  • The purpose of this study is to broaden the understanding of the Security Services Industry Act, and also to examine the meanings of various phenomena by analyzing the media report big data rather than the researchers' perspective on the Security Services Industry Act. In the research method, this study searched for a keyword 「Security Services Industry Act」 that prescribes the security work as an important subject of crime prevention and maintenance of public order in Korea. The data was searched from 1990 to 2021 the BIG KINDS could provide. Also, for the concrete analysis during the period of data search, it was divided into settlement period(1976~2001), growth period-quantitative(2002~2012), and growth period-qualitative(2013~2021). In the results of this study, the media report perception of the Security Services Industry Act is continuously emphasizing the social roles and importance of private security according to the flow of time. The consequent marketability of private security will play great roles in the protection of people's lives and properties in the combination with various other industries in the future. However, the private security industry that provides public peace service together with the police, could be rising as an element that hinders the development of private security industry because of various social issues caused by legal regulations and illegal problems, so it would be necessary to more strengthen its responsibility and roles accordingly.

Methods: The collected data through scraping social media on the Textom site. And data preprocessing was performed using deleting and organizing data(text) that are duplicated, irrelevant, and where there is no meaning. The derived data were analyzed using Textom and Ucinet 6.0 with Text Analysis, WordClould, TF-IDF, Network Analysis, and Emotional analysis. Results: The results of this study are as follows; although the results of Xiaomi's text at domestic and global were similar, it was analyzed that there were perceptions of Xiaomi-related smart home products and cost-effectiveness in Korea, while in foreign countries, there were perceptions of functions and performance centered on smartphones. At domestic and global, the perception of Xiaomi was analyzed to be positive, and implications were presented based on these analysis results. Conclusion: Based on the results, if the product's performance or product competitiveness is considered to be meaningful in the market, and it is expected that there will be an opportunity to change the overall image of Chinese products.

  • Data generated by the development of ICT, the diversification of ICT devices and services and the expansion of social media are categorized as big data characterized by the amount, variety and speed of the data. The spread of the use of big data is expected to have the effects of identifying the status quo by analyzing data in all industries, predicting the future, and creating opportunities to apply it. However, while it is imperative for these things to be done, the nation still lacks professional training institutions or curricula. In this case study, we will investigate and compare the state of education for the training of big data personnel in Korea, find out what level and level of education is being trained to nurture balanced professionals, and prepare an opportunity to think about how it can help students create value at a time when the need for education is growing in the wake of awareness of big data.

  • This paper proposes a tourist destination recommendation application that combines a chatbot and a recommendation system. The data to be entered into the chatbot was through big data on social media. Through TEXTOM, a total of 22,701 data were collected over a one-year period from January 2022 to January 2023. Non-terms that interfere with analysis were removed through the data purification process. Using refined data, network visualization and CONCOR analysis were used to identify the information users want to obtain about travel to Jeju Island, and categories for each cluster were organized. The content was intuitively organized so that even those who approached it for the first time could easily use it, reducing the difficulty of operating the application. In this paper, users can select their own preferences and receive information. In addition, a tool called a chatbot allows users to focus more on the process of acquiring information by gaining a sense of reality while operating the application. This suggests an application that can reach the purpose of the curator by affecting the user's desire to visit tourist attractions.

  • The present research intends to examine the relationship between the Big Five personality traits and leadership initiations among the marketing executives in Delhi NCR (INDIA), and seeks to uncover the predictors of leadership initiations within personality traits. The data are collected through online survey method using different social media platforms. A sample of 233 (male =136 and female =97) marketing executive's responses were included. The data collected with the help of self-reported Big Five model inventory and leadership initiation test. The collected data were analyzed statistically by using descriptive statistics, correlation. and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that the age of respondents inversely correlated with leadership initiation. Neuroticism revealed significant inverse correlation with leadership initiation, whereas significant positive correlations were found between extraversion, conscientiousness, agreeableness, and leadership initiations, while openness to experience revealed insignificant positive correlation with leadership initiation. Extraversion and conscientiousness appeared as the most dominant personality traits among marketing executives, irrespective of gender, that positively influenced leadership initiation and appeared as the predictor of leadership initiation. In male executives extraversion and age emerged as the predictors of leadership behavior, while in female executives extraversion and openness to experience personality traits appeared as the predictors of leadership initiation.

  • The demand and interest in big data analytics are increasing rapidly. The concepts around big data include not only existing structured data, but also various kinds of unstructured data such as text, images, videos, and logs. Among the various types of unstructured data, text data have gained particular attention because it is the most representative method to describe and deliver information. Text analysis is generally performed in the following order: document collection, parsing and filtering, structuring, frequency analysis, and similarity analysis. The results of the analysis can be displayed through word cloud, word network, topic modeling, document classification, and semantic analysis. Notably, there is an increasing demand to identify trending topics from the rapidly increasing text data generated through various social media. Thus, research on and applications of topic modeling have been actively carried out in various fields since topic modeling is able to extract the core topics from a huge amount of unstructured text documents and provide the document groups for each different topic. In this paper, we review the major techniques and research trends of text analysis. Further, we also introduce some cases of applications that solve the problems in various fields by using topic modeling.
