0 and 1, two digits are principle and formality of digital media. Those principle and formality dwell in new media paradigm. They are founded on emergence of new types of space. As describing the relationship originating from the concepts of digital media paradigm and space and discussing their characteristics, this paper presents the grounds for a theoretical argument for formation of new space. The concept of virtuality which mimics and represents the real, non-linearity which resembles human system of thinking and sensing, and interactivity connecting the communication theory of human and machine, their properties form the important basis for emergence of a new aspect of space. The concepts of digital media paradigm divide a type of space into two properties. The first is a inner modality. The second is outer modality. Dynamic space implicates inner modality that humans internally recognize the sense of space through their body and sensing organs. Space is not sensed but sensing. Space has an organic nature through object's interaction. Space has an outer nature that is physically variable. Finally, space has properties of modularity that changes structure of space. For empirical basis of an argument, new media art that has architectural form and those spatial characteristics were compared and analyzed. This conceptual discussion for space which the formality of digital media is applied will be an important foundation for create space design.

We study lightlike hypersurfaces of a semi-Riemannian space form $\tilde{M}(c)$ admitting a semi-symmetric non-metric connection. First, we construct a type of lightlike hypersurfaces according to the form of the structure vector field of $\tilde{M}(c)$, which is called a ascreen lightlike hypersurface. Next, we prove a characterization theorem for such an ascreen lightlike hypersurface endow with a totally geodesic screen distribution.

This study attempted to make a comparative analysis of dress and architecture to investigate the spatial effect of transparency expressed in fashion. As a result, the following findings were obtained: First, the openness of the space. It means that the human body or the dress inside it can be seen through or the inside space is opened. The volume, form and color of the undergarment seen through this transparent outer garment brings about any change to design. Also, it can be found that the role of the space is further extended as the inside space is seen through outwardly due to the outer garment. Second, interpenetration of the internal and external space. That the human body and the undergarment are seen through due to transparent dress brings about the linkage between spaces and opens the inside outwardly. Third, the briskness of the space. The trait of transparency that exposes the object behind outwardly as it is causes its form and space to be activated and conveys its spatial briskness.

Through 1960 and 1970s, there had been constant endeavor in order to succeed the korean traditional architectural heritages. Among those efforts Ahn Yung Bae's book "Exterior Space in Traditional Korean Architecture"presented unique methodology utilizing abstraction of space and movement of subject. His method doesn't refer traditional form of architecture. He ignores formal elements. Instead, he reads space through subject's movement and this reading act creates meaning of space. So, he constructed knowledge not about the object of traditional architecture but the subject of today. Ahn's book opens new discourse based on traditional korean architecture. His analyses didn't deal with the form of traditional space, but the experiences of observer. However many historical documents related to architecture had not been interpreted until nineties and the succession of heritage became to be broken by modernity through 20th century. In this situation his book showed the unavoidable method, that is, the modernization of tradition.
