This study analyzed the effect of department leadership 's leadership on department performance. The questionnaires were distributed from September 22, 2013 to October 13, 2013 to Daejeon and Chungnam area workers. The results of this study are as follows: First, the leadership of department head has a significant effect on the performance of department. (P <.001, ${\beta}=.613$), and task efficiency was statistically significant (p <.01, p = .270) The results of this study are as follows. Second, the communication ability of department heads showed a significant correlation between the department work efficiency and p <.01 significance level. In other words, it was confirmed that there was a positive correlation between department manager's communication ability and initiative' s achievement. The purpose of this study is to identify the importance of individual, organizational, and environmental factors by analyzing the influence of department leadership's leadership on departmental performance, and to investigate the differences according to individual characteristics of workers.

In this study, the objective of the study was to verify how college students' entourage and transformational leadership can affect employment and entrepreneurship perception. As the systematic management of knowledge within an organization is recognized as a core factor for the continuous growth of an organization, organizations are increasing their interest in knowledge management. Knowledge management requires the active sharing of knowledge by insiders of the organization, but there are cases of failure due to the lack of participation of leaders and employees of the organization. The purpose of this study is to suggest a mechanism by which the authentic leadership of leaders in small and medium-sized enterprises(SME), which are relatively lacking in knowledge production capacity, leads to intention to share knowledge of employees. In addition, the study confirms that reciprocal feedback and task interdependence moderate the relationship between antecedent factors and intention to share knowledge. In this study, a research model was derived based on precedent research, and 272 samples were obtained by conducting a questionnaire survey on employees of SME that introduced a knowledge management policy. And, the study verified the hypothesis by applying structural equation modeling based on AMOS 22.0. The results of the study proved that authentic leadership has a positive effect on the intention to share knowledge through organization identification and organization commitment, and confirmed that reciprocal feedback and work interdependence moderate the relationship between knowledge sharing intentions and antecedent factors. This study suggests the mechanism by which the authentic behavior of the leaders of SMEs affects the knowledge sharing behavior of employees, and suggests that work cooperation strengthens the influence of the mechanism.
This study has suggested the measures to overcome employees' mannerism and to form psychological capital through servant leadership of managers in travel agencies. The results through sample analysis aimed at 163 general employees of travel agencies in Seoul have been drawn as follows. First, in the analysis of relationship between employees' mannerism in travel agencies and psychological capital, only unconscious attitude has proved to have a negative influence on hope and optimism. Second, servant leadership has proved to improve passive attitude of mannerism, which ameliorates self-efficacy, recovery and optimism among psychological capital. Lastly, servant leadership has turned out to produce regulating effect to decrease recovery as for employees in mannerism who have a tendency toward stability orientation. These results originate from the study on the role of servant leadership toward employees' psychological attitudes. A follow-up study should proceed to qualitatively improve a research on employees' mannerism in travel agency and psychological capital.

The purpose of this study is to develop and validate the measure of individual Servant Leadership Quotient (SLQ). For the purpose, a total of 100 questions were composed based on the relevant literature and previous studies. As a result of exploratory factor analysis, it was classified into five factors, and the final choice corresponds to 40 questions. The first factor comprises thirteen items reflecting listening (5 items), empathy (4 items), healing (4 items), and the second factor consists of nine items which are futuristic view (2 items), stewardship (3 items), commitment to the growth of others (4 items), community building (4 questions). The third factor is conceptualization (5 questions), the fourth factor is recognition (5 questions), and the fifth factor is persuasion (4 questions). The reliability of the final selected items was .97, and there was a statistically high correlation between the overall Servant Leadership Quotient and the subfactors within the range of r = .788 ~ .872. As a result of one-way ANOVA to find out the relationship between demographic variables, the overall Servant Leadership Quotient was not different according to gender, but it was significantly different among elementary, middle, high school students and adults. As a result of the post-test, there were no differences among the student groups (elementary and middle school) in the overall Servant Leadership Quotient, but there were differences between the early adult and middle adult groups. This study is meaningful because the questions are structured to measure individual Servant Leadership Quotient (SLQ), which goes beyond the scope of groups or organizations Servant Leadership Quotient.
Necessity of smart work that can change environment of working in organizations has been emphasized. Lots of organizations, however, wish to do work with smartness through adoption of smart work technologies, those are not sure whether smart work will be successful or not till now. Especially, viewpoints of leaders concerning efficiency and effectiveness of smart work who operate the organizations may be different in many circumstances such as industries, characteristics of work, etc. Therefore, hopefully, this research want to investigate whether differences among leader and non-leader group, tendencies of personal leadership styles in work exit or not by empirical and exploratory approach. Totally, 118 questionnaires had been collected and performed test of mean difference between groups. As a result, some items such as working place, working methods, flexible time and tension of smartwork showed significant differences between level of leadership styles and non-leader and leader groups. And, futhermore, from this research I believe that we can have a few insights for successful smart working environment in organizations.
Lately, with the increase of the private security industry, individual quality improvement of the private security guards is rising. Especially, in accordance with competence of the private security guards, in the base of individual technical or knowledge, the confidence of own ability is essential for the improvement of the private security industry. In accordance with the private security guards, the study of their competence is rare. But through the study of teenagers or members of the public organization, we can know the influence of variables competence. The purpose of this study is to show how the self-esteem, need for Achievement, relation with co-worker and supervisor, and leadership effect on competence. Consequently this study will offer effective ways to develop the private security guards competence. We can show that self-esteem effects competence of the private security guards between the need for achievement and self-esteem which are adjusted as the individual characteristic. Namely, the higher the self-esteem of the private security guards is, the higher competence is. The study shows that the relation with co-worker and supervisor of the private security guards doesn't effect competence. Unlike the previous studies, this study proves that contingent reward has a positive effect on the Private Security Guards competence in the transactional leadership. That is, the higher the contingent reward of leader is, the higher the level of competence of the Private Security Guards is. Lastly, We can know individualized consideration effect the competence of the private security guards in the transformational leadership.

