This study is to define the Automated Container Terminal(ACT) and container terminal system. Also, we analyze the present condition of the container terminal system in Pusan port and its automation level by systems approach. And this paper aims at evaluating on the priority of R&D investment until the beginning of the second stage of New Pusan Port Project(2006). In this process we have considered 8 factors (cost, labor, area, time volume, reliability, safety, convenience) to analyze 6 subsystems. The priority order of R&D until target year by sub-systems is as follow : Cargo Handling System〉Transfer System〉Port Entry System〉Storage System(Distribution&Manufacturing System included)〉Inland Transport System〉Port Information System.

2010년 1사분기 환적물동량에 비하여 2011년 동 분기 부산항 환적물동량은 8.43% 증가하였다. 이렇게 환적물동량이 증가하고 있는 가운데, 중소형 부두(이하 피더부두)를 활용한 운영 효율을 활성화하기 위하여 부산 신항 서컨부두 남측과 호란도 지역을 포함하여 6개 선석이 개발 계획 중이다. 따라서 본 연구는 초대형 컨테이너선을 접안할 수 있는 부두와 환적화물을 처리 할 수 있는 피더부두와 연계하여 개발 계획 중인 부산 신항의 피더부두 6개 선석에 대한 운영 활성화 방안에 대해 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

본 연구는 항만이 항만인근지역의 생활여건에 어떻게 영향을 미치고 있는지를 부산항 신항과 인근 강서구 생활여건 간의 구조방정식모형을 통해 명확히 밝힘으로써 우리나라 항만정책에 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 분석결과, PLS-SEM 측정모형은 신뢰성과 타당성을 충족하고, 구조모형은 설명력(R²), 경로계수의 유의성, 예측의 적합도(Q²) 측면에서의 기준을 모두 만족시키고 있다. 따라서 분석결과는 부산항 신항 확충이 강서구의 고용증가를 통해 강서구의 인구증가에 유의미한 영향을 미침으로써 강서구의 생활여건 개선에 기여하고 있다는 본 연구의 가설을 지지해 주고 있다. 본 연구는 항만이 항만인근지역(구(區)단위)의 생활여건 개선을 유발하는 견인차로서의 역할을 하고 있다는 것을 분명히 밝혔다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 중앙정부, 지방자치단체, 기업은 항만정책의 수용성 제고를 위하여 항만인근지역의 생활여건을 개선하는 데 상호협력을 강화해 나가야 한다. 향후 연구는 항만이 항만인근지역에 미친 영향을 포괄적으로 평가하기 위하여 항만이 항만인근지역 삶의 질에 미친 영향이나 항만인근지역에 미친 사회경제적 영향에 대해 주목할 필요가 있다.

본 논문에서는 부산신항 민자부두 북컨테이너 1-1단계 조성부지에 시공된 PBD공법의 지반개량효과를 검증하기 위하여 침하량과 압밀침하에 따른 비배수 전단강도를 비교하였다. 적용된 PBD 설계이론을 제시하였으며 CPT 시험결과와 현장 계측결과를 비교함으로써 PBD공법의 개량효과를 검토하였다. 본 사례를 통하여 향후 수행될 각종 연약지반 개량공사에 PBD 공법이 적용될 때 공법의 효용성 및 설계 해석기법의 적용성 검토에 유용한 자료가 되길 기대한다.

In this paper, design specifications for a new generation container crane in year 2013 is investigated. After analyzing the trend of the development of container cranes from the 1950s to date, a prospective size for targeting year 2013 is proposed. Introductory specifications of the frame, trolley, hoist and spreader for the proposed new crane are discussed. Considering that the mega-ships will load and unload more than 15000 boxes at one stop, rough dimensions of the crane including outreach, rail gage, lift, backreach, etc. are also suggested. Although the sheer size of the cranes already present some challenges, the biggest challenge is to improve productivity by maximizing the moves per hour. For this, the speeds of trolleys and hoists, rail loads, stability, etc. are discussed.

The managing strategies of each enterprise has been fundamentally changed due to the emergence of digital economics by using the internet. Therefore it is indispensable for each enterprise to be changed their business strategies. With a view to meeting the change of new economic paradigm, they are efforting to build a infrastructure for information and communication, induce foreign capital, reconsider their conditions of location, draw the law concerned and reinforce education for experts etc. In consideration of these change, the Pusan port & the KwangYang port have to introduce e-Business for the purpose of increasing the level of their competition. We - our government, the companies - concerned with port management should recognize and use efficiently our core competence and potentiality of our port management. To achieve it, firstly port industries are to handle not only international logistic system but also communication, finance and sightseeing. Secondly, the developed off-line system have to be harmonizing with the on-line. Therefore, this paper are focused to suggest the theoretic background by analyzing the strategic points of e-port which are divided in 6C - Contents, Community, Connection, Commerce, Communication and Customization.

최근 마산항에서는 마산항 개발(1-1단계) 민간투자시설사업을 통해 2011년 개장을 목표로 총 새로운 컨테이너 터미널 개발에 착수하였다. 그러나 인근의 부산신항을 비롯한 울산항 역시 동일한 시기에 새로운 컨테이너 항만의 개장을 예정하고 있어 마산항은 향후 이러한 경쟁항만들과의 치열한 경쟁을 대비한 전략수립이 요구된다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구에서는 소비자 행동분석에 많이 활용되고 있는 SP기법을 활용하여 향후 마산항을 비롯한 경쟁 항만들의 이용여건 변화 시 고객(화주 및 선사)들의 선호도 변화를 분석하고 그에 따른 전략적 시사점을 도출하였다.

With swelling of Chinese Economic scale, the competitive environment is swinging over the north-east Asia countries, Korea, Japan, China, and Taiwan. The trends of competition on Hub port is looking forward much more severe year after year to preoccupy in logistics competitive within this Area. On the other hand, considering competitive environment & swelling of Chinese Economic scale, the structural reforms are imperative in korea. Korea have to convert the traditional sects into new high added value sects. In these trends, provincial government also should look for the plan for reinforcement of Regional competitiveness. The focus of this study is to look for the reinforcement methods on regional competitiveness of Gyeongnam Provincial Government. First, competitive industries in Gyeongnam, and second, Masan Free Trade Zone will be surveyed from data. Finally, the effects of New Hub port developing in Pusan-Jinhae will be discussed.

This study focuses on analyzing the economic effects and probes the necessity of establishing a customs free zone at the Port of Busan. It first considers the economic effects of establishing a customs free zone at the Port of Busan, then suggests policy prescriptions for introducing and operating the free zone system and improving the logistics functions of the Port. The timeline of this study is focused on 2007, when all of Busan Port will operate as a customs free zone and the first stage of the New Busan Port and distribution parks will be built and opened for operation. The regression analysis, which was conducted using the inter-industry relations table(input-output table data), provided a quantitative prediction on the effects of making Busan Port into a customs free zone. Regarding the impact of a free zone system on the domestic and regional economy, this research found that the impact of a customs free zone on domestic industries and the regional economy once the customs free zone is established throughout all of Busan Port would be highly positive. The positive economic effects on the domestic and Busan regional economy might be further strengthened if the value-added logistics function of Busan Port could be supplemented by effective linking to the hinterlands.
