Aim & Scope
The International Journal of Advanced Culture Technology(IJACT) is an international interdisciplinary journal published by the International Promotion Agency of Culture Technology(IPACT). The journal aims to present the advanced smart convergence of all academic and industrial fields through the publication of original research papers. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to empirically test a model of associations linking locations and competition among nursing homes (NHs), mediated by facility grade and registered nurse (RN) turnover, on activities of daily living (ADLs) in Korean NHs. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design to identify causal factors on NH residents' ADLs. Data were collected from June 2017 to August 2017. A disproportionate stratified cluster sampling method of NHs across Korea was used to gain representation. The collected data consisted of location and the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index (HHI), RN turnover rate, facility grade, and NH residents' ADLs. Results: All pathways affecting ADLs were not significant, and the effect on facility grade was significant in RN turnover (β = -.59, p < .001). RN turnover associated negatively with facility grade. In other words, the higher the RN turnover, the worse the facility grade. Conclusion: This study is the first to examine the impact of location and HHIs, mediated by RN turnover rate and facility grade, on NH residents' ADLs. To improve residents' ADLs, subsequent studies are needed to identify the factors affecting ADLs utilizing other variables because this study did not identify factors that affect ADLs.

In order to prevent mass infection of food poisoning in children, children's foodservice facilities should always thoroughly manage the hygiene and safety of meals. In this study, the hygiene management levels of daycare centers and kindergartens were compared according to the characteristics of foodservice facilities for four years from 2018, and the effect of the number of visits on the meal hygiene management scores analyzed. The facilities were divided into a small-scale and the group foodservice facilities and was divided into the Sprout group and the Fruit group according to the meal hygiene management level. As a result, the meal hygiene management of the Fruit group was generally better than that of the Sprout group, and the meal hygiene management scores in the second half of each year increased compared to the first half of the year. In addition, it was confirmed that the meal hygiene management scores in 2020, when the number of visits to foodservice facilities decreased due to COVID-19, was the worst compared to other years, and the decrease in the number of visits could affect the level of hygiene management. In conclusion, meal hygiene management of children's foodservice facilities should be applied differently depending on the characteristics of the facilities. Moreover, the number of visits and the hygiene management scores correlated, so it is considered that the appropriate number of visits should be maintained to improve the meal hygiene management level. However, in situations where it is necessary to prevent the spread of mass infectious diseases such as COVID-19, other active measures to replace visits should be proposed.

Background: While the application of procedural methods to solve the infertility problem has increased, the decline in the quality of life of women who experience infertility has been disregarded. Methods: This qualitative study used phenomenological analysis of data collected from 13 women with infertility in South Korea to reveal the subjective meaning of physical experiences perceived by women over the course of treatment. Results: Upon analyses of the treatment experiences of women with infertility in South Korea via a phenomenological analysis method, 10 themes were extracted and integrated into four theme clusters ("Perceiving infertility," "The body that gives birth," "A process in an endless tunnel," "Caring for my marginalized identity"). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that women with infertility in South Korea perceived their own bodies as givers of birth living in traditional and patriarchal societies. A contextual flow proceeded to the final stage of women caring for their marginalized identity, which had suffered throughout the course of their infertility journey.

This study aims to investigate factors that affect elderly poverty based on a comprehensive and universal perspective, suggesting some alternatives for improving the poverty rate of the elderly. The comprehensive and universal approach to the poverty of the aged that this study attempts can give a better understanding of the elderly poverty beyond the contribution of the existing literature, with the research model including individual, family, labor, and income factors as the causes of old-age poverty from the comprehensive and universal perspective on the causes of poverty of the elderly. In addition, the study attempts to input variants of variables into the equation for the causes of elderly poverty by using panel data from the 8th Korean Retirement and Income Study. This study employs decision tree analysis to determine the cause of the poverty of the elderly using CHAID. The decision tree analysis shows that the most vital variable affecting elderly poverty is making income. For the poor elderly without earned income, public pensions, educational careers, and residential areas influence elderly poverty, but for the poor elderly with earned income, wage earners and gender are variables that affect poverty. This study suggests some alternatives to improve the poverty rate of the aged. The government should create a better working environment such as senior re-employment for old people to be able to participate in economic activities, improve public pension or social security for workers with unfavorable conditions for public security of old age, and give companies that create employment of the aged diverse incentives.

