The Tactile Internet technology is considered as the evolution of the internet of things. It will enable real time applications in all fields like remote surgery. It requires extra low latency which must not exceed 1ms, high availability, reliability and strong security system. Since it appearance in 2014, tremendous efforts have been made to ensure authentication between sensors, actuators and servers to secure many applications such as remote surgery. This human to machine relationship is very critical due to its dependence of the human live, the communication between the surgeon who performs the remote surgery and the robot arms, as a tactile internet actor, should be fully and end to end protected during the surgery. Thus, a secure mutual user authentication framework has to be implemented in order to ensure security without influencing latency. The existing methods of authentication require server to stock and exchange data between the tactile internet entities, which does not only make the proposed systems vulnerables to the SPOF (Single Point of Failure), but also impact negatively on the latency time. To address these issues, we propose a lightweight authentication protocol for remote surgery in a Tactile Internet environment, which is composed of a decentralized blockchain and physically unclonable functions. Finally, performances evaluation illustrate that our proposed solution ensures security, latency and reliability. -

Glaucoma is a chronic neuropathy that affects the optic nerve which can lead to blindness. The detection and prediction of glaucoma become possible using deep neural networks. However, the detection performance relies on the availability of a large number of data. Therefore, we propose different frameworks, including a hybrid of a generative adversarial network and a convolutional neural network to automate and increase the performance of glaucoma detection. The proposed frameworks are evaluated using five public glaucoma datasets. The framework which uses a Deconvolutional Generative Adversarial Network (DCGAN) and a DenseNet pre-trained model achieves 99.6%, 99.08%, 99.4%, 98.69%, and 92.95% of classification accuracy on RIMONE, Drishti-GS, ACRIMA, ORIGA-light, and HRF datasets respectively. Based on the experimental results and evaluation, the proposed framework closely competes with the state-of-the-art methods using the five public glaucoma datasets without requiring any manually preprocessing step. -

The article considers the fundamentalization of education in improving the future specialists professional training with usage of multimedia technologies by various scientists. Various points of view and approaches to defining the concepts of fundamentalization of education and multimedia technologies are identified. The concept of fundamentalization of professional training of a future specialist is based on the goals and functions of fundamentalization and - on the ways and means of achieving it, etc. Most authors agree only in their views that the fundamentalization of education is aimed at improving the quality of education and the education of the individual. Others involve the formation of a culture and worldview, increasing the creative and intellectual potential, forming the professional competence of a specialist and the potential for further education, and so on. The term multimedia refers to interactive systems that provide processing of moving and still video images, animated graphics, high-quality audio and speech. It is found out that professional training of a specialist by means of multimedia technologies includes not only the activities of the teacher and student, which form the learning process, but also the independent activity of the subject, self-development, assimilation of experience by the subject through analysis, comprehension and transformation of the field of activity in which he is included. It is revealed through the implementation of which approaches to the fundamentalization of higher professional education, it becomes possible to fully present theoretical training courses and effectively pass practical training by students, which contributes to improving the quality of training of future specialists in higher education institutions. Theoretical analysis of scientific views indicates a fairly serious attention of scientists to the problem of professional readiness of specialists and the possibility of higher educational institutions in preparing for it. At the same time, professional readiness is considered from different positions: as an active state of a person, which manifests itself in activity; as a result of activity; as goals of activity; as a quality that characterizes the attitude to solving professional problems and social situations; as a prerequisite for purposeful activity; as a form of activity of the subject; as an integral formation of personality; as a component of socio-professional culture; as a complex professionally significant neoplasm of the individual. -

The pandemic of Covid-19 (Coronavirus Disease 19) has devastated the world, affected millions of people, and disrupted the world economy. The cause of the Covid19 epidemic has been identified as a new variant known as Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV2). It motives irritation of a small air sac referred to as the alveoli. The alveoli make up most of the tissue in the lungs and fill the sac with mucus. Most human beings with Covid19 usually do no longer improve pneumonia. However, chest x-rays of seriously unwell sufferers can be a useful device for medical doctors in diagnosing Covid19-both CT and X-ray exhibit usual patterns of frosted glass (GGO) and consolidation. The introduction of deep getting to know and brand new imaging helps radiologists and medical practitioners discover these unnatural patterns and pick out Covid19-infected chest x-rays. This venture makes use of a new deep studying structure proposed to diagnose Covid19 by the use of chest X-rays. The suggested model in this work aims to predict and forecast the patients at risk and identify the primary COVID-19 risk variables

