Many organizations have developed their own information systems not only for internal efficiency but also for effectiveness of external customer services. One of the most effective service tools for their customers is the use of information technology. The web technology is rapidly becoming one of the most effective tools for online customer services. In order to gain competitive edge, organizations must have effective web site planning methods for their customer service. A study on traditional information systems planning methodologies has been conducted and they are compared with web site planning techniques. Cases of web sites in order to Improve customer relationship are analyzed. finally, a new conceptual framework for web site planning strategy for e-CRM is proposed in this paper. In order to support effective web site planning, online customer contact points and online service activities are defined and classified as several stages. And, web site strategies corresponding to each customer service activities are developed and proposed, With this framework, organizations can build competitive web strategies for improving their online customer relationships, thereby increasing customer satisfaction.

본 연구는 경북 성인 여성장애인의 생활실태와 복지서비스 욕구를 분석하여 효과적인 지원방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 문헌연구와 성인 여성장애인 465명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 청년기 여성장애인은 2대 가족, 자녀수 1명, 고졸이하, 무배우, 정신적 장애로 경제활동 고용에 대한 욕구가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장년기 여성장애인은 2대 가족, 자녀수 2명, 고졸이하, 유배우, 지체/뇌병변장애로 일상생활지원, 경제활동 고용, 임신 출산 양육에 대한 욕구가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노년기 여성장애인은 1인 가구, 자녀수 3명, 초졸이하, 무배우, 지체/뇌병변장애로 건강 의료에 대한 욕구가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 청년기 여성장애인은 경제활동 고용 지원으로 직업훈련, 취업지원, 경력개발 지원으로 최근 경북 핵심사업인 신소재 산업, 스마트 프로젝트, 농산업, 관광산업 중심의 일자리 창출이 필요하다. 또한, 직업재활시설의 확대도 요구된다. 장년기 여성장애인은 일상생활 지원, 임신 출산 양육 지원이 요구되므로 산간지역으로 대중교통 접근이 어려운 곳은 교통인프라 마련과 여성장애인 전용 산부인과 지정제 도입이 요구된다. 마지막으로 노년기 여성장애인은 건강 의료 서비스 지원으로 지역 정신건강복지센터, 보건소 등과 연계하여 정기 방문, 신체 및 심리 지원, 가정활동 지원이 필요하다.

본 연구는 루게릭환자 및 그 가족을 대상으로 현재 질환과 관련한 실태를 파악하고 부양부담을 경감시키는 요인과 필요한 서비스들을 밝히는데 목적을 두었다. 연구결과 루게릭환자 및 그 가족의 인구사회학적 특성이나 질환 및 수발과 관련한 요인, 활동지원서비스 관련 요인 어느 것에서도 부양부담을 경감시키는데 영향을 미치는 요인은 없는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 환자와 주부양자의 관계가 배우자가 아니거나, 이들의 학력이 고졸이하인 경우, 질병의 최초진단시기에 따라서만 부양부담에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 제안하면, 현재 제공되고 있는 서비스의 한계를 인식하고, 루게릭이라는 질환에 맞는 의료적 지원과 더블어 개별화되고 전문화된 복지서비스를 함께 지원할 수 있는 융복합적인 정책지원이 필요하다고 볼 수 있다.

The study aims at exploring a general trend of psychological well-being (PWB) of elderly volunteers and analyzing the variables which give effects on their PWB. The subjects were two hundred men and women over 60 years old currently participating in voluntary service. The data collected from interviewing were analyzed by descriptive statistics, $x^2$ test, Pearson's correlation and hierarchical multiple regression. The main results are: First, PWB of the elderly is higher than the average score of PWB. Second, the elderly's generativity is positively related to PWB. Family support such as an emotional and instrumental support was also positively related to PWB. Third, the variables effecting on PWB of elderly volunteers were education level, participation frequency, generativity level, and an instrumental support of their family members on it. The lower their educational level was, the more frequently they participated in voluntary activity, the higher their generativity level was, and the more support given from their family, the higher PWB scores they showed.

최근 ICT 기반 서비스 기업의 성공 사례로 다양한 창업 기업 육성 및 지원이 등장하고 있지만 정책 및 지원이 창업 초기에 몰려 있어 창업 후 안정적인 성장이 어려운 실정이다. 이는 창업 과업을 개별적인 활동으로 인식하기 때문이다. 하지만 창업 초기부터 성장 및 안정 단계에 이르기까지 창업성공에 영향을 미치는 일련의 프로세스가 존재하고 이를 파악하는 것은 창업자의 성공적인 창업 경험을 지원하는 기반이 될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실제 창업 경험자들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하여 프로세스 마이닝 기법을 이용하여 창업 프로세스 모델을 구축하고 분석하고자 한다. 실제 ICT 서비스업 창업 사례를 기반으로 프로세스 분석한 결과, 창업자 분석, 아이디어 도출, 사업계획서 작성, 사업다각화가 전체 창업 과정에서 중요한 프로세스로 도출되었다. 반면에 마케팅 관련 활동 및 투자자금 활용 과업이 빈도는 높았지만 중요하게 나타나지 않았는데 이는 이러한 활동들이 일회성활동이 아니라 지속적으로 수행되어야 하는 과업임을 의미한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 분석 방법을 통해 창업 과업 간의 순차적인 흐름을 도출하고 과업 수행 간 특징을 도출할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 개별 과업 단위의 연구에서는 파악할 수 없었던 일시적 과업의 파악과 상호 보완적인 과업 활동의 파악이 가능할 것이라 기대된다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 프로세스 모델 및 분석 결과를 바탕으로 창업자 지원 시스템을 구축하게 되면 더 많은 실제 창업 사례 분석을 통하여, 예비 창업자 또는 신규 창업자의 창업 과정에서 개인별 맞춤형 지원이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 창업 과정에서 발생되는, 또는 발생 가능한 여러 어려움을 극복하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

