스트레스 반응이 안전행동에 미치는 효과: 안전 분위기의 중재효과 (The Effects of Stress Response on Safety Behavior : Moderating Effect of Safety Climate)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of stress response on safety behavior and to explore moderating effect of safety climate between stress response and safety behavior. 224 workers were asked to respond to the questionnaires that measured various demographic variables, stress response, safety climates and safety behaviors. A hierarchical regression was conducted to identify variables that had significant relationships with safety behavior and to examine moderating effect of safety climate between stress response and safety behavior. Results indicated that the depression response significantly predicted safety behavior. It was found that the safety climate was also a significant predictor for safety behavior. In addition, safety climate had a moderating effect on the relation between depression and anger responses and safety behavior.

  • The purpose of this paper is to review the relationship between job stress responses(physiological response, psychological response, behavioral response) and occupational accidents/illness, and the moderating effect of social support. Based on the responses from 187 employees in small & medium manufacturing industry, hierarchical regressional analysis showed that physiological response has positive relationship with accidents and illness, and psychological response has positive relationship with accident. Social support has partly moderating effect on the relationship between job stress responses and occupational accidents/illness.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유헬스 시스템의 사용(usage)이라는 행위 의도(behavioral intention)에 미치는 영향 요인들 간의 관계에서 건강개인정보(health privacy information)의 조절적 효과(moderating effect)를 분석하는데 있다. 합리적 행동이론에 근거한 모형 내 연구가설로서 자기효능(self-effiacy) 및 인지된 유용성(perceived usefulness)은 유헬스 시스템의 행위 의도(behavioral intention)에 긍정적인 (positive) 영향을 미칠 것이며, 그 경로(path)에서 사용자의 건강개인정보 요인이 각 경로에서 어떤 영향을 미칠 것으로 제시하였다. 본 연구는 그 제시된 연구모형을 검증하기 위해서 PLS-SEM 방법론을 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 제시된 모형 내에서 건강개인정보의 조절적 효과가 R2 설명력의 증가치에 의해 어느 정도의 영향을 미친다고 볼 수 있지만, 조절변수로의 역할보다는 인지적 유용성(perceived usefulness)에 영향을 미치는 독립변수의 역할에 부합됨을 알 수 있었다.

조직성숙도와 조직성과 간의 소프트웨어 정책의 효과분석 (The Moderating Effects of Software Policy between Organizational Capability Maturity and Organizational Performance)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how software policy shows the moderating effects between organizational capability maturity and organizational performance. The software policy includes the proportions of development personnel and development budget that can affect organizational performance. It is important to empirically identify whether the ratios of budget and personnel, which are some of the main policy indexes of the organization can promote the causal relationship between organizational maturity and organizational performance. These personnel and budget may be assumed to affect the causal relationship between organizational capability maturity and organizational performance. The results of this study shows that the moderating effects of software policy are partially proved. The two policy indexes, personnel ratio and budget ratio, showed a moderating effect between process implementation and organizational performance, but did not show any moderating effect between quantitative management and organizational performance. This is because the companies participating in the survey are still in the early stages of quantitative process management and quantitative management does not show the differentiated results among the participating organizations. The significance of this study is as follows. In the academic aspect, the causal relationship between organizational maturity and organizational performance was examined empirically, and it was analyzed whether the two adopted policy indicators have a moderating effect between organizational maturity and organizational performance. On the practical side, the analysis suggested that the ratios of budget and personnel emphasized by the government or organization played a role of facilitating the organizational maturity and organizational performance.

