PCSI를 이용한 과학기술정보 오픈서비스 이용자 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the User Satisfaction of Open Service for Sharing of S&T Information, using the Public-service Customer Satisfaction Index(PCSI))

  • 본 연구의 목적은 과학기술정보 서비스 기관인 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)에서 정보의 공동활용을 목적으로 제공하고 있는 오픈서비스에 대한 이용자의 만족도를 분석하여, 오픈서비스 이용자의 요구를 파악하고 수요자 기반의 서비스 개선사항을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 KISTI에서 제공하는 있는 오픈서비스인 NOS(NDSL Open Service)의 이용자를 대상으로 만족도 조사를 실시하였다. 서비스별 품질을 나타내는 이용자의 만족도 지표는 해당 서비스에 대해 이용자들이 지각하는 품질을 측정할 수 있도록 설계하였으며, 품질지수, 만족지수, 성과지수로 구성되었다. 분석결과 이용자들은 오픈서비스의 사회적 기여도 및 공익성 측면에서 긍정적인 평가를 하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 반면, 환경품질과 서비스 과정품질 항목은 상대적으로 낮은 만족도를 보여주어 오픈서비스를 조금 더 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 하는 편의성의 제고와 함께 VOC를 중심으로 서비스 이용과정 및 환경 만족도 제고 방안을 모색해야 함을 알 수 있었다.

대학 캠퍼스 키오스크 UI 디자인 요소의 사용자 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on User Satisfacation of Kiosk UI Design Elements on University Campus)

  • The post-corona era is having a major impact on university campus life, and campus cultural life has undergone drastic changes. In the process of adapting to this change. The existing face-to-face learning method is converted to non-face-to-face learning, and kiosks representing campus self-service are increasingly used. Subsequently, in order to match the characteristics of public places such as university campuses and provide better self-service, there are no related studies considering UI design elements of kiosks and characteristics of kiosks. This study conducted a survey on Chinese university students considering the characteristics and usability of university campus kiosks through user interface design elements in terms of design by considering previous studies. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between color, icon, typography, which are elements of kiosk interface design, and convenience, reliability, and usability, which are characteristics of a kiosk. In this study, the design elements and characteristics of the unmanned self-service system kiosk UI used by students at four universities in Korea and China were set as the scope of the study, and related documents were organized and surveyed in Korea and China. Case analysis and comparison method Through the kiosk usage characteristics of 4 universities were derived. The usability evaluation criteria use the five evaluation criteria suggested by the authority JacobNidsn. The survey and analysis of this study were conducted for students who had experience using kiosks at two universities in China, and kiosk UI design elements were organized through survey and analysis of a total of 200 people.

환경 적응적 생존 게임의 재미 요소와 사용자 분석 (Analysis of Fun Elements and User Preferences in Environment Adaptive Survival Games)

  • 특정한 조건 하에서 생존을 목표로 하는 장르 중에는 공포에서의 탈출과 그에서 얻는 카타르시스를 게임의 근본 재미로 설정하는 공포 생존 게임이 잘 알려져 있으나 설정된 공포가 없거나 중요하지 않고 다만 적대적인 환경적 조건을 다양한 방법으로 타개해 생존이라는 목표를 달성해야 하는 종류의 게임도 있다. 이들을 우리는 환경 적응적 생존게임이라고 분류하기로 한다. 이 논문에서 우리는 특히 다수 사용자들의 협동이 가능한 환경 적응적 생존 게임이 갖는 주요 내적 장치와 생존 요소를 사전 해당 장르 경험 조사를 근거로 스팀 플랫폼 상의 6개의 해당 장르 게임을 대상으로 분석하여 13개의 재미 요소를 추출하였다. 또 해당 게임 관련 카페 등을 통해 주로 30세 이하인 해당 장르 사용자 설문 조사를 통해 플레이 시간 등에서는 남녀간 성차가 거의 나타나지 않았지만 생존 요소 중 여성들이 도구 제작 요소를 더 선호하는 것이 밝혀졌다. 공포 생존 게임은 보통 여성들의 비선호도가 높은 것으로 알려졌지만 공포 요소가 적은 환경 적응형 생존 게임은 여성들의 접근성이 높았다.

