The central purpose of the current research is to identify how 12-week bodybuilding exercise affects muscle dysmorphia. The research subjects consisted of an experimental group and a control group, each with 16 freshmen at college. MDI(muscle dysmorphic inventory), developed by Schlundt, Woodford, Brownlee(2000) was utilized to collect relevant data, which was analyzed by PASW 18.0. An independent two sample t-test was conducted to see whether there exists any significant difference between the two groups in the pre- and the post-tests. A paired t-test, in turn, was performed to identify whether there is any difference between the two tests for each group. The statistical significance level was set at p<.05. It was found that the experimental group marked a higher level of muscle dysmorphia than the control group in the pre-test. It was also found that muscle dysmorphia of the experimental group increased in the post-test, while no significant difference was manifested in the control group in the post-test.

Korea's laws regarding ICT must follow the Void for vagueness doctrine, the Principle of forbidden general delegation, the Principle of justification of system and the Principle of balancing test in the Constitution. The Act for the Promotion and Convergence and so on of Information and Communication in the Future should be improved as follows. It is desirable to improve the part where the principle of system justification of the Constitution is problematic in relation to existing laws. It is desirable to improve the ICT's policies on industry and convergence technologies so that they are well balanced between promotion and regulation of ICT's industries. It is desirable to improve the information service policy and legislative makeup relationship between various government agencies related to ICT. It is therefore desirable to improve the institutional complement to the post-regulatory framework for the protection of users of ICT in the future. It is desirable to create a device to replace the functions of the Information Service Budget Council in the special law of ICT.

Comorbidity isthe simultaneous presence of two chronic diseases or conditions in a patient. As part of a larger research study, the aims of this study were to explore comorbid conditions in intensive care unit (ICU) patients and to compare the comorbidity across different demographic groups, and to determine what comorbid health problems coexisted in the patients with hospital-acquired pressure injury (HAPI). The average number of comorbid conditions was 6.4 with range from 0-20 in the ICU patients. African American patients had significantly more comorbid health problems than other race/ethnicity groups. Asian and Hispanic female patients showed higher comorbidity than male patients across age. The patients with HAPIs had significantly more comorbid health problems than the patients without HAPIs -- the average numbers were almost two-fold. We found comorbid health problems that existed with HAPI in ICU patients. 'Other diseases of lung' and 'Disorders of fluid, electrolyte, and acid-base balance' were most frequently coexisting health problems in the ICU patients with HAPI. Exploratory plots are helpful to discover patterns or hypotheses relevant to clinical management in critical care. Inclusion of patients' comorbid health problems to ICU HAPI risk assessment may be helpful. Identification of patients at a high risk for the development of HAPI and the early preventative interventions can help reduce length of stay as well as costly complications.

The purpose of this study was to assess mental health and quality of life (QOL) including factors influencing QOL among early North Korean defectors in South Korea. Participants were 151 early North Korean defectors residing in a settlement support center. All measures were self-administered. Unlike refugees living in communities, early defectors did not experience a high rate of mental health problems and reported a good QOL. Psychoticism was the most predictive factor affecting QOL. Findings from this study suggest the importance of mental health assessment and support over time. Psychoticism, significant in explaining QOL of early North Korean defectors, needs early diagnosis and treatment to prevent progression. Mental health issues among refugees may not be evident while they are in a structured, supportive environment. Evaluation and treatment are needed over time. -

