학교폭력예방 소시오드라마가 중학생의 학교폭력인식에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of the School Violence Prevention Sociodrama on the Perceptions of School Violence in Middle School Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중학교 1학년을 대상으로 학교폭력예방 소시오드라마를 실시한 후 학교폭력인식의 효과와 만족도를 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구의 진행은 2018년 4월에 실시하였으며, 실험집단과 통제집단은 S시와 A시 중학교 1학년 각각 12명이다. 연구결과 실험집단의 학교폭력인식 수준은 사전검사 14.50, 사후검사 11.83, 평균 순위 9.33이었다. 통제집단의 학교폭력인식 수준은 사전검사 14.25, 사후검사 13.83, 평균 순위는 15.67이었다. 두 집단 간의 Mann-Whitney의 U 검정 결과 통계적으로 유의하게 나타나, 학교폭력예방 소시오드라마가 효과적이라고 볼 수 있다. 또한 실험집단의 소시오드라마 만족도는 전체 평균이 5점 만점 중 4.71로 매우 높게 나왔으며, 특히 '선생님의 수업진행'에 대한 만족도가 가장 높았다. 본 연구를 통해 중학생을 위한 학교폭력예방 소시오드라마의 보급과 확산을 기대한다.

An integrative literature review on intimate partner violence against women in South Korea

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze and synthesize the literature on intimate partner violence (IPV) against women in South Korea. Methods: Whittemore and Knafl's integrative review method was used. Studies in English and Korean were searched in seven electronic databases using the following combination of terms: "Korea," "females or women or girls," "intimate partner violence or domestic violence or domestic abuse." Results: Twenty-five studies were ultimately selected, all of which met the quality appraisal criteria with a grade of medium or higher, using Gough's weight of evidence. IPV was divided into marital violence and dating violence. Factors related to IPV were classified into intrapersonal, interpersonal, and social factors, and these three factors were linked together. Intrapersonal factors included general characteristics, perceptions, attitudes, psychological factors, and violent experiences. Interpersonal factors involved relationships with parents and partners. Finally, social factors and attributes were integrated into social support and influences on life. Conclusion: In order to minimize and prevent harm to women from IPV when caring for women who experienced IPV, multiple factors should be considered. Specifically, general and psychological characteristics, perceptions and attitudes toward IPV, relationships with families and partners, and available social support systems and resources should be considered. Moreover, these findings will be helpful for assessing women or providing interventions for victims of violence. Finally, more diverse IPV studies should be conducted by nurses in the future.

남·여 중학생의 학원폭력문제 의식화에 영향을 주는 요인에 대한 연구 -학원폭력 피해경험과 친사회적 행동성의 다중 매개효과 검증을 토대로- (Effects of School Violence Experiecne, Perceptions of Violence, Non-Assertiveness and Prosocial Behavior on Adolescents' Conscientization toward School Violence -Focused on the Prosocial Behavior and Non-Assertiveness Mediators-)

  • 본 연구는 526명의 청소년을 연구대상으로, '전반적인 폭력에 대한 인식', '비주장성', '친사회적 행동성' 그리고 '폭력피해경험'이 '학원폭력문제 의식화'에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하였다. 분석방법은 구조방정식 모형을 통하여 변수들의 인과관계를 분석하였고, 성별비교를 위한 다집단분석, 계수차이검증에 근거한 구조동일성 모형검증, 매개검증, 잠재평균분석과 Cohen의 효과크기검증 등을 실시하였다. 분석결과, '학원폭력 피해경험'은 '학원폭력문제 의식화'에 긍정적인 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 드러났다. 여학생들의 경우, '학원폭력 피해경험'과 '학원폭력문제 의식화' 수준은 오히려 반비례하였다. '학원폭력 피해경험'이 '학원폭력문제 의식화'에 미치는 영향에 성별변인은 조절변수로 작용하였다. '전반적인 폭력에 대한 인식'은 '학원폭력문제 의식화'에 매우 긍정적인 영향을 주었고, '친사회적 행동성'도 '학원폭력문제 의식화'에 직 간접적인 효과를 주었다. '비주장성'과 '학원폭력 피해경험'과는 정적관계가 있었고, '학원폭력문제 의식화'에 직접적으로 유의미한 영향을 주지는 않았지만, '친사회적 행동성'을 완전매개로 '학원폭력문제 의식화'에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 잠재평균 분석 결과 '비주장성'과 '학원폭력피해경험'에서만 남학생이 여학생보다 유의하게 높았다.