국립디지털도서관 정보광장 이용자의 만족도 및 이용행태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the User Satisfaction and Information Behavior of Information Commons in the National Digital Library of Korea)

  • 본 연구는 국립중앙도서관 디지털도서관 정보광장 이용자를 대상으로 이용자만족도 설문조사를 통하여, 현재 정보광장의 서비스가 이용자의 만족도를 얼마나 성취하고 있는가를 분석하고, 도서관의 공간별 이용행태를 분석하였다. 이용자만족도는 정보광장 11개 공간/시설에 대해 이용자들이 지각하는 전반적인 만족도를 측정할 수 있게 하였으며, 각 공간별 이용자의 특성을 살펴보았다. 또한 정보광장 개관 이후 실시된 이용자만족도와 현재 이용자 만족도의 점수를 비교 분석하였다. 분석결과 정보광장에 대한 이용자의 전반적인 만족도는 개관 이래 큰 변화 없이 지속적으로 높게 나타났으며, 특히 정보광장의 공간 중 '디지털열람실'의 만족도 점수가 83.8점으로 가장 높았으며, 'UCC 스튜디오'의 만족도가 70.8점으로 가장 낮게 나타났다.

농촌고령자 공동급식시설의 현황 및 이용 만족도 연구 - 2014~15년 농촌고령자 공동시설지원 시범사업을 중심으로 - (A Research on Using Satisfaction and Situation Survey of Common Meal Facilities for Seniors in Rural Areas - Focusing on the Pilot Project of Common Facilities for Rural Seniors from 2014 to 2015-)

  • This The purpose of this study is to evaluate user satisfaction with village bathhouses, selected from a two-year pilot project of common facilities for senior in rural areas from 2014 to 2015. A survey was conducted using a questionnaire to evaluate user satisfaction, and 135 questionnaires were collected from 18 common meal facilities. User satisfaction was evaluated in five categories with a five-point scale: location and spatial composition; emotions and intimacy; safety; nutrition; and maintenance and management. The results are as follows. First, when overall user satisfaction was evaluated on a five-point scale, the average score stood at 4.24 out of five points and 90.03 out of 100 points. These findings suggest that users were generally satisfied with the common meal facilities. Among five categories, scores except safety stood at four points or higher, indicating higher user satisfaction. Second, communal meal in rural areas have been carried out already but the environment for communal meal like cooking equipment, wastewater disposal, and space have been poor. However, the environment is improved through this pilot project, which has a positive effect to user satisfaction. Third, space planning for barrier-free or sanitary in storage of food containers are not adequate, which is necessary to detailed planning and concrete guideline.

키즈카페의 유형별 공간특성과 이용자 만족도 분석 연구 (A Study on the Spatial Characteristics and the User's Satisfaction by Types of the Kids Cafes)

  • There is a demand for a complex cultural space of play, leisure and education, a kids cafe, which will replace a playground just for kids as awareness for the need of a space where parents can spend leisure time with their own children and can take a rest grows, Thus, this study aims to find features for user satisfying kids cafes by conducting observations of the kids cafes and user survey. This study selected 12 kids cafes, 3 kids cafes per type (play focused, cafe or restaurant focused, education focused, multipurpose focused), in Seoul which were built after 2007 and conducted surveys on space planning and spatial characteristics by users and types and the level of satisfaction. As a result, the play focused kids cafes are used the most and the multipurpose focused kids cafes are used the second most. So the reason for using kids cafes is for the play of children. Also the overall satisfaction level for kid cafes were above the average except for the price. The result of this study showed that there was differences of satisfaction based on the type of user satisfaction, size of children space, finishes, colors, furniture and accessories, sanitary conditions. For the overall satisfaction, users were satisfied with the interior space, however, users were unsatisfied with functional parts, such as toys, foods and educational program. The results of the analysis showed that based on the types of the kids cafes, users' satisfaction rate for space size for the children, finishes, colors, furniture and accessories, sanitary conditions were different and for the functional parts, the satisfaction rate was different in all aspects. Also, in overall, the educational focused type users showed higher satisfaction rate than other users. Finally, the level of satisfaction is different by type of kids cafes and we have to consider the level of satisfaction of the users in order to plan kids cafes which meet the demand of the users.