In our daily life, we come across different types of information, for example in the format of multimedia and text. We all need different types of information for our common routines as watching/reading the news, listening to the radio, and watching different types of videos. However, sometimes we could run into problems when a certain type of information is required. For example, someone is listening to the radio and wants to listen to jazz, and unfortunately, all the radio channels play pop music mixed with advertisements. The listener gets stuck with pop music and gives up searching for jazz. So, the above example can be solved with an automatic audio classification system. Deep Learning (DL) models could make human life easy by using audio classifications, but it is expensive and difficult to deploy such models at edge devices like nano BLE sense raspberry pi, because these models require huge computational power like graphics processing unit (G.P.U), to solve the problem, we proposed DL model. In our proposed work, we had gone for a low complexity model for Audio Event Detection (AED), we extracted Mel-spectrograms of dimension 128×431×1 from audio signals and applied normalization. A total of 3 data augmentation methods were applied as follows: frequency masking, time masking, and mixup. In addition, we designed Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with spatial dropout, batch normalization, and separable 2D inspired by VGGnet [1]. In addition, we reduced the model size by using model quantization of float16 to the trained model. Experiments were conducted on the updated dataset provided by the Detection and Classification of Acoustic Events and Scenes (DCASE) 2020 challenge. We confirm that our model achieved a val_loss of 0.33 and an accuracy of 90.34% within the 132.50KB model size. -

The formation of a new world order is primarily caused by new conditions and military operations on the European continent. The intensification of military-political tension led to the formation of new centers of power and gravity, which in turn led to the concentration of weapons and general militarization. Changes in the world order as a result of military conflicts and an increase in hot spots in the world, an increase in threats and the formation of centers of military gravity, the inability of existing institutions to resolve the situation lead to the need to develop new security mechanisms. Studies show that in the current situation, the countries of the Baltic countries are especially actively increasing their level of technologization of the army and militarization in general. The creation of any alliance is always conditioned by the presence of external threats. Naturally, the increase in the number of threats creates preconditions for the development of new forms of cooperation within existing military alliances. It seems obvious that due to the current situation in the context of the military conflict and military aggression of Russia in Ukraine, as well as its constant threats, including to the Baltic countries, there is a need to form a certain alliance that can protect the eastern border of Europe and form a certain border between European countries and aggressor countries. The Baltic countries are actively involved in these processes, in addition, it is the Baltic countries that can enter the new military alliance proposed by Britain, which will unite Poland, Ukraine, the Baltic countries and, possibly, Great Britain.

COVID-19 has remained one of the most serious health crises in recent history, resulting in the tragic loss of lives and significant economic impacts on the entire world. The difficulty of controlling COVID-19 poses a threat to the global health sector. Considering that Artificial Intelligence (AI) has contributed to improving research methods and solving problems facing diverse fields of study, AI algorithms have also proven effective in disease detection and early diagnosis. Specifically, acoustic features offer a promising prospect for the early detection of respiratory diseases. Motivated by these observations, this study conceptualized a speech-based diagnostic model to aid in COVID-19 diagnosis. The proposed methodology uses speech signals from confirmed positive and negative cases of COVID-19 to extract features through the pre-trained Visual Geometry Group (VGG-16) model based on Mel spectrogram images. This is used in addition to the K-means algorithm that determines effective features, followed by a Genetic Algorithm-Support Vector Machine (GA-SVM) classifier to classify cases. The experimental findings indicate the proposed methodology's capability to classify COVID-19 and NOT COVID-19 of varying ages and speaking different languages, as demonstrated in the simulations. The proposed methodology depends on deep features, followed by the dimension reduction technique for features to detect COVID-19. As a result, it produces better and more consistent performance than handcrafted features used in previous studies. -

Nowadays, the issues of comprehensive formation of a person capable of self-education, self-development and creative self-realization in the conditions of distance education are relevant. There is a need to solve this problem, which is due to social, cultural, and pedagogical factors. This makes it necessary to find effective means of personality formation. In this matter, great importance is attached to the modern method of forming a creative personality - art therapy. Various approaches to the definition of art therapy have been clarified. They consider various forms of art therapy when working with children, adolescents and adults in the context of distance education. The most relevant are the two main forms of work - individual and group art therapy. Art therapy develops the individual's creativity. Therefore, during art therapy, attention is focused on the inner world, experiences, and feelings. Therefore, we believe that in the context of distance education, art therapy has everything for the powerful potential of personality formation. Scientists consider this therapy as therapy by means of art, which is based on experiences, conflicts that can be expressed in the visual arts and music. Art therapy helps to get rid of conflicts and experiences. This happens in the context of distance education through the development of attention to feelings, strengthening one's own personal value and increasing artistic competence. The article describes the signs that characterize art therapy. Art-therapeutic technologies in the context of distance education, which are now actively used by psychologists, teachers and art therapists themselves, are highlighted. The advantages of distance learning are considered. The characteristic features of distance learning and features of the use of art therapy by means of distance education in the process of professional training of specialists are determined. -
Cancer has become a common disease for the past two decades throughout the globe and there is significant increase of cancer among women. Breast cancer and ovarian cancers are more prevalent among women. Majority of the patients approach the physicians only during their final stage of the disease. Early diagnosis of cancer remains a great challenge for the researchers. Although several drugs are being synthesized very often, their multi-benefits are less investigated. With millions of drugs synthesized and their data are accessible through open repositories. Drug repurposing can be done using machine learning techniques. We propose a feature selection technique in this paper, which is novel that generates multiple populations for the grey wolf algorithm and classifies breast cancer drugs efficiently. Leukemia drug dataset is also investigated and Multilayer perceptron achieved 96% prediction accuracy. Three supervised machine learning algorithms namely Random Forest classifier, Multilayer Perceptron and Support Vector Machine models were applied and Multilayer perceptron had higher accuracy rate of 97.7% for breast cancer drug classification.

