요리직종의 기능경기대회 참가동기와 인식도 및 효과성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Participants Motives and Recognition, Effectiveness of the Cooking Skill Competition)

  • This article studied the motivational factor of participation skill competition and their effectiveness. This study was restricted to cooks within those who had participated in a cooking contest to allow measurement of participation and satisfaction. This thesis investigated 116 cooks by questionnaires from April 6, 2005 to April 23, 2005, of which 106 responses were used for statistical processing to perform this study First, from the motive of participation, 13 variables were analyzed into 3 factors such as the factor of social recognition, the factor of speciality, and the factor of self-development and self-realization. The factor as a motive of participating in skill competition has a significant effect on effectiveness. A total of three factors were extracted from Recognition consisting of 10 variables. Each factor was labeled as awareness of the competition, revision of test questions, and selection of the judges of the competition. Second, three factors were derived from 12 variables in association with the effect of the contest, including factors of contribution to industry development, technical and technological effect, and psychological effect. In addition, it was revealed that the motive of participating in skill competition had an significant impact on recognition. Third, the results of regression analysis demonstrated that factors relating to recognition of skill competition and participation motives significantly influence on the effect of the contest. One limitation of this study is that the Population of the survey was limited to those who had Participated in the contest. Thus, the findings of this study may not be generalizable for other cases. It is clear that further research is needed to collect more in-dept data from other similar competitions in an effort to extend the application of the present results to other studies.

  • This thesis studied the factor of participation motives and the degree of satisfaction of the participants in culinary skill competitions and their effectiveness. In addition, this thesis has an aim to offer profitable materials on the basis of demonstrative analysis emphasizing the study on how many factors of satisfaction should be motivated by participation effect. This thesis restricted cookers within those who had participated in a cooking contest so that it could possibly measure the motive of participation and satisfaction. This thesis investigated 115 cookers by questionnaires, of which 102 available materials were used for statistical processing to perform this study. As for the periodical interval, this thesis was performed from Feb 14, 2005 to Feb 21, 2005. First, from the motive of participation, 13 variables are analyzed into 3 factors such as the factor of social recognition, the factor of speciality, and the factor of self-development & self- realization. The factor of speciality, and the factor of self-development & self-realization. The factor as a motive of participating in skill competition affects effectiveness meaningfully. Second, total three factors were extracted from the degree of satisfaction which consisted of 13 variables. They included the psychological satisfaction and satisfaction with the judges in competitions. One limitation of this study is that the population of the survey was limited to those who had participated in a contest. Thus, the findings of this study may not be generalizable for other cases. It is clear that further research is needed to collect more in-dept data from other similar competitions as a effort to extend its application to other studies.

정보기술 인력의 정보기술 스킬 요건 분석연구 (The Analysis of Industrial Difference in Skill Requirement for IT Personnel)

  • Being in era of the digital economy, the impact of IT on our economy more and more increased. Along with this effect, IT becomes origin of predominance of competition in every category of industry. Regarding new trends in industry, companies have to mutate their IT skill set. Every industry has their color and environment of IT and uncertainty is different. For a company, it is most important to plan own strategy with strategy view on industrial environment. The idea of this study is to find the difference of Skill Requirement in every category of industry by find what are the most important jobs and skills of IT in every industry. We set skills by categorized curriculum of specialized IT education center, then with IT specialist, checked and retouched the results and surveyed with IT people in every industry on skill set and job of IT. The result of this study can gives the idea to who design curriculum and build educational contents that would fulfill the need of field. Also, this study would be meaningful that it opens the field of study of skill requirement in Korea.

  • This paper has explored the analyzing and defining the core competencies of IT consultants who carry out IT consulting projects which desperately are needed by companies to survive in business competitions. Many companies have used IT consultants for their IT projects to achieve their project objectives. The problem of this is the results of IT projects carried out by IT consultants from the recognized consulting firms are quite often criticized by many clients who pay high price for hiring IT consultants. The purpose of this paper is that to weight of capability evaluation model for IT consultants. To define the capability model, I conducted the surveys from the IT professionals by the interview and e-mails. The result of this, this paper defines what core skills IT consultants should have to perform well when they carry out the IT projects. There are 6 major skills and 17 sub skills IT consultants should have in succeeding IT projects. 6 major skills are job competence skill, communication skill, business attitude, vocational values, job performance skill, leadership skill and related 17 sub skill are defined. With the capability evaluation model, the managers who are in the charge of incubating and enhancing the capability of IT consultants in the large corporation and also small, medium companies will utilize their companies' strength to get the advantage on the business competition.

