Objective: The aim of this study is to give interest about usability of cellular phone keypad for left-handed person. Background: Although there are being a lot of attempts to design suitable product on user's request in process that design cellular phone keypad, ergonomic access about left-handed person who compose decimal class is unprepared. Especially, in early user's occasion, left-handed persons need more efforts than right-handed person to master Hangul character input process skill level. But, since realization about this left-handed person's discomfort has not spread, the importance has not been well thought in the society. Method: (1) After extracting emblem to use in comparison in questionnaire, applied emblem uniformly to different 3 kind of cellular phone. (2) Measured Hangul input time and mistyping number by dominant hand's position and skill level to reagent. (3) Taking the result through ANOVA. Conclusion: In the result of the experiment about Hangul input time and mistyping number according to dominant hand's position and skill level, left-handed person's group on the low skill level has shown the dullest use capability among 4 experiment groups. Application: In the future, analysis result may be used to the data of realization conversion in process design of various products including cellular phone keypad to consider left-handed person.

This study aimed to investigate the process of the national curriculum reforms in Finland since 1968. The history of Finnish educational system reform was firstly discussed in order to provide the background and context of the curriculum reforms from 1968 to the present for a deeper understanding of the Finnish curriculum reform processes. Secondly, I provided a contour of the history of Finnish curriculum reform, focusing on the development and revision of early childhood curriculum since the 2000s. Finally, the current Finnish national curriculum reform named the "2012-2016/7 National Core Curriculum Reform" was depicted in details: processes, participants, principles etc. In conclusion, the Finnish national curriculum reform processes provide lessons: long-term reform design, open reform process, and a variety of reform participants including beneficiaries of education and students, which were the ones who have been neglected so far in Korea. In short, the Finnish curriculum reform process can be considered a realization of democracy.

Smart Airport which applies the new ICT technologies to the airport is a future airport to provide convenient and safe services for passengers who are airport users, and promote the efficient management of the airport system in point of airport operator's view. The ranges of smart airport include the overall area of the airport like land side, terminal, and air side. In this paper, we propose a technical solution for airport process of terminal providing passenger convenience in various ranges for smart airport realization. Self-service such as web or mobile check-in, self check-in/tagging/back drop/boarding etc. should be strengthened to smartize the airport process and technologies such as automatic immigration, smart security search and automatic AI-based baggage search should be applied. In this paper, we explain the concept of smart airport and smart process, and then propose technical considerations.

The purpose of this work is to explore the role of international entrepreneurship(IE) in explaining internationalization process of Korean ventures and to structure the model of IE with the logics of effectuation. The internationalization of entrepreneurial company is regarded as the realization of entrepreneurship which find out and use opportunities across borders in this point of view, and the realization process gets more realistic and applicable to the internationalization of ventures by effectuation. So we constructed the new concepts of the generating-internationalization-outcome capability(GIOC), which is the effectual capability allowing ventures to go international despite their lack of internal resources and experiences. Its sub-capabilities of GIOC are extemporaneous coping capability, perform-resource-in-hand capability and network-use capability. The empirical analyses of the relations among the capabilities and the performances of internationalization are performed in order to prove the rationale of the model, which provides finally significant evidences of the relationships. The key contribution of this study is that it highlights the important role of IE in internationalization of ventures and shows the possible role of effectuation in explaining the realization process of IE.

2.22-inch qVGA $(240{\times}320)$ amorphous silicon thin film transistor liquid active matrix crystal display (a-Si TFT-AMLCD) panel has been successfully demonstrated employing a 2.5 um fine-patterning technology by a wet etch process. Higher resolution 2.22-inch qVGA LCD panel with an aperture ratio of 58% can be fabricated as the 2.5 um fine pattern formation technique is integrated with high thermal photo-resist (PR) development. In addition, a novel concept of unique a-Si TFT process architecture, which is advantageous in terms of reliability, was proposed in the fabrication of 2.22-inch qVGA LCD panel. Overall results show that the 2.5 um fine-patterning is a considerably significant technology to obtain higher aperture ratio for higher resolution a-Si TFT-LCD panel realization.

This study with qualitative research method explores the process of a middle-aged woman who finds and constructs her career path. As a result, career constitution process of a research participant choosing a career to make a living and carrying out what she is supposed to do, turned out to be more than just a job adaptation process in the workforce. Career constitution process is a journey in search of "genuine self" and a existential process in which the existence of self is understood by sustained choices and "actions." The research participant on the life journey of finding career path sought to return to her intrinsic life and practiced self-realization toward possibility. The result of this study suggests that "work" being different from calling needs to be understood anew in the existential perspective. "work" is not only a passage which makes the meaning of life by existential "actoins" but also a existential method heading toward self-realization. Not only that, career path is a process which doesn't get obvious by one choice but is unfolded by shaking between potential energy and possibilities accumulated by here and now decisions and actions. Thus, the researcher of this study suggests that counselling for career path should go beyond the linear task which figures out a person's aptitude, the features of the workforce and connects both. And there is the need for a paradigm shift in totally understanding the client's life and in making the meaning of a work in the process of finding genuine "self".

The present paper considers lice described in some premodern Korean proses, focused on the implications of lice and the literary strategies adopted by the writers in dealing with this unique subject matter. The works reviewed in this process are "A Story of the Louse and the Dog" by Lee Gyu-bo (Goryeo Dynasty), "The Old Man's Vindication of Lice" by Gwak Yeol (Early Joseon), "A Small Realization" by Yu Sin-hwan (Late Joseon) and "Miscellany" by Heo Jeon (Late Joseon). In these premodern essays, an allegory of lice was used to disclose various kinds of prejudices that people generally had: against things small (in "A Story of the Louse and the Dog"), against the old (in "The Old Man's Vindication of Lice"), against the dichotomous idea of right and wrong (in "A Small Realization") and against various aspects of life (in "Miscellany").

High-speed machining (HSM) with excellent quality and dimensional accuracy has been widely used to create 3D structures of metal and plastics. However, the high-speed machining process is not suitable for the rapid realization of 3D thin-walled product because it consumes considerably long time in fixturing process of a work piece. In this paper, an effective rapid manufacturing process is proposed to fabricate 3D thin-walled products directly using HSM, phase change filling and ultrasonic welding. The filling process is useful to hold the thin-walled product during the machining step. The ultrasonic welding process is introduced to make one piece product from two piece parts that are machined by HSM and filling process. The proposed rapid manufacturing (RM) process has been shown that the RM process enables to fabricate the 3D thin-walled products using ABS plastics and aluminum metals from 3D CAD data to functional parts.

The article considers the training of specialists in education in the conditions of distance learning.
