The purpose of this research is to analyze the depression, happiness on aging, self-esteem, life satisfaction and disability of daily living activity level of the elderly people, and to analyze the variables to impact on their depression. The study data were analyzed descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The most influential variables on the elderly depression were self-esteem with 27.9% of explanatory power (${\beta}=-.318$, p<.001), followed by life satisfaction with 5.5%(${\beta}=-.248$, p<.001), happiness on aging 4.1%((${\beta}=-.200$, p<.001), disability of daily living activity 1.6%(${\beta}=.128$, p=.026), and 4 variables explaining 39.1% of the elderly depression. Therefore it is necessary to develop specific education programs to reduce depression and to improve self-esteem and happiness on aging of the elderly.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationships among Social maturity(SM), Self-directed learning(SDL) and Self-concept of professional nursing(SCPN), and influencing factors of SCPN of nursing students. The survey was performed on 221 nursing students in two universities. Data were collected using a structured questionnaires and analysed with PASW 22.0. Study findings revealed that SCPN has a significant correlation with SM and SDL. Major satisfaction(${\beta}=.179$), Meaning on nursing(${\beta}=.274$), SM(${\beta}=.118$) and SDL(${\beta}=.211$) about SCPN were significant predictive variables. This variables accounted for 34.4% of the variance in SCPN. The findings indicate the necessity of developing educational programs to enhance nursing students's SM and SDL for increasing positive SCPN.

The study was investigate the effect of family stress and job stress on depression in middle man. A questionnaire was completed by 127 C & K city middle aged mans from july 1 to August 20 2018. The data were analyzed by SPSS/WIN 21.0 program, descriptive statistics, ANOVA, t-test, and Pearson correlation coefficient calculation and multiple regression analysis. Differences in family stress job stress depression according to general characteristics of middle-aged men showed significant difference in economic status and old age instability. The variables affecting depression are job stress(${\beta}=0.288$, p<.001), aging anxiety(${\beta}=0.142$, p<.001), economic status(${\beta}=0.035$, p<.001), family stress(${\beta}=0.016$, p<.001). As a way to reduce family stress and job stress, it is necessary to deal with health care and family conflict such as exercise hobby life relaxation.

The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing nursing performance of nurses in general hospitals. The participants were 251 nurses working in general hospitals in B city. SPSS/WIN 23.0 was used for analysis with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression. The result of the multiple regression indicates self-leadership(${\beta}=.43$, p<.001), total clinical career(${\beta}=.26$, p<.001), job satisfaction(${\beta}=.14$, p=.010), and annual self-development activity count(${\beta}=.10$, p=.049) were associated with nursing performance. These factors accounted for 38.5% of the total variance in nursing performance. Considering the results of this study, multi-dimensional programs to improve self-leadership and job satisfaction should be developed and implemented in order to foster nursing performance in clinical practice.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the convergence factors affecting behavior of oral health improvement perceived by the subjective oral health awareness perception factors in some college students. The questionnaire was conducted from April 10, 2017 to April 30, 2013 for 300 students at S university and the and the 290 final data were used. Oral health knowledge, oral health importance measured by 5-point, oral health status and oral health interest are 11.46, 1.71, 2.78, 2.52 respectively. Significant differences from experience of oral health education for oral health knowledge, oral health importance, oral health interest have been observed. The convergence factors influencing acts of oral health promotion were oral health status(${\beta}=-0.188$) and oral health interest(${\beta}=-0.265$) the higer the oral health status and oral health interest, the better acts of oral health promotion. Therefore, effective oral health education programs should be developed to increase oral health knowledge and interest in oral health and to change behavior and attitude.

The sharpened asymptotic formulae for eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of above-mentioned spectral problem are obtained and the uniform convergence of the spectral expansions of the continuous functions in terms of eigenfunctions are presented.

