표준화 환자를 활용한 간호학생의 당뇨식이교육 수행능력과 자기효능, 의사소통, 학습만족도 및 간호전문직관의 상관관계 (The Relationship among Clinical Competence on Diabetic Diet Education Using Standardized Patients, Self-efficacy, Communication, Learning Satisfaction, and Professional Values of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship among clinical competence of diabetic diet education on standardized patients, self-efficacy, communication skill, learning satisfaction, and professional values of nursing students. Methods: The present study was a descriptive research. The participants were 144 junior nursing students in a university. The clinical competence on diabetic diet education was assessed by trained evaluators when nursing students performed diabetic diet education using the standardized patients. The students' self-efficacy, communication skill, professional values, and learning satisfaction were measured by themselves using the questionnaires. Results: The clinical competence on diabetic diet education showed positive correlations with communication skill and learning satisfaction, while the competence was not correlated to self-efficacy and professional values. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that clinical competence on diabetic diet education may be more related to communication skills and learning satisfaction than self-efficacy and professional values. Promoting communication skills and learning satisfaction using a standardized patient may increase nursing students' competence on diabetic diet education.

간호학생의 자기주도적 학습, 비판적 사고성향이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Self-directed Learning & Critical Thinking Disposition on Clinical Competence in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate self-directed learning and critical thinking disposition which influence clinical competence in nursing students. Method: As a descriptive study, a total of 271 third year students were recruited from a nursing college in Daegu. A structured questionnaire was self-administered from June 7, 2011 to June 10, 2011. The data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN version 12. Results: In self-directed learning, there were significant differences in gender (t=2.26, p=.025), satisfaction of major (F=7.77, p=.001), and satisfaction of clinical experience (F=10.39, p<.001). Critical thinking disposition differed in gender (t=2.82, p=.005). Moreover gender (t=4.00, p<.001), satisfaction of achievement (F=6.50, p=.002), satisfaction of major (F=4.24, p=.015), and satisfaction of clinical experience (F=9.54, p<.001) differed with clinical competence. Clinical competence was positively related to self-directed learning (r=.45, p<.001) and critical thinking disposition (r=.51, p<.001). According to the result of multiple regression, critical thinking disposition (t=5.80, p<.001), satisfaction of achievement (t=3.33, p=.001), gender (t=2.93, p=.004) and self-directed learning (t=2.35, p=.019) were significant factors of clinical competence explaining 33.0% of the variances. Conclusion: Critical thinking disposition, satisfaction of clinical experience, gender and self-directed learning had a positive effect on clinical competence in nursing students. To enhance clinical competence for nursing students, it is necessary to develop self-learning teaching strategy and curriculum.

간호대학생의 셀프리더십, 임상수행능력이 임상실습만족도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Nursing Students' Self-leadership and Clinical Competence on Clinical Practice Satisfaction)

  • 이 연구는 간호대학생의 셀프리더십, 임상수행능력과 임상실습만족도에 대한 관계를 파악하고, 임상실습만족도에 셀프리더십과 임상수행능력이 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 연구이다. 자료수집은 2019년 5월1일부터 5월 16일까지 조사하여, 186부의 설문지를 분석에 사용하였으며 SPSS/WIN 28.0통해 분석하였다. 대상자의 셀프리더십의 평균은 3.44점이고, 임상수행능력의 평균은 3.82점, 임상실습만족도의 평균은 3.69점으로 나타났다. 임상실습만족도는 셀프리더십(r=.221, p=.002)과 임상수행능력(r=.262, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 셀프리더십과 임상수행능력(r=.050, p=.494)은 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 임상실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수는 셀프리더십(β=.251, p<.001)과 임상수행능력(β=.208, p=.003)으로 나타났고, 이들 변수의 설명력은 10.4%로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 임상실습만족도를 높이기 위해서는 셀프리더십과 임상수행능력을 향상시킬수 있는 프로그램 개발이 이루어져야 한다.

아동의 우울 및 불안경향과 자아존중감 및 정서지능과의 관계 (Relationships between Children′s Depression and Anxiety and Their Self-Esteem and Emotional Intelligence)

  • This study of the relationships between children's depression and anxiety and their children's self-esteem and emotional intelligence had a sample of 984 5th grade children The higher the levels of children's depression and anxiety were, the lower their self-esteem consisting of scholastic competence, social acceptance, atheletic competence, physical appearance, behavioral conduct, and global self-worth were. The higher the levels of children's depression and anxiety were, the lower their emotional intelligence(EI) consisting of self-regulation and emotion utilization, perception of emotion, other-regulation and self-expression were. For boys, scholastic competence and social competence among children's self-esteem factors were the factors best explained by children's depression and anxiety. In addition, boy's perception of emotion was explained by their depression and anxiety. For girls, on the other hand global self-worth and social competence among self-esteem factors were the two factors best explained by their depression and anxiety. Self-regulation and emotion utilization was the El factor best explained by depression and anxiety among girls.

