The purpose of this study is to develop recommendation of sign system and color codes in making the public interior environment more accessible for the visually impaired persons. The appropriate guidelines in designing the sign system and the color codes in the public interior environment can increase the accessibility, the mobility and the safety for the visually impaired persons including the increasing elderly. By selecting the effective sign system much more desirable results can be brought: Improvement of accessibility, mobility, increase of safety, work efficiency and the psychological stability. Sign system and the color is more important for the weak-sighted people than the normal-sighted in way finding and the orientation strategies. 53 visually impaired persons participated for this study, the answers of the questionaires by the weak-sighted persons are focused on in this research. The data, the needs of users is analysed on the basis of users-oriented. The result of this study can be considered as a basic direction of sign system design and color codes in our codes in our public environment for all people especially visually impaired persons.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide comprehensive measures for the development of public health care through a survey on consumers' awareness of health care use from the point of view of local residents. Research design, data and methodology: For about one week from January 07 to January 14, 2021, questionnaires were distributed to 800 local residents and analyzed. For statistical analysis of collected data, frequency analysis and cross-analysis were performed. Results: Regarding public health service, 'providing medical services that can be used by all citizens and protect and promote health' had the highest response rate of 95.2% of total respondents. Regarding health care system satisfaction, 'Accessibility to general treatment' had the highest score with an average of 3.31 points. Regarding comprehensive measures for the development of public health care, 'Establishment of an infection and patient safety system' had the highest score with an average of 3.91 points. Conclusions: The direction of public health care and services should include management of infectious diseases during national disasters, reduction of gaps in medical use by region and class, improvement of access to emergency medical care, and quality improvement of specialized medical care.

The purpose of this paper is to develop a platform using NFT, which serves as a certificate for the service of Web 3.0, which is being decentralized and utilized in connection with blockchain technology. The NFT platform is a platform that can smoothly use platforms that existed only overseas in Korea, and develops a platform using Klaytn to increase accessibility by solving problems such as ETH fees and transmission speeds. Through the NFT platform using Klaytn, domestic users can expect high utilization through easier accessibility and can be used for metaverse, games, etc.

Traffic demand prediction result is a primary factor for decision making such as the traffic planning and operation. The existing traffic demand prediction 4-step model only covers the trip between the origin and the destination, and not the demand followed by the accessibility improvement, due to the characteristic of this model. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to improve the limitations of the existing model by developing the inter-city trip generation and trip distribution model with more accessibility. After calculating of the trip generation and trip distribution model with more accessibility, the sign of the accessibility coefficient was positive. Commuting was the most insensitive indicator, affected by external factors among the other trip purposes. The leisure trip was the most sensitive, affected by the trip fee. According to the result of comparison with each of estimated model and observational data, it was certain that the reliability and assumption of the model have been improved by discovering the reduced weighted average error rate, Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) and total error through the model with more accessibility compared with the existing one.

The SNS(Social Network Service or Social Network Sites), the concept which came along with the Web2.0 is on-line service which focuses on building social network communities of people which used to be established off-line. Foreign SNS sites such as Facebook, MySpace and Twitter and domestic SNS sites such as Cyworld, Me2Day are getting popularity continuously and became one of the most important application in internet environments. Since these SNS sites have the purpose of providing infrastructure which enable all the people to share his/her interests with all the other people, it is necessary to appraise whether these sites provide convenient interfaces with proper accessibility to handicapped people and old people who are considered having difficulties in using internet. Web accessibility refers to the practice of providing equal access to people of all abilities and disabilities. If the web accessibility of a SNS site is so low that handicapped people and old people cannot use it properly, those gaps between user groups may become social problems. Therefore, the paper appraised web accessibility of Facebook and Cyworld using automatic tool, KADO-WAH 2.0 and Standard guideline, WCAG 2.0 and suggested the improvement opportunities based on the results of the appraisal.

Railway stations are important facilities for transport of passengers and freights. The location of station have an effect on the efficiency of railway transport and operation. In this study, an inspection of the primary factors for station spacing in urban railway has been performed and a review for the propriety of the present states and further improvement has been carried. It may be helpful for proper decisions on the route planning in urban railway. Primary factors for station spacing are 1)train capacity, 2)competitiveness with other transportation, 3)accessibility and 4)construction cost, which is out of consideration in the inspection. From the result of this study, the proper station spacing is about 600m for the accessibility, more over 1.03km for the train capacity and more over 1.4km for the competitiveness with other transportation.

Demand of new suburban residential development and a variety of new types for housing have intensified by urban Citizens overused of poor urban residential environment. Income growth and improvement of living standards for the quality of the living environment are increasing demands of creating a more comfortable living environment. Thus, according to changes in social conditions, the development of urban area while accommodating additional development pressure adequately, particularly residential development in order to promote the efficient development of suburban areas are planned for the rational development direction. This study suggests the following improvement measures by analyzing the characteristics of the Suburban Housing Complexes built recently. In order to create a more pleasant Suburban Housing Complexes First, the accessibility of the traffic conditions, education and public facilities is good Second, the construction plans reflected needs of the consumers should be made Third, necessary facilities for activation of the urban-rural exchanges must be equipped.

This paper proposes an interface improvement design to improve accessibility of kiosks introduced in various fields in Korea. Kiosks are unmanned systems using touch-type screens and are particularly specialized in the field of dining out. However, due to the lack of intuition of kiosks, more and more people are giving up using kiosks. To solve this problem, the purpose of this is to increase the convenience of those who avoid using existing kiosks by increasing intuition and learning of use at the interface stage, and to increase the accessibility of kiosks through this.