Electronic health records (EHRs) enable us to use and re-use electronic data for various multiple purposes, such as public reporting, quality improvement, and patient outcomes research. Current hospital-acquired pressure injury (HAPI) risk assessment instruments have not been specifically developed for intensive care unit (ICU) patients and showed false positive rates in this specific populations. Previous research studies report a number of risk factors; however, it is still not clear what factors influence ICU HAPI in this population. As part of a larger research study, we performed an exploratory analysis by using a large electronic health record data. The aims of this study were to compare characteristics of patients who developed HAPIs during their ICU stay with those who did not, and to determine whether the two groups were different in the aspects of length of ICU stay, discharge disposition, and discharge destinations. We conducted chi-square test and t-test for group comparison. Association was examined by using bivariate analyses. Pearson correlation coefficients were used to examine correlation between LOS and number of medications. Our findings suggest a number of consistent and potentially modifiable risk factors, such as sedation, feeding tubes, and the number of medications administered. The mortality of the HAPI group was significantly higher than the non-HAPI group in our data. Discharge disposition was significantly different between the groups. 67% of the HAPI group transferred to intermediate or long-term care hospitals whereas 57.7% of the non-HAPI group went home after discharge. Awareness of these risk factors can lead to clinical interventions that can be preventative in the ICU setting. -
The purpose of this study was to examine the meaning and structure of the experience of female college students. For this purpose, 22 female college students, regardless of age, participated in the interview three times in total. Interview data were processed through the analysis and interpretation process using the phenomenological research method, Giorgi method. As a result, 34 semantic units were derived, then divided into 14 subcomponents, and then divided into 6 categories. As a result of analysis, the spiritual value of female college students was composed of "family", "friendly person", "professional person", "empathy", "reflection" and "trust". Based on the above meaning, the structure of the spiritual value of female college students can conclude that they were a continuation of life that forms a strong sense of value and empathy and trust with patience with family and friends. Based on this, intervention on spiritual well-being of female college students suggests that intervention to form values based on empathy and trust based on family and close friends is implemented.

The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of educational smartphone app with the effect of learning using conventional paper material. We developed an educational app for nursing students to learn how to read blood pressure and how to take a pulse. Evaluated was the effect of the app-based education by measuring the short term memory (right after the education), the long term memory (a week later) and the satisfaction. 25 college nursing students participated for the experiment group using the app-based education and 25 for the control group using paper-based education. We applied for statistical analysis Fisher's exact test and Independent t-test. The satisfaction of the app user's appeared significantly higher than that of the paper material user's (t=2.322, p=0.024). The short term memory score was 0.23 points higher in the experimental group (6.46 points) than in the control group (6.23 points), which was not statistically significant (t =0.422, p =0.675). Similar result came for the long term memory (t=1.006, p=0.320). After adjusting for the effect of a college grade using ANCOVA, the effect on memory was significantly higher in the experiment group. There might be differences in learning ability between the experimental and the control groups.

As the attracting foreign student has become a very important strategy, detailed researches on their college selection and their satisfaction with college life are needed. Especially it is necessary to distinguish ordinary international students and those who take classes in Local Education Centers (LEC) before coming to Korea. The central purpose of this study is to identify how the two types of students differ in their perception of college selection factors and what factors affect their satisfaction with college life. A total of 186 international students participated in the study. It was found that the most important college selection factor of the pre-educated LEC students was 'obtaining academic ability through online classes and transfer of credit hours'. Second, these students reported that the two influential factors for their satisfaction with college life were 'quality of education' and 'cultural experience program'. Third, it was found that the major college selection factors influencing ordinary international students' college life satisfaction were 'expertise of faculty', 'transfer of credit through curriculum links', and 'recommendation from teachers at home country'. Fourth, the major factors affecting the pre-educated LEC students' satisfaction with college life were 'KSL classes at LE's', 'expertise of faculty', and 'financial aid system'.

Stanley Kubrick's 1968 film titled 2001: A Space Odyssey has generally been considered as a monumental piece of mainstream epic science-fiction. However, this film can be evaluated as having properties of experimental cinema by boldly trying technical innovation and aesthetic experiment in various aspects. From the filmmaker's process to filmic structure, technical innovations, screening method,
$mise-en-sc\grave{e}ne$ , cinematic style and its (auto-)reflexivity, 2001: A Space Odyssey is highly experimental. We will attempt to separate out aspects of 2001: A Space Odyssey that derive explicitly from traditions in experimental cinema, whether adopting those traditions or innovating within them, by identifying the film's experimental strategies and relating them to other experimental films that came before and after. This will show that the purely formal characteristics of the film's conception carry meanings on their own relating to Kubrick's personal expression, ideas about cinema and philosophy that go beyond the scope of the film's narrative. -
This study focuses(selected) on garden facilities of designer gardens created at the 1st and 2nd Seoul Garden Shows and examined installed facilities at each designer garden by categorization according to type, material and functions. The study observed problems occurring from maintenance of garden facilities as time passes by and collected basic data to develop maintenance guideline aiming to make contribution to further spreading and promotion of high quality garden culture. This study examined all gardens created at 1st and 2nd Seoul Garden shows in 2015 and 2016. There were 18 gardens built in 2015 and 16 in 2015.The study looked at responsible entities for maintenance of facilities and examined maintenance system for managing these gardens. Garden facilities of the study were categorized into paving, facility for rest, playground, water facility, environmental sculpture and planting media facility according to categorization by landscape design standards and construction guidelines. Target gardens of this study are maintained mostly by citizen gardeners who are passionately carrying out maintenance work while communicating with designers. However, these citizen gardeners lack technical knowledge to manage various facilities. Also, maintenance manuals submitted by garden designers do not offer sufficient details on facility maintenance which calls for professional maintenance and clear instructions on facilities from early phase of design.