This study is a cross-sectional survey study aimed at collecting basic data for the development of a program to cultivate a positive attitude toward dementia among people caring for dementia patients. For this study, data were collected from March 1 to March 7, 2022 as a structured questionnaire, and 232 study participants were in their 20s to 60s. The collected data were derived from chi-square test, t-test, and simple regression analysis using the spss 18.0 program. As a result of the analysis, women had higher treatment knowledge for dementia than men, men had higher attitudes toward dementia than women (p<0.01), and people living with dementia patients had higher attitudes than those who gave birth (p<0.01). Attitudes toward dementia were more positive in the family than those with dementia patients (p<0.01). Dementia-related knowledge consists of disease knowledge, treatment knowledge, and nursing knowledge, of which only positive dementia attitude affects dementia treatment knowledge (t=5.29, p<0.01). Based on these results, it is suggested that the provision of accurate knowledge about dementia treatment should be planned first as a nursing program for dementia patients.

This study used a descriptive survey design to examine the impact of the clinical learning environments and learning transition nursing students experienced the gerontological nursing clinical on the satisfaction with clinical practice. A convenient sample of 211 4th year nursing students who had the gerontological nursing clinical practicum from one College of Nursing at Private University in South Korea was recruited and completed the surveys from October to December 2019. This study showed that the satisfaction with a gerontological nursing clinical practicum was significantly correlated with clinical learning environments and learning transition. The results of this study highlights the need to create a safe and positive clinical learning environment for quality gerontological nursing clinical practicum, so hospitals and nursing schools need to make efforts to promote clinical sites as an educational learning environment in collaborative relationships.

This study suggested the environmental components for open space in a healing environment based on the social support approach for integrating and enhancing users' activities and interactions. The physical environments of the open space in healing facilities should be suggested by social support design and support the interactions of various users. Particularly architectural environment conditions should reinforce the contribution to the revitalization of medical facilities based on improving the healing effect of patients through mutual exchange of users. The open space environment conditions influence users' healing process with physical design factors and users' interactions, and the flexible environments based on the social support that is crucial for circulation and mutual exchange of users. The open space transformation, integration of technology, and wayfinding system with color and signage also allow users to improve the space experience and easy access. The environmental components of open space design should include easy access for user inflow, flexible layout for comfort, access to outdoor spaces, integration of warm color schemes for relaxation, personalization of spaces with artwork, and visual interest through the use of textures and materials.

Evaluation as learning is important for the learner competency test, and the applicable method is studied. Assessment is the role of diagnosing the current learner's status and facilitating learning through appropriate feedback. The system is insufficient to enable process-oriented evaluation in small educational institute. Focusing on becoming familiar with the AI through experience can end up simply learning how to use the tools or just playing with them rather than achieving ultimate goals of AI education. In a previous study, the experience way of AI education with PLAY model was proposed, but the assessment stage is insufficient. In this paper, we propose ELAS (Experiential K-12 AI education Learning Assessment System) for small educational institute. In order to apply the Assessment factor in in this system, the AI-factor is selected by researching the goals of the current SW education and AI education. The proposed system consists of 4 modules as Assessment-factor agent, Self-assessment agent, Question-bank agent and Assessment -analysis agent. Self-assessment learning is a powerful mechanism for improving learning for students. ELAS is extended with the experiential way of AI education model of previous study, and the teacher designs the assessment through the ELAS system. ELAS enables teachers of small institutes to automate analysis and manage data accumulation following their learning purpose. With this, it is possible to adjust the learning difficulty in curriculum design to make better for your purpose.

The purpose of this paper is to summarize the cursive script of traditional calligraphy and develop further possibilities based on the study of the painting and postscript of Ink bambooo, which was painted by wu zhen(吳鎮) during the Yuan Dynasty. The second section in this paper provides a summary of wu zhen(吳鎮)'s life, in addition to "Ink bambooo" and its painting postscript. The third and fourth sections are focused on analyzing the cursive script in the painting postscript of Ink bambooo, including the left-and-right structure, head prefix symbols, and bottom prefix symbols. The aim of this paper is the study of cursive script, and the theories and methods of the characters proposed by Dr. Cai Yonggui (from Fujian Normal University) and Dr. Liu Dongqin (from Southeast University) will be used to provide a summary. The presentation of the research results of this paper is designed to develop further possibilities for this type of traditional calligraphy.

