<이장호의 외인구단>과 <지옥의 링>은 1980년대 초반 출범한 프로스포츠의 인기가 만화, 영화로 확산된 현상을 대표하는 작품이다. 두 영화에는 1980년대의 시대 상황을 표상하는 요소들이 다양하게 포함돼 있다. 이 글은 두 편의 스포츠영화에 나타난 군사문화적인 요소, 프로스포츠와 돈의 관계, 프로선수의 사랑과 결혼을 통해 1980년대의 시대적 표상을 검토하고자 한다. <이장호의 외인구단>과 <지옥의 링>에서 군사문화적인 요소는 지도자들을 통해 드러난다. 손병호와 노 관장은 실패자, 낙오자인 선수들을 강하게 조련하기 위해 지옥훈련을 실시한다. 무인도 지옥훈련은 프로야구단의 동계 극기 훈련으로 확장됐다. 이러한 현상은 승리 지상주의와 군사문화의 부조리한 결합을 의미하며, 지도자들이 파국을 맞이하는 결말은 5공 군사정권의 몰락에 대한 메타포로 읽을 수 있다. 프로스포츠의 계약금, 연봉, 스카우트와 관련된 에피소드는 1980년대에 나타난 새로운 현상이다. 인물의 연애와 결혼에서 프로선수의 연봉이나 상금이 중요한 매개체가 되는 점도 시대상을 반영하는 요소들이다. 두 영화에서 주인공의 행적과 그 의미는 대조적이다. <이장호의 외인구단>의 오혜성은 경기에서의 승리 대신 사랑을 선택함으로써 강압적이고 폭력적인 지도자, 승리 지상주의, 돈에 매몰된 세속적인 욕망에 균열을 일으킨다. 오혜성의 행적은 군사문화와 성공 신화의 이데올로기에 억눌려 있던 대중들에게 카타르시스를 제공한다. 반면 <지옥의 링>의 오혜성은 세계챔피언이 되는 순간 사망하고, 엄지와의 사랑도 이루지 못한다. 즉 오혜성의 운명은 '승리한 패자'와 '패배한 승자'로 엇갈린다. <이장호의 외인구단>과 <지옥의 링>은 공통적으로 1980년대의 사회 현실을 표상하는 요소를 포함하고 있다. 하지만 <이장호의 외인구단>의 오혜성은 순수한 사랑이라는 가치를 제시함으로써 대중들에게 심리적 탈출구를 제공하고, <지옥의 링>의 오혜성은 패배감을 안겨준다. 주인공의 행적은 대중성의 차이를 가져온 요인으로 작용한다.

Normally, environmental toxicants are classified as endocrine disruptors if they interfere with regulation of cellular function by endogeneous steroids through inhibition of receptor binding and/or transcriptional activation. So, many studies have been performed about agonist/antagonist of hormone receptor to study mechanisms of endocrine disruptors. If toxicants affect steroid biosynthesis and/or degradation and alter hormone homeostasis, these also are classified as endocrine disruptors. But there are not many studies of the mechanisms of endocrine disruptors on the basis of alteration of steroid biosynthesis and/or degradation. Isolation and culture of Leydig cells from testis is one of methods for the steroidogenesis screening assays to evaluate a substance for altering steroidogenesis. Leydig cells were harvested using the method described by Klinefelter with modifications. Leydig cells were purified by perfusion of testis and incubation ($34^{\circ}C$, 80cycles/minute, 20 minutes) with collagenase (0.25 mg/kg), centrifugal elutriation, percoll gradient centrifugation and BSA multidensity gradient centrifugation. To confirm if this method is one of appropriate tools to evaluate a substance for altering steroidogenesis, ketoconazole, positive control was administered to purified Leydig cells. Ketoconazole ($10^{-8}M$ and above) significantly reduced testosterone production in purified Leydig cells. From above results, we suggest that this method for steroidogenesis screening assay appears to be a appropriate tool to detect suspected compounds for altering steroidogenesis.

In the aspect of the nature of aircraft maintenance work on divisible tasks carried out by a wide range of operation and expertise, any information transmission problems will not only cause a threat to flight safety but also reduce productivity by keeping the team from fulfilling its mission of delivering aircraft with airworthiness. In this regard, this study firstly identify the current status of information of aircraft maintenance and factors disturbing information transmission. Then, this article also find out the level of information culture of the AMT(Aircraft Maintenance Technicians) and problems in using information. Finally, suggestions on the model of the positive information culture in a field of aircraft maintenance through efficient use of the information including safety will be followed.

The purpose of this research is to classify fashion consumers based on their attitudes, goals and values of life. It is to understand what drives human behaviors as well as to learn the various directions people live in society using Bangkok people as the samples. Online and on-site questionnaire survey is employed. Questions are designed to focus on 7 aspects of life, ranging from private life, professional life, social life, politics, culture and information interaction, household business and finance, and consumption of products and services in the main market. The research results can be used to classify consumers' lifestyles into 20 major and numerous minor groups of lifestyle. Lifestyles of male and female samples are compared to investigate their different patterns and directions. Fashion trend diagram is used to analyze the overlapped lifestyles of mass consumers. The lifestyle segmentations would benefit to designer and fashion branding team in understanding their target group deeper inside the background of their behaviors.

