BI-UNIVALENT FUNCTIONS OF COMPLEX ORDER BASED ON SUBORDINATE CONDITIONS INVOLVING HURWITZ-LERCH ZETA FUNCTION

  • The purpose of the present paper is to introduce and investigate two new subclasses of bi-univalent functions of complex order defined in the open unit disk, which are associated with Hurwitz-Lerch zeta function and satisfying subordinate conditions. Furthermore, we find estimates on the Taylor-Maclaurin coefficients ${\mid}a_2{\mid}$ and ${\mid}a_3{\mid}$ for functions in the new subclasses. Several (known or new) consequences of the results are also pointed out.

Early Childhood Teachers' Content Knowledge on Movement Education

  • The purpose of the study was to examine early childhood teachers' content knowledge of movement education. The subjects, 60 early childhood teachers, were asked to draw concept maps about early childhood movement education. Their concept maps were analyzed in terms of superordinate and subordinate concepts by contents and frequency. The results were as follows. First, 263 superordinate concepts were shown, and they were categorized into 10 representative terms (body movement/health, music, expression, movement type, movement element, games, integration/arts, social studies, tool/instrument, and math/science). Second, 2,186 subordinate concepts were shown, and running, movement, jumping, musical instrument, and expression were frequently shown. In conclusion, early childhood teachers' content knowledge of movement education were various but insufficient in aspect of its systematic organization.

Early Childhood Teachers' Content Knowledge on Green Growth Education

  • The purpose of the study was to examine early childhood teachers' content knowledge on green growth education. The subjects, 45 early childhood teachers, were asked to draw concept maps about early childhood green growth education. Their concept maps were analyzed in terms of superordinate and subordinate concepts by contents and frequencies. The results showed that early childhood teachers used 182 superordinate and 1,292 subordinate concepts in the concept map of green growth education for young children. Although early childhood teachers had a wealth of content knowledge on green growth education as proposed by the Ministry of Education, their knowledge was disproportionate to some areas and sub-areas of green growth education. These results implied the needs of developing teacher education programs for early childhood green growth education.

상급자의 행위와 부하의 개인적 특성간의 상관관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Correlations between Superior's Behavior and Subordinate's Personal Character)

  • This thesis is to analyse the correlations between superior's behavior and subordi nate's personal character. In order to do this study first, I set up a hypothesis. Second, I surveyed the result from the questionnaire to verify it on the basis of the data on the 442 employees who work at Ban-Wol Complex in Ansan City Third, I used the SPSS program. Based on the result of the research, the hypothesis is proved as follows: The result from superior's autonomy shows high subordinate's Self-esteem and Self-regulation, but result from strong superior's regulation shows low Self-esteem and Self-regulation.

수학 학습 플랫폼을 활용한 중학생의 문자와 식에 대한 개념 구조 변화 분석 연구 (An Analysis Study of Changes in Middle School Students' Mathematical Conceptual Structure Using a Learning Platform)

  • The purpose of this study is to confirm the possibility of whether learning using a math learning platform can be used to expand students' conceptual structure and to consider how to use it. To this end, first-year middle school students studied using a math learning platform. Then, the concept map created was compared and analyzed with the concept map created before learning to examine the change in the concept structure. The results of analyzing the concept map are as follows. First, the change in the hierarchical structure of the concept appeared as the division of the upper concept was subdivided. However, it has also been changed to comprehensively integrate and simplify higher concepts. The term-centered concept structure has changed to content-centered superordinate and subordinate concepts. In the concept structure, subordinate concepts linked to one higher concept were expanded and differentiated. Second, changes in the integrated structure did not form a linkage structure. The expansion of the integrated structure of concepts through learning using the learning platform was influenced by the composition of the learning contents designed in the learning platform.

요양병원 근무한의사의 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인 - 광주.전남지역을 중심으로 - (A study on burn out of K.M.D.s (Korean medicine doctors) work at convalescent hospitals in Kwang-ju and Jeon-nam, Korea)