Every industry has their own color and environment of IT and uncertainty is different. For a company, It is most important to plan own strategy with strategic view on industrial environment. The idea of this study is to find the difference of Skill Requirement and Job Requirement in every category of industry by find what are the most important jobs and skills of IT in every industry and to analyze the results. The second idea is to find what kinds of skill are required in every sector of job. Base on the analyzed data, we classified the uncertainty in every industry by Duncan′s "classification of environment", and extracted some pattern within the skill and job in industry that found in our study by applying OIP model. We set skills by categorized curriculum of specialized IT education center, then with IT specialist, checked and retouched the results and surveyed with IT people in every industry on skill set and job of IT. The summery of this study is as follow : 1. Importance of IT skill is differentiated in each industry. It shows that IT skills, which requested in a field are differentiated by uncertainty of environment that comes from the character of industry. 2. Importance of IT job differs by the fields of industry. It shows as IT skills are differentiated, the importance of job that apply these skills is differentiated. 3. As the character of each job that work on is diversified, the importance of skills are diversified in each field of jobs. The Result of this study can give the idea to who designs curriculum and builds educational contentsthat would fulfill the need of fields. Also this study would be meaningful that it opens the field of study of skill requirement in Korea.

일반화 정준상관 행렬도와 프로크러스티즈 분석을 응용한 대한테니스협회 등록 선수의 체격요인, 체력요인 및 기초기술요인에 대한 분석연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Physique, Physical Fitness and Basic Skill Factors of Tennis Players in the Korea Tennis Association Using the Generalized Canonical Correlation Biplot and Procrustes Analysis)

  • 일반적으로 정준상관 행렬도(canonical correlation biplot)는 정준상관분석에서 두 변수집단에 의해서 측정된 다변량 자료에서 변수 집단 간의 관계와 개체들의 관계를 탐색하기 위한 2차원 그림이다. 최근에 이를 활용하여 최태훈과 최용석 (2008)은 2006년도 한국여자골프협회(KLPGA) 선수에 대한 기술요인 변수군과 경기성적요인 변수군간의 관련성을 살펴보았고 최태훈 등 (2009)은 테니스 그랜드 슬램대회 선수특성요인과 경기요인에 대한 분석을 하였다. 더군다나 세 변수군 이상의 정준상관분석을 일반화 정준상관분석(generalized canonical correlation analysis)이라 하며 이와 관련하여 허명회 (1999, 6장)는 수량화 플롯을 제안하고있다. 이를 행렬도의 의미에서 일반화 정준상관 행렬도(generalized canonical correlation biplot)라하자. 본 연구에서는 대한 테니스협회(KTA)에 등록된 남자선수들 중 상위50명의 체격요인, 체력요인 및 기초기술요인에 대한 분석을 일반화 정준상관 행렬도를 적용하여 살펴보고 프로크러스티즈 분석을 통하여 전체선수, 상위랭킹과 하위랭킹 선수간의 행렬도 형상비교를 시도 하였다.

종합병원의 전략 지향성이 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Strategy Orientation on Performance in General Hospital)

  • 이 연구는 종합병원들이 마케팅 컨셉트를 적극적으로 도입하고 있는 상황에서 그 구성개념인 전략 지향성이 성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지, 또한 종합병원의 조직구조와 규모가 독립변수와 종속변수 사이에서 어떻게 조절효과를 보이는지를 분석했다. 전략 지향성과 성과 관련 선행연구들을 살펴보았으며, 전략 지향성 개념을 고객, 경쟁, 진료기술 지향성 등의 세 차원으로 세분화하고 이들이 각각 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 했다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 5개의 연구가설을 설정하였으며, 20313년 7월 1일부터 8월 13일까지 5개 종합병원에 근무하는 176명의 직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했다. 실증분석 결과 전략 지향성을 구성하는 세 차원 모두가 종합병원의 경영성과에 유의하게 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 종합병원의 조직구조와 규모의 조절효과 분석에 있어서는 부분적으로 지지되는 것으로 조사되었다. 종합병원의 조직구조 및 규모 변수 모두 경쟁 지향성에 대한 조절효과는 유의하게 도출되었으나 고객 지향성과 진료기술 지향성에 대한 조절효과는 통계적으로 유의한 결과가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Presented in the paper is an approach to developing an intelligent mold shop as a means to overcome the difficulties faced by mold-makers due to skill shortages and increased global competition. A machine shop where as much as of the human skills are replaced by a set of intelligent systems is called an intelligent machine shop, and an intelligent mold-making machine shop is called an intelligent mold shop(MS). By analyzing the contents of operator's skill. three intelligent S/W stations have been designed: Technical Data Processing(TDP) Station, Loading Schedule Station, and Real-time Monitoring Station. A detailed architecture of the TDP station is described, and measures of effectiveness of IMS are elaborated.

  • To develope a domestic machinery industry, international competition through reducing cost by increasing productivity is as important as evolving technology and increasing quality. In this study, we have studied in application of GT technology. GT is a skill that acquires high productivity using part's resemblance for multi part and small size production like mass production. We have classified group, such as design, layout and the others, to be applied systematically. The design group includes retrieval for drawings and study for GT design. The layout group includes GT layout, analysis of production process and study for composition method. And others include scheduling, standardization and standard process.
