직업능력개발계좌제는 정부의 가장 핵심적인 실업자훈련으로 자리잡고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 선행연구의 이론적인 틀을 활용하여 현행 직업능력개발계좌제가 갖고 있는 문제점을 분석하고 향후 발전방안을 모색하였다. 분석결과 현행 계좌제훈련은 훈련상담과 고용서비스와의 연계 미흡 등으로 인하여 지원대상과 산업계 훈련수요와의 연계 측면에서 심각한 문제가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 훈련기관 및 훈련생에 대한 관리체계가 미흡하고, 훈련의 질을 향상시키기 위한 제도적인 장치도 미비하며, 훈련기관이 훈련의 질을 높이기 위한 투자를 하도록 유도하는 측면에서도 문제가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위해서는 계좌발급 이전에 고용서비스 제공과 훈련상담을 내실화하여 계좌발급 대상을 산업수요 및 훈련 필요성과 연계하여 훈련 필요가 있는 실업자를 대상으로 발급하고, 훈련기관 및 훈련생에 대한 관리 감독체계를 마련하는 한편 훈련의 질을 높이기 위하여 계좌제훈련에 참여하는 민간위탁훈련시장을 양질의 훈련기관을 중심으로 구조조정할 필요가 있다.

In recent years, the development and application of green energy resources have attracted more and more /$^*$ 'tention of people. The training room presented here is focused on the terminal applications of a photovoltaic power generation system (PPGS). Through introducing the composition and the general design principles, we aimed at leading the students to master the fundamental skills required for its design, installation and construction. The training room consists of numerous platforms, such as: PPGS, Wind and Photovoltaic Hybrid Power Generation Systems, Wind Power Generation Equipments, Simulative Grid-Connected Power Generation System, Electronic Technology Application of New Energy, etc. This enables the students to obtain their project and professional skills training via assembling, adjusting, maintaining and inspecting, etc., various component parts of the photovoltaic and new energy power generation systems, to further grasp the fundamental and related theoretical knowledge, and to further reinforce their practical and operational skills, so as to improve their problem-analyzing and problem-solving abilities.

In this paper I tried to get an overall view of the training course of German archivists, based on the curriculum of Marburger Archivschule. In Germany the short-term training courses are offered by some archives and also graduate-level course is offered by a college in Potzdam. Marburger Schule is, however, said to be a representative institute for training of archivists in Germany because the institute has a long history and its graduates have been playing a leading role in the archival science and archival administration of Germany. By examining the curriculum of the Marburger Schule, I tried to analyze the important elements which have decided the shaping of curriculum historically. I also examined the general prerequisite to be an archivist in Germany, including qualification-examination in order to see how the high standards of German archivists can be maintained. There are three kinds of training courses in Marburger Schule: course for academic archivists, course for administrative archivists, short-term course for complementary training. The former two main courses are runned in association with each state archives(staatliche Archive, Landesarchive) in the Federal Republic of Germany along the line of public regulation. These courses consist of theoretical and practical education. Marburger Schule is charged with the theoretical education, while each local government(Landesregiergung) runs the training system according to its own rules with autonomy. The education of archivists must be structured to fill the expected role in a society to which archivists belong. The image of archivist changes in the course of times and makes a greate many differences according to the conditions and tradition of a country. The whole system of formal education is also related with the style of managing of Archives in each country. Therefore an example of a country can not be taken so easily as a model. The education system of archivists must be interpreted in the relation with the historical condition of a country and its administrative system of archives.

The purpose of this study is to empirically verify whether there are differences according to group characteristics in the effect of job characteristic requirements on practice performance in university long-term on-site training. Specifically, the relationship between job characteristics (job scope, job content, coaching, benefits), practical satisfaction, and occupational competencies was examined according to the group characteristics (gender types, major types, corporation types). For this purpose, the survey data were collected and analyzed for 752 students who participated in K university long-term on-site training. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that the job characteristics (job scope job content, coaching, benefits) had structural relationship affecting occupational competence through mediation of practice satisfaction. Second, As for the differences according to the group characteristics, there were differences in the relations. Based on the result, theoretical and practical implications and follow-up studies were proposed.

