  • In this paper, we propose a new multistep iteration for a finite family of asymptotically quasi-nonexpansive mappings in convex cone metric spaces. Then we show that our iteration converges to a common fixed point of this class of mappings under suitable conditions. Our result generalizes the corresponding result of Lee [5] from the closed convex subset of a convex cone metric space to whole space.

  • In this paper, we consider the existence of solutions to some generalized vector quasi-equilibrium-like problem under a c-diagonal quasi-convexity assumptions, but not monotone concepts. For an example, in the proof of Theorem 1, the c-diagonally quasi-convex concepts of a set-valued mapping was used but monotone condition was not used. Our problem is a new kind of equilibrium problems, which can be compared with those of Hou et al. [4].

  • A semi-infinite optimization problem involving a quasi-convex objective function and infinitely many convex constraint functions with data uncertainty is considered. A surrogate duality theorem for the semi-infinite optimization problem is given under a closed and convex cone constraint qualification.

  • In this paper, we prove some existence results of solutions for a new class of generalized bi-quasi-variational-like inequalities (GBQVLI) for (${\eta}-h$)-quasi-pseudo-monotone type I and strongly (${\eta}-h$)-quasi-pseudo-monotone type I operators defined on non-compact sets in locally convex Hausdorff topological vector spaces. To obtain our results on GBQVLI for (${\eta}-h$)-quasi-pseudo-monotone type I and strongly (${\eta}-h$)-quasi-pseudo-monotone type I operators, we use Chowdhury and Tan's generalized version of Ky Fan's minimax inequality as the main tool.

  • In this paper we estimate a lower bound of the Banach-Mazur distance between a finite dimensional nonlocally convex space and its Banach envelope space by investigating the properties of the nonlocally convex space and the projection constant which are obtained by factoring the identity operator through $l^k_{\infty}$ on the quasi-normed spaces.

  • In this paper, we prove that the automorphism group of a quasi-homogeneous properly convex affine domain in ${\mathbb{R}_n}$ acts transitively on the set of all the extreme points of the domain. This set is equal to the set of all the asymptotic cone points coming from the asymptotic foliation of the domain and thus it is a homogeneous submanifold of ${\mathbb{R}_n}$.

  • In a uniformly convex Banach space, we introduce a iterative scheme for a finite family of asymptotically quasi-nonexpansive mappings and utilize a new inequality to prove several convergence results for the iterative sequence. The results generalize and unify many important known results of relevant scholars.

  • In this paper, a strong convergence theorem of multi-step iterative schemes with errors for asymptotically quasi-nonexpansive type nonself mappings is established in a real uniformly convex Banach space. Our results extend the corresponding results of Wangkeeree [12], Xu and Noor [13], Kim et al.[1,6,7] and many others.

  • In this paper we propose an implementable method for solving a nonsmooth convex optimization problem by combining Moreau-Yosida regularization, bundle and quasi-Newton ideas. The method we propose makes use of approximate subgradients of the objective function, which makes the method easier to implement. We also prove the convergence of the proposed method under some additional assumptions.
