Al-doped p-type ZnO films were fabricated on n-Si (100) and homo-buffer layers in pure oxygen at $450^{\circ}C$ by RF magnetron sputtering. Target was ZnO ceramic mixed with 2wt% $Al_2O_3$. XRD spectra show that the Al-doped ZnO thin films have ZnO crystal structure and homo-buffer layers are beneficial to Al-doped ZnO films to grow along c-axis. Hall Effect experiments with Van der Pauw configuration show that p-type carrier concentrations are ranged from $1.66{\times}10^{16}\;to\;4.04{\times}10^{18}cm^{-3}$, mobilities from 0.194 to $2.3cm^2V^{-1}s^{-1}$ and resistivities from 7.97 to $18.4{\Omega}cm$. P-type sample has density of $5.40cm^{-3}$ which is smaller than theoretically calculated value of $5.67cm^{-3}$. XPS spectra show that O1s has O-O and Zn-O structures and A12p has only Al-O structure. P-ZnO:Al/n-ZnO:Al junctions were fabricated by magnetron sputtering. V-I curves show that the p-n junctions have rectifying characteristics.

Under some conditions on {$a_{ni}$}, we obtain necessary and sufficient conditions for $\sum\;_{n=1}^{\infty}\frac{1}{n}P(|\sum\;_{i=-\infty}^{\infty}a_{ni}(Y_i-EY_i)|$>$n{\epsilon})$<{\infty}$. We examine whether the result of Spitzer [11] holds for the moving average process, and give a partial solution.

In this paper, we investigate the generalized HyersUlam-Rassias stability of the following additive functional equation $$2\sum_{j=1}^{n}f(\frac{x_j}{2}+\sum_{i=1,i{\neq}j}^{n}\;x_i)+\sum_{j=1}^{n}f(x_j)=2nf(\sum_{j=1}^{n}x_j)$$, in quasi-${\beta}$-normed spaces.

In this paper, we give topological properties of collection of prime ideals in 2-primal near-rings. We show that Spec(N), the spectrum of prime ideals, is a compact space, and Max(N), the maximal ideals of N, forms a compact $T_1$-subspace. We also study the zero-divisor graph $\Gamma_I$(R) with respect to the completely semiprime ideal I of N. We show that ${\Gamma}_{\mathbb{P}}$ (R), where $\mathbb{P}$ is a prime radical of N, is a connected graph with diameter less than or equal to 3. We characterize all cycles in the graph ${\Gamma}_{\mathbb{P}}$ (R).

Two experiments were carried out to study the effects of dietary energy level on nutrient digestion, nitrogen (N) utilization, growth performance, insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I), and insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3 (IGFBP-3) in plasma, liver and longissimus dorsi muscle in growing-finishing pigs. In experiment 1 (Exp 1), 15 castrated male pigs (Duroc${\times}$Landrace${\times}$Large White) (Body weight, BW, 55.6${\pm}$1.8 kg) were divided into three groups and fed rations containing 13.33, 14.87 and 17.35 MJ digestible energy (DE)/kg as treatments I, II and III, respectively, using soybean oil as an energy source. The experiment lasted 8 days and faecal and urinary samples were collected during the last 3 days. The results showed that the digestibility of dry matter (DM), energy and N was increased from treatments I to III (p<0.01). N-retention and N-retention rate were not influenced by dietary DE level (p>0.05). In experiment 2 (Exp 2), 36 female pigs (Duroc${\times}$Landrace${\times}$Large White) (BW 41.5${\pm}$3.8 kg) were divided into three groups. The pigs were fed with the same three rations used in Exp 1 for 60 days. At the end of Exp 2, eight pigs were selected from each group for blood sampling and 4 pigs for slaughter trial. The results indicated that average daily feed intake (ADFI) and N-intake were significantly decreased (p<0.01), and DE intake (p<0.01) and average daily gain (ADG) (p<0.05) were increased. IGF-I and IGFBP-3 in plasma were increased (p<0.05). No significant differences in IGF-I and IGFBP-3 in liver and longissimus dorsi muscle were found between different treatments. It was concluded that higher dietary DE level improved nutrient digestibility, ADG and feed/gain ratio when soybean oil was used as an energy source in the ration of growing-finishing pigs. No significant differences were found in Nretention and IGF-I and IGFBP-3 in liver and longissimus dorsi muscle between different treatments.

In this work, design considerations for high-performance silicon photodetector are thoroughly investi- gated. Besides the critical dimensions of device, guidelines for process architecture are suggested. Abiding by those criteria for improving both direct-current (DC) and alternating-current (AC) perfor- mances, a high-speed low-operation power silicon photodetector based on p-i-n structure for optical interconnect has been designed by device simulation. An $f_{-3dB}$ of 80 GHz at an operating voltage of 1 V was obtained.