Employers' Perceptions of Intimate Partner Violence among a Diverse Workforce

  • Objectives: Intimate partner violence (IPV) is a significant global public health concern, affecting 5.3 million US individuals annually. An estimated 1 in 3 women globally are abused by an intimate partner in their lifetime, and the effects carry over into the workplace. This article examines employers' perceptions of IPV in the workplace, targeting supervisors of Latina employees. Methods: Fourteen employers and supervisors of small service-sector companies in Oregon were interviewed using semi-structured interviews. Interpretive description was used to identify themes. These qualitative interviews preceded and helped to formulate a larger workplace intervention study. Results: The following themes were found and are detailed: (1) factors associated with recognizing IPV in the workplace, (2) effects of IPV on the work environment and (3) supervisors' responses to IPV-active vs. passive involvement. Also, supervisors' suggestions for addressing IPV in the workplace are summarized. Conclusion: These findings demonstrate the need for more IPV-related resources in the workplace to be available to supervisors as well as survivors and their coworkers. The needs of supervisors and workplaces vary by site, demonstrating the need for tailored interventions, and culturally appropriate workplace interventions are needed for Latinas and other racially and ethnically diverse populations.

초등학교 고학년 아동의 성폭력 인식에 관한 연구 (Elementary School High Grade Students' Perceptions of Sexual Violence)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify sexual violence, sexual knowledge of elementary school high grade students and develop the sexual violence protect promotion program. Method: The subjects of the study were 365 elementary school high-grade students in Daegu, Gyeongbook. The instruments used in this study were sexual violence(8items) by Yom et al.(2001) and sexual knowledge (20items) by Ha(2000). The data were collected between November 26 and December 1, 2001 by using a self-administered questionnaire. Analysis of data was done by using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient. t-test, A-NOVA and Duncan test with SPSS program. Result: 1) 78.4% of the subjects were educated for sexual knowledge. Source of knowledge for sex-related knowledge is the most teachers. 2) 50.9% of the subjects were educated for sexual violence. Source of knowledge for sexual violence is the most teachers. 3) 18.4% subjects experience sexual harassment. 8.8% of the subjects experienced serious sexual contact and 2.1% of the subjects were raped. 4) The average score of sex related knowledge was 8.93. The average score of misconception related sexual violence was 2.30. 5) Misconception of sexual violence was correlated with such demographic variables as grade(F=4.788, p=0.009), sex(t=2.971 p=0.003), region(t=3.614, p=0.000), father's education level(F=3.170, p=0.014), mother's education level(F=2.528, p=0.041), family income(F=5.577 p=0.004) 6) In the correlation between the scores of sex-related knowledge, misconception related sexual violence was a negative correlation. Conclusion: According to this study, it is needed to develop the program about sexual violence education for elementary school high-grade students.

수·해운계 고등학교 학생들의 학교 교육에 대한 인식 (Fisheries and Merchant Marine High School Students' Perceptions of School Education)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the basics of effective Fisheries and Merchant Marine High School education by analyzing Fisheries and Merchant Marine High School students' perceptions about their educational environment and school education. To achieve the purpose of this research, the study carried out a survey targeting 350 Fisheries and Merchant Marine High School students. The findings are as follows: First, the perceptions about instructions of department is generally positive. And they demand expansion of practice instruction. Second, the perceptions about curriculum is generally positive. And they demand field-experience learning. Third, the perceptions about school management and administration is generally positive. But they dissatisfied with considering their opinion about school management and administration. Fourth, the perceptions about counselling and personality guidance is generally positive. And the efforts to stop school violence are valued most positive. But the satisfaction in club activities is relatively low, so we need to come up with measure to increase club activities.

학교폭력 가해.피해학생을 위한 교사의 원조개입효능감에 영향을 주는 요인에 대한 연구 -비선형 분석을 이용한 다중매개검증을 중심으로- (A Study on the Factors influencing Teachers' Intervention Efficacy for Helping Victims and Offenders of School Violence -Focused on Double Mediators by Using Nonlinear Analysis-)

  • 본 연구는 대구광역시 중학교 교사를 연구 대상으로 학교폭력 발생시 교사의 원조개입효능감에 직 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 효과변인들을 검증하였다. 분석방법으로는 AMOS를 이용해서 구조방정식 모형을 토대로 변수간의 인과관계를 분석하였고, 전체매개, 개별매개 그리고 개별매개간의 차이검증은 Mplus를 사용하여 비선형분석을 하였다. '사회적 책임감'과 '가해 피해자에 대한 올바른 인식' 그리고 '교칙공정성'등 세 효과변인들은 직 간접적으로 교사의 '원조개입 효능감'(SMC, 64%, 총효과, .452)에 매우 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 요인이라는 사실을 실증적으로 확인하였다. '사회적 책임성'이 교사의 '원조개입효능감'에 미칠 수 있는 직접효과(.203)보다는, 두 매개변인('가해 피해자에 대한 올바른 인식' '교칙공정성')의 전체간접효과(.249)의 영향이 더 컸다. 두 매개변인들 중에서는 '가해 피해자에 대한 교사의 인식'(.224)이 '교칙 공정성'(.025)보다 훨씬 더 강한 매개효과를 가지고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 학교폭력 '가해 피해자에 대한 교사의 인식'수준은 '사회적 책임성'이 교사의 '원조개입효능감'에 미치는 긍정적인 영향을 크게 증폭 또는 감소시킬 수 있는 강력한 매개변인이라는 사실을 실증적으로 규명하였다. 분석결과를 토대로, 학교폭력에 대한 교사들의 원조개입효능감을 강화할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다.

