무인점포 고객의 이용의도에 미치는 영향 분석 -프랜차이즈 가맹점 중심으로 (An analysis on Effect of Use Intention of Mean automated Store Customer -focused on franchisee)

  • 본 연구는 프랜차이즈 가맹점에서 제공하고 있는 무인점포의 이용의도를 알아보고자 실증 분석하여 검정하였다. 무인점포의 독립변수들로는 크게 기술기반셀프서비스, 점포특성으로 나누어 변수를 선정하였다. 기술기반셀프서비스의 편리성, 신속성, 점포특성의 기능성, 적합성 그리고 무인점포의 비용을 선정하였다. 기대일치이론을 활용하여 매개변수에 기대일치, 만족 최종적으로 종속변수는 이용의도를 선정하였다. 무인점포를 사용하는 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 총 181명을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 편리성, 신속성, 기능성, 적합성은 기대에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 만족에는 편리성과 적합성 변수만이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 비용은 이용의도에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났으며, 최종적으로 기대일치, 만족은 이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증이 되었다.

수출기업에서 자기주도학습능력이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 : 조직문화의 조절효과 (The Impacts of self-directed learning on job satisfaction, organizational commitment : Focused on moderating effects of organizational culture)

  • 본 연구에서는 글로벌 경쟁시대의 기업성과향상을 위하여 수출기업에서 자기주도학습능력이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 집권화와 분권화된 조직문화특성이 자기주도학습능력과 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습에 대한 자기주도학습능력 변수 중 학습의 책임수용성 변인만이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 집권화의 조직문화의 조절효과를 살펴본 결과, 학습의 책임성 수용(t=-1.934, p<0.01), 학습자적 신념(t=-1.820, p<0.001), 미래지향성(t=2.249, p<0.001) 변인들과 조직몰입 관계에 집권화가 조절효과를 나타내고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 미래지향성(t=-1.645, p<0.01) 변인과 조직몰입 관계에 분권화가 조절효과를 나타내고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 학습자 개인적차원과 조직적 차원에서 자기주도학습능력에 대한 지원 및 분위기 조성이 전제 되어야 한다는 기존 연구결과를 수출기업에서 다시 재확인하였으며, 지식정보사회에서 조직의 역량과 성과를 향상시키기 위해 관료제적 계층조직에서 유기적 학습조직으로 적극 변화되어야 한다는 연구결과를 제시하였다.

간호학생의 자기표출과 역할갈등의 관계연구 (The Relationship Between Self-disclosure and Role Conflict in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The Purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between self-disclosure and role conflict in nursing students. Method: The subjects were 386 nursing students who were in college and university. The data were collected from July 26 to September 18, 2004 by the structured questionnaires. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, and ANOVA & t-test with SAS package were used. Results: 1. The mean of self-disclosure perceived by nursing students was 3.57(${\pm}$.53), and the mean of role conflict perceived by nursing students was 3.62(${\pm}$.49). If the role conflict was divided into subcategory, deficiency of ability and skill was 3.77(${\pm}$.60), role ambiguity was 3.66(${\pm}$.54), and internal conflict was 3.49(${\pm}$.62). 2. 'Role conflict', 'deficiency of ability and skill', 'role ambiguity' and 'internal conflict' were positively related to 'self-disclosure'. 3. 'Self-disclosure' showed a significant difference according to interpersonal relations, meaning on nursing job and 'role conflict' showed a significant difference according to school career, present grade. Conclusion: this study suggested that there are need to implement self-disclosure training program for nursing student to decrease role conflict.

병원간호사의 자아존중감, 사회적 지지, 간호조직문화, 직장 내 괴롭힘 행위와 직장 내 괴롭힘 결과의 관계 (Relationships among Self-esteem, Social Support, Nursing Organizational Culture, Experience of Workplace Bullying, and Consequence of Workplace Bullying in Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify relationships among self-esteem, social support, nursing organizational culture, experience of workplace bullying, and the consequences of workplace bullying in hospital nurses, and then to provide basic information for developing workplace bullying prevention programs. Methods: Participants were 122 hospital nurses from three general hospitals. Data collection was done during April and May 2015. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires which were used to identify participants' characteristics, self-esteem, social support, nursing organizational culture, and workplace bullying. Results: Approximately one quarter of the nurses had experienced workplace bullying in the past six months. Hierarchical regression analysis showed that experience of workplace bullying (${\beta}=.45$) and self-esteem (${\beta}=-.31$) explained 53.3% of the variance in consequences of workplace bullying. Conclusion: Based on the findings that experiencing workplace bullying and having a low self-esteem were likely to increase workplace bullying in hospital nurses, there is a need to develop prevention and intervention programs on avoiding or dealing with workplace bullying.

사회적 지지와 자아존중감이 간호사의 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Social Support and Self-esteem on Nurses' Empowerment)

  • Purpose: This study was done to measure the level of social support, self-esteem, and empowerment and to identify any effect of social support and self-esteem on the empowerment of nurses. Methods: The study design was a descriptive survey using questionnaires which were given to 381 nurses in C province. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regressions. Results: The mean score for nurses' empowerment was $2.83{\pm}0.66$. Seven individual characteristics, social support(family, meaningful persons, supervisors, and co-workers) and self-esteem accounted for 23.3% of the variance in nurses' empowerment. Prediction elements influencing empowerment of nurses were salary per month, self-esteem, and social support(supervisors). Conclusion: The results indicate that it is necessary to increase nurses' empowerment. Social support by supervisors and self-esteem were confirmed as important factors to increase nurses' empowerment. In addition, raising the monthly average income would increase empowerment of nurses.

