다. 본 논문에서는 환경이 조절되는 스마트팜의 설계 과정(UML, Use Case, DataBase 설계, 모듈 설계 등)을 포함하고 웹 서버에서 센서를 동작할 수 있게끔 만드는 과정을 설명한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 비평탄 지형에서 보행할 수 있는 탐사, 정찰 목적으로 설계된 12자유도 4족 보행 로봇의 구성과 주요사양을 설명하고 로봇 하드웨어의 설계 과정과 현실에서 로봇을 구동하기 전 시뮬레이션으로 로봇을 미리 구동시킨 실험결과 및 보행 안전성에 관련된 분석 결과등을 제시하고 실제로 로봇의 보행이 안정한지 확인하는 과정을 보여준다

Study on Recognitions of Department of Technology Education Professors Introducing 'Creative Engineering Design' Unit of Highschool Technology.Home Economics (고등학교 기술.가정 교과 '창의공학설계' 단원 신설에 따른 기술교육과 교수의 인식 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide a basis information for the education direction of 'creative engineering design' lesson to highschool students and pre-technology teachers by analyzing pre-experienced the d epartment of technology professors' recognitions, according to the newly opened unit 'creative engineering design' in 2009 revised highschool technology home economics education curriculum. The survey questionnaire was composed of 34 questions and collected from 16 department of technology education professors. The data was analyzed by SPSS program. The results of study were as follows : First, in 'creative engineering design' educational objectives, the highest average level(M) of response was problem solving ability, the opportunity of engineering experience and creativity improvement were followed. In the response about 'creative engineering design' educational contents, the average level(M) of the creative thinking method education was the highest(3.94). and the following important level was the write training education for presentation. Second, in the 'creative engineering design' educational areas, the professors preferred the idea conception, design, and production manufacturing area. In the teaching learning method, the average level(M) of design-based learning method was the first. and PBL, problem solving method were favored Third, in the 'creative engineering design' lesson manage, the secure of practice room and material cost, and the check of the progress situations were needed preferentially. In the education assessments, various and combined assessment preferred such as production, portfolio, and presentation. Fourth, in the pre-technology teachers' lesson of the university course, the product manufacturing level was preferred production to improve uncomfortable thing in life. The major difficulty in product manufacturing was the lack of major knowledge and product conception.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness the IoT program in online, and explore the applicability of the design course in consideration of design elements and realistic constraints for engineering education accreditation in online. For this study, IoT programs developed based on online classes were operated, and the effectiveness as a subject was verified through satisfaction surveys, competency test, and interview of participating students. In addition, by presenting design elements and realistic constraints in a online environment required to apply to engineering design courses, it is expected that they can be used as basic data in developing and operating actual design curriculum.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify characteristics which are related with design problem solving. For this, an effective problem solver and an ineffective problem solver have been compared and analyzed in terms of the process of design problem solving with a population of students who are enrolled in College of Engineering. This study can be concluded as follows. First, the process of design problem solving was performed in non-linear form and it was varied depending on individuals. Second, the results of problem solving could be varied according to the qualitative level of performance in each stage rather than according to the differences of consumption time by each stage. Third, the main activities in process of design problem solving were identifying a design brief, identifying requirements, exploring a problem solution, and idea modeling. Fourth, the making activities took place most frequently and the longest time in the entire process, meanwhile exploring a problem solution was related to the results of design problem solving.

  • Public institutions and owners have been introduced to Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools. BIM has become an important factor in the design process in undergrad programs. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the improvement of the architectural engineering design process through an analysis of BIM courses. BIM education courses are analyzed to compare the level of detail in BIM education. An architectural engineering design class needs to involve BIM in the introduction of an integrated design process. An architectural engineering design process needs to be based on understanding design, building structures, construction and building services. 3D Modeling helps support an understanding of building structure and eco-friendly element analysis. The new process of architectural engineering design education is proposed as a result of this research.

  • 공학설계에 있어서 보다 합리적인 최적설계 혹은 최적과 근사한 설계안을 얻기 위해서는 최적화모델에 표현할 수 없는 설계과정의 경험적 지식이나 의사결정과정을 지운할 수 있는 지식기반시스템이 결합되어야 할 필요가 있다. 본 글에서는 수치적인 계산결과만을 제공하는 최적화 기법의 한계와 기호처리에 중점을 두고 있는 지식기반시스탬의 한계를 극복하여, 보다 현실적인 최적 설계안을 도출할 수 있는 지식기반 최적설계시스템에 관한 연구현황과 관련기술을 살펴보았다.

  • This study includes the possibility of organizing courses that can accommodate both NCS-based and course-based qualifications program in terms of contracting departments operating a college-based work and study in parallel system, examining and comparing differences between the two qualifications. Based on the case study of mechanical design engineer based on the job of machine design, curriculum that meets both composition regulation is developed. The author predicts future operational differences and problems and suggests several ways to overcome them. In conclusion, a few words have been added to modify the composition regulations to help the professional educational institute that simultaneously operates a work parallel system and a course evaluation type as to develop the field-oriented curriculum minimizing the gap between provider-centered education and consumer-centered qualifications, and maximizing the performance of training and education.

막구조 건축물의 구조설계

  • 본 고에서는 막구조 해석.설계시의 주요 내용을 각 해석단계별로 간략히 소개하였다. 막구조는 막이론 자신이 가진 근사성, 요소의 탄성 특성의 근사, 막면 요소로 곡면을 나타내는 기하학적 근사 등으로 구조물의 형태, 막재료의 동특성에 따라 해석시 오차가 발생하게 되며, 또한 구조설계 단계에서 막 판넬 제작 및 시공에 대한 고려가 되지 않으면 그 오차는 더욱 크게 된다. 따라서 향후, 보다 정확한 막구조의 설계를 위해서는 섬유직포에 코팅한 막재의 역학적 특성을 보다 잘 표현할 수 있는 막재모델의 정식화, 막재단도 해석시 무장력 상태의 설계곡면을 구하는 방법, 막판넬을 접합하고, 장력을 도입하는 시공과정을 고려한 실초기 평형상태 및 시공과정 해석법에 대한 연구가 계속 되어야 한다. 또한 초기형상 해석에서 시공과정 해석까지 전 설계과정을 공통 Data Base에서 일관 작업이 가능하도록 막구조통합 설계 System의 개발이 필요하다.
