통풍형 방음벽 개발 및 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the development and application of air-passing soundproofing wall)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an air-passing soundproofing panel with more improved structure to reduce the $CO_2$ emission and installation cost. To reduce the emission of $CO_2$ ; it is suggested to choose low $CO_2$ emission material relative to the aluminum and to reduce the materials by developing a specially designed air-passing soundproofing panel structure. First of all, we performed the flow analysis to predict the wind pressure according to the open angle of the air-passing soundproofing panel and the noise level analysis at the receiver point. To verify the simulation, a prototype of the soundproofing panel was made. The flow test in the wind tunnel and load test were performed. The economic evaluation for the installation of the air-passing soundproofing panel was performed and specifications of the installation was prepared. As the results of this research, it was verified that the wind load was reduced about 40% to that of the conventional one at 25m/s wind speed in the wind tunnel test. By applying the 4m span soundproofing wall with air-passing soundproofing panel and under the cost of 250 thousand $won/m^2$ instead of the conventional 2m span panel, the installation cost will always be lowered than the conventional one in the combination of (60:40~50:50) conventional to air-passing soundproofing panel from the economic evaluation. The 20% reduction of $CO_2$ was found by changing the 50% of aluminum soundproof panel to air-passing soundproofing panel.

항공기 야시조명계통 데칼패널 개발 (The Development of Decal Panel for Night Vision Imaging System of Aircraft)

  • A Decal Panel is developed for the Night Vision Imaging System of XKO-1 aircraft. The Decal Panel is a kind of lighting system kits and is installed on each system switch box in crewstation. The Decal Panel consists of upper panel made of polycarbonate and lower panel which is a printed circuit board. This paper includes the design, manufacture, test and evaluation of Decal Panel in addition to items and conditions of environmental test. Besides it is confirmed the Key for manufacturing a decal panel, is depth of paint, dry time period and frequency, and diffusion material for spreading of light.

NVH 성능향상을 위한 복곡 자동차 패널의 효과 (Effect of the Curved Automotive Panels for NVH Performance Improvement)

  • In order to enhance the dynamic stiffness of automotive panel, effect of bead and curved surface was investigated. Modal test was performed for principle specimens which have various kinds of beads, holes and curved surfaces. Test was also performed for conventional dash panel assembly and rear floor panel assembly and curved shaped ones. Results showed that curved shape increased the natural frequency of automotive panel more effectively than the bead. Finite element analysis was also performed and yielded good match with the test results.

  • 제1~3색각 이상 검사용 Farnsworth Dichotomous Test Panel D-15의 칼라분석을 위하여 380~780 nm의 반사광 spectrum 세기를 측정하여 CIE system을 도입하였다. Panel D-15의 색상변환은 650nm 이상, 500~600 nm, 400~450 nm의 3개 파장영역의 광 반사율 세기에 의존한다. 반사 spectrum으로부터 3극치 X, Y, Z 값, 보색 평면과 명암축으로 하는 3차원 CIELAB system의 $L^*a^*b^*$와 Lab 값, CIELUV system $U^*V^*$ 값, 색도도 좌표 x, y 값을 구했다.

내화패널이 부착된 프리캐스트 PSC 풍도슬래브의 정적/동적하중에 관한 실험연구 (Experimental Studies on PSC Airpit-Slab with Fire Resistance Panel under Static and Dynamic Loads)

  • 본 연구에서는 장대터널이나 지하차도 등에 시공되는 횡류식 환기시스템을 구성하는 내화패널이 부착된 프리캐스트 풍도슬래브의 구조성능을 평가하기 위해서 실물모형 구조실험을 수행하였다. 또한, 내화패널의 휨강도와 Pull-off test를 통하여 내화패널과 슬래브의 부착성능 등의 기초성능을 우선적으로 확인하였다. 실물모형시험은 내화패널과 프리캐스트 PSC 슬래브의 정적 휨성능과 차량의 통행 시 발생하는 표면압력 이상의 하중에 대한 동적피로부착성능을 평가하였다. 동적피로하중 시험에서 내화패널과 PSC 슬래브 사이의 탈락이나 손상은 발생하지 않았으며, 정적재하시험에서도 매우 안정적인 거동을 보였으며, 하부에 부착된 내화패널의 탈락은 발생하지 않았다. 따라서 시공 중이나 시공 후 외부하중에 의해 내화패널의 탈락은 발생하지 않을 것으로 판단된다.

