본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 사회적지지, 대학생활 적응과 교사 효능감의 수준과 관계를 분석하고 사회적지지 및 대학생활 적응이 교사 효능감에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 전라북도와 충청북도에 소재하고 있는 3년제 유아교육과에 재학 중인 예비 유아교사 394명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였다. 본 연구에 사용 된 연구도구는 사회적지지 척도, 대학생활 적응 척도, 교사효능감 척도(STEBI)를 예비유아교사에게 맞게 수정, 보완하여 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 분석하기 위하여 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, Pearson의 적률상관관계, 중다회귀분석을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 예비유아교사의 사회적지지 및 대학생활 적응, 교사효능감은 모두 3점 이상으로 전체적으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 사회적지지 및 대학생활 적응, 교사효능감 간에는 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 예비유아교사의 사회적지지 및 대학생활 적응이 교사효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴 본 결과 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

In this paper, we propose the way to solve the problems of current college of education at university that they are running a curriculum that is insufficient for immediate application to the school. So, we analyzed the application of capstone design which is proven to be effective in various fields, and constructed a curriculum for the development of educational materials to improve the teacher's qualification in the college of education and applied them to the preliminary informatics teachers. As a result, we confirmed that the development class of educational materials based on capstone design is positive for the change of awareness about informatics teacher's qualification, and also confirmed that the students' satisfaction level about class is higher. Based on the results, we discussed the effects of applying capstone design to the college of education. The conclusions are as follows: First, it helps students to improve the teacher's qualification. Second, it is a curriculum that can fill the shortage of student teaching. Third, the curriculum is an effective curriculum for the recognition of the student who is in charge of evaluation, and the teacher who is in charge of the evaluation. Fourth, Capstone design information textbook study class is a method of greatly improving class satisfaction compared to lecture class.

공업에 관한 전문교과 이론뿐만 아니라 실습 교육을 담당하는 공업계 교사를 양성하는 공업교원양성교육은 보통교과 교원양성교육과는 차별화된 교육이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 공업교원양성교육에서 좋은 수업에 대한 의문을 가지고, 대학에서 공업교육양성교육의 기억이 비교적 뚜렷하고 현직 공업계 고등학교 교사로서 교직 경험이 3년 이내인 초임 교사를 대상으로 면접법을 실시하였다. 공업교원양성교육은 사범대학에서 교직과정을 이수하거나 부전공 및 복수전공을 통하여 교원자격을 취득하거나, 공과대학 등에서 교직과정을 이수하거나, 교육대학원 등에서 교사 자격증을 취득하는 세 가지 형태로 이루어지고 있어서 공업교원양성교육에서 좋은 수업을 세 가지 경우로 분류하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 사범대학에서의 좋은 수업은 공업계교사가 되어서 학교 현장에 많은 도움이 되는 실질적인 실습수업으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공과대학의 교직과정 이수에서의 좋은 수업은 소수의 교직이수자를 배려한 공학 전공 수업, 교과목에 타당한 교직과목 수업, 학교 현장에서 이루어지는 실습교육 등이 좋은 수업으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육대학원에서의 좋은 수업이란 학부 전공이 다른 학생들의 전공을 고려한 수업, 교원임용고사에 도움이 되며 학교 현장에서 이루어지는 실질적인 실습 위주의 수업 등으로 나타났다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the motivation of choosing a teaching profession, teacher efficacy, and satisfaction of teaching class of pre-health education teachers and compare the teacher efficacy, and satisfaction of teaching class by motivation of choosing a teaching profession group. Methods: The participants were 54 pre-health education teachers studying the teaching curriculum in 1 college located in S city. The collected data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, cluster analysis, ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis using SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: The average motivation of choosing a teaching profession, teacher efficacy, satisfaction of teaching class were above medium. After cluster analysis, 3 distinct groups emerged: motivation of choosing a teaching profession high group, motivation of choosing a teaching profession middle group, motivation of choosing a teaching profession low group. And the results showed significant differences in teacher efficacy, satisfaction of teaching class according to motivation of choosing a teaching profession group. Conclusion: The findings indicate that motivation of choosing a teaching profession affect the teacher efficacy, satisfaction of teaching class. Therefore It is necessary to identify the variables that influence motivation of choosing a teaching profession.