전공의 적성진로부합도와 취업전망도가 졸업태도와 중도탈락의도에 미치는 영향: 학년의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Effect of Major Aptitude and Career Fit, and Employment Prospects on Graduation Attitude and Dropout Intention: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Academic Year)

  • In this study, factors affecting undergraduate students' dropout intentions consisted of aptitude and career fit of student's major, employement prospects of student's major, and graduation attitude were presented in the structural equation model and the moderating effect of academic year on the path coefficeint presented in the research model was verified. Undergraduate students are grouped into senior year (3rd and 4th grades) and junior year(1st and 2nd year) by the year in the university, As a result of analyzing 454 undergraduate students (105 in the junior group and 349 in the senior group), it was found that graduation attitude had a negative (-) effect on the dropout intention in both junior and senior group. The effect of employment prospects, and major aptitude and career firt on graduation attitude was not found in the junior group. However, in senior group, the effect of employment prospects, and major aptitude and career firt on graduation attitude was found to have a positive (+) effect, indicating that moderating effect of academic year does exist.

병원종사자들의 직무가치와 직장가치 인식 간의 관계에 조직성과 자각상태의 조절효과 (Moderating Effect of Organization Performance Recognition on the Relationship between Job Value and Organization Value of Hospital Employees)

  • 본 연구는 병원종사자들의 심리적 속성과 태도적 속성을 고려하여 조직차원에서 효과적인 인적자원 관리를 위한 시사점을 제공할 목적으로 시행하였으며, 연구방법은 부산지역에 소재한 종합병원 4개, 병원 5개, 요양병원 7개, 정신병원 7개의 의료기관에 종사하고 있는 근로자들을 대상으로 2019년 5월 2일부터 5월 25일까지 자료를 수집하여, 직무가치 인식과 직장가치 인식 간의 관계에 조직성과에 대한 자각상태의 조절효과를 살펴보기 위하여 평균중심화방법을 이용하여 3단계 모형 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 조절회귀분석 결과, 직무가치와 직장가치 간의 관계에 조직성과 자각상태의 조절효과가 있는 경우를 구체적으로 살펴보면, 첫째, 근무의료기관 종류가 병원인 경우의 간호사들은 고객대응 노력수준과 병원 이미지에 대한 자각이 조절효과가 있었다. 둘째, 근무의료기관 종류가 병원인 경우의 행정직 종사자들은 고객대응 노력수준에 대한 자각은 부정적인 조절효과가 있었으며, 병원 이미지에 대한 자각은 긍정적인 조절효과가 있었다. 셋째, 근무의료기관 종류가 요양병원인 경우의 간호사들은 성장과 경쟁력에 대한 자각은 긍정적인 조절효과, 병원 이미지에 대한 자각은 부정적인 조절효과가 있었다. 즉, 병원종사자들의 직무가치 인식과 직장가치 인식 간의 관계에 조직성과에 대한 자각상태의 조절효과는 근무의료기관 종류와 직종에 따라 다르다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

어머니의 불안이 과보호 양육에 미치는 영향: 유아 기질의 조절 효과 (The Effects of Maternal Anxiety on Overprotection: The Moderating Effects of Young Children's Temperament)

  • Objective: This study examined the moderating effect of young children's temperament on the relationship between maternal anxiety and overprotection. Methods: A total of 250 mothers with 5-year-old children responded to online survey questionnaires, which included questions about maternal anxiety, overprotection, and their children's temperament. Results: The results of the study revealed several important findings. First, maternal anxiety had a positive correlation to the overall level of overprotection and all sub-factors. The correlation between young children's temperament and maternal overprotection had different results depending on the sub-factors of overprotection. Second, there was a significant moderating effect of young children's temperament on the relationship between maternal anxiety and overprotection. That is, When the reactivity of a child was low, the positive effect of maternal anxiety on maternal overprotection was greater. Looking at the sub-factors of overprotection, only reactive temperament showed a significant moderating effect in the relationship between maternal anxiety and intrusive overprotection. On the relationship between maternal anxiety and permissive overprotection, reactivity and adaptability had significant moderating effects. Conclusion/Implications: This study showed that mother's overprotection was associated with varying levels of their own anxiety and children's temperament. These findings offer basic knowledge for development of a program for improving parenting behaviors.