Article 10 of the Constitution All citizens have dignity and values as humans and have the right to pursue happiness. There is a need for support measures such as a means to realize the respect of dignity and values as humans, and how to efficiently maintain policies on welfare for the elderly classified as the socially disadvantaged. It was considered necessary to develop an elderly-friendly city for economic, physical, and social life. Dasan Jeong Yak-yong's respect for adults was to practice the ideology of Confucianism, so this was the most important thing in the past Joseon Dynasty. In particular, it was considered important to think of adults first in practicing filial piety.This study focuses on the long-term care insurance system for the elderly, one of the welfare policy measures for the elderly. The significance of implementing the long-term care insurance system for the elderly is to benefit not only the elderly, but also all generations, including the middle-aged and children who were in charge of long-term care. To this end, the government should properly manage the factors of the social insurance financial crisis caused by the low birth rate and aging population.In addition, concerns about health insurance are high, so it is necessary to secure an appropriate level of government budget for health insurance financial management and minimize unnecessary non-benefit. In addition, it is necessary to induce appropriate medical use through connection with construction medical insurance.

The purpose of this study is to study the tragic world perception that appears in Kim Sung-han's novels 'Frogs' and 'Five Minutes'. The main emotion that emerges in his novels in the 1950s is non-polarity. His novels "Frogs" and "Five Minutes" satirically express the relationship between God and humans, and the human figure in comparison to animals In the 1950s, in Korean society, individual lives were distorted in postwar situations, and the relationship between individuals and society was inconsistent. Kim Sung-han wanted to create new ethical and social values through novels. In "Five Minutes" and "Frog," Kim Sung-han expresses and criticizes the crisis in Korea's post-war society as a tragic reality that God has no ability. In the novel, Kim Sung-han criticizes the degenerate reality of humans without God and criticizes the slave grit of humans who cling to God. After all, what he wants to say in the novel is the perception of human free will and existence. In the two novels, the author talks about a tragic world perception that denies the realm of God, but finds out that there is no other world to live a new life that denies God.

This study studied the seasons in the novel Snowy Read and the archetypal characteristics in natural phenomena. Summer and winter are the main seasons of Snowy Road. The cycle of the day is the time of dawn and early morning, evening, or night. It is summer now, and memory day is winter. In Snowy Road, 'I' is in sharp conflict with my mom during the summer season. This conflict is resolved and resurfaced with the feeling of 'love' as the story of the day is told in the mother's memory. It was a long time of conflict and trials for winter in the memory of me and my mother. As a result of examining the circular symbols in the Snowy Road, each symbol represents the 'I' and 'the mother's feelings'. 'I' and 'Mom's Emotions' collide, but they confirm each other's sincerity and rebuild their feelings of conflict with 'love'. In Snowy Road, the mother and son's 'love' shows that the mother's son is deeply in love, but the son's mother's love is also very deep.

This study's purpose is to suggest a pedagogical method based on using animated movie in liberal arts English classes and to examine the direction that using animated movie as learning material should take. To this end, in this study, the content understanding and expression concentration stages using animated movie are presented. After students learned in class through animated movie, two tests were conducted to investigate the change in learners' acquisition of English expressions. As a result, subjects' learning of English expressions showed a significant improvement over time. An open-ended questionnaire was also conducted to ascertain learners' satisfaction level and their perceptions of classes using animated movie, with learners' satisfaction found to be high overall (77.1%). Students identified the reasons for their high satisfaction rate as the following: "fun and a touching story", "beneficial composition of textbooks", "efficient teaching methods", "sympathetic topics", and "appropriate difficulty". When using video media in class, instructors should maximize and leverage the advantages of video media, which are rich both in context and in their linguistic aspects.

This study is to investigate factors that influence job performance of hair salon workers such as self-leadership, empowerment, and self-efficacy. Data were collected by distributing 450 questionnaires to hair salon workers in the S. Excluding the questionnaires with insufficient responses, 433 copies were used for analysis with SPSS 26.0 for Windows. The survey was conducted from March 21 to 27, 2022. As a result of the analysis, first, the self-leadership of hair salon workers was found to have an effect on job performance. Second, the empowerment of hair salon workers was also found to have an effect on job performance. Third, the self-efficacy of hair salon workers was found to have an important effect on job performance. This study is expected to contribute to the development of hair salon workers by identifying ways to maximize job performance and increasing customer satisfaction.