An Structure Equation Model Analysis of Elementary School Students on Their School Adjustment Resilience

  • This study aims to reveal the influence of praise effects of elementary school students on their self-esteem and school adjustment resilience. First, it conducted theoretical study and reviewed the preceding studies and assumed that verbal and physical praise which are sub-factors of praise effects in elementary school students affected their self-esteem and school adjustment resilience. It was also assumed that there was a mediating effects of self-esteem between praise effect and school adjustment resilience of elementary school students. As a result of study on praise effects of elementary school students, it was found that verbal praise had an influence on their self-esteem and school adjustment resilience and physical praise affected their learning attitude. Self-esteem of elementary school students had an influence on their school adjustment resilience. Verbal praise of elementary school students had the greatest influence on their learning attitude. This study proposed policy suggestions of self-esteem and school adjustment resilience as an alternative based on the results of the study.

병원간호사가 경험하는 무례함이 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향과 자기효능감의 조절효과 (Effect of Incivility Experienced by Clinical Nurses on Job Stress and the Moderating Effect of Self-efficacy)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze the effects of incivility experienced by clinical nurses on their job stress, and to identify the moderating effects of self-efficacy on the relationship between job stress and incivility. Methods: A structured self-report questionnaire was used to measure job stress, incivility and self-efficacy. Data were collected from 140 nurses currently working in three general hospitals of more than 300 beds. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Scheffétest, Pearson correlation coefficient, hierarchical multiple linear regression with the SPSS Version 19.0 program. Results: Incivility from supervisors, patients and patients' families showed a significant effect on job stress and self-efficacy had an effect on incivility from patients and patients' families and also incivility from doctors and job stress. These variables have total explanatory power of 46.6% on job stress. Conclusion: The results indicate a need to recognize the seriousness and damage of incivility in order to reduce hospital nurses' job stress and to awaken nurses to the relationship of stress and incivility and establish institutional programs to combat incivility. Moreover, there is also a need to improve self-efficacy on the ward through hospital education and coaching.

간호사의 업무스트레스, 자기효능감과 직무만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Job Stress, Self-Efficacy and Job Satisfaction in Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine relationships among job satisfaction, job stress, and self-efficacy and to identify predicting factors on the job satisfaction among a general hospital nurses. Method: The subjects were 266 nurses working at C university hospital in G city. Data were collected using a self-reported questionnaires. The data were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, & multiple stepwise regression by SPSS 12.0 program. Result: The job satisfaction indicated a significant relationship to self-efficacy (r=.310, p<.001) and work stress (r=-.273, p<.001) respectively. The powerful predictors of job satisfaction were general self-efficacy (22.6%), over ₩2,500,000 at monthly income (7.3%), job stress (4.9%), work period at present unit (2.6%), which explained 41.3% of total variance of job satisfaction. It has been confirmed that the regression equation model of this research may serve as a predictor of clinical nurses' job satisfaction. Conclusions: We need to develop self-efficacy promoting and stress relief program for clinical nurses in order to improve job satisfaction.

유휴간호사를 위한 재취업 교육과정이 간호전문직관과 간호업무 자기효능감에 미치는 효과 (Effects of a Refresher Program for Inactive Nurses on Nursing Professionalism and Nursing Clinical Self-Efficacy)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify effects of a refresher program for inactive nurses on nursing professionalism and nursing clinical self-efficacy. Method: A pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest was used. The refresher program consisted of 150 hours and was provided to inactive nurses who were recruited from a refresher program at S institute. Eighty inactive nurses participated in the study. Data were collected between June and November 2009. To evaluate the effectiveness of the refresher program, researchers explored participants' nursing professionalism and nursing clinical self-efficacy through self-evaluation questionnaire before and after the refresher program. Result: The refresher program was effective in increasing nursing clinical self-efficacy for inactive nurses (p<.001). However, no significant increase was found in nursing professionalism after completing the program. Conclusion: The refresher program had a positive impact on increasing the nursing clinical self-efficacy for inactive nurses.

일 대학병원 간호사의 간호정보역량과 셀프 리더십의 상관성 (Relationship of Nursing Informatics Competency and Self-leadership among Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: The objective of this study was to define nursing informatics competency and self-leadership perceived by hospital nurses and the relationship between those variables. Method: The subjects of this study were 215 nurses who had worked in one university hospital in P city. For this study the following study tools were used: the Staggers Nursing Computer Experience Questionnaire and self-leadership scale. Data was analyzed using mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe and Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: The mean score of each item in informatics skill domain and informatics knowledge domain $2.93{\pm}.49$ and $3.40{\pm}.50$. The average score of self-leadership was $3.39{\pm}.53$. 'Self-leadership' was positively related with 'nursing informatics competency'. Conclusion: This study proved that there were significant positive correlation between nursing informatics competency and self-leadership. These results suggested that it would be necessary to develop regular educational program which promotes the nurses' self-leadership as well as nursing informatics competency in schools. And practical education program for nurses must be planned continuously for informatics competency in hospitals.