Nowadays, as we can notice on social media, most users choose to use more than one language in their online postings. Thus, social media analytics needs reviewing as code-switching analytics instead of traditional analytics. This paper aims to present evidence comparable to the accuracy of code-switching analytics techniques in analysing the mood state of social media users. We conducted a systematic literature review (SLR) to study the social media analytics that examined the effectiveness of code-switching analytics techniques. One primary question and three sub-questions have been raised for this purpose. The study investigates the computational models used to detect and measures emotional well-being. The study primarily focuses on online postings text, including the extended text analysis, analysing and predicting using past experiences, and classifying the mood upon analysis. We used thirty-two (32) papers for our evidence synthesis and identified four main task classifications that can be used potentially in code-switching analytics. The tasks include determining analytics algorithms, classification techniques, mood classes, and analytics flow. Results showed that CNN-BiLSTM was the machine learning algorithm that affected code-switching analytics accuracy the most with 83.21%. In addition, the analytics accuracy when using the code-mixing emotion corpus could enhance by about 20% compared to when performing with one language. Our meta-analyses showed that code-mixing emotion corpus was effective in improving the mood analytics accuracy level. This SLR result has pointed to two apparent gaps in the research field: i) lack of studies that focus on Malay-English code-mixing analytics and ii) lack of studies investigating various mood classes via the code-mixing approach. -

Classification and analysis are improved factors for the realtime automation system. In the field of agriculture, the cultivation of different paddy crop depends on the atmosphere and the soil nature. We need to analyze the moisture level in the area to predict the type of paddy that can be cultivated. For this process, Ensemble Modulation Pattern system and Block Probability Neural Network based classification models are used to analyze the moisture and temperature of land area. The dataset consists of the collections of moisture and temperature at various data samples for a land. The Ensemble Modulation Pattern based feature analysis method, the extract of the moisture and temperature in various day patterns are analyzed and framed as the pattern for given dataset. Then from that, an improved neural network architecture based on the block probability analysis are used to classify the data pattern to predict the class of paddy crop according to the features of dataset. From that classification result, the measurement of data represents the type of paddy according to the weather condition and other features. This type of classification model assists where to plant the crop and also prevents the damage to crop due to the excess of water or excess of temperature. The result analysis presents the comparison result of proposed work with the other state-of-art methods of data classification. -
Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) is one of the finest cryptographic technique of recent time due to its lower key length and satisfactory performance with different hardware structures. In this paper, a High Throughput Multiplier architecture is introduced for Elliptic Cryptographic applications based on concurrent computations. With the aid of the concurrent computing approach, the High Throughput Concurrent Computation (HTCC) technology that was just presented improves the processing speed as well as the overall efficiency of the point-multiplier architecture. Here, first and second distinct group operation of point multiplier are combined together and synthesised concurrently. The synthesis of proposed HTCC technique is performed in Xilinx Virtex - 5 and Xilinx Virtex - 7 of Field-programmable gate array (FPGA) family. In terms of slices, flip flops, time delay, maximum frequency, and efficiency, the advantages of the proposed HTCC point multiplier architecture are outlined, and a comparison of these advantages with those of existing state-of-the-art point multiplier approaches is provided over GF(2163), GF(2233) and GF(2283). The efficiency using proposed HTCC technique is enhanced by 30.22% and 75.31% for Xilinx Virtex-5 and by 25.13% and 47.75% for Xilinx Virtex-7 in comparison according to the LC design as well as the LL design, in their respective fashions. The experimental results for Virtex - 5 and Virtex - 7 over GF(2233) and GF(2283)are also very satisfactory.
