Natural dyes don't pollute the environments in contrast to artifical dyes. The cloths dyed with natural material can be developed into insect-proof clothing and bedding. With natural tint, they can also produce natural images. The purpose of this paper is to show the way to develop the natural dye material easily available at cheap cost, to produce high value added products in terms of dyeing a wide range of colors by using this material, and to suggest the way for farmers to cultivate the onions in their idle land, thus gaining additidnal income. In the process of dyeing natural cloth with onion skin produced largely in Mooan, Chonnam, we were able to extract a wide spectrum of colours from yellow to pale brown and gray. Having reaped good results in the various endurance tests(of washing, friction, water, sweat, sunlight), this material is estimated to be highly worthy of industrialization.

This paper intended to find rational alternatives for contracting-out of duties of the Busan port Pier Management Corporation. tint is facing the merger and abolition, and whose main functions include the management of port facilities such as International Passenger Terminal, Cruise Terminal, and Coast Passenger Terminal. For this purpose. the paper searched appropriate term, needs (merits), proper scope and cost if the contracting-out of that port facilities. The result of the analysis indicated that the best policy is to privatize the Busan port Pier Management Corporation itself to make it an private incorporated company.

Water temperature data of National. Fisheries Research and Development Institute (NFRDI) during periods of 19m to 2002 were analyzed to investigate the effect of the water temperature on catches of anchovy and laver in the eastern part of the Southern Waters of Korea The annual catches of anchovy and laver increased gradually although they showed fluctuations each year. Our findings indicated tint the catches cf anchovy and laver were controlled by various oceanographic conditions, mainly water temperature. The appearance of cooler sea surface water, warmer water at 0 to 20 m depth, and bottom water of about $15^{\circ}C$ caused relatively lower catches.

The purpose of this study was to suggest the appropriate marketing strategies for Korean fashion companies wishing to enter the US market. In-depth-interview with documentary research were performed to investigate the seven Korean fashion companies launching in the US market as wholesalers or retailers. The interviews were executed from May to July 2007. The results of the study were summarized in accordance with Marketing Mix(4P's). In most cases, the brand targets are female customers of 20's to early 30's. The products carried by the companies are trendy with a tint of vintage and oriental feelings. The price ranges from middle to high level. Most brands are engaged in wholesaling through trade shows to sell the merchandise for department stores or specialty stores, but recently are trying to convert to retailing. Trade shows and show rooms are used as one of the promotion tools, but celebrity marketing has also been active for the promotions. Most companies suggested their superior qualities of the products as their strength, and the lack of experience and information as their weakness. Most companies forecast that the influence of FTA between Korea and the US may be limited because of Korea companies' overseas outsourcing system.

This study is about current operating system and development process if remote island route. 14 companies are providing safe transportation service for remote island residents with total 30 boots on Z7 routes. Each route transit analysis shows tint the number of passenger tends to increase every year. In order to enhance customer satisfaction, more constructive improvement is demanded, such as implementing operation evaluation on each charter service provider.1he result obtained from this study is to be utilized as basic document for remote island route development process in semi-long run basis.

In the present study, we investigated the physiological effects of smartphone use at night when the display luminance and white balance were differently manipulated. Two levels of luminance and two types of white balance were combined to form four types of displays. Subjects were instructed to use smartphones between 23:00 to 01:00 twice a week for two weeks, and for each trial, subjects were given one of the four display types. Melatonin concentration in the saliva, body temperature and heart rate were measured before and after each experiment. The experimental result showed that the low luminance display supported melatonin secretion and thermoregulation compared to the high luminance display. With regard to the white balance, higher melatonin level was observed when using the display that filtered blue light. The low luminance display together with yellowish tint best supported restful sleep at night in terms of every physiological response. This study collectively demonstrates that bright and blue light emitted from smartphone displays adversely affect melatonin secretion, body temperature, and heart rate, and therefore, suggests the use of a display with low luminance or a display that filters blue light for a restful sleep at night.

This treatise deals with teen-agers' tendencies in selecting clothes, upon the recent liberalization measures of dress restriction. in regard to girl students' uniforms inmiddle and high schools, effective 1983. Results of my poll of 430 inquirees on the subject is outlined as follows; The surveyees have a preference for wearing box-style upper garments with a round-neck line and ribbon/tie collar. They also prefer to wear shirt cuffs mainly in set-in sleeve style. A straight skirt silhouetting the body line is anticipated to be longer in length than the knee line by 2 or 3 cm's. A dressy or sporty look would be most welcome, too. The ensemble of blue jeans and T-shirt blouse would be usual wear during school attendance. The reason why they like to choose trousers is considered to stem from the unisex look in fashion rather economical and practical purposes. Clothes material tends to be natural fabrics, single-colored and non-patterned. Color needs to be in a subdued mood, tuned with the same color and of neutral tint. In styling, emphasis is to be placed on femininity. In particular, the middle school girls wish to intensify 'Har-mony' in style while the high school misses are concerned with 'Individuality.'

The difference of whiteness, brightness and lightness was clearly explained in this paper through the use of a tinting dye and a fluorescent whitening agent which are commercially wide]y used to make paper look whiter. Other optical properties such as tint, color shade, and color difference were also discussed. It was suggested that in comparing two tinting dyes, lightness $(L^*)$ is the most important property to be compared, while whiteness data should be used in caution in order not to surpass its significant range, and $a^*,\;b^*$ values can also be used to see the change of color shades together with ${\Delta}E$ as color difference. In comparing two fluorescent whitening agents, whiteness or brightness values are most important to be compared, but lightness values are not suitable fur this purpose; $a^*,\;b^*$ and color difference ${\Delta}E$ can also be referred, but with less significance.

The purpose of this study was to explore and understand why and how elementary school students do their makeup. An interview with 13 sixth grade female students attending an elementary school in Seoul was conducted to identify the reasons, learning routes, and purchasing patterns related to their makeup purchase and use. The results of this qualitative analysis showed that the girls were influenced to start wearing makeup by friends or family members, such as sisters and mothers. The students thought that their faces were ugly before they did makeup. They thought they became more beautiful and they were pleased after makeup. Elementary school students mostly reported that they used sunscreen, sun cushion with a whitening function, and lip tint. Some students also used a concealer to cover their flaws. They learned the methods of makeup by watching YouTube videos and from friends. They showed different purchasing patterns depending on the type of cosmetics they buy. They reported that their parents often bought their basic cosmetics such as lotions, and creams, while they tend to use their own money to purchase cosmetics for makeup.

In Sequence Batch Reactor (SBR), the removal efficiencies if nutrient materials such as nitrogen and phosphate depend highly on quantity and quality of organic carbon source. Food waste thai contains abundant organic materials has been produced in ship. The applicability if anaerobically fermented if food waste (AFFW) as an external carbon source was examined in the lab-scale SBR process operated at $25^{\circ}C$. With the addition if AFFW increased, average removal efficiencies if $COD_cr$, T-N, T-P changed to $98.5\%,\;95\%,\;93\%$, respectively. Denitrification rate is 0.30g $NO_3-N/g\;VSS{\cdot}day$. In summary, it was suggested tint AFFW sould be used as an economical and effective carbon source for the biological nitrogen and phosphate removal.