모바일 식품구매 서비스의 지속사용의도에 관한 연구 (Analysis of Factors Affecting the Continuance Intention to Use Mobile Grocery Shopping)

  • Purpose This paper attempts to explain the recent expanding trend in Mobile Grocery Shopping(MGS). More specifically, the authors have applied the Post Acceptance Model(PAM) in order to examine the conceptual structure among the four constructs of 'Expectation Confirmation', 'Perceived Usefulness', 'User Satisfaction', and 'Continuance Intention to Use' in Mobile Grocery Shopping. Design/methodology/approach Through a survey agency, data were collected from a sample of 312 consumers who had the previous experience in Mobile Grocery Shopping. The Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) analysis was conducted with the survey data using AMOS 22.0. Subsequently, 8,200 real customer data from an open market site were collected in order to find out their revisit and repurchase behavior. Findings This study supported the causal relationships of Expectation Confirmation → Perceived Usefulness, Expectation Confirmation → User Satisfaction, Perceived Usefulness → User Satisfaction, and User Satisfaction → Continuance Intention to Use, but did not support the direct effect of Perceived Usefulness on the Continuance Intention to Use Mobile Grocery Shopping. This implies that consumers with any experience in Mobile Grocery Shopping would not consider repurchase, unless they are satisfied with the experience even though they perceive its usefulness. Also, Expectation Confirmation has much larger effect on User Satisfaction than Perceived Usefulness. In addition, the real customer data showed that the revisit and the repurchase rate of mobile grocery shoppers were higher than those of online grocery shoppers, although the rates of adding to shopping carts, coupon downloads, and adding to favorites are similar.

병원 내 도서관의 이용자 만족도 및 수요조사에 관한 연구 (A Study on User Satisfaction and Demand Survey of Libraries in Hospitals)

  • 본 연구는 병원 내 도서관 이용자의 만족도를 제고시키고 향후 병원 내 도서관의 활성화 방안을 고찰하기 위해, 이용자와 비이용자를 대상으로 장서, 시설 및 환경, 직원, 서비스, 프로그램 등의 만족도 및 수요도를 조사하여, 이용자가 만족하는 도서관의 운영 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 병원 내 도서관 활성화 방안으로 첫째, 최신성을 갖춘 다양한 주제의 장서 수 확대가 필요하다. 둘째, 병원 내 도서관의 직원 수확대가 시급하며, 이와 함께 의학 전문 지식 기반 의사소통 능력 향상 및 이용자 요구에 대한 신속한 대응 능력이 필요하다. 셋째, 시설 및 환경으로 병원 내 도서관 규모 확대와 편의시설 확대가 필요하다. 넷째, 서비스 질 향상과 다양한 서비스 제공이 필요하며, 이용자 대상에 따라 전문가는 주제검색서비스, 의학관련 정보원 제공 서비스를, 일반인(환자 및 보호자 등) 건강정보서비스 등을 제공해야 한다. 마지막으로 프로그램 운영을 위한 인프라 확대와 대상의 다양화, 프로그램 지속성 등이 확보되어야 한다.

  • Enterprise Architecture has become a key tool for transforming business process, data, IT and application resources. The "Efficient Adaptation and Management of Information System Act" was established to support the planning and development of the information system in order for the public sector to adopt Information Technology Architecture (EA) into its organization through the act. Until now, the study of EA has been mainly focused on concepts, methodologies and success factors for the implementation of EA. User involvement, which is one of the critical factors in adopting information systems, has been rarely studied in the field of EA research. The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of user characteristics on user involvement in EA implementation. After discussing intrinsic motivators and situational motivators as predictors of user involvement, a research model were developed and tested using survey data. The results showed that among intrinsic motivators, perceived competence had a strong positive effect on user involvement. Some implications were discussed for implementing and utilizing EA for public agencies.

ATCIS 성능개량체계 만족 및 지속사용 의도에 미치는 영향요인 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the User Satisfaction and Continuous Use Intention of the Improved Army Tactical Command Information System)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the user satisfaction and continuous use intention of the improved ATCIS in the Korean Army. Design/methodology/approach Based on the various theories in relation to IT continuance, user satisfaction was identified as the main factor with regard to the continuous use intention of the improved ATCIS. In addition, computer self-efficacy, education-training, and system quality were hypothesized as antecedent variables to user satisfaction, and information security stress was set as a moderating variable for these relationships. Findings Survey results show that computer self-efficacy, education and training, and system quality had a positive effect on user satisfaction, and information security stress was found to moderate these relationships. The effects of computer self-efficacy and education-training on user satisfaction were higher in the group with low information security stress. However, the relationship between system quality and user satisfaction was higher in the group with high information security stress. User satisfaction is found to have a positive effect on the continuous use intention even with habit considered as a control variable.