본 연구는 음성을 예술적 표현 수단의 매개체로 사용하는 배우의 연기 예술에서 음성 기관의 독립적인 조절, 제어를 가능하게 하는 에스틸 보이스 트레이닝(Estill Voice Training) 모델의 이론적 원리와 구조연습 훈련이 배우 음성 운용에 적용될 수 있는 긍정적 효용성을 탐구하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 생성기관의 원리에 기인하여 음성 산출물의 상이점을 조절하는 음성 과학적 방법론에 대한 연구는 심리와 신체를 함께 아우르는 기존의 배우 음성 훈련에 비해 국내에서 활발히 소개되지 못하고 있는 현실이다. 음성은 해부 생리학을 근간으로 우리 몸에 대한 이해가 선행될 때 운용의 정확성과 안정성을 담보할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 더 나아가 인물 창조의 요소인 인물의 음성적 성격화에도 기여할 수 있다. 배우 음성 훈련에서 자기 수용적 감각을 통한 훈련 모델을 고찰하는 것은 배우가 일련의 목표음을 산출하는 과정에서 원리적이며 실질적인 방법론으로 모색될 수 있다는 실용적 가치와 대안적 의의를 지닌다.

본 연구는 119구급대원 응급구조사에 대한 신종 감염병에 대한 지식 정도와 교육 현황, 스트레스, 교육의 필요도를 확인하여 신종 감염병에 대한 감염관리 교육에 기초가 되는 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 자료수집 기간은 2022년도 08월 10일부터 9월 18일까지 총 39일간이었고 총 105부이다. 본 연구의 분석은 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 연구 결과, 119구급대원 중 응급구조사의 성별은 남자가 54명(51.4%), 여자 51명(48.6%)으로 남자가 여자보다 많았으며 연령은 20대가 47명(44.8%), 30대 이상이 58명(55.2%)으로 30대 이상이 많았다. 총근무경력은 3년 이상 5년 이하가 37명(35.2%)으로 가장 높았다. 119구급대원 응급구조사의 COVID-19에 대한 교육 현황, 스트레스 및 신종 감염병에 대한 교육 필요도를 확인하고자 시도되었으며, COVID-19에 대한 교육 현황은 충분하지 못하였고, 신종 감염병에 대한 교육 요구도는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 신종 감염병에 자주 노출되는 119구급대원 중 응급구조사에게 이론 교육을 포함하여 개인보호장비 이론 및 실기 교육 훈련이 필요하다. 응급구조사가 되기 전인 대학생들의 교과목에 신종감염병과 개인보호장비 이론 및 실기 교육 프로그램이 개발되어야 한다.

본 연구는 공공도서관 실습교육의 현황과 문제점을 파악하고, 실습교육의 개선방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이론연구로서, 표준교과목과 실습교과목 분포 변화를 중심으로, 문헌정보학 분야 공공도서관 실습교육 필요성에 대한 근거를 논한다. 전국 4년제 문헌정보학 관련 학과 및 학부에 개설된 도서관 실습 교과목 현황을 파악하고, 서울시 소재 42개 구립 공공도서관의 실습교육 운영현황을 조사하여, 이를 기본업무형, 참여형, 주도형 등 3가지 유형으로 구분하고 각각의 특성을 살펴본다. 또한 사례연구로서 서울시 소재 S공공도서관과 C대학 문헌정보학과 간 실습교육 프로그램의 특성을 파악하고, 참여 학생과 현장 사서들의 실습교육에 대한 요구들을 분석한다. 이를 바탕으로, 결론에 갈음하여, 문헌정보학 분야 공공도서관 실습교육의 개선을 위해, 교수 교육기관, 사서 실습기관, 학생 등 실습교육 주체들의 당면 과제와 단계적 발전 방안을 제시한다.

