The purpose of this study is to present the Market Orientation affects to Enterprise Management Performance. In order to carry out this research, we obtained 212 survey sheets and inspected ten assumptions based on the reliability, validity of the questionnaires. The results of regression analysis are summarized as follows; First, the factor of Market Orientation, intelligence generation, doesn't influence on the Enterprise Management Performance significantly. Second, the element of Market Orientation, information dissemination, doesn't have an important effect on the Enterprise Management Performance. Finally, the requisite of Market Orientation, information response, affects to Enterprise Management Performance significantly. Based on the results, the parts with intelligence generation and information dissemination will be improved in the manufacturer of the small businesses.

This paper examines the international commerce expert capability and business performance in global supply chain management. Based on the analysis of eighty-seven cases, the following results were found. First it was found that CEO's capability of global supply chain management firms and business performance are significantly correlated. Second, supply chain management manager's capability of global supply chain management firms and business performance are not significantly correlated. Third, CEO's capability have more a positive influence business performance than supply chain management manager's capability in global supply chain management firms.

This study was aimed at analyzing the structural relationship among such factors as industrial environment, technological cooperation, technological innovation performance and management performance that are essential to technological innovation of small and medium-sized companies. For this aim, an analysis was conducted to determine which of the factors in industrial environment has impact on technological cooperation of small and medium-sized companies. An empirical analysis was also performance to find what kind of effects the technological cooperation may have on technological innovation and management performance. From the analyses, it became known that: first, changes in industrial environment have influence on technical cooperation factors including production technology, technical information, technical manpower and fund for technology that are assorted by means of factorial analysis; second, the technological cooperation of small and medium-sized companies has impact on their technological innovation performance; and third, the technological cooperation of small and medium-sized companies has impact on management performance.

This paper analyzed the management quality activities and performance based on industrial types. We divided the business into four industrial types, manufacturing industry, service industry, medical institution and public enterprise. We analyzed the differences of the elements of management quality in industrial types. The results show that leadership, measurement, analysis and knowledge management and workforce focus categories are not significant and strategic planning, customer and market focus, process management and performance categories are significant. This paper proposes the directions of management quality activities and performance according to industrial types based on these results.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of knowledge management on the organizational performance by using structural equation model and to suggest new integrated framework about knowledge management by understanding the determinants of organizational capability to knowledge management in social capital point of view. To serve the purpose of this study, we conducted the extensive survey on 256 Korean companies in diverse industries including the manufacturing. Specifically, from the empirical result of this study, we identified that knowledge management performs more actively as the level of social capital increases, and the company that achieve knowledge management actively shows relatively higher performance than one that do not. On the other hand, among the sub-factors composing the social capital, Vision/Purpose/Value and Norms of Reciprocity directly affect to the organizational performance without knowledge management.

Plant management have a greatest influence on the corporate variety of tasks such as production, quality, environment. So, various performance indices for plant management are operating. But plant management tasks can be carried out effectively, so that all of how to organize and efficiently manage indicators is lacking real condition In this paper, improved profitability, cost savings by applying the concept for the performance assessment, plant management services, such as the key indices for performance according to the objectives of the firm. The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of ethical management on job performance. For the study, CEO's will, ethical management system and external ethical activity are selected as subordinate variables of ethical management. Therefore, the concrete purpose of this study are four issues: (1) to examine the effects of CEO's will on organizational trust,. (2) to examine the effect of ethical management system on organizational trust, (3) to examine the effects of external ethical activity on organizational trust, (4) to examine the effects of organizational trust on organizational performance. The sample for this empirical study is collected from 334 employees of 5 different companies executing ethical management. The results of analysis are as follows. First, there is a positive effect of CEO's will on organizational trust. Second, there is no effect of ethical management system on organizational trust. Third, there is a positive effect of external ethical activity on organizational trust. Last, there is a positive effect of organizational trust on organizational performance. Based on the results of this study, we suggested implications for business strategies and effective alternatives for ethical management.

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 사업연속성경영시스템(BCMS) 7개 하위 구성요인이 재난 관리 성과와 재난현장 대응에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 연구방법: 선행연구를 통해 가설을 설정하고 통신사업기관 종사자 대상으로 설문조사를 시행한 후 총 327부의 자료를 수집하여 통계적 분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과: 첫째 사업연속성경영시스템(BCMS)의 리더십, 기획, 지원, 운영, 성과평가는 재난 관리성과에 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 사업연속성경영시스템의 리더십, 기획, 지원, 운영, 성과평가, 개선은 재난현장 대응에 정의(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 사업연속성경영시스템은 재난관리 성과와 재난현장 대응에 전반적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 기업의 재난관리성과와 재난현장 대응력을 높이기 위해서는 사업연속성경영시스템(BCMS)의 구축과 운영이 필요하다.

This study analyzes the business performance of research and development(R&D) and especially studies the effect of technology management activity and technology innovation competency on commercialization performance. According to previous studies, the technology management activity can be composed of technological innovativeness, analysis of market, R&D method, and appropriateness for commercialization plan. Also, the technology innovation can be divided into patent, R&D manpower, R&D investment ratio, production capability, and marketing capability. On the result of the analysis, all the components of technology management activity are positively related with commercialization performance. In case of technology innovation competency, however, only production and marketing capabilities have influence on the business performance. Especially, marketing capability controls the effect of technology management activities on the commercialization performance. Consequently, technology management is very important activity for SMEs to succeed commercialization and SMEs should collaborate with production and marketing departments from the early stage of R&D.

Bridges are exposed to very severe environment and experience, as service life increased, elevated traffic load and traffic flow, in addition to natural disasters. In comparing to other road structures, bridges may cause more significant damage, such as human-involved accidents, to the society in the event of collapse. A certain level of service shall be necessarily secured to assure the minimum safety of users. The cost for manage and preserve bridges will increase gradually and more restrictions will be loaded to efficiently distribute the limited resources, such as monetary budget and human resource etc. In order to enhance performance and serviceability of bridges with the limited resource, asset management technique has been applied into the bridge management system, which capitalizes the road infrastructures including bridges and assess them in accordance with the government finance report. In the application of asset management, there must be a tool for assess the performance of bridges and this study introduces the basic information on the definition and role of performance measures for asset management for bridges. This research suggests future development direction of performance measure for asset management for bridges in Korea.