This research examined the relationship between entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and university students' entrepreneurial potential in the entrepreneurship of university students. Accordingly, this research confirmed the significant influence between the awareness formation of entrepreneurial opportunities and the attitude toward entrepreneurial, which affect the improvement of the entrepreneurial potential of university students, and analyzed the influence relationship between the variables according to the start-up education and the role model. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, creativity, leadership, and individual control have a significant effect on information search. Insight and achievement have no statistically significant effect on information search. Second, creativity, leadership, and insight were found to have a significant effect on the information combination, and the sense of achievement and individual control did not significantly affect the information combination statistically. Third, creativity, leadership, and individual control have a significant effect on opportunity capture. Insight and achievement have no statistically significant effect on opportunity capture. Fourth, information seeking and opportunity capture have a significant effect on perceived entrepreneurship prospects, and information combination has no significant effect on statistically recognized entrepreneurship prospects. This research examined the effects of the entrepreneurship education and role model of university students, which are the subjects of entrepreneurship education activities supported by universities and governments, and suggested implications related to the entrepreneurial potential of university students who did not entrepreneurship immediately because the perceived desire for and the perceived feasibility of entrepreneurship are formed.
This study assumed that chef's shared leadership perceived by chefs in hotel culinary department affects self-efficacy, group efficacy, and job performance. Based on this, the causal relationship between each variable was analyzed through leadership sharing. And based on the results, we tried to suggest a manpower management plan suitable for the hotel culinary department and provide basic data. The subjects of this study were chefs working in 8 luxury hotels in Seoul and Busan. A total of 302 questionnaires were analyzed. For analysis, SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 statistical packages were used. As a result of empirical analysis, it was found that it had a positive effect on self-efficacy and job performance improvement of hotel cooks. On the other hand, it was found that the chef's shared leadership did not affect job performance through collective efficacy and collective efficacy. In conclusion, it was suggested that a differentiated and efficient manpower management plan is needed to enhance job performance by enhancing shared leadership and self-efficacy for cooks, where collaboration and division of labor are important, and individual ability is important due to the nature of their work.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of GI-STEAM program on leadership, creative personality, and learning flow of elementary Gifted Students. GI-STEAM program was the convergence model of Group Investigation that belongs to Co-learning and STEAM framework of learning criterion. The participants were 16 gifted students in a Korean elementary school located in Gyeong-gi province. The experimental design was one group pretest-posttest design. After a pretest on leadership, creative personality, and learning flow was conducted, classes were carried out as GI-STEAM program for the gifted student and a post-test was conducted. The study results of the class that was conducted twelve times for two weeks are as follows. First, Individual area of leadership is meaningfully developed in statistics after GI-STEAM program. The sub-domains of leadership, such as the communication, organization management, society commitment and teamwork showed a statistically significant improvement. Second, the domain of creative personality didn't show meaningful difference after GI-STEAM program. However, the aesthetic in the sub-domains of the creative personality showed a statistically significant improvement. Third, learning flow was meaningfully developed in statistics after GI-STEAM program. The sub-domains of the leadership, such as the balance between challenge and ability, integration with behavior and consciousness, concrete feedback and Autotelic experience showed a statistically significant improvement. In conclusion, GI-STEAM is an effective program for improving ability of communication, aesthetic sensibility, which are core competency of 'creative-convergence' gifted students. For this reason, it is highly considered that various programs applying GI-STEAM should be developed.
