This paper describes a case study on the R&D programs of fighter and attacker aircraft such as F-22A, F/A-18E/F, and T/A-50. F-22A and F/A-18E/F were developed in same age. The performance of each program was, however extremely different. F-22A program results in a lot of cost overrun and schedule delay. On the other hand F/A-18E/F program met the cost, schedule, and performance goals. In the T/A-50 program with a super-sonic advanced trainer, T-50 was also developed successfully on planned cost and time by Korea Air-force and KAI. This paper derives key elements for the success of the military aircraft R&D program through lessons learned from th e case study. Each program is analyzed in terms of its background, planning and management.

It is shown that $f:\mathbb{R}{\rightarrow}\mathbb{R}$ satisfies the following functional inequalities (0.1) ${\mid}f(x)+f(y){\mid}{\leq}{\mid}f(x+y){\mid}$, (0.2) ${\mid}f(x)+f(y){\mid}{\leq}{\mid}2f(\frac{x+y}{2}){\mid}$, (0.3) ${\mid}f(x)+f(y)-2f(\frac{x-y}{2}){\mid}{\leq}{\mid}2f(\frac{x+y}{2}){\mid}$, respectively, then the function $f:\mathbb{R}{\rightarrow}\mathbb{R}$ satisfies the Cauchy functional equation, the Jensen functional equation and the Jensen quadratic functional equation, respectively.

Phytophthora katsurae는 밤나무 잉크병의 원인이 되는 병원성 균류이다. P. katsurae를 검출하기 위하여 2개의 duplex PCR primer set을 제작하였다(SOPC 1F/1R+KatI 3F/5R, SOPC 1-1F/1-1R+KatI 3F/5R). SOPC 1F/1R과 SOPC 1-1F/1-1R primer pair는 sequence characteristic amplification regions(SCAR)를 이용하여 제작하였고, KatI 3F/5R primer pair는 internal transcribed spacer(ITS) 부위로부터 제작하였다. 추출한 genomic DNA를 1 mg/ml에서 1 ng/ml까지 10배씩 순차적으로 희석하여 균사량에 따른 Duplex PCR의 민감도를 확인한 결과, 2개의 primer set은 각각 1 ${\mu}g/ml$와 100 ng/ml까지 검출이 가능하였다. 유주포자를 $1{\times}10^6$부터 $1{\times}10^2$ cells/ml까지 10배씩 순차적으로 희석하고 genomic DNA를 추출하여 P. katsurae의 유주포자량에 의한 검출 한계를 확인한 결과, 2개의 primer set 모두 $1{\times}10^5$ cells/ml까지 검출할 수 있었다. 각각의 primer set은 PCR 검출을 실시하였을 때 P. katsurae 균주에서만 PCR 산물이 증폭된 반면에, Phytophthora 16종에서는 P. katsurae에 특이적인 PCR 증폭산물이 생성되지 않았다. 따라서, 2개의 primer set을 이용한 Duplex PCR은 P. katsurae의 신속하고 효과적인 검출에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This study was carried out to compare the thermal performance and operating characteristics of evacuated tubular solar collector(ETSC) with different working fluid. The evacuated tubular solar collectors with different working fluid of heat pipe were investigated in the same operating condition for a indoor experiment equipment. First, the result of working fluid with Water showed that $F_R({\tau}{\alpha})$ was 0.6636 and $F_{R}U_{L}$ was -1.8457. Second, Ethanol showed that $F_R({\tau}{\alpha})$ was 0.6147 and $F_{R}U_{L}$ was -0.6365. Third, Flutec-pp9 showed that $F_R({\tau}{\alpha})$ was 0.515 and $F_{R}U_{L}$ was -3.2313. Finally MA's showed that $F_R({\tau}{\alpha})$ was 0.6572 and $F_{R}U_{L}$ was -2.0086.

A mapping T : R → R (not necessarily additive) is called multiplicative left 𝛼-centralizer if T(xy) = T(x)𝛼(y) for all x, y ∈ R. A mapping F : R → R (not necessarily additive) is called multiplicative (generalized)(𝛼, 𝛽)-derivation if there exists a map (neither necessarily additive nor derivation) f : R → R such that F(xy) = F(x)𝛼(y) + 𝛽(x)f(y) for all x, y ∈ R, where 𝛼 and 𝛽 are automorphisms on R. The main purpose of this paper is to study some algebraic identities with multiplicative (generalized) (𝛼, 𝛽)-derivations and multiplicative left 𝛼-centralizer on the left ideal of a prime ring R.