This study examined influences of teacher's transformational leadership, and their trust and empathic understanding on children's learning motivation. Participants were 513 $5^{th}$ and $6^{th}$ graders from Seoul, Buchon and Inchon. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Results showed that (1) Teacher's transformational leadership, trust and empathic understanding were positively related to children's learning motivation. (2) Teacher's transformational leadership was the strongest predictor for children's learning motivation. (3) Teacher's transformational leadership had a direct influence on children's learning motivation empathic understanding mediated between teacher's transformational leadership and children's learning motivation.

This study looked into how Colleges of Education around the country about how they are composing the curriculum to achieve the goal of Home Economics Subjects' national teachers training, how National Teacher's Examination's questions are set and which correlation is between university's curriculum composition and National Teacher's Examination questions and they were mainly focused on clothing area. For this study, 11 Colleges of Education's Home Management Major's curriculum and clothing area of Home Economic Subjects' National Teacher's Examination's questions from 2010~2016 were analyzed, and it will be summarized in the following. First, in College of Education's Home Management department, clothing area is organized with minimum of 4 to maximum of 12 different subjects. 'Textiles and Care for Textiles' and 'Design for Clothing' which is needed for the very basic subject completion for certificate to become a Home Economic Subject's teacher were included in all the university's curriculums and depending on the department's characteristics, 1~10 extra subjects were composited. Second, there were 34 questions on the exam of National Teacher's Examination in Home Economic subjects, and the results were 10~12 out of 80 each year according to the record of recent 7 years which is from 2010 to 2016. In the Clothing Area, 31 questions included various materials such as pictures, graphs, dialogues, explanations, examples and others, and 19 questions had more than 2 data overlapping. Third, as a result of looking into the correlation between the questions of Curriculum of Clothing Area of College and National Teacher's Examination, there were most questions from the curriculum of basic subject of completion. This means, 18 questions were related to 'Textiles and Care for Textiles' and 'Design for Clothing' and there was 8 questions related to 'Construction of Clothing' which was the second most. The result of this study will help effecting setting exam questions for Home Economic Subject's National Teacher's Examination and Home Management's Curriculum of Clothing Area College being amended.

The purpose of this study was teacher's perception on young children's safety life, safety accident, and safety education and provided basic data of administrating teacher's education for young children's safety. Subjects of this study were teachers of young children attending for their education. 230 questionnaires were provided and 181 were collected and 170 were used for data analysis. Data collected were analyzed with SPSS WIN 2.0 program. The results of the study were as follows : 1. Regarding teacher's perception on types of young children's safety accident, play accident was high(70.0%). 2. With regard to teacher's perception on causes of accident, lacks of perception was high(64.1%). 3. Of transportation means in accident, 119 ambulance use was high(60.5%) 4. Regarding teacher' perception on accident prevention, direct attention of education by paramedics was high(48.2%).

This research has an objective of investigating the challenges that student teachers encounter during practicum, the difference between teachers' image based on sociodemographic variables, recognition and satisfaction for practicum, and the effect of teachers' image and practicum experience on the satisfaction for the practicum. The participants of this study included 500 student teachers who enrolled in the department of early childhood education in a 2 or 3-year college or a 4-year university and completed practicum in the Chungcheong area. The instruments for this study were Teacher's Image Scale, Practicum Experience Scale, Practicum Satisfaction Scale and a questionnaire for sociodemographic variables. The results were as follows: First, the highest level of teachers' image was obtained for student teachers enrolled in a 2-year college, completed practicum in large cities and finished practicum at an institution with a size of 3-6 classes. Also, the highest level of 'recognition for practicum' of student teachers was observed when they were instructed by a guidance teacher with a degree from a graduate school and with a first degree certification in public kindergarten. Second, the satisfaction for practicum of student teachers was mostly affected by' the atmosphere of the practice institutions', while personality affected the teachers' image.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of children's peer-relationship and teacher-child relationship on the social competence. The subject of this study consisted of 115 children aged $4{\sim}5$ attending child care centers in Jeon-ju. Peer-relationship was assessed by the peer nomination measure. The teacher-child relationship and the social competence were evaluated by teacher's questionnaire. The results of this study were as follows : There were significant differences according to sex in teacher-child relationship and social competence. Social competences differed among popular, rejected and neglected children's groups. Teacher-child relationship significantly related with the social competence : The intimacy was positively and the conflict negatively related with the social competence. Intimacy, conflict, anxiety of teacher-child relationship accounted for 58% of the social competence variance. Intimacy of teacher-child relationship appeared to be the most important variable.