  • Objectives : This study was aimed to investigate burn out degree of K.M.D.s(Korean medicine doctors) who work at convalescent hospitals and to find contributional factors for the result. The relationship between burn out and job performance was also studied. Methods : 77 K.M.D.s(Male 49(63.6%), Female 28(36.4%)) participated in this survey that has 62 main questions about burn out, job performance, job environment and Social demographic characteristics. Survey was conducted from 19th Aug. 2013 to 6th Nov. 2013. Results : Average of burn out degree of K.M.D.s was 2.62 out of 5. Emotional exhaustion was highest (2.80) and depersonalization was lowest(2.20) among subordinate concepts of burn out. Work place location and average income of the subjective which are subordinate concepts of social demographic characteristics showed significant correlation with job performance. Role conflict, relation of co-worker, workload were significant factors for emotional exhaustion and meaning of the job, will of patient, challenge were significant factors for lack of feeling of accomplishment by multiple regression analysis. Relation of co-worker, aggression of patient and meaning of the job were also significant factors for depersonalization. Conclusion : Emotional exhaustion and lack of feeling of accomplishment among subordinate concepts of burn out were high in the subjective who participated this study. Significant factors that contribute to burn out of this study, shows different result compare to the studies that show other factors contribute to burn out who works at convalescent hospital or other place.

종합병원 수간호사들의 대인관계 경험 (Experiences of Interpersonal Relationships among Head Nurses in General Hospital Settings)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the experiences of interpersonal relationships of head nurses in interacting with others in general hospital settings. Methods: The data were collected by individual in-depth interviews from seven head nurses and were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Results: Five major categories emerged and they represent a major strategy according to five different groups of interacting people. 'Establishing trust' was identified as the key strategy in dealing with patients and family members. 'Embracing with sisterly love' and 'helping with self-defense' were major strategies for subordinate nurses and physicians, respectively. 'Respecting and recognizing' was the main approach for other professionals such as dietitians and 'emphasizing rules and educating' were a major one for non-professionals. Head nurses paid more attention and made efforts in dealing with their subordinate nurses than with other groups of people, because they felt the most difficulty in their relationship with subordinate nurses. Conclusion: The results of the study showed that head nurses employ unique strategies in interacting with different groups of people to increase the efficiency of communication. This study would help nurse administrators establish an effective program for improving interpersonal relationships of head nurse.

공군간부들의 직무만족도, 심리적 안녕감이 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of ROKAF Officer's Job Satisfaction and Psychological Well-being on their Self-leadership)

  • 본 연구는 공군간부들의 직무만족도, 심리적 안녕감이 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 연구대상은 공군간부 211명을 대상으로 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무만족도, 심리적 안녕감, 셀프리더십의 관계에서 모두 유의미한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무만족도, 심리적 안녕감이 셀프리더십의 하위변인에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 셀프리더십 하위변인인 자기기대와 심리적 안녕감의 개인적 성장, 환경에 대한 통제력과 직무만족도의 하위변인은 행정이 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자기보상에서는 심리적 안녕감의 개인적 성장, 삶의 목적, 자율성과 직무만족도의 대인관계, 보상체계가 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 셀프리더십 전체에서는 직무만족도의 행정과 대인관계, 그리고 심리적 안녕감의 개인적 성장, 삶의 목적, 자율성이 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이밖에도 본 연구에서는 연구결과의 의미와 제한점에 대해서 논의하였다.

서번트 리더십(Servant Leadership)과 내적 동기간의 관계 및 그 효과성에 관한 연구 -서비스업체를 중심으로- (A Study on the Effectiveness and Relationship Between Servant Leadership and Intrinsic Motivation -The Focus of Service Enterprises-)

  • 본 연구는 서번트 리더십과 성과 간의 다양한 연구에도 불구하고, 양자 간의 관계를 체계적으로 설명하기 위한 메커니즘에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 부족한 점에 착안하여 설계되었다. 따라서 서번트 리더십이 조직유효성에 미치는 효과가 부하의 내적 동기에 의해 설명되어질 수 있는지를 실증적으로 분석하는 것이 본 연구의 주된 목적이다. 이를 위해 이론연구에 기초한 가설설정과 함께 경험 자료를 통한 실증분석이 이루어졌다. 서비스 기업에 종사하는 근로자 214명의 설문자료를 통해 실증 분석한 결과, 상사의 경청행동이 부하의 내적 동기에 정(+)의 효과를 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부하의 내적 동기는 직무만족과 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 하지만, 상사의 공감행동과 봉사행동은 부하의 내적 동기에 유의한 영향력이 없는 것으로 검증되었다. 마지막으로 부하의 내적 동기의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 서번트 리더십과 조직유효성 간의 관계에서 부하의 내적 동기가 부분 및 완전 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 심리적 과정 및 메카니즘이 리더십연구에 중요함을 시사하고 있다. 연구결과에 대한 실무적 시사점과 한계점, 향후 연구방향에 대해 구체적으로 제시하였다.