  • Fiber reinforced shotcrete(FRS) is widely used in tunnel linings, which strengthen the rock surface and reduce the loosening of the rock strata. The advantages of FRS in tunnel linings are the unsusceptibility to crack, the benefit of shotcrete strength, and the superiority of toughness. In this study, the several evaluation methods of FRS toughness were investgated experimentally, which included the ASTM beam test, EFNARC square panel test and RTA round panel test. Especially, it was examined that the round panel test could fulfill the toughness evaluation of FRS.

  • System on panel 프레임 버퍼를 위한 메모리 셀 어레이와 주변회로가 설계되었다. 또한, system on panel 공정의 낮은 yield를 극복하기 위해, 블럭 단위의 parallel test 방안이 제안되었다. 기존의 메모리 테스트 보다 빠르게 fault detection이 가능하며, 다양한 embedded memory나 일반 SRAM 테스트 분야에도 적용 가능하다. 또한 기존의 다양한 test vector pattern이 그대로 적용될 수 있어 fault coverage가 높고, 최근의 추세인 hierarchical bit line과 divided word line 구조에도 적용될 수 있다.

  • Accurate predictions and simulations of the behavior of space structures based on analytical models become more important. In order to perform analysis to support the design of Ku-band transponder panel for the Communications and Broadcasting Satellite(CBS), mathematical models of the panel were generated in the form of finite element models. Test verification of these models is required before the transponder panel can be certified for launch environments. A modal identification was performed to obtain modal parameters which can be compared with the test results using correlation techniques. This paper approaches the sensor placement from the standpoint of the structural dynamicist who uses the modal parameter obtained during launch environmental test. The models were validated by performing a test-analysis correlation and updating analysis. It was proved that the Ku-band transponder panel satisfies the environmental test requirements.

원형패널 시험을 활용한 두 종류 섬유 보강 숏크리트의 휨거동 평가 (Flexural Behavior Evaluation of Two Types Fiber Reinforced Shotcrete using Round Panel Test)

  • 본 연구에서는 터널 및 지하공간에서 사용되는 섬유보강 숏크리트의 실제 응력상태를 고려할 수 있는 ASTM 규정의 원형패널 시험을 활용하여 섬유 혼입량에 따른 강섬유 및 PP섬유 보강 숏크리트의 휨성능을 평가하였다. 원형패널 시험에 의한 결과를 EFNARC 규정의 사각패널 시험 결과로 환산하고 인성등급을 분류하여 각 섬유보강 숏크리트의 에너지 흡수능력을 비교하였다. EFNARC 규정으로 환산된 에너지 흡수량의 비교 결과, 강섬유 보강 숏크리트와 PP섬유 보강 숏크리트는 모두 섬유의 혼입량이 증가할수록 에너지 흡수량이 증가하였으며, PP섬유 보강 숏크리트의 에너지 흡수능력은 강섬유를 혼입한 숏크리트과 비교하여 섬유의 혼입량에 따라 더욱 우수한 것으로 확인되었다.

스스로 알아보는 안내해설판의 교육적 효과

  • This study was planned to test the educational effects of self-guiding environmental interpretation panel. For purpose of the study, self-guiding interpretation panel was set up along the trail of green shower area of Kwang-Reung Arboretum in 1995,and the environmental behavior related variables such as attitude, locus of control, personal responsibility, general knowledge, and intention to act were closen based on Hines and his colleagues' Responsible Environmental Behavior model(1987). The pre-test/post-test non-random control group design was introduced fo test the effects of panel. ANCOVA was used to test the differences between experimental and control group because of the need to consider the effects of other variable such as socio-economic variables on the changes of environmental behavior related variables. Among 5 environmental behavior related variables, the changes of attitude and knowledge were significantly different between experimental group and control group, and the experimental group's direction of change was more favorable for environment. It is concluded that the educational effects of self-guiding interpretation panel were partially accepted. Several recommendations and restrictions of the study are presented.