보육교사의 효능감이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향에서 정서조절곤란의 조절효과 검증 (The Moderating Effect of Emotional Dysregulation on the Relationship Between Teacher Efficacy and Job Stress of Teachers in Early Childhood Education and Care)

  • Objective: This study investigated the moderating effect of emotional dysregulation on the relationship between teacher efficacy and job stress among teachers in the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC). Methods: The participants included 586 ECEC teachers from 99 centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Daejeon, Chungcheong-do, Jeolla-do, and Gyeongsang-do. The data were analyzed through frequencies, percentages, and Pearson's correlations using SPSS 21.0 (IBM Co., Armonk, NY). To analyze the moderating effect, Ping's (1996) two-step approach was used via AMOS 20.0 (IBM Co., Armonk, NY). Results: The main findings are as follows. First, the mean scores of ECEC teacher efficacy and job stress showed above the average, and the mean score of emotional dysregulation was the nearly average. Second, fit statistics indicated that the proposed model, as revised, provided an acceptable fit to the sample data. This proposed model showed that the emotional dysregulation of teachers in ECEC had a moderating effect on the relationship between teacher efficacy and job stress. Conclusion: These findings imply that the ECEC teachers showed the higher level of self-trust and self-confidence than average regarding their own work, and suffered from the work overload. Also, the positive and supportive working environment would help the ECEC teachers to reduce their emotional dysregulation. In addition, there was a moderating effect of the ECEC teachers' emotional dysregulation on the relationship between teacher efficacy and job stress. These findings imply that the workshop or counselling programs need to be provided to teachers in order to help control their emotion dysregulation and reduce their job stress.

대학만족도와 가족응집력이 지각된 속박감에 미치는 영향: 회복탄력성과 희망의 조절효과 (Influence of Satisfaction of University and Family Cohesion on Perceived Entrapment: Moderating Effects of Resilience and Hope)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 대학만족도와 가족응집력이 지각된 속박감에 미치는 영향에서 회복탄력성과 희망의 조절효과를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 서울시에 소재한 1개 대학교의 대학생 610명을 대상으로 조사하였으며, 회복탄력성과 희망에 따른 조절효과는 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였고, 유의한 조절효과를 도식으로 제시하였다. 연구결과, 대학만족도와 가족응집력, 회복탄력성, 희망 및 지각된 속박감 간에 모두 유의한 상관관계가 나타났고, 대학만족도와 가족응집력은 지각된 속박감에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 가족응집력이 지각된 속박감에 미치는 영향에서는 회복탄력성의 조절효과만 통계적으로 유의했으며, 대학만족도가 지각된 속박감에 미치는 영향에서는 희망의 조절효과만 통계적으로 유의했다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학생들의 지각된 속박감을 감소시키기 위한 회복탄력성과 희망의 시사점을 중심으로 논의하였다.

청소년들의 가정학대 경험과 우울감의 관계에서 교사관계 적응의 조절효과 (The Moderating Effect of Teacher Relationship Adaptation Between Adolescents' Domestic Abuse Experience and Depression)

  • 본 연구는 청소년들의 가정학대 경험과 우울감 사이에서 교사관계 적응의 조절효과를 규명하는데 목적을 두고 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 충청남도 S시의 고등학교에 재학 중인 청소년 495명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 평균비교분석, 상관분석 및 조절효과분석을 통하여 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년들의 우울감은 성별과 학업성취도에 따라 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 가정학대와 교사관계 적응, 교사관계 적응과 우울감 간에는 부적 상관관계를 나타내었으며, 가정학대와 우울감 간에는 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 셋째, 조절효과분석 결과 가정학대와 우울감 사이에서 교사관계 적응의 조절효과는 유의한 결과를 나타내었다. 끝으로 본 연구를 바탕으로 청소년들의 우울감을 낮추기 위한 방안을 논의하였다.