Due to dramatic changes in the trend of corporate management in economics, labor and government, companies are being asked to adapt creative and innovative organizational culture in order to keep sustainability. Under the circumstances, flexible working hour becomes one of very effective method for organization culture improvement. Recently, M company has introduced the new policy of working hours that employees can choose a couple of different time options depending on their personal situations. And it turns out to be very effective to work & life balance, increasing organizational vitality, improving efficiency of business and productivity, recruitment of core human resources, and prevention of deviation; both team and personal performance levels has significantly improved. Therefore, it is highly recommended to adapt flexible working policies for companies seeking for a long term, sustainable corporate vision.

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the structural equation modeling of retention intention in nurses. Methods: A total of 210 nurses from three hospitals in B city, South Korea participated in this study. A structural equation model was constructed to verify the fitness of this model. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. Results: The hypothetical model appeared to fit the data. Three of the selected six hypotheses for the hypothetical model were statistically significant. The retention intention model showed significant direct effects for job crafting and job demands and indirect effects for relation oriented culture, which explained 28% of the variation in nurses' retention intention. Conclusion: We found that nurses' job crafting behavior and job demands had significant influences on retention intention and relation oriented culture which affected by the factors job crafting.

The Yangbanchum was reconstructed based on mask play that had been handed down in Goseong, Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea. Talnori, called Goseong Ogwangdae, is a Korean folk cultural heritage designated as National Important Intangible Cultural Property No. 57. This mask play provides catharsis to the audience by unraveling the hypocrisy and lies of the aristocrats through satire and humor. Our performance team, the ensemble Better Than Medicine (eBTM) used a large fan (Boochae)to create a performance that blew away anxiety and pain. Watching this performance, the performer and the audience feel the consensus of sharing emotions and send strong bonds and support to each other. This study provides that Yangbanchum dance promotes the mental health by feeling emotional sharing through vicarious satisfaction and mirror effect.

선원 직업에 대한 매력도와 선원 복지를 향상시키기 위한 방안 중 하나로 선내 인터넷 서비스 제공이 주목받고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 승선 중 인터넷을 이용한 선원의 여가 활동이 선박 내 문화에 미치는 영향에 관해 연구하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 Hofstede 문화차원론을 기반으로 선박 내 문화를 조사하고, 선원의 인터넷 여가 활동과 선박 내 문화에 관하여 선원을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과승선 중 인터넷을 통한 사회적 교류 활동이 권력거리, 불확실성 회피, 장기지향성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 선박 내 문화를 조사한 결과 불확실성 회피 문화, 남성성 문화, 장기지향성 추구 문화, 낮은 권력거리 문화, 그리고 개인주의 문화가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 선원의 특성에 따른 선박 내 문화를 분석한 결과 선원의 특성에 따라 일부 선박 내 문화에도 유의한 차이가 발견되었다.

본 연구에서는 methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus subsp. aureus (MRSA) KCCM 40510 및 Bacillus cereus KCTC 3624 균주에 대한 항균활성을 보유한 균류 Penicillium rubefaciens NNIBRFG5039를 경북 상주시 도남동 공기 중으로부터 분리·동정하였고, 배양조건에 따른 균사체 생육 및 항균활성을 비교하였다. 그 결과, P. rubefaciens NNIBRFG5039는 PDB 배지, 배양온도 30℃, 초기 pH 6.5로 배양하였을 때 항균활성이 가장 높게 나타나는 것을 확인하였다. 최적조건하에서 5L fermenter를 이용하여 배양시간에 따른 균사체 건조중량 및 항균활성을 비교한 결과, 배양 5일째에 생장 및 항균활성이 가장 높았다. P. rubefaciens NNIBRFG5039의 배양여액의 항균활성 스펙트럼을 조사한 결과, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus subsp. aureus CCARM 3089·3090·3091·3095와 KCCM 40510, Bacillus cereus KCTC 3624, B.subtilis KACC 10111, Filobasidium neoformans KCTC 7902, Enterococcus faecalis KCCM 11814에 대해서도 항균활성을 가지는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, P. rubefaciens NNIBRFG5039의 배양여액으로부터 항균활성 후보물질을 각종 크로마토그라피법으로 순수분리하고, NMR과 ESI-MS 등의 기기분석을 실시하여 구조를 (S)-6-hydroxymellein (1)으로 동정하였다.

The analysis on the international safety management code (ISM Code) and case of foreign national safety management for fishing vessel was conducted to serve as a basic data on the introduction of safety management system (SMS) for a deep-sea fishing vessel in Korea. As a result, Maritime New Zealand (MNZ) has managed operations of SMS in the maritime rules according to the Maritime Transport Act since 1994. MNZ underwent a safe ship management (SSM), which includes elements applied to shipping companies, ship and verification of the ISM Code for ships, except ISM Code application since 1998. In 2014 the introduction of the advanced maritime operator safety system (MOSS) superior to the SSM by MNZ was promoted actively switch and enforcement. Meanwhile, the safe operation manual of Japanese fishing vessel includes large part of the contents of the ISM Code, and voluntary implementation to fit the realities of the fishing vessel. The law application of SMS for a deep-sea fishing vessel after the newly establishment of the Ocean Industry Development Act to SMS would be advantageous to the schematic management, supervision, maintenance and application and, in 2016 from the implementation of maritime safety supervisor for a deep-sea fishing vessel that the management and supervision through the fishing vessel will be the efficient operation. The configuration of the safety management system in a deep-sea fishing vessel should be included as an element of ISM Code. The introduction of such a system is gradually applicable, such as nationality overseas vessel case study of the ISM Code, and vessels that are excluded from the application will be implemented as autonomous as Japan. The results are expected to contribute to sustainable development in the ocean industry safety culture spread throughout the ocean industry through the enhancement of safety fishing competency and safety management responsibility of fisher.