This paper focuses on the analysis of the Chinese transliterations of English place names in the Optimality Theory (OT) [1]. Three groups of monosyllabic, disyllabic and multisyllabic English place names are analyzed to represent the hierarchical ranking of both Markedness and Faithfulness constraints in terms of sound epenthesis, which is one of the most important repair strategies named the Preservation Principle [2] devised to "preserve" every source segment (or sound) of the target place names. By doing so, this paper tries to answer the question of why sound epenthesis takes place in transliterating words between languages. With the help of the established ranking of the relevant constraints, this paper explains the process of sound epenthesis formally.

Recently, an increasing number of urban farmers are growing fresh vegetables and fruits themselves using urban garden or weekend farms. In other words, this is called urban agriculture. After the Industrial Revolution in the 18th century, the agricultural society changed from an agricultural society to an industrial society, and the population began to flock to the cities. With the continued increase of urban population, countries with abundant capital were able to control the distribution structure of food supplies and trade agreements among countries. Since energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions caused by agricultural product movements have emerged as the main culprits of global warming, and our table is threatened by safety due to food supply that has no genetic modification or knowledge of the cultivation process, urban agriculture is already taking hold in the West. In other words, as agriculture met cities, its role grew. Each region actively conducts agricultural activities for raising poultry as well as growing vegetables and fruits by using flower beds of detached houses in the city center, rooftops of high and low buildings, or school playgrounds and small tributaries of land. The purpose of this study is to analyze and understand the significance and type of urban agriculture and to examine the cases of domestic and foreign urban agriculture based on this and to seek the developing direction of urban agriculture, which is gradually increasing. Tired of growing competition and rapid change, urbanites are seeking health and relaxation and are planning to present development measures for urban farming and conduct follow-up research to ensure safe food.