Let M be an R-module, where R is a commutative ring with identity 1 and let G(V,E) be a graph. In this paper, we study the graphs associated with modules over commutative rings. We associate three simple graphs $ann_f({\Gamma}(M_R))$, $ann_s({\Gamma}(M_R))$ and $ann_t({\Gamma}(M_R))$ to M called full annihilating, semi-annihilating and star-annihilating graph. When M is finite over R, we investigate metric dimensions in $ann_f({\Gamma}(M_R))$, $ann_s({\Gamma}(M_R))$ and $ann_t({\Gamma}(M_R))$. We show that M over R is finite if and only if the metric dimension of the graph $ann_f({\Gamma}(M_R))$ is finite. We further show that the graphs $ann_f({\Gamma}(M_R))$, $ann_s({\Gamma}(M_R))$ and $ann_t({\Gamma}(M_R))$ are empty if and only if M is a prime-multiplication-like R-module. We investigate the case when M is a free R-module, where R is an integral domain and show that the graphs $ann_f({\Gamma}(M_R))$, $ann_s({\Gamma}(M_R))$ and $ann_t({\Gamma}(M_R))$ are empty if and only if $$M{\sim_=}R$$. Finally, we characterize all the non-simple weakly virtually divisible modules M for which Ann(M) is a prime ideal and Soc(M) = 0.

We determine the general solutions $f:\mathbb{R}^2{\rightarrow}\mathbb{R}$ of the functional equation f(ux-vy, uy+v(x+y)) = f(x, y)f(u, v) for all x, y, u, $v{\in}\mathbb{R}$. We also investigate both bounded and unbounded solutions of the functional inequality ${\mid}f(ux-vy,uy+v(x+y))-f(x,y)f(u,v){\mid}{\leq}{\phi}(u,v)$ for all x, y, u, $v{\in}\mathbb{R}$, where ${\ph}:\mathbb{R}^2{\rightarrow}\mathbb{R}_+$ is a given function.

Let $F$ be a set of distributions on R with the topology of weak convergence, and let $A$ be the $\sigma$-field generated by the open sets. We denote by $F_1^\infty$ the space consisting of all infinite sequence $(F_1, F_2, \cdots), F_n \in F and R_1^\infty$ the space consisting of all infinite sequences $(x_1, x_2, \cdots)$ of real numbers. Take the $\sigma$-field $F_1^\infty$ to be the smallest $\sigma$-field of subsets of $F_1^\infty$ containing all finite-dimensional rectangles and take $B_1^\infty$ to be the Borel $\sigma$-field $R_1^\infty$.

For 0 < $p$ < ${\infty}$, ${\alpha}$ > -1 and 0 < $r$ < 1, we show that if $f$ is in the space of Dirichlet type $\mathfrak{D}^p_{p-1}$, then ${\int}_{1}^{0}M_{p}^{p}(r,f^{\prime})(1-r)^{p-1}rdr$ < ${\infty}$ and ${\int}_{1}^{0}M_{(2+{\alpha})p}^{(2+{\alpha})p}(r,f^{\prime})(1-r)^{(2+{\alpha})p+{\alpha}}rdr$ < ${\infty}$ where $M_p(r,f)=\[\frac{1}{2{\pi}}{\int}_{0}^{2{\pi}}{\mid}f(re^{it}){\mid}^pdt\]^{1/p}$. For 1 < $p$ < $q$ < ${\infty}$ and ${\alpha}+1$ < $p$, we show that if there exists some positive constant $c$ such that ${\parallel}f{\parallel}_{L^{q(d{\mu})}}{\leq}c{\parallel}f{\parallel}_{\mathfrak{D}^p_{\alpha}}$ for all $f{\in}\mathfrak{D}^p_{\alpha}$, then ${\parallel}f{\parallel}_{L^{q(d{\mu})}}{\leq}c{\parallel}f{\parallel}_{\mathcal{B}_p(q)}$ where $\mathcal{B}_p(q)$ is the weighted Besov space. We also find the condition of measure ${\mu}$ such that ${\sup}_{a{\in}D}{\int}_D(k_a(z)(1-{\mid}a{\mid}^2)^{(p-a-1)})^{q/p}d{\mu}(z)$ < ${\infty}$.

In this paper we characterize multi-Jensen functions f : $V^n\;{\rightarrow}\;W$, where n is a positive integer, V, W are commutative groups and V is uniquely divisible by 2. Moreover, under the assumption that f : $\mathbb{R}\;{\rightarrow}\;\mathbb{R}$ is Borel measurable, we obtain representation of f (respectively, f, g, h : $\mathbb{R}\;{\rightarrow}\;\mathbb{R}$) such that the Jensen difference $$2f\;\(\frac{x\;+\;y}{2}\)\;-\;f(x)\;-\;f(y)$$ (respectively, the Pexider difference $$2f\;\(\frac{x\;+\;y}{2}\)\;-\;g(x)\;-\;h(y))$$ takes values in a countable subgroup of $\mathbb{R}$.