Digital technology has now pervaded and become an inseparable part of our daily life. The art museum sector is evolving into a business model that adapts to the new digital format due to the requirement for survival and development. This study examines the development state of China's art museum industry and investigates the current business model innovation trend in the art museum industry from three perspectives: reorganization and development of the art museum industry's business model theory; reconstruction of the art museum industry's display and marketing logic; and innovation of the art museum industry's operation mechanism, based on a systematic assessment of domestic and international research. This research can provide reference value for digital technology to drive the innovation of business model in art museum industry. Moreover, the study has important reference significance for the development strategy of art museum industry. -
This study is a phenomenological qualitative study that confirms the structure of college students' thoughts on artificial abortion. The data collection period was from 5 March to 10 April 2022. To this end, a total of three interviews were conducted on seven college students aged 20 to 25. Interview data were conducted through analysis and interpretation using the phenomenological research method, the Giorgi method, and as a result, 40 semantic units were derived, grouped into six sub-components, and divided into three categories. As a result of the analysis, college students' thoughts on artificial abortion consisted of fetal rights, respect for women's rights, and choices for a healthy life. Based on the above meaning, college students' thoughts on artificial abortion were, in conclusion, that considering the happiness of the baby and the quality of life of the woman, consideration for non-marriage mothers was more urgent than legal sanctions, and that abortion was not irresponsible. Accordingly, this study suggests that understanding and consideration for pregnant women should be prioritized over legal sanctions.

The purpose of this study is to examine the academic foundation of developmental rehabilitation, and the main context and criteria of the review were based on lifelong education for individuals with disabilities. As for the research method, expert consultation was formed based on literature analysis. The contents of the study presented structuring career roadmaps for individuals with developmental disabilities, establishing subject-extracurricular standards for lifelong education curriculum, adult-centered teaching and learning evidence-based practices, job majors, and data-based ILEP document certification. As a result of the study, developmental rehabilitation was valuable as an academic basis for establishing a major foundation for lifelong education for individuals with disabilities, and could be understood as a field deeply applied by convergent nature through special education, rehabilitation science, and social welfare.

The purpose of this study is to explore the application structure of customized "lifelong education: (versus) higher education" for individuals with developmental disabilities in two types.As for the research method, expert consultation was composed secondary with literature analysis as the primary procedure.The contents of the study were presented by classifying the application structure of customized lifelong education versus higher education for individuals with developmental disabilities into two types. Accordingly, the first research content is a school type-centered structure, which can be understood as a type that focuses on higher education while linking aspects of lifelong education. And the second research content is a structure centered on the type of independent life of individuals with developmental disabilities, which can be understood as a type that focuses on lifelong education while linking with the aspects of higher education. As a result of the study, the aspect that the research contents considered above can be gradually realized through the currently established infrastructure at Daegu University in the current situation in Korea has been improved.

This study analyzes research trends by systematically examining research about domestic emergency medical services' clinical practice, and it is aimed to present the basic data needs in development plan in clinical practice education in the future. The thesis was searched through the electronic data research (Science Direct, PubMed, Medline, and 55 academic DB interworking) from the library of Konyang University from 2010 to 2021. The main keywords were "Emergency Medical Technician(EMT) Student" and "Clinical Practice," and 6 pieces of researches were selected, finally. As the result of analyzing the qualitative level of selected research, all the 6 pieces of research subjects(100.0%) were pertinent to level IV(survey research) which is low-qualitative level. As the principal subjects, "Clinical practice experience" got the highest frequency as 6(100%), "Satisfaction of clinical practice" was 3(50%), "Self-efficient, Major satisfaction" and "Stress, Depression, Coping" showed 2 (33.3%), and "Change after clinical practice", "Clinical practice improvement plan" was 1(16.7%) each. From this time on, it is confirmed that the quantitative and qualitative growth in domestic emergency medical clinical practice is necessary. This is expected to contribute to establishing a practical and systematic development plan of clinical practice education.

