To perform this study, I set up two subjects of research. First, does the play-based assertive training program have influence on the self-expression improvement of elementary students? Second, does the play-based assertive training program have influence on the attitude of elementary students? I established 28 students in the third grade of K elementary school in Gongju City as experiment group for this research. In experiment group, 1 peformed play-based assertive training program in the class of discretion and extra-curricula activity twice a week and maintained the program for 6 weeks. By the standard of 12 times of performances, I put pre-test and post-test into operation. The major consequences revealed through above processes are followed: First, as the consequence of analyses of differences between pre-test and post-test about self-expression of experiment group adapted by play-using assertion training program, the level of self-expression was advanced meaningfully. Second, as the consequences of analyses of differences between pre-test and post-test about learning-attitude of experiment group adapted by play-based assertive training program, the level of learning-attitude was advanced meaningfully. Among 8 sub-fields of learning attitude, the field of superiority, accomplishment motives, concentration, self-study show statistically meaningful difference s respectively. The conclusion drawn from above consequences is that the play-based assertive training program is very effective in developing students' self-expression and attitude for learning.

It is very important subject faced for the construction of emergency medical system to produce a number of emergency medical technicians to be sufficient to the role of emergency aid. In this study it is analysed the training curriculum for the emergency medical technician and presented the improvement plans. 1. Though it needs the qualification level of first and second class in the selection process, the more important thing needs the detailed qualification level by term of one's service and the skills of business accomplishment. 2. In the examination management, (1) written examination is composed of the questions to understand how much faithfully they carry out the practical business as the emergency medical technicians, (2) it is added practical examination as the item to appraise the situation disposal ability. 3. It is necessary to prescribe the activity in the medical institution and ambulance arrangement through the development of 'Business Treatment Guide'. 4. For the regional balanced disposition of emergency medical personnel it is selected balanceably the educational institution by eight medical service areas, and considering the characteristics of region it is necessary to manage, in the practical business training course, another special course such as the mountains medical aid and sea medical aid. 5. In the period of education the first class needs the practical business training period of a certain period after passing examination, and the second class needs the extension of the period. 6. As the problems to improve in the curriculum [1] in the first class course (1) intensification of practical educaiton (2) reinforcement of curriculum (3) the development of standardized curriculum etc., [2] in the second class course (1) varieties of curriculum (2) intensification of basic first aid treatment education.

Call Center requires an ability of agents a lot more than face-to-face contact due to being achieved communication by non face-to face channel for contact with customers. In order to improve the ability of agents, Call Center carries out various educational training according to their work experience and function and with the accomplishment of educational training, Call Center is going to fulfill to develop its quality of counseling and productivity. On the other hand, due to investment of a lot of time and budget to educational training, it is needed to grasp and manage about its effectiveness that how helpful the training is for performance of work-site operations through evaluation of educational training. Having Seen researches about evaluation of educational training until these days, most researches have mainstream to measure satisfaction and a level of learning or degree that how the learning transfers to actions. It is found that a research about an entire evaluation model should be required. This study aims to investigate effectiveness of Call Center educational training from the level of recognition by reflecting Kirkpatrick's the four levels of learning evaluation. By the four levels, reaction, learning, behavior and results, the study found out a connection with standards of evaluation about each levels. In addition, by using structural equation modeling, it was examined goodness of fit about the entire model. Furthermore, by an alternative model, considering a direct relation between a factor of reaction and behavior, it was compared and examined goodness of fit of overall model of the study model and the alternative one.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of synchronous induction programs on new fire-training students' grits and learning outcomes. The research target selected 108 new firefighters from Fire & Marine School. 108 is composed of 54 experimental and control groups and isexecuted once a week, 60 minutes per session, and 10 sessions of synchronous inducement program. The research tools used grids to conduct pre- and post-test, and the mid-term and final-term tests were compared and analyzed. The data analysis was conducted using the SPS 22.0 program. The results showed that the motivational program showed statistically significant differences in the grids and had a significant impacton the final exam results of new firefighters. So, you have a passion for long-term goals and a passion for long-term goals. It is required adequacy for evaluation factors in performance rating. That is, $\circled1$ as for those who work in psychiatry or newborn baby room they should be appraied in terms of different factors from those applicable to whom work in a general staffs. $\circled2$ Evaluation factors should be concrete so that the quality and quantity of work and the potential ability of them can be correctly appraised. 3. In order to realize the object of perfamance rating system, the training on chief nurses are quite important. Also, careful practices and continuous supplementary training are required before the system is introduced.First of all, the appropriate evaluation can be mad by continuing to record the rating objects every day for the purpose of obtaining the objectivity of rating. 4. In course of transfering of the position and training, the induction of self-rating system and presentation of self-description is required to supplement functionally the performance rating system. 5. For the efficiency of nurses' performance rating system, the results of performance rating system must be reflected in promotion, allocation and training course, which makes the nurses have the motives and the organization accomplish the goal of modern nursing through its activation.
Purpose: The purpose of this phenomenological study was to understand the job experiences of the medical aid client managers Method: The data were collected through an in-depth interview from twelve medical aid client managers. It was analyzed using the phenomenological method proposed by Colaizzi (1978). Moreover, appropriate legal basis for the duty of medical aid client managers is to be established. Finally, based on this research, more acknowledgement from the Korean nursing society is needed for the new emerging professional job.
The purpose of this study is to analyze 62 questionnaires from November 3rd to November 25th, 2016 for those who received more than one skill improvement training at Korea Polytechnic University.Using IBM SPSS Statistics 19, factor analysis 18 factors were used to derive six factors and the significance was verified as p = .000. First, The correlation coefficient between friendship and training characteristics was the highest at .735, and the technical content and effectiveness were in the order of 730. Therefore, it is required to provide an organized and systematic educational environment of training institutions. Second, multiple regression analysis showed that the efficiency of the training method had a significant effect (p <.05, ${\beta}=.337$). Efficiency and Skills of Educational Methods Adults had a significant effect on job satisfaction (p <.01, ${\beta}=.437$, ${\beta}=.415$). In the educational method, the efficiency had a significant effect on job satisfaction (p <.001, ${\beta}=.552$). The subjects in this study were 171 child care teachers working in Gyeonggi province. Role performance questionnaire, the perceived supervisor's support scale, and the perceived burnout scale were used for this study. For the research analysis, frequency, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient, and Pearson's correlation were calculated and regression analysis were conducted. The results are as follows. Firstly, it was revealed that both child care teachers' role performance and the perceived supervisors' support had statistically negative significant correlations with child care teachers' burnout. Secondly, role performance had statistically meaningful negative influences on child care teachers' overall burnout. Training and teaching activities as a sub-variable of child care teachers' role performance had statistically meaningful negative influences on emotional exhaustion, a lack of feeling of personal accomplishment, and overall job burnout. Thirdly, supervisors' support also had statistically meaningful negative influences on burnout. Material support as the sub-variable had statistically meaningful negative influences on emotional exhaustion, dehumanization, a lack of feeling of personal accomplishment, and overall job burnout. Evaluative support had statistically meaningful and negative influences on dehumanization and a lack of feeling of personal accomplishment. Through the results of this study, it must be indicated that it needs to promote the support of the supervisor in the various aspects and to provide a way which child care teachers efficiently perform the role in order to reduce their burnout.