This study tries to evaluate the similarities and differences between Paradise Lost and the Journey to the West through the characteristics of Satan and Monkey King. In Paradise Lost, the spirit of Satan revolts God is just like the spirit of Bourgeois revolts the Feudal Aristocracy; however, Monkey King's figure in the Journey to the West is a character with rebellious spirits. In the western world, they often advocate punishments afterward, while the eastern world notes social orders and rules. Although eastern epics have distinct differences toward western epics due to the different cultural and historical backgrounds, the results that the winners at the end always get supreme powers are the same.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Health Promotion Behavior on Spiritual well-being through decision making ability. The data for the study were collected from April 1 to 15, 2019 and the final data used in this study were 332. The research method was cross-sectional questionnaire survey. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA,
$X^2$ analysis, multiple regressions and median effect analysis using SPSS 18.0. Among the participants of this study, 18.1% of men and 81.9% of women were female. The results of this study appeared that the differences in sub-factors of health promotion behaviors by gender were higher in female in health responsibility, substance abuse, social relationship, and self-actualization (p<0.01), while men were higher in exercise than women (p<0.05). Differences in sub-factors of health promotion behaviors by gender were higher in female in health responsibility, substance abuse, social relationship, and self-actualization (p<0.01), while men were higher in exercise than women (p<0.05). Decision making (t=4.899, p<0.01), Health responsibility (t=-1.990, p<0.05), Substance abuse (t=7.344, p<0.01), Exercise (t=7.344, p<0.01), and Self-actualization (t=7.619, p<0.01) were appeared to affect Spiritual Well-Being under statistical significance. Also Decision Making Ability had a partial mediating role in health responsibility and social relationship, which were sub-factors of health promotion behavior, affecting spiritual Well-Being. -
In this paper I discuss a more complicated case of 'It'-Extraposition in English in the Optimality Theory [1] by further modifying and extending the analysis done in Khym (2018) [2] in which only the 'relatively' simple cases of 'It'-Extraposition such as 'CP-Predicate' was dealt with. I show in this paper that the constraints and the constraint hierarchy developed to explain the 'relatively' simple cases of 'It'-Extraposition are no longer valid for the more complicated cases of 'It'-Extraposition in configuration of 'CP-V-CP'. In doing so, I also discuss two important theoretic possibilities and suggest a new view to look at the 'It'-Extraposition: first, the long-bothering question of which syntactic approach between P&P (Chomsky 1985) [3] and MP (Chomsky 1992) [4] should be based on in projecting the full surface forms of candidates may boil down to just a simple issue of an intrinsic property of the Gen(erator). Second, the so-called 'It'- Extraposition phenomenon may not actually be a derived construction by the optional application of Extraposition operation. Rather, it could be just a representational construction produced by the simple application of 'It'-insertion after the structure projection with 'that-clause' at the post-verbal position. This observation may lead to elimination of one of the promising candidates of '
$It_i{\ldots}[_{CP}that{\sim} ] _i$ ' out of the computation table in Khym [2], and eventually to excluding the long-named 'It'-Extraposition case from Extrsposition phenomena itself. The final constraints and the constraint hierarchy that are explored are as follows:${\bullet}$ Constraints:$^*SSF$ , AHSubj, Subj., Min-D${\bullet}$ Constraint Hierarchy: SSF<<>>Subj.>> AHSubj. -
As the globalization process progresses more rapidly and widely, there has been a ever-growing demand for multilingual learning. Compared with the study of Second Language Acquisition, studies on the Third Language and even Multilingual Acquisition have attracted a relatively poor attention. At the same time, considering current educational environments for ethnic colleges and universities, the effects of college English teaching for minority students can be said to have been 'generally poor.' In this situation, when we try to find ways to improve college English studies for minority students most of whom already can speak two languages or even more, it would not be the best idea to keep following the experiences of traditional Second Language Acquisition. It is necessary first to find out whether there are positive or negative effects in acquiring multiple languages, and then to conduct a profound research on L3 (third language and even multilingual) Acquisition in order to employ more efficient teaching methods for multilingual learners. After conducting a Japanese-teaching experiment on two groups of learners with mono-lingual and bilingual backgrounds, it has been found that there is a positive transfer between different languages. In this paper, following the recent research findings on Language teaching for multilingual learners, I try to show with further supports that when it comes to language education for learners with multilingual backgrounds, we should focus on the advantages they may earn in order to conduct more effective language acquisition.

Always, emotion is mutant. This is principle of literary treatment. In the literature, sadness is not sadness, and 'loving emotion' is not 'loving emotion.' Despite loving of our, loving is sadness. Also loving is to cry. This crying becomes love. This study is to show the mutant emotion which is to be able to code Deep Learning AI. We explored the Sijo "Streams that cried last night", because this Sijo was useful to study mutant emotion. The result was that this Sijo was coding the mutant emotion. Almost continuously, the sadness codes were spawning and concentrating. So this Sijo was making the emotion of love with the sadness. If this study is continued, It is believed that our lives will be much happier. And the method of literary therapy will be able to more upgrade.

