건설공사 공기단축으로 인한 추가비용의 산정규정에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Regulations for Calculation of Acceleration Costs on Construction Work)

  • 본 연구는 건설 공사도중 계약상대자의 책임 없는 사유로 인하여 공사기간이 단축되는 경우 발생하는 추가비용과 관련하여 계약 당사자 사이에 발생하는 분쟁을 예방하는 방안의 연구를 목적으로 하였다. 공기단축으로 인한 추가비용에 대한 클레임 사례 및 법원의 판결 사례등을 검토한 결과 추가비용 산정에 대한 규정의 미비가 대표적인 문제점으로 나타났다. 이러한 문제점에 대한 연구의 결과로 1단계에서 추가비용을 처리하는 절차를 제시하였고, 절차 중 공기단축 계획 및 승인과정을 거치도록 하여 계약 당사자 사이의 추가비용에 대한 다툼을 예방하도록 하였다. 2단계로 추가비용 산정과 관련된 현행 규정의 미비한 문제점을 해소하는 규정의 제정 및 개정 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 절차 및 규정의 제 개정 방안을 통하여 공기단축과 관련한 현행 규정이 미비한 문제점을 해소하고 분쟁을 예방하며 이로 인한 손실 등을 방지하는 등 선진화된 계약관리의 기초가 되도록 하고자 한다.

  • The decision of the Form removal time which leads the early assuring strength of the concrete from Apartment construction is the fact which is important from Reducing the period of works and the economical efficiency side. Especially, with Complex building of recent times the same Tall building and Multiple Apartment Site which only follows in upgrade of interior construction of apartment site and shortening the frame construction period becomes very, importantly is the actual condition where the effort which is various for this is attempted. But is caused by with limit and economical efficiency problem of case concrete early strength revelation of most and is not put to practical use is the actual condition. Develops concrete mixture which is a utility from the research which sees hereupon and the effect which is economic leads construction duration shortening under maximizing boil.

  • The way to shorten a construction period is considered to an very important technology development element as reducing the formwork removal periods with promoting strength revelation own concrete. This study executed experiment to review usability of early strength revelation chemical admixture which is judged in ways effective with premature removal of form about concrete. Use of early strength revelation AE water reducin admixture is apperaing so that strength revelation by early hydration promotions is excellent. The results of being applied proposed work process are that compressive strength are appeared more than 5MPa within 16 hours so that removal of vertical form was possible. the concrete compressive strength satisfied with a more than 2/3 of specified concrete strength for removal of horizontal form are appeared in 42 hours of 27 MPa proportioning strength, in 36 hours of 30, 35 MPa proportioning strength so that the 6 days cycle time of concrete structural frame work is cut by 2 days as shortening delayed period in works of removing slab forms. So construction cost reductions and a construction period shortening are judged so that it is possible.

U-플랜지 트러스 복합보를 사용한 근린생활시설의 경제성 분석 (Economic Analysis of Neighborhood Facility using the U-flanged Truss Hybrid Beam)

  • In this study, In order to apply the U-flanged truss hybrid beam to the actual construction site, the structural design of the basic module of the middle and low-rise neighborhood living facilities was performed according to the Korea Design Standard, and the construction cost and construction period were compared with the traditional reinforced concrete structure system. As a result of analyzing the construction cost for the basic module, if the U-flanged truss hybrid beam and D-Deck slab system are used, the construction cost can be reduced by 86% compared to the traditional reinforced concrete structure system. In addition, as a result of analyzing the construction period for a floor area of 1,000m2, using the U-flanged truss hybrid beam and D-Deck slab system can save 2.0days in construction period compared to the traditional reinforced concrete structure system. Therefore, the U-flange truss hybrid beam can secure sufficient economic feasibility compared to the existing reinforced concrete method in terms of cost reduction and shortening of construction period.

  • This study compared the curing temperature of the bubble sheet and the photothermal insulation sheet incorporating carbon-based photothermal materials to reduce concrete curing time as a part of shortening construction period. As a result of the experiment, bubble sheet with photothermal material B is judged to be effective in shortening the curing time under hot environment.

  • It is very important to reduce the construction duration of the Reactor Containment Building (RCB) when considering the more than 50 months on average from concrete placement to completion. The purpose of this study attempts to evaluate the single-stage workability of the system given a change in the height of the setting of RCB exterior wall formwork to be used in nuclear power plant construction. As a result of this study, it is possible height of 3.5m~4m uses formwork when analyzing the construction period and material costs an increase in formwork by concrete lateral pressure, to ensure the workability of the RCB exterior wall formwork. Through this study, I want to provide as basic data for the improvement of workability and RCB shortening the construction period.

  • Existing modular research has been mainly focused on S (shelter structure) and I (infill interior finishing material), and considerable research has been conducted, and the results are being proposed. However, in the case of the rest (exterior materials and windows, etc.), existing construction methods and materials are borrowed, and supporting hardware members and insulation materials are constructed on site, which acts as a factor hindering overall shortening of the construction period. That is, since the advantages and characteristics of modularity cannot be utilized in the absence of modular cladding, manufacturing of cladding is required. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a cladding system that can drastically reduce the construction period in factories while considering the structural characteristics of PC modulars.

  • The tendency of current die manufacturing is focusing into development period shortening and panel quality improvement. This brings change of manufacturing process. In existing process, depended on experience, we were faced on a limit of sufficiency in this focus. Thus, we have attempted to make a conquest of that by constructing a process of CAE. Our attempt apply not only draw die formability but also trimming and flanging die formability with simulation of sheet metal. In this paper, we publish effects that were obtained by constructing a process.

  • In general, the seismic retrofit is almost essential to extend and remodel aged buildings. Because domestic seismic design code has been enhanced, seismic performance should be secure for aged building remodeling. Seismic response reduction device (damper) is lately appling to ensure seismic performance. This device is economical efficiency method that can reduce the load to foundation and the range of structural reinforcements, shorten of construction period. New shaped steel damper was applied for extension and remodeling construction for Boramae Deakyo building. As a result, the economy and shortening of construction period was achieved.