This thesis investigates the meaning of a performer's energy taking into an account of the full bodily engagement as the flow of energy and/or psychophysical readiness focusing specifically on the significance of qualitative bodily transformation. In this contemporary era, the dominance of performer training and its approaches to acting/training has very frequently meant that how to play a character in a textual based approach by emphasizing on interpreting and impersonating the role as real as possible. In this sense, as a performer trainer, from my observation and research findings shows that it is common for the term energy is not to be motivated by what a performer's body needs within a specific moment in specific performance which they are working on. To address the problematic issues, this thesis begins by interrogating the practical meaning of transformation with addressing the principle and process of movement by means of the flow of energy on stage. For a performer, inhabiting/integrating his/her body and mind as oneness and/or unity means s/he sincerely encounter, confront, and therefore listen to his/her body in here and now. Because since the performer's physical appearance completely defined his/her psychological state, no one can play either the past or the future in the moment. In this manner, an appropriate use of energy synonymous with the flow of energy correspondence with the given time and space in which the performer's body informs and initiates movement as necessary action. To be precise, the performer's bodily movement either visible or invisible in a sense of training and rehearsal is perceived as attaining or achieving psychophysical involvement as the full body engagement which enable to make the event happen in the right moment. Here, this thesis argues that the significance of a performer's inner intensity reminds us of the necessity of qualitative transformation on which the performer could discover his/her own mode of awareness as well as a way his/her body function in the given circumstance. From this point of view, this research finding would advocates that the performer's body maintains in the field of energy flow where his/her conscious effort and/or mindfulness disappear. The performer's movement is a manifestation of the whole bodily engagement by means of being as real in that moment rather than representing reality.

The Korean government has recently invigorated the activities of public diplomacy. It is based on the Public Diplomacy Act enacted in 2016. However, there is a widespread concern that it was belatedly enacted and showed necessity to a revision. We believe that this paper contains three contributions which were not sufficiently addressed before. First, we identify the current state of public diplomacy-related legislation in Korea. Second, we argue the necessity to critically review the legal adequacy of Public Diplomacy Act with a consideration of rapidly changing external environment. Lastly, we propose several ways of revision for the future development of public diplomacy in Korea. When revising the Act, it is necessary to make clear a legal connection between the general law and the special law as in the case of the Korea Foundation Act and the Public Diplomacy Act. In this regard, it is worth examining the relationship between the Framework Act on International Development Cooperation and related norms. In addition, the role of the private sector and subnational governments should be expanded. For this purpose, a method and level of cooperation with the private sector should be clearly defined.

In non-face-to-face teaching-learning, a survey was conducted on 55 students in the department of chemistry education at university A on the variables (behavioral control, instructor-learner interaction, cognitive learning) affecting learning satisfaction and academic achievement. There were relatively large positive correlations between variables. The positive correlation between them was found to be the factors that influenced learning satisfaction and academic achievement in non-face-to-face teaching-learning. The average values of non-face-to-face teaching-learning for each variable were lower than the corresponding values of face-to-face teaching-learning, respectively. As a result of the perception survey on the detailed factors of each variable, negative responses were relatively high in factors such as 'concentration of behavior' in behavioral control, 'level-considered explanation' in instructor-learner interaction, and 'knowledge understanding' in cognitive learning.

It is meaningful in that it can be used as valuable data in modern nursing by exploring the meaning and essence of the experiences experienced as women and nurses in the special situation of war to understand their experiences. To find the role of nurses in the war, the research was classified into primary data and secondary data. Among the many data, only those with high external and internal evaluations were selected and analyzed. However subjective opinions were not included. At a time when women's social advancement was difficult, the nurse faithfully fulfilled the role of a nurse on the battlefield, and as a result, it became a new channel for women's social advancement. Nurses performed various roles, such as nursing for soldiers wounded in the Korean War, as well as midwifery and health education for the general public. In this way, during the Korean War, both inside and outside the battlefield, nurses performed all the roles they could in their respective positions. Nursing activities on the battlefield have taken their true value in line with the characteristics of nursing education based on holistic nursing, integrated thinking, love for humanity, and dedication. Recently, disasters and war zones are increasing worldwide, and the number of nurses required in these fields is also increasing. Based on the research results of past nurses' activities, there is a need for interest and research on the new roles of nurses needed in the present and future society. In addition, while not forgetting the sacrifices of nurses in the past, this spirit must be continued and developed.