Media art, which is a combination of media technology and art, is making a lot of progress in combination with AI, IoT and VR. This paper aims to meet people's needs by creating a video that simulates the dance moves of an object that users admire by using media art that features interactive interactions between users and works. The project proposed a universal image synthesis system that minimizes equipment constraints by utilizing a deep running-based Skeleton estimation system and one of the deep-running neural network structures, rather than a Kinect-based Skeleton image. The results of the experiment showed that the images implemented through the deep learning system were successful in generating the same results as the user did when they actually danced through inference and synthesis of motion that they did not actually behave. -
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of type of values on coping stress through communication ability. The data for the study were collected from February 1 to 15, 2019, and the participants were collected through online questionnaires in the twenties who voluntarily participated in the study. The final data used in this study were 324. The research method was cross - sectional questionnaire survey. The analysis was done using SPSS 18.0, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, multiple regression and median effect analysis. A total of 324 people participated in the study, 38% of men and 62% of women were female. The results of this study showed that the collectivism values were positively correlated with individualism values (r = .224, p<0.01), emotional stress coping style (r = .266, p <), And emotion - centered stress coping was correlated with problem - oriented stress coping (r = .369, p <0.01). Those who had a collectivist value had a significant influence on the type of problem - centered stress coping(
${\beta}=.271$ , p<0.01), and the communication ability showed a perfect mediating effect($R^2=.310$ ,${\beta}=.113$ , p>0.05). According to the results of this study, stress coping in the twenties suggests a program that fosters individualized communication ability. -
Due to the development of artificial intelligence and image recognition technology that play important roles in the field of 4th industry, office automation systems and unmanned automation systems are rapidly spreading in human society. The proposed algorithm first finds the variances of the differences between the tile values constituting the learning characters and the experimental character and then recognizes the experimental character according to the distribution of the three learning characters with the smallest variances. In more detail, for 100 learning data characters and 10 experimental data characters, each character is defined as the number of black pixels belonging to 15 tile areas. For each character constituting the experimental data, the variance of the differences of the tile values of 100 learning data characters is obtained and then arranged in the ascending order. After that, three learning data characters with the minimum variance values are selected, and the final recognition result for the given experimental character is selected according to the distribution of these character types. Moreover, we compare the recognition result with the result made by a neural network of basic structure. It is confirmed that satisfactory recognition results are obtained through the processes that subdivide the learning characters and experiment characters into tile sizes and then select the recognition result using variances.

In modern society, people live in an environment with artificial or natural noise. Especially, the sound that corresponds to the artificial noise makes the noise itself and affects each other because many people live and work in the city. Sounds are generated by the activities and causes of various people, such as construction sites, aircraft, production machinery, or road traffic. These sounds are essential elements in human life and are recognized and judged by human auditory organs. Noise is a sound that you do not want to hear by subjective evaluation, and it is a loud sound that gives hearing damage or a sound that causes physical and mental harm. In this study, we introduce the method of stimulating the human hearing by finger vibration and explain the advantages of the proposed method in various kinds of a noise environment. And how to improve the sound quality to improve efficiency. In this paper, we propose a method to prevent the loss of hearing loss and the transmission of sound information based on proper signal to noise ratio when using portable IT equipment in various noise environments.

In this paper, we have developed a Retina Healthcare Service System through which the patient himself/herself can manage his/her retina health. In the case of conventional portable ophthalmic cameras, patients cannot check their eye health on their own because most of them are used by doctor in environments where ophthalmography cannot be performed properly. This system consists of web, app and camera modules, and when a patient mounts a camera module for fundus photography on his / her smart phone and then photographs his / her fundus through the app, the image is transmitted to a server, and the transmitted image reads the fundus the patient's fundus image status in the fundus image reading model learned using deep learning. When the doctor expresses his/her opinions about the patient 's eye condition based on the reading result and the fundus photograph, the patient can check through the app and judge whether to receive ophthalmologic treatment. -

Recently, the importance of big data continues to be emphasized, and it is applied in various fields based on data mining techniques, which has a great influence on the health care industry. There are many healthcare industries, but only home health care is considered here. However, applying this to real problems does not always give perfect results, which is a problem. Therefore, data mining techniques are used to solve these problems, and the algorithms that affect performance are evaluated. This paper focuses on the effects of healthcare services on patient satisfaction and satisfaction. In order to use the CVParameterSelectin algorithm and the SMOreg algorithm of the classify method of data mining, it was evaluated based on the experiment and the verification of the results. In this paper, we analyzed the services of home health care institutions and the patient satisfaction analysis based on the name, address, service provided by the institution, mood of the patients, etc. In particular, we evaluated the results based on the results of cross validation using these two algorithms. However, the existence of variables that affect the outcome does not give a perfect result. We used the cluster analysis method of weka system to conduct the research of this paper.
