  • In this study the effect of collision model was evaluated in spray field by CFD. A collision is basically the interaction between droplets and criteria of collision is determined by drop Weber number, impact parameter, and drop-size ratio. Early developed collision model considered coalescence and grazing collision with the exchange of momentum. However in experimental research there were bouncing, coalescence, reflexive separating and stretching separating in interaction between droplets. In this study the collision considering such complex phenomena is modeled and was compared with the basic collision model.

  • In this paper we consider pseudo-BCK/BCI-algebras. In particular, we consider properties of minimal elements ($x{\leq}a$ implies x = a) in terms of the binary relation $\leq$ which is reflexive and anti-symmetric along with several more complicated conditions. Some of the properties of minimal elements obtained bear resemblance to properties of B-algebras in case the algebraic operations $\ast$ and $\circ$ are identical, including the property $0{\circ}(0{\ast}a)$ = a. The condition $0{\ast}(0{\circ}x)=0{\circ}(0{\ast}x)=x$ all $x{\in}X$ defines the class of p-semisimple pseudo-BCK/BCI-algebras($0{\leq}x$ implies x = 0) as an interesting subclass whose further properties are also investigated below.

  • In this paper, we introduce a new class of uniformly point-wise R-subweakly commuting self-mappings and prove several common fixed point theorems and best approximation results for uniformly point-wise R-subweakly commuting asymptotically I-nonexpansive mappings in normed linear spaces. We also establish some results concerning strong convergence of nearest common fixed points of asymptotically I-non-expansive mappings in reflexive Banach spaces with a uniformly G$\^{a}$teaux differentiable norm. Our results unify and generalize various known results given by some authors to a more general class of noncommuting mappings.

  • Let X be a real reflexive Banach space with a uniformly $G\hat{a}teaux$ differentiable norm, C a nonempty closed convex subset of X, T : C $\rightarrow$ X a continuous pseudocontractive mapping, and A : C $\rightarrow$ C a continuous strongly pseudocontractive mapping. We show the existence of a path ${x_t}$ satisfying $x_t=tAx_t+(1- t)Tx_t$, t $\in$ (0,1) and prove that ${x_t}$ converges strongly to a fixed point of T, which solves the variational inequality involving the mapping A. As an application, we give strong convergence of the path ${x_t}$ defined by $x_t=tAx_t+(1-t)(2I-T)x_t$ to a fixed point of firmly pseudocontractive mapping T.

  • In this paper, we introduce and study a new class of generalized strongly nonlinear variational inequalities with setvalued mappings. By using the KKM technique, we prove the existence and uniqueness of solution for this class of generalized setvalued strongly nonlinear variational inequalities in reflexive Banach spaces. Our results include the main results of Verma [16], [17] as special cases.

  • Since Alfsen and Effors [1] introduced the notion of an M-ideal, many authors [3,6,9,12] have worked on the problem of finding those Banach spaces X and Y for which K(X,Y), the space of all compact linear operators from X to Y, is an M-ideal in L(X,Y), the space of all bounded linear operators from X to Y. The M-ideal property of K(X,Y) in L(X,Y) gives some informations on X,Y and K(X,Y). If K(X) (=K(X,X)) is an M-ideal in L(X) (=L(X,X)), then X has the metric compact approximation property [5] and X is an M-ideal in $X^{**}$ [10]. If X is reflexive and K(X) is an M-ideal in L(X), then K(X)$^{**}$ is isometrically isomorphic to L(X)[5]. A weaker notion is a semi M-ideal. Studies on Banach spaces X and Y for which K(X,Y) is a semi M-ideal in L(X,Y) were done by Lima [9, 10].

  • In this paper, we introduce and study a new class of generalized nonlinear variational-like inequalities. By employing the auxiliary principle technique we suggest an iterative algorithm to compute approximate solutions of the generalized nonlinear variational-like inequalities. We discuss the convergence of the iterative sequences generated by the algorithm in Banach spaces and prove the existence of solutions and convergence of the algorithm for the generalized nonlinear variational-like inequalities in Hilbert spaces, respectively. Our results extend, improve and unify several known results due to Ding, Liu et al, and Zeng, and others.

  • Among the languages that allow long-distance reflexives, some languages have blocking effects, whereas others don't. The goal of this paper is to provide computational algorithms that can handle presence and absence of blocking effects of long-distance reflexives. We will examine the blocking effects in Chinese and Korea and develop computational algorithms for handling blocking effects in those two languages. The algorithms will be developed by incorporating Chierchia's Binding Theory into Steedman's Combinatory Categorial Grammar (CCG). Through the analyses and implementations, this paper illustrates how blocking effects can be implemented computationally.

  • A system of nonlinear variational inclusions involving general H-monotone operators in Banach spaces is introduced. Using the resolvent operator technique, we suggest an iterative algorithm for finding approximate solutions to the system of nonlinear variational inclusions, and establish the existence of solutions and convergence of the iterative algorithm for the system of nonlinear variational inclusions.

  • G-vector-valued sequence space frames and g-Banach frames for Banach spaces are introduced and studied in this paper. Also, the concepts of duality mapping and ${\beta}$-dual of a BK-space are used to define frame mapping and synthesis operator of these frames, respectively. Finally, some results regarding the existence of g-vector-valued sequence space frames and g-Banach frames are obtained. In particular, it is proved that if X is a separable Banach space and Y is a Banach space with a Schauder basis, then there exist a Y-valued sequence space $Y_v$ and a g-Banach frame for X with respect to Y and $Y_v$.