In this paper, we examine the shortening of the theatrical window whereby films play at theaters for 90 days as one of the most portentous issues that could reshape the Hollywood film industry. We first examine the windows system that protected the status of movie theaters and the studios' attempt to shorten the theatrical release to create a premium VOD window in response to the declining revenue of DVDs after 2007 and the rise of streaming services. We then look at some of the major disruptions in distribution COVID-19 brought about. We also explore the shortening of the theatrical release in the wake of the pandemic and shows the changes in the theatrical release, along with the expansion of streaming services, raise questions over the long-held primacy of the theatrical release and the definition of film with the theatrical release as its part. From this, we highlight Hollywood at the crossroads of major changes with its future less certain than ever before.

Traditionally, postal services that produce and deliver paper-based notices have been the mainstream. The reason is that it has the function of distribution and proof of delivery in the postal delivery system as well as the advantage of information delivery through postal delivery. After all, for the purpose of distribution and proof of delivery, many organizations use paper-based postal notices. However, in recent years, it has been in the spotlight to produce a paper-based postal notice as an electronic notice and deliver information to a mobile device through the Internet. In this paper, we propose a safe interworking method for user identification information required for private institutions to transmit mobile electronic notices. In order for a private institution to accurately deliver an electronic notice to a mobile service subscriber, a means to confirm whether the private institution and the mobile device subscriber are the same person is required. In the mobile electronic notification service, the connecting information provided by the personal identity proofing agency is used as a means of user identification. Connecting information is called a resident registration number on the Internet and is one-way hash information that can only be created by the personal identity proofing agency designated by the government. In order to transmit a mobile electronic notice, it is necessary to share connecting information for the same user identification between the institution that requests the sending of the electronic notice and the institution that processes the sending of the electronic notice. Connecting information is personal information that can uniquely identify a user, and if it is disclosed, damage such as personal information infringement may occur. As such, it is necessary to prevent problems that may arise from misuse and abuse of connecting information as well as increase in the benefits of sending the mobile electronic notice. In this paper, a safe and effective mobile electronic notification service can be performed by suggesting a method for safe interworking of information related to the mobile electronic notification service.

With the development of sequencing technology, there is a need for technology to predict the function of the protein sequence. Enzyme Commission (EC) numbers are becoming markers that distinguish the function of the sequence. In particular, many researchers are researching various methods of predicting the EC numbers of protein sequences based on deep learning. However, as studies using various methods exist, a problem arises, in which the exact prediction result of the sequence is unknown. To solve this problem, this paper proposes an All Enzyme Commission (AEC) algorithm. The proposed AEC is an algorithm that executes various prediction methods and integrates the results when predicting sequences. This algorithm uses duplicates to give more weights when duplicate values are obtained from multiple methods. The largest value, among the final prediction result values for each method to which the weight is applied, is the final prediction result. Moreover, for the convenience of researchers, the proposed algorithm is provided through the AllEC web services. They can use the algorithms regardless of the operating systems, installation, or operating environment. -
This study tried to find various alternatives to live the rest of life positively by examining whether satisfaction with work in old age has a positive effect on psychological adjustment in old age. Using the 15th (2020) data of the Korea Welfare Panel Study (KOWEPS), 117 men and 355 women were analyzed as a sample to verify the effect of job participation satisfaction among the elderly on psychological adjustment. The results of the regression analysis in this paper (F=11.680, p<.001) were analyzed to be significant. The results showed gender (β=-.192, p<.001), age (β=2.004, p<.001), and job participation satisfaction (β=-3.726, p<.001). Therefore, it was found to have an effect on psychological adaptation. In terms of gender, it was found that men had higher psychological adaptability than women, and that the lower the age, the higher the psychological adaptability. As a result, it was confirmed that the elderly's job participation is a simple economic part of the elderly, and the psychologically positive influence increased. The higher the job participation satisfaction, the higher the psychological adaptability.

