외발 착지 시 신체적 특성 요인들이 발목 관절 상해에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Physical Characteristics Factors on Ankle Joint Injury during One Leg Drop Landing)

  • 본 연구는 외발 착지 시 신체적 특성 요인들인 발목 유연성, 성별, Q-angle이 발목 관절 상해 요인들에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 오른발을 주발로 사용하고 체육을 전공하는 20대 남성 16명(나이: 20.19±1.78 years, 체중: 69.54±10.12 kg, 신장: 173.22±4.43 cm), 여성 16명(나이: 21.05±1.53 years, 체중: 61.75±6.97 kg, 신장: 159.34±4.56 cm)을 연구대상자로 선정하였다. 외발 착지 시 신체적 특성 요인들이 발목 관절 상해에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 첫째, 발목 상해 경험에 따른 하지 관절 움직임과 관절 모멘트의 독립 t-test를 실시하였다(α = .05). 둘째, t-test를 통하여 유의한 차이를 나타낸 변인을 종속변인으로 설정하고 발목 유연성, 성별의 차이, Q-angle을 독립변인으로 지정하여 선형다중회귀분석(Multiple Linear Regression)을 사용하였다(α = .05). 본 연구결과 발목 관절 상해를 경험한 그룹은 상해를 경험하지 않은 그룹과는 다르게 발목 관절의 내전, 무릎 관절의 내측 회전을 통한 착지 전략과 기술을 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이러한 움직임은 발목 관절의 신전 모멘트를 증가시키고, 엉덩 관절의 신전 모멘트는 감소시키는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 발목의 배측굴곡 유연성은 발목과 무릎의 착지전략에 영향을 미치며, 성별의 차이는 발목의 신전 모멘트에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 외발 착지 시 신체적 특성 요인들이 발목 관절 상해에 영향을 미치는 요인들임을 확인 할 수 있었다.

  • Marionette controlling robot has a problem that generates interference in rotation and intersection, therefore, the research on the independent shifter to move freely on the stage is required. Connecting omni-directional mobile robot with marionette controlling robot can solve this problem. Omni-directional mobile robot makes itself rotate and translate in 2D plane freely. Magnetic device is used to connect the moving part with the control part of the robot to minimize the intereference generated by the movement of robot. When robot moves, it can move to all directions with the suitalbe setting of banlance power. The moment of inertia is minimized by dividing the robot to the upper and lower parts in the marionette performance stage. Rotation and interference problem of independent omni-wheel Robot can be solved by using the permanent magnet. The efficiency and safety of the marionette controlling robot is proved by the experiment.

Evaluation of energy response of space steel frames subjected to seismic loads

  • In this paper, seismic energy response of inelastic steel structures under earthquake excitations is investigated. For this purpose, a numerical procedure based on nonlinear dynamic analysis is developed by considering material, geometric and connection nonlinearities. Material nonlinearity is modeled by the inversion of Ramberg-Osgood equation. Nonlinearity caused by the interaction between the axial force and bending moment is also defined considering stability functions, while the geometric nonlinearity caused by axial forces is described using geometric stiffness matrix. Cyclic behaviour of steel connections is taken into account by employing independent hardening model. Dynamic equation of motion is solved by Newmark's constant acceleration method in the time history domain. Energy response analysis of space frames is performed by using this proposed numerical method. Finally, for the first time, the distribution of the different energy types versus time at the duration of the earthquake ground motion is obtained where in addition error analysis for the numerical solutions is carried out and plotted depending on the relative error calculated as a function of energy balance versus time.

  • We obtain a skewed uniform distribution by a uniform distribution, and evaluate its coeffcient of skewness. And we obtain the approximate maximum likelihood estimator (AML) and moment estimator of skew parameter in the skewed uniform distribution. And we compare simulated mean squared errors (MSE) of those estimators, and also compare MSE of two proposed reliability estimators in two independent skewed uniform distributions each with different skew parameters.

And we derive an approximate maximum likelihood estimator(AME) and a moment estimator(MME) of a skewed parameter in a skew-symmetric Laplace distribution, and hence compare simulated mean squared errors of those estimators. We compare asymptotic mean squared errors of two defined estimators of reliability in two independent skew-symmetric distributions.

  • In this study, The underwater object recognition using ultrasonic sensor fabricated with porous PZT-Polymer 3-3 type composites and invariant moment vector and SOFM(Self Organizing Feature Map) neural networks are presented. The recognition rates for the training data and the testing data were 98% and 94%, respectively.

  • In this paper, we analyze the performance of a cooperative communication wireless network over independent and identically distributed (IID) Nakagami-m fading channels. A simple transmission scheme is considered where the relay is operating in amplify-forward (AF) mode. A closed-form expression for symbol error rate (SER) is obtained using the moment generating function (MGF) of the total signal to noise ratio (SNR) of the transmitted signal with binary phase shift keying (BPSK).