Although the telecommunications service industry has become a basic infrastructure component of the information and communication technology (ICT) industry, it is now losing its reputation as a cash cow due to achieving a saturation of service subscribers, especially in South Korea. With the exception of improving network speeds, network operators are experiencing difficulties in creating new innovations. Therefore, new innovations for the telecommunications service industry should be identified in conjunction with government policies for industry promotion. To examine the innovative capabilities of a specific industry, innovation system theories were used as a framework for research. However, existing innovation systems are limited with regard to explaining the openness of relationships and user participation which are general properties of the ICT industry. Moreover, as sources of innovative activity, additional values such as financial support and collaboration are more appropriate. This study presents a new innovation system based on innovation values. We analyze the telecommunications service industry and prioritize the importance of telecommunication policies within South Korea. An in-depth interview with experts based on the innovation system framework is conducted first. Next, innovation factors derived from the interview are applied within an analytic hierarchy process (AHP), leading to a prioritization of innovation factors for the telecommunications service industry.

In the management activities of head office in supporting franchisees in domestic food-service enterprises, the raw material supply plays a positive role to support franchisees' operation activity and it comes into conflict with them at the same time. In this paper, I have tried to find out the relationship between raw material supplying and the satisfaction of the franchisees by experimental research in order to research the route of head office's raw material supplying. To sum up the results, it was found out there is no meaningful relationship between the raw material supplying and the franchisees satisfaction (intention to renew the agreement), It indicates it would be more effective for the franchisees to buy the raw materials from the suppliers developed by the franchisees except some key materials in order to reduce the conflicts with the franchisees.

본 논문에서는 기술혁신에 영향을 미치는 요인 중 산업별 혁신시스템과 R&D 지원서비스의 요인이 엔유씨전자의 사례에서 어떻게 작용하는지 살펴보았다. 엔유씨전자는 투입구 변경과 착즙률 개선의 기술혁신을 통해 높은 혁신성과를 달성하였다. 이는 산업별 혁신시스템의 각 구성요소가 엔유씨전자의 기술혁신과 부합하는 측면이 있었기 때문이다. 엔유씨전자의 성과향상은 자체적인 혁신노력과 함께 정부출연연구소의 R&D 지원서비스가 있었기 때문에 가능했다. 기술혁신 과정에서 제품설계와 가상실험 등 기업 스스로 해결할 수 없는 영역의 고차원적인 서비스를 받을 수 있었다. 중소기업에게 부족한 부분을 보완해주는 정부와 공공기관의 지원 역할이 중요했다고 할 수 있다. 산업별 혁신시스템의 각 구성요소별로 보면 새로운 기술기회가 많은 만큼 지속성이 낮다, 모방이 쉽고 전유성이 낮지만 복합적인 측면도 있다, 기술축적의 누적성은 비교적 높은 편이다, 외부지식의 활용 가능성이 높다, 주체와 네트워크 모두 중요한 역할을 하였다, 시장여건이 매우 유리하였다 등으로 요약될 수 있다. R&D 지원서비스의 측면에서는 직접적인 효과로서 스크류의 재질과 형상에 대한 가상실험을 통해 엄청난 시간과 비용의 절약이 이루어졌다는 점을 들 수 있다. 간접적인 효과로서는 외부지원에 의한 기술개발을 계기로 엔유씨전자의 자체적인 핵심역량이 크게 강화되었고 혁신의 선순환구조가 정착되었다는 점을 들 수 있다.

In this paper, we investigate the co-movements of the real GDP cycle and the telecommunications service expenditure cycle over 1980 through 2000 in Korea. We used several appropriate statistical tools to characterize and to compare the co-movements between the two aforementioned variables. The statistics presented in this paper are common, easy to Interpret and capture important visual, descriptive information and the dynamics of data that would be lost if one focused only on the unconditional correlation coefficients of de-trended data. This paper examines four possible characteristics for the co-movements of real GDP and telecommunications service expenditure in Korea. The first is that in low frequency, the cyclical movements in telecommunications service expenditure are very similar to the cyclical movements in real GDP, The second is that in the high frequency, the estimated stationary cyclical telecommunications service expenditure is not closely related to the estimated stationary cyclical real GDP. Third, according to co-spectra analysis, the strong relationships between the variables are found in the mid-term frequency and as such this empirical finding has important implications for telecommunications policy and telecommunications service implementation strategies. Finally, in the short-term period, our empirical results support telecommunications network theories such as path dependence properties, lock-in, positive feedback externality, and network externality.

본 연구는 해양레저 수요가 급증하면서 마리나산업이 미래형 고부가가치 산업으로 부상하고 있는 현 시점에서 마리나 이용객 측면에서 마리나 서비스품질을 측정할 수 있는 도구를 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 결과 마리나 서비스품질 척도로서 물리적시설, 지원서비스, 활동프로그램, 종업원태도, 안전성 등 5개 차원이 도출되었고, 신뢰성과 타당성이 검증된 20개 측정항목이 제시되었다. 본 연구에 의하여 개발된 척도는 마리나 서비스품질을 측정하는 중요한 도구가 될 뿐만 아니라 마리나 서비스품질 관리에 기여하고 마리나의 마케팅 전략 수립에 유용한 정보를 제공한다.