The efficiencies of rates and energy in the fifth generation (5G) wireless channels can be improved via intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) transmissions, towards the sixth generation (6G) mobile communications. While previous works have considered mainly optimizations of IRS transmissions, we propose a performance analysis on the total power in terms of the number of reflecting devices for IRS transmissions in non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) networks. First, we derive an analytical expression of the total power gain factor in terms of the number of reflecting devices for the cell-edge user in IRS-NOMA systems. Then we evaluate how many reflecting devices we need to obtain a total power gain in dB. Moreover, we also demonstrate numerically the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) gain of the IRS-NOMA system over the conventional NOMA system based on the achievable data rate.

When we drive a vehicle in an IoT environment, there is a problem in that information of car users is collected without permission. The security measures used in the existing wired network environment cannot solve the security problem of cars running in the Internet of Things environment. Information should only be shared with entities that have been given permission to use it. In this paper, we intend to propose a method to prevent the illegal use of vehicle information. The method we propose is to use attribute-based encryption and dynamic threshold encryption. Real-time processing technology and cooperative technology are required to implement our proposed method. That's why we use fog computing's proxy servers to build smart gateways in cars. Proxy servers can collect information in real time and then process large amounts of computation. The performance of our proposed algorithm and system was verified by simulating it using NS2. -

Recently, research is being conducted on the rapid service provision and reliability of the instance-based rather than the existing IP-based structure. Research is mainly conducted through Block cloud, a platform that combines service-centric networking (SCN) and blockchain. In addition, the Internet of Things network has been proposed as a fog computing environment in the structure of the existing cloud computing. Fog computing is an environment suitable for real-time information processing. In this paper, we propose a new Internet network structure based on fog computing that requires real-time for rapid processing of IoT services. The proposed system applies IoTA, the third-generation blockchain based on DAG, to the block cloud. In addition, we want to propose a basic model of the object block chain and check the application services of electric vehicles. -

Because of the importance of the information, encryption algorithms are heavily used. Raw data is encrypted and secure, but problems arise when the key for decryption is exposed. In particular, large-scale Internet sites such as Facebook and Amazon suffer serious damage when user data is exposed. Recently, research into a new fourth-generation encryption technology that can protect user-related data without the use of a key required for encryption is attracting attention. Also, data clustering technology using encryption is attracting attention. In this paper, we try to reduce key exposure by using homomorphic encryption. In addition, we want to maintain privacy through similarity measurement. Additionally, holistic similarity measurements are time-consuming and expensive as the data size and scope increases. Therefore, Min-Hash has been studied to efficiently estimate the similarity between two signatures Methods of measuring similarity that have been studied in the past are time-consuming and expensive as the size and area of data increases. However, Min-Hash allowed us to efficiently infer the similarity between the two sets. Min-Hash is widely used for anti-plagiarism, graph and image analysis, and genetic analysis. Therefore, this paper reports privacy using homomorphic encryption and presents a model for efficient similarity measurement using Min-Hash. -
As the number of data and devices explodes, centralized data processing and AI analysis have limitations due to the load on the network and cloud. On-device AI technology can provide intelligent services without overloading the network and cloud because the device itself performs AI models. Accordingly, the need for on-device AI technology is emerging. Many smartphones are equipped with On-Device AI technology to support the use of related functions. In this paper, we compare software tools that implement On-Device AI.

Study on Image Processing Techniques Applying Artificial Intelligence-based Gray Scale and RGB scaleArtificial intelligence is used in fusion with image processing techniques using cameras. Image processing technology is a technology that processes objects in an image received from a camera in real time, and is used in various fields such as security monitoring and medical image analysis. If such image processing reduces the accuracy of recognition, providing incorrect information to medical image analysis, security monitoring, etc. may cause serious problems. Therefore, this paper uses a mixture of YOLOv4-tiny model and image processing algorithm and uses the COCO dataset for learning. The image processing algorithm performs five image processing methods such as normalization, Gaussian distribution, Otsu algorithm, equalization, and gradient operation. For RGB images, three image processing methods are performed: equalization, Gaussian blur, and gamma correction proceed. Among the nine algorithms applied in this paper, the Equalization and Gaussian Blur model showed the highest object detection accuracy of 96%, and the gamma correction (RGB environment) model showed the highest object detection rate of 89% outdoors (daytime). The image binarization model showed the highest object detection rate at 89% outdoors (night).