성폭력에 대한 중학생의 인식과 경험 (Middle School Students' Perceptions of Sexual Violence)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the experience of sexual violence and sexual violence education. The data were collected from June 19 to July 14. 2000 using the questionnaire. The Subjects of this study consisted of 736 middle school students in six provinces(Seoul, Incheon, Daegu, Kyunggi, Kangwon, Kyungbuk). Data were analyzed using percentage, mean standard deviation. ANOVA. and Duncan test. The results were as follows: 1. About sixty-two percent of the subjects was educated for sexual violence. 2. About twenty-five percent of the subjects experienced sexual harassment, 12.1% of the subjects experienced serious sexual contact, and 2.0% of the subjects was raped. 3. The mean score of misconception related sexual violence was $2.86{\pm}0.47$. 4. The mean score of misconception related sexual violence showed significant differences in experience of education(t=-3.83. P<.0001), in delayed time of education(F=6.33. P<.0001) and in reading of pornomagazine(F=2.03. P<.05). 5. The mean score of misconception related sexual violence showed significant differences in experience of sexual harassment(t=-1.92. P<.05) and in experience of serious sexual contact (t=-2.41. P<.01). 6. There was a significant differences in misconception related sexual violence between boy and girl(t=5.79. P<.0001). According to the above results, realistic and future-directed sexual violence education materials should be developed for middle school students. This information will provide useful data to promote a more systemic, desirable and sexual violence education.

A Computer-based Training Intervention for Work Supervisors to Respond to Intimate Partner Violence

  • Objectives: Intimate partner violence (IPV), commonly known as domestic violence is a problem throughout the world. An estimated 36% to 75% of employed abused woman are monitored, harassed and physically assaulted by their partners or ex-partners while trying to get to work and while at work. The objective of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of interactive training to increase knowledge, change perceptions and develop an intention to address domestic violence that spills over into the workplace. Methods: Community-based participatory research approaches were employed to develop and evaluate an interactive computer-based training (CBT) intervention, aimed to teach supervisors how to create supportive and safe workplaces for victims of IPV. Results: The CBT intervention was administered to 53 supervisors. All participants reacted positively to the training, and there was a significant improvement in knowledge between pre- and post-training test performance (72% versus 96% correct), effect size (d) = 3.56. Feedback from focus groups was more productive than written feedback solicited from the same participants at the end of the training. Conclusion: Effective training on the impacts of IPV can improve knowledge, achieving a large effect size, and produce changes in perspective about domestic violence and motivation to address domestic violence in the workplace, based on questionnaire responses.

학교폭력의 예방 및 대책에 관한 교대생과 초등교사의 인식 비교 (Differences of Perceptions between Pre-service and In-service Elementary School Teachers on the Prevention and Intervention of School Violence)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 학교폭력의 예방과 대책에 관한 인식에 있어서 교대생과 초등교사의 차이를 비교하는 것이었다. 이를 위해서 이 연구에서는 교대생 600명과 초등교사 400명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 이중 교대생 451명과 초등교사 289명의 응답 결과를 기초로 학교폭력에 노출된 경험과 심각성 인식, 학교폭력의 원인, 예방 및 대책에 대한 인식, 그리고 '학교폭력의 예방과 대책' 관련 교과의 개설 및 교육적 요구를 조사하여 반응 백분율과 평균 및 표준편차를 산출하고 두 집단 간 반응 차이의 유의도를 비교하였다. 이 연구에서 밝혀진 주요결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교대생과 초등교사의 절반 이상이 학창 시절 학교폭력을 경험한 적이 있고, 학교폭력이 상당히 심각하다고 인식하고 있으며 그 비율은 초등교사가 교대생보다 유의하게 높다. 둘째, 그들은 '가정의 붕괴와 자녀에 대한 부모의 관심 부족'과 '왜곡된 친구관계와 학교폭력서클의 만연'을 학교폭력의 주요원인으로 인식하고 있으며, '감정조절 능력의 부족'과 '사회적 대처 기술의 부족'을 각각 가해 원인과 피해 원인으로 인식한다. 셋째, 그들은 학생들의 학교폭력을 목격할 때 관련 학생의 학부모와 면담하여 협조를 구하거나 책임교사(또는 상담교사)와 학교 당국에 알려 적극적으로 대처할 필요가 있다고 인식하면서도 그와 관련된 어려움을 함께 호소하고 있다. 넷째, 그들은 정부의 '학교폭력근절 종합대책'에 대해 중요성은 비교적 높게 인식한 반면 정책의 실효성에 대해서는 상대적으로 낮게 인식하고 있다. 끝으로, 그들은 교사양성기관에 '학교폭력의 예방과 대책' 교과목을 개설하는 것에 대체로 찬성하며, 그 비율은 교대생이 초등교사보다 유의하게 높다.
