  • The object of the present paper is to study generalized pseudo-projectively symmetric manifolds and Einstein generalized pseudo-projectively symmetric manifolds. Finally, the existence of generalized pseudo-projectively symmetric manifolds have been proved by two non-trivial examples.

  • The purpose of this note is to introduce a type of Riemannian manifold called an almost quasi Ricci symmetric manifold and investigate the several properties of such a manifold on which some geometric conditions are imposed. And the existence of such a manifold is ensured by a proper example.

  • In this thesis, in order to a equivalent circuit-analytical study for a symmetric double gate type MOSFET, we slove analytically the 2D Poisson's equation in a a silicon body. To solve the threshold voltage in a symmetric double gate type MOSFET from the derived expression for the surface potential which the two-dimensional potential distribution of a symmetric double gate type MOSFET is assumed approximately. This thesis can use short and long channel in a silicon body we introduce a new the threshold voltage model in a symmetric double gate type MOSFET and measure it the distance about the range of channel length up to 0.1 [${\mu}m$].

  • In this paper, we introduce the 2-variable mixed-type Hermite polynomials and organize some new symmetric identities for these polynomials. We find induced differential equations to give explicit identities of these polynomials from the generating functions of 2-variable mixed-type Hermite polynomials.

  • The aim of the paper is to study some geometric properties of weakly Z-symmetric manifolds. Weakly Z-symmetric manifolds with Codazzi type and cyclic parallel Z tensor are studied. We consider Einstein weakly Z-symmetric manifolds and conformally flat weakly Z-symmetric manifolds. Next, it is shown that a totally umbilical hypersurface of a conformally flat weakly Z-symmetric manifolds is of quasi constant curvature. Also, decomposable weakly Z-symmetric manifolds are studied and some examples are constructed to support the existence of such manifolds.

  • A substitution effect on the electronic transition of bi-substituted benzyl-type radicals was discovered. The origin of the electronic D1 → D0 transition of benzyl-type radicals was red-shifted upon substitution to the benzene ring. For symmetric bi-substituted benzyl-type radicals, it was found that the predicted shift obtained from mono-substituted benzyl-type radicals agreed well with the observation. The reason for this agreement is believed that the substituent contributes independently to the electronic energy. The substitution effect was applied to the symmetric bi-substituted difluoro-, dichloro- and dimethylbenzyl radicals.