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of social support of table tennis players on exercise stress and athletic performance. To clarify the purpose of this study, middle and high school table tennis players registered with the Korea Table Tennis Association in 2020 were targeted. After that, a total of 300 subjects (150 males and 150 females) were selected using the convenient sampling method. The survey tool consisted of a questionnaire on a 5-point scale. Also, the collected data were statistically processed using SPSS version 20.0. The results obtained through this research procedure are as follows. First, it was found that the social support of athletes partially affected the exercise stress. Second, it was found that the social support of athletes partially affected athletic performance. Third, exercise stress of athletes was found to have a partial effect on athletic performance.

It has been common since ancient times to use fashion accessories to make a positive impression on others and develop personal brands. For this manuscript, I've designed a range of personalized electronic sounds and perfume accessories that use personalized scents and sounds to create memorable experiences. These have built-in auditory and olfactory actuators that can generate unique sound and fragrance signatures from the wearer and the other party. Based on the design explorations, I also discussed the issues of design and implementation of personalized electronic sound and fragrance accessories, as well as issues and additional business opportunities for the use of these personalized electronic sound and odor accessories in everyday life.

Recenlty, the category of luxury wearbles has expanded and the relevant reseach has been scarce. The study tests whether the emotional mechanism regarding luxury wearables within e-tail affects luxury brand perceptions. Furthermore, it tests the moderation effect of gender in the mechanism. A total of 393 responses from U.S. populations were collected through an international research company with using online survey methods. In the results, the positive and direct effect of dominance on positive emotion was significant, and the positive emotion significantly increases perceived brand luxury. However, no direct effect of dominance was found on perceived brand luxury. The moderation effect of gender in the relationship between positive emotion and perceived brand luxury was found positive and significant, but the hypothesized moderation effect of gender was insignificant in the relationship between dominance and perceived brand luxury. Implications and study limitations are discussed.

In precision agriculture (PA), the differences of the agriculture related parameters such as temperature, humidity, soil moisture among different fields are considered and analyzed to precisely utilize water, pesticides, fertilizer, seeds, etc. in fields. Hence, it becomes possible to increase the profit, reduce waste and maintain quality products. This paper suggests a framework for RFID sensor network in view of PA, especially, associated with Container-grown seedlings(CGS), and presents the analysis and simulation by using Ultra High Frequency (UHF) RFID tag system. The simulation is divided into the transmitter and receiver part using Matlab/Simulink. The architecture of the model is flexible to achieve different modulation and encoding types. Finally, some results of the simulation are presents. -
Currently, Korea is building traffic infrastructure using Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), but the pedestrian traffic accident rate is very high. The purpose of this paper is to prevent the risk of traffic accidents by jaywalking pedestrians. The development of this study aims to detect pedestrians who trespass using the public data set provided by the Artificial Intelligence Hub (AIHub). The data set uses training data: 673,150 pieces and validation data: 131,385 pieces, and the types include snow, rain, fog, etc., and there is a total of 7 types including passenger cars, small buses, large buses, trucks, large trailers, motorcycles, and pedestrians. has a class format of Learning is carried out using YOLOv5 as an implementation model, and as an object detection and edge detection method of an input image, a canny edge model is applied to classify and visualize human objects within the detected road boundary range. In this study, it was designed and implemented to detect pedestrians using the deep learning-based YOLOv5 model. As the final result, the mAP 0.5 showed a real-time detection rate of 61% and 114.9 fps at 338 epochs using the YOLOv5 model.

Although telecommuting of SMEs has been activated due to the COVID-19 phenomenon, the security model for this is insufficient. Accordingly, the study was divided into threats centered on smartphones and threats centered on smartphone users. As a result of the study, one-third of SMEs are working from home. At this company with 100 employees, more than 50% of them work from home.and In the metal, machinery and chemical industries with factories, 20% of them work from home. As a result of analyzing the correlation between telecommuting according to the presence or absence of a factory, the correlation coefficient (r=-.385) has a clear linear relationship. And, as a result of the regression analysis, the R-squared value was 0.148, so companies with factories are highly related to telecommuting. In other words, we found that SMEs with factories do not want to work from home. In addition, as a result of analyzing the level of security threats, there were great concerns about theft, hacking, and phone taking during remote work. As limitations of the study, there were difficulties in selecting SMEs from the population in a non-face-to-face work environment, and there were limitations in the questionnaire items for deriving a non-face-to-face work environment.
