  • This paper is a study to check the flow of how addiction to media services has been studied from a long-term perspective, and to identify variables that can be the basis for future addiction research. Researchers noted the addiction of media services in adolescents in particular, and identified a combination of factors depending on the background of the times. Addiction variables were largely aggregated into four properties: adolescent properties, personal properties, media properties, and media-dependent properties. Addiction variables belonging to the attribute were influenced by major media and divided into four periods. During the study period, the frequency of variables was most related to personal attributes, followed by media attributes, adolescent attributes, and media-dependent attributes. Also Individual attribute variables gradually shifted from object-relationship to individual psychological factors. Variants in media attributes were influenced by the introduction and spread of new media. Variations in adolescent and media-dependent attributes have been weak in studies that observe teenagers' motivations for media use or are related to addiction, and no papers have been published since 2020. Although addiction research on media services is important in terms of industry, there has been an emphasis on social aspects, based on the results of this study, we hope to continue to study the variables of service users who can be used in terms of industry.

  • This study seeks to verify the effect size of the variables relating to job satisfaction through a meta-analysis focusing on previous papers over the last 20 years that have examined the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers and verified the trend by publication year through a meta-regression analysis. The study results are as follows. First, the results demonstrated that the total effect size of the variables relating to kindergarten teachers was large. Second, the organization's internal variable and organization's external variable groups, except for the individual characteristics variable group, showed a large effect size at similar levels. Third, the status of teachers in the individual characteristics variable group showed a meaningfully large effect size and the interpersonal relationship variable in organization's internal variable group showed a relatively larger effect size than the organizational climate variable did. Finally, the results of the verification of the trend by publication year showed that job satisfaction increased for all variables, except for the individual characteristics variable in more recent publications. This study highlights the imperative of making every effort to improve the organization's internal and external environment. In particular, measures to reduce job stress and work load are required. Furthermore, the atmosphere that is devoted to the teaching profession and teacher efficacy is important.

The subjects in this study were 171 child care teachers working in Gyeonggi province. Role performance questionnaire, the perceived supervisor's support scale, and the perceived burnout scale were used for this study. For the research analysis, frequency, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient, and Pearson's correlation were calculated and regression analysis were conducted. The results are as follows. Firstly, it was revealed that both child care teachers' role performance and the perceived supervisors' support had statistically negative significant correlations with child care teachers' burnout. Secondly, role performance had statistically meaningful negative influences on child care teachers' overall burnout. Training and teaching activities as a sub-variable of child care teachers' role performance had statistically meaningful negative influences on emotional exhaustion, a lack of feeling of personal accomplishment, and overall job burnout. Thirdly, supervisors' support also had statistically meaningful negative influences on burnout. Material support as the sub-variable had statistically meaningful negative influences on emotional exhaustion, dehumanization, a lack of feeling of personal accomplishment, and overall job burnout. Evaluative support had statistically meaningful and negative influences on dehumanization and a lack of feeling of personal accomplishment. Through the results of this study, it must be indicated that it needs to promote the support of the supervisor in the various aspects and to provide a way which child care teachers efficiently perform the role in order to reduce their burnout.