뇌파검사는 영상검사와는 달리 기능검사로 간질을 진단하고 뇌와 관련된 질환들의 진단에 도움이 된다. 뇌파검사를 시행하는 임상병리사의 가장 중요한 점은 정확한 전극 부착 위치를 확인하여 전극을 부착하고 인공산물을 제외한 순수한 뇌파를 기록하는 것에 있다. 이를 위하여 교과과정에서 이론적인 부분과 함께 실습을 포함시키고 있다. 그러나 고가의 장비와 실습시간의 부족 때문에 충분한 실습을 할 수 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 위에 언급된 사항을 해결하고자 연습용 10-20 Electrode system을 제작하여 설문지를 통해 만족도와 실용성을 확인하고자 한다. 연습용 10-20 Electrode system을 사용한 실습시간은 $43.58{\pm}9.647$분으로 측정되어 효율성을 확인하였다. 또한 교과과정 중 뇌파검사 실습을 진행한 학생(유경험자)의 만족도는 $7.21{\pm}2.285$점, 연습용 10-20 Electrode system을 사용한 실습 만족도는 $9.46{\pm}1.166$점으로 상당 부분 향상되었다. 세부적으로 보면 유경험자는 교과과정 중 실습할 때 전극 부착 위치만 확인하고, 전극은 단체로 붙여보는 실습을 했고. 애로사항 중 전극 부착위치가 찾기 어려움이 가장 높게 나타났다. 무경험자는 교과과정 중 뇌파 장비의 부재로 인해 실습을 하지 못했다. 연습용 10-20 Electrode system을 사용하여 실습했을 때는 전극 부착위치를 찾는 것과 전극(풀)을 부착하는 어려움이 교과과정 중 실습할 때와 마찬가지로 가장 많이 아쉬움으로 나타났다. 위에 언급된 내용을 보면 연습용 10-20 Electrode system을 사용하여 실습을 하게 되면 부족한 장비와 실습시간으로 인한 문제점을 해결 가능할 것이라고 사료된다. 그러나 연습용 10-20 Electrode system의 실제 뇌파 확인, 정확한 부착위치 확인 등 한계점을 개선하여 좀 더 실현성 있는 실습도구가 되도록 연구가 필요하고 더 나아가 다른 분야도 마찬가지로 고가의 장비로 인해 어려운 부분을 해결할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

Success of communication at sea is directly linked with clear and complete delivery and receipt of the target message between interlocutors. It can be said that speakers' effective delivery of their intended message and listeners' precise decoding and accurate understanding are the keys to successful maritime communication. From this perspective, the scope of maritime English education and training needs to be reconceptualized and expanded into the area of communication itself, beyond the simple acquisition of, and familiarization with, IMO Standard Maritime Communication Phrases (SMCP). Therefore, in order to make learners' acquisition of marine communication knowledge more feasible, and the knowledge learned more practically applicable, training on effective and clear oral delivery should be also considered within the frame of maritime English education. Thus, critical training elements to realize this goal need to be suggested as guidelines. In this presentation, the theoretical background on this will be introduced in terms of English as a Lingua Franca (ELF) and Lingua Franca Core (LFC), which are the current mainstream forms of English communication in the international business context. Based on this, six key training elements will be discussed; that is, speech rate, word groups, pauses, nuclear stresses, consonants (including consonant clusters), and vowels (specifically long and short vowels). Finally, the practical pedagogical methods of each element, and its actual application into a real ESP classroom, will be suggested.

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 직업훈련만족도가 중소기업 진로적응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울시 6개 직업전문학교 학생들을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하였으며 회신된 1128부를 연구에 활용하였다. 표본추출방법은 비확률표집방법에서 편의표집방법을 활용하였다. 청소년의 직업훈련 만족도가 진로적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 청소년의 직업훈련만족도가 진로적응의 주도성에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 청소년의 직업훈련만족도가 진로적응의 목표성에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 향후 예비직업인인 청소년을 대상으로 중소기업 활성화를 위해 다양한 직업교육 프로그램, 직업체험프로그램이 필요하다.
