Although user satisfaction and activation are noting new, factors related to user emotion have been a part of the important subject shared by most people for management. But few studies have known in culture and welfare facilities using closed rural schools. The samples were collected through self-completed a questionnaires, a total of 322 users data were identified by SPSS 25.0 and frequency and descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed. The main results are as follows: 1) General user satisfaction of culture and welfare facilities using closed rural schools reach a total or 8.52 points(out of a total of 10 points), 2) significant factors related to user satisfaction are comparative satisfaction, recognition of contribution to the local economy, age, job. A key insight from these results is that most users are satisfied with the culture and welfare facilities using closed rural schools. And relationship between user satisfaction and a variety of variables indicates the essential for differentiation and utilization of services. It is necessary to implement several practical and political strategies taking the context and the needs of users as a way of enhancing the urban and rural welfare services.

Estimation methods of motion intention from bio-signal present challenges in man machine interaction(MMI) to offer user's command to machine without control of any devices. Measurements of meaningful bio-signals that contain the motion intention and motion estimation methods from bio-signal are important issues for accurate and safe interaction. This paper proposes a novel motion estimation sensor based on a geometrical muscle changes, and a motion estimation method using the sensor. For estimation of the motion, we measure the circumference change of the muscle which is proportional to muscle activation level using a flexible piezoelectric cable (pMAS, piezo muscle activation sensor), designed in band type. The pMAS measures variations of the cable band that originate from circumference changes of muscle bundles. Moreover, we estimate the elbow motion by applying the sensor to upper limb with least square method. The proposed sensor and prediction method are simple to use so that they can be used to motion prediction device and methods in rehabilitation and sports fields.

This study was designed to validate Spreading Activation Theory (SAT) for an evaluation methodology for menu structure through Eye-Tracking approach. When a visual search is on the way, more eye fixations and time are necessary to visually process complex and vague area. From the aspect of recognition, well-designed menu structures were hypothesized to have fewer numbers of fixations and shorter duration because well-designed menu structures reflecting the users' mental model would be well matched with the product's menu structure, resulting in reducing the number of fixations and duration time. The results show that the shorter reaction times for SAT had significantly fewer numbers of fixation and shorter duration time as the hypothesis for this study stated. In conclusion, SAT was proved to be an effective evaluation methodology for menu structure with the eye tracking equipment. In addition, using SAT instead of the real performance experiment would be useful for designing user-centered systems and convenient information structures because SAT was proven to be the theoretical background for design and evaluation of menu structures.

영상처리시 처리 요구 되는 영상데이터의 크기에 비례하여 시스템의 부담은 더욱 더 증가하게 된다. 특히 클라이언트로부터 전송되는 영상 데이터를 실시간으로 서버에서 분석하여 처리하는 원격 영상처리 시스템에서는 처리해야 할 데이터가 집중되는 서버 측에는 데이터의 병목현상이 발생하게 되고, 데이터의 병목현상은 시스템의 성능을 저하시킬 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 여러 대의 서버를 두어 처리하는 단순 분산처리를 사용하여 해결 할 수 있으나, 이는 그만큼의 비용 부담을 가져올 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 영상 데이터 처리의 병목현상을 해결하기 위한 분산 시스템에 객체 활성화 기술을 접목시킨 새로운 형태의 분산 영상 처리를 제안하고자 한다. 제안한 방법은 영상 전처리 작업을 최적화 된 시스템에 의해 처리하게 하여 더 높은 성능을 가져올 수 있다. 또한 최적화된 서버의 오류로 인해 정상적으로 동작하지 않을 경우를 대비하여, 네트워크 내의 유휴서버를 활용하여 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.

In this paper, the customized sport convergence contents curation system is proposed for activation of sport for all. The proposed system collects and analyzes profile of social sports group(club, society, etc.) for recommend optimized sport convergence contents to user. And the survey is progressed for research problem of existed service and usefulness of proposed service. The proposed system and service are expected to design innovative new service model for activate of sport for all.

The objective of this paper is to make use of marketing in order to managerial good conducted the pursuit of public interest of the public library. The information service of the public library is to be user orientated. The results of the study is as follows : The activation of the community information is based on get hold of the exact community needs : in this paper, it is proposed to the survey's frame of the community need ; according to the results of the survey, the community needs the institution of the information and referral service and the public library must be made of the information unit of the nation for the public service and the public sphere of the information in the future.

이 연구는 시공간의 제약을 줄이고 접근성을 낮추는 미술 분야를 중심으로 온라인 취미 클래스 플랫폼의 사용자 경험을 분석하고, 더 나은 사용 경험을 제안하는 데 중점을 두었다. 이를 위해 국내외 온라인 취미 클래스 플랫폼의 사례를 조사하고 국내 2,30대 대학생과 직장인들을 대상으로 사용자 경험을 측정하기 위한 설문을 진행하였다. 연구결과, 사용자 경험을 만족하는 요소와 현재 국내 서비스와의 간극을 발견하였고, 이를 좁히기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 여가문화 시장에 온라인 취미 클래스 플랫폼을 더욱 활성화하기 위한 방안을 제안하였다는 데에 의의가 있다. 이 연구가 향후 온라인 취미활동 플랫폼의 사용자 경험에 대한 자료로 활용되고 나아가 실질적 활성화 방안을 논의하는 데에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

This study is to evaluate the economies of scale of the public libraries in metropolitan cities. The results of the regression analysis confirm that for all samples of libraries there is diseconomies of scale in library operations (${\Sigma}b_{n}$≒6.14∼10.91). Therefore, all the types of public libraries should be improve productivity by user-based collection development, increasing circulation turnover rate, activation of in-library use, strengthening mobile library services, rational planning of services area, development of reading programs connected with the curriculum, a new branch library plans, etc.

This paper proposes a layered protocol to interpret voice commands of the user´s own language to a machine, to control it in real time. The layers consist of speech signal capturing layer, lexical analysis layer, interpretation layer and finally activation layer, where each layer tries to mimic the human counterparts in command following. As the rapid development of IT and the internet changed the trading method from the traditional offline transaction into the online e-Trading, the international documentation standards, the eUCP and the domestic laws and legislations have been established, adapting to the new e-Trading environment. This study was conducted to analyze the factors which affect the use of uTradeHub on the domestic trading companies and trade-related organizations and suggest how to activate e-Trading. To do this, classify the users into the enterprises and the trade-related organizations, set up the hypothesis of the study with the measurement variables of the user convenience, the new service, the system suitability and the legislation environment and carry out a survey targeting the trading companies and the trade-related offices to do an actual proof analysis. The analysis was performed by using the statistical program, SPSS IBM22.0, and the study hypothesis was tested by the multiple regression analysis methodology. The test result showed that the trading companies set a high value on the user convenience, the new service and the legislation environment of uTradeHub, meanwhile the trade-related organizations regarded the system security and reliability, the user convenience and the legislation environment as the major affecting factor on the use of uTradeHub.