간호대학생의 의사소통 능력과 공감역량이 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Communication Competence and Compassionate Competence on Academic Self-efficacy of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 의사소통 능력과 공감역량이 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 일개 대학의 간호학과 2학년 학생 131명을 대상으로 하였고, 자료수집은 2018년 11월 5일부터 11월 30일까지 수행하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, t-test, 상관관계 및 위계적 회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 의사소통 능력(r=.42, p<.001)과 공감역량(r=.47, p<.001)은 학업적 자기효능감과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 입학동기, 전공에 대한 적응도, 실습 참여도, 공감역량이 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났다. 이들은 학업적 자기효능감을 47.4%설명하였다(F=8.10, p<.001). 그러므로 간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감을 높이기 위해서는 간호대학생의 실습참여도를 향상시키기 위한 노력이 필요하며, 공감역량을 활용하여 학업적 자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 교육중재방안이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

간호학생의 임상수행능력과 관련요인 -문제중심학습을 한 대상자를 중심으로- (The Clinical Competence and Related Factors of the Nursing Students: Focused on the Subjects who studied Problem-Based Learning)

  • Purpose: This study was to evaluate clinical competence in relation to self-directed learning, critical thinking disposition, and participating in PBL(Problem-Based Learning) group activities of nursing students. Methods: Data were collected from 108 nursing students in Oct. 2006. Results: Clinical competence had a significant positive correlation with self-directed learning, critical thinking disposition, and participation in PBL group activities. There was a significant difference in clinical competence according to interpersonal relationship. Participation in PBL group activities was the most influential factor of clinical competence($R^2$=.34). Also, the influence of clinical competence increased with the addition of self-directed learning($R^2$=.42). Conclusion: It is essential to encourage the self-directed learning and participation in PBL group activities for the improvement of clinical competence. It is relatively important for clinical competence to consider the educational environment systematically.

일부 지역 치과위생사의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인들 간의 인과관계 (Factors Affecting Clinical Competence of Dental Hygienists)

  • 본 연구는 치과위생사들을 대상으로 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인 간의 인과관계를 파악하고자 2015년 2월 28일부터 2015년 4월 28일까지 부산 경남 일부지역 치과 병 의원에 근무하는 치과위생사를 대상으로 254명을 최종분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 연구변수들 간의 상관분석 결과 모든 변수에 대해 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다(p<0.01). 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해 선형 회귀분석 결과 자아존중감, 셀프리더십과 전문직 자아개념에서 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.01). 치과위생사의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 연구변수들 간의 인과관계를 알아보고자 경로모형을 분석한 결과 소진과 비판적 사고는 간접영향, 자아존중감과 셀프리더십, 전문직 자아개념은 직 간접적으로 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과 치과위생사의 자아존중감, 셀프리더십과 전문직 자아개념을 높일 수 있도록 치위생 교과목에서의 교육기회가 이루어지도록 마련되어야 하며, 치과 병 의원에서도 실무적인 세미나와 치과위생사의 개인적인 내적 성향을 발휘 할 수 있도록 치과위생사의 임상수행능력 향상에 도움이 될 수 있는 프로그램들이 구체적으로 마련되어 환자들의 양질의 진료와 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 하여야 한다.

간호대학생의 문화적 교류 특성 및 자기 효능감과 문화적 역량의 관계 (The Study on Relationship between Characteristics of Cultural Exchanges, Self-efficacy, and Cultural Competency of Nursing Students)

  • 연구의 목적: 본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기 효능감과 문화적 역량 정도, 문화적 교류 특성 및 자기 효능감과 문화적 역량의 관계를 확인하고자 하였다. 연구 방법: 본 연구의 대상자로 일 대학의 간호대학생 301명이 참여하였다. 자료 수집은 General Self-efficacy Scale, the Caffrey Cultural Competence Healthcare Scale(CCCHS), The Cultural Competence Assessment(CCA) 도구들을 통하여 설문조사하였다. 연구 결과: 본 연구 결과 자기 효능감과 문화적 역량 정도는 중간수준(자기 효능감: M=3.0, SD=0.38; 문화적 역량: M=2.8, SD=0.55)으로 나타났다. 그리고 간호대학생의 학년이 높을수록 외국인 친구가 있을수록 유의미하게 높은 자기 효능감과 문화적 역량 정도를 나타냈다. 더 나아가 자기 효능감과 문화적 역량의 상관성(r=.394, p < .001)은 통계적으로 유의한 순 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 문화적 교류 및 자기 효능감 증진을 통하여 문화적 역량을 강화하여야 할 것으로 보인다.

아동의 친한 친구와의 관계와 자아지각 및 학교적응과의 관계 (Relationships between Children's Friendship Quality, Self-Perception and School Adjustment)

  • In this study of the relationships between quality of children's friendships, their self-perception and school adjustment, 434 4th, 5th, and 6th graders replied to a series of questionnaires. Girls reported higher levels of quality of friendship in the areas of emotional security, help, intimacy, and acknowledgement than boys. Boys showed higher levels of self-perception in cognitive competence, athletic ability and social acceptance than girls. Positive friendship quality and friendship satisfaction were related to self-perception and school adjustment. Variables that influenced school adjustment were social behavior, cognitive competence, global self-worth, pleasure in companionship, and athletic ability. For boys, variables which influenced school adjustment were social behavior, cognitive competence, pleasure in companionship, and global self-worth. For girls, the variables were global self-worth, cognitive competence, trust, social behavior, and athletic ability.

호텔주방설비가 직무만족, 자기유능감, 생산효율에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Effect of Hotel Kitchen Facilities on Production Efficiency)

  • The results of hotel management have revealed a lot of problems in regard to the suitable placement of kitchen facilities, equipment and utensils, appropriate positioning of kitchen workers, and management of kitchen supplies. To solve these problems, this study examined the relationships among kitchen equipment, layouts, job satisfaction, a sense of self-competence, and production efficiency, proposing the efficient management measures of a reasonable kitchen system. The following are the results. Kitchen facilities had a significant effect on job satisfaction, not on a sense of self-competence. Hotel cooks' awareness of kitchen utensils as well as kitchen layouts had significant influence on both job satisfaction and a sense of self-competence whereas hotel cooks' job satisfaction and their sense of self-competence had great influence on production efficiency.
