  • This study is the process of making high-definition TV broadcast color correction affects the end result comparison is focus on implement through study. In the production process and the impact on the color Correction in the video as an study for UHD, 4K, 6K video production workflow improvement of an effective program in the present and time and cost in the post production process, color correction for the final video through the production and overcome the failure of further in-efficient color correction study will help you to solve the problem. This study is the color changes over the course of the final video to see how much influence color correction of post-production. Color correction using a program of courses in Visual quality, regularly presented the possibility to retain and make on high definition video production post-production process for color correction method is utilized as the basis of study.

  • According to the importance(production ratio) of special brand eggs, poultry farma can be classified into four types(Types I to IV). A close relation can be observed between these types and farm scale. Special brand eggs used to be the speciality of small-scale, suburban poultry farms. Recently, however, the production of these eggs has been adopted by medium and large farms, too, and is increasing throughout Japan. In particular, small-scale farms specializing in these eggs have attained a high profit and take a characteristic management from as opposed to large-scale poultry farming that adopts the \"small profit and quick returns\" strategy. Because of this, the meaning of special brand egg production to farm management differs according to farm scale. For small poultry farmers, it means securing a high profitability and for medium and large producers, improving the corporate image or meeting the needs for assortment of retailers.

  • The glass production is classified into an energy intensive industry. This study develops a systematic procedure to derive Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission inventory for the Korean glass industry. Based on the bottom-up approach in which the energy intensity in each production process is characterized, the EBs (energy balances) of glass production processes are derived. And the GHG emission is calculated for each of four types of glasses-flat glass, container glass, fiber glass, and LCD glass.

  • This study intend to make easy modification, even if there is a new job or structure change, by modularizing program and computerize and automation of production control management used in CIM. Under the condition where manager control production on the job-site, for increasing connection with other operation and management on the computer by monitoring center computer, Recognizing information by computer is needed, it is possible by converting transaction. So production increase and quality improvement are possible by diminishing manager's and producer's work with the result of the study combining POP and CIM, after that, in e-business and m-business period that every enterprise must pass, customer satisfaction and sales promotion are possible with employee's computerizing minds. These study result also can knowledge process condition with theoretical class and have a power in finding a solution with foundation of theoretical knowledge.

  • The supply chain not only includes the manufacturer and suppliers, but also transporters, warehouses, retailers, and customers themselves. Within each organization, such as manufacturer, the supply chain includes all functions involved in filling a customer request. these functions include, but are not limited to, new product development, marketing, operation, distribution, finance, and customer service. Lean Supply chain coordination improves if all supplier of chain take actions that together increase total supply chain profits. To design of Modularity by the grouping supplier, the proposed method is to develop the most appropriate production system models in the Supply Chain Management which is necessity of the times and its importance. The objects of this study is development of model and cost analysis to the modular production system in Lean SCM. Introduction of modular production system in Lean SCM is effective in reducing the cost in processing, manufacturing, inventory holding, ordering, etc.

  • In unlimited competition era changed rapidly, productivity improvement and raw cost reduction by working improvement are very important for the survival of middle and small-sized companies. At this moment, middle and small-sized companies are cleary important in domestic industry. Therefore, this researcher applied TPS(Toyota production system) 7 wastes by experiment planning method for wastes of lots of working processes at the manufacturing site of automobile assembly manufacturing company, D company, analyzed current system of D company applied so as to verify if value creation works and factors were minimized during the production and drew results by analyzing experimental planning for analyzing waste elimination.

  • Among the activities of industrial companies, manufacturing processes are major sources of environmental problems. So, many companies with manufacturing processes have taken the necessary actions to comply with environmental regulations. But, most of them have mainly focused on the 'end-of-pipe techniques' to reduce pollutants in a short period of time. However, these reactive approaches are basically symptomatic treatments and no more appropriate for sustainable development and growth. The cleaner production, which deals with pollutants at the place of origin, has been introduced as a solution to the problem. In this paper, an operational model of cleaner production system Is proposed and the factors, which affect tile performance of cleaner production, are identified through the field survey of 37 manufacturing companies.

The Effect of (Q, r) Policy in Production-Inventory Systems

  • We examine the effectiveness of the conventional (Q, r) model in managing production-inventory systems with finite capacity, stochastic demand, and stochastic order processing times. We show that, for systems with finite production capacity, order replenishment lead times are highly sensitive to loading and order quantity. Consequently, the choice of optimal order quantity and optimal reorder point can vary significantly from those obtained under the usual assumption of a load-independent lead time. More importantly, we show that for a given (Q, r) policy the conventional model can grossly under or over-estimate the actual cost of the policy. In cases where a setup time is associated with placing a production order, we show that the optimal (Q, r) policy derived from the conventional model can, in fact, be infeasible.

Cooperated demand planning have to get decreasing of inventory, improving of customer service in supply chain management. Specially demand planning that considers allocation of capacity is executed in Iron-Industry. Demand planning must be classified by customer, region and supply position level.