Equine chorionic gonadotropin (eCG) consists of highly glycosylated ${\alpha}-$ and ${\beta}-subunits$ and is a unique member of the gonadotropin family, because it elicits the response characteristics of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) in species other than the horse. To directly assess the biological function of $rec-eCG{\beta}/{\alpha}$, we constructed mammalian expressing vectors of equine luteinizing hormone/chorionic gonadotropin receptors (eLH/CGR). The activity of $rec-eCG{\beta}/{\alpha}$ in vitro assayed in transient transfected CHO-K1 cells and in stably transfected PathHunter Parental cells with eLH/CGR was investigated. $rec-eCG{\beta}/{\alpha}$ was efficiently secreted in the CHO-K1 suspension cell media, and the quantity detected was about 200 mIU/ml from 1 to 7 days after transfection. In the western blot analysis, the $rec-eCG{\beta}/{\alpha}$ protein was broadly identified to be about 40~45 kDa molecular weight. The cAMP stimulation in CHO-K1 cells expressing eLH/CGR was determined to evaluate the activity of $rec-eCG{\beta}/{\alpha}$. The cAMP concentration increased in direct proportion to the concentration of the $rec-eCG{\beta}/{\alpha}$. The $EC_{50}$ value in the transient transfected CHO-K1 cells was $8.1{\pm}6.5ng$. The stable cell lines of eLH/CGR were established in the PathHunter Parental cells expressing ${\beta}-arrestin$. We found that $rec-eCG{\beta}/{\alpha}$ had full LH activity in the PathHunter Parental cells expressing eLH/CGR. The $EC_{50}$ value in transient and stable cells was $5.0{\pm}4.7ng/ml$ and $4.5{\pm}5.2ng/ml$, respectively. These results suggest that $rec-eCG{\beta}/{\alpha}$ has a biological activity in a cell expressing eLH/CGR. These stable cells expressed in PathHunter Parental cells could be useful for elucidating the functional mechanisms of deglycosylated $rec-eCG{\beta}/{\alpha}$ mutants.

The purpose of this study is to verify trust in supervisor, customer badness behavior have turnover intention influence on job embeddedness. Self-report questionnaire was completed by 188 clinical nurse May 1st to May 30th, 2016. and date analyzed using the IBM SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. As a result, The mean score of trust in supervisor is 3.20 points, customer badness behavior is 2.66 points, job embeddedness is 3.05 points, turnover intention is 3.39 points(out of 5). There were significant positive correlations between job embeddedness and trust in supervisor(r=.57, p<.001) and turnover intention(r=.19, p=.011) and negative correlations between Sacrifice sub-cale of job embeddedness and customer badness behavior(r=-.15, p=.037). The convergence factors with the effect on job embeddedness, trust in supervisor(${\beta}=.471$, p<.001), job satisfaction(${\beta}=.226$, p<.001), turnover intention(${\beta}=-.196$, p<.001), nursing satisfaction(${\beta}=-.169$, p=.005) explained 48.9% of the job embeddedness. therefore, nursing managers have to strategy increasing nurse trust in supervisor and job satisfaction and nursing satisfaction for job embeddedness and plan to lower the turnover intention at the organization level.

This article describes a novel method for the detection of amyloid-${\beta}$($A{\beta}$) peptide that utilizes a photo-sensitive field-effect transistor (p-FET). According to a recent study, $A{\beta}$ protein has been known to play a central role in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease (AD). Accordingly, we investigated the variation of photo current generated from p-FET with and without intracellular magnetic beads conjugated with $A{\beta}$ peptides, which are placed on the p-FET sensing areas. The decrease of photo current was observed due to the presence of the magnetic beads on the channel region. Moreover, a similar characteristic was shown when the Raw 264 cells take in magnetic beads treated with $A{\beta}$ peptide. This means that it is possible to simply detect a certain protein using magnetic beads and a p-FET device. Therefore, in this paper, we suggest that our method could detect tiny amounts of $A{\beta}$ for early diagnosis of AD using the p-FET devices.

The purpose of this study was to identify the of patient safety related to perception of Hospital environment, Organizational culture, Reporting system and Factors Influencing on Perception of Medical Errors Report Related to Patient Safety of Healthcare Workers in a General Hospital. Healthcare Workers in a General Hospital in B City who signed on the written consent participated in this study between February 12 and 28, 2017. A total of 244 copies were collected and were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program. The result mean score perception of Hospital environment was 3.26(${\pm}0.31$)point on a scale of 0 to 5, and Organizational culture 3.74(${\pm}0.54$)point, Reporting system 3.64(${\pm}0.57$)point. Factors influencing on perception of medical errors report is sex(${\beta}=.137$, p=.023), Type of occupation(${\beta}=289$, p=.001), Department of Nursing(${\beta}=-.196$, p=.023), Hospital environment(${\beta}=.327$, p=<.001), Organizational culture(${\beta}=.288$, p=<.001). Therefore management and hospital management efforts should be made to establish a system that enables healthcare workers to report without fear of medical errors reporting, and appropriate staffing and open communication.
