고체추진제의 연소응답함수에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Combustion Response Function of the Solid-Propellant)

  • The combustion instability of a rocket motor can be predicted by the linear stability analysis. The most important input data in this analysis is the combustion response function of the solid propellant. In many cases, it is very difficult to measure the function. But, in that case, the combustion response function can be theoretically evaluated by properties of the propellant. In this study, the theoretical values were compared with measured values by T-burner. Data are relatively so well agreed that theoretical values are enough to be used in linear stability analysis of the rocket motor using a newly developed propellant.

  • This paper provides a new approach to analyze the stability of a general multi-link TCP Vegas, which is a kind of feedback-based congestion algorithm. Whereas the conventional approaches use the approximately linearized model of the TCP Vegas along equilibrium pints, this approach models a multi-link TCP Vegas network in the form of a piecewise linear multiple time-delay system. And then, based on the exactly characterized dynamic model, this paper presents a new stability criterion via a piecewise and multiple delay-dependent Lyapunov-Krasovskii function. Especially, the resulting stability criterion is formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs).

  • The sensitiveness of the stability characteristics of the aircraft with respect to changes in the stability parameters as predicted by the linear analysis is applied for the two aerodynamic models proposed. The results give the detailed information for an aircraft dynamic behavior especially at complicated flight envelope.

  • A stability analysis technique has been proposed for linear SISO system associated with fuzzy logic controller. An analysis technique using the concept of well-known sector bound nonlinearity and its graphical interpretation, i.e., the circle criterion, is presented. Thus the use of classical Nyquist locus and the BODE diagram is brought into the picture. The aim of this present note is to represent a graphical approach based on sector bound nonlinearity and circle criterion for assessing the performance(degree of stability) of the linear SISO system associated with fuzzy logic controller. The degree of stability of the system is defined in terms of its gain and phase margins as defined in Section 3.

  • This paper describes the variation of the critical speed of an urban railway vehicle according to the change of suspension characteristics. Suspensions of a railway vehicle are composed of primary and secondary suspensions. Generally, main focus of the stability analysis has been the primary suspension. However, secondary suspension has large effects on the stability as well as the ride quality of a vehicle. In this paper, stability of an urban railway vehicle is discussed in relation to the variation of characteristics of both primary and secondary suspension. For this, modal analysis is carried out using a linear dynamic model of a half vehicle and a polynomial fit for Kalker's creep coefficients. Stability along with change of the effective conicity of a wheel is also investigated.

불확정성 선형 시스템의 강인 극점 배치 (Robust Pole Assignment of Uncertain Linear Systems)

  • It is well-known that the poles of a system are closely related with the dynamics of the systems, and the pole assignment problem, which locates the poles in the desired regions, in one of the major problem in control theory. Also, it is always possible to assign poles to specific points for exactly known linear systems. But, it is impossible for the uncertain linear systems because of the uncertainties that originate from modeling error, system variations, sensing error and disturbances, so we must consider some regions instead of points. In this paper, we consider both the analysis and the design of robust pole assignment problem of linear system with time-varying uncertainty. The considered uncertainties are the unstructured uncertainty and the structured uncertainty, and the considered region is the circular region. Based on Lyapunov stability theorem and linear matrix inequality(LMI), we first present the analysis result for robust pole assignment, and then we present the design result for robust pole assignment. Finally, we give some numerical examples to show the applicability and usefulness of our presented results.

  • This paper presents the robust stability analysis and design methodology of the fuzzy feedback linearization control systems. Uncertainty and disturbances with known bounds are assumed to be included in the Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy models representing the nonlinear plants. $L_2$ robust stability of the closed system is analyzed by casting the systems into the diagonal norm bounded linear differential inclusions (DNLDI) formulation. Based on the linear matrix inequality (LMI) optimization programming, a numerical method for finding the maximum stable ranges of the fuzzy feedback linearization control gains is also proposed. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme, the robust stability analysis and control design examples are given.

퍼지 리아푸노프 함수를 이용한 어파인 퍼지 시스템의 완화된 안정도 조건 (Relaxed Stability Condition for Affine Fuzzy System Using Fuzzy Lyapunov Function)

  • This paper presents a relaxed stability condition for continuous-time affine fuzzy system using fuzzy Lyapunov function. In the previous studies, stability conditions for the affine fuzzy system based on quadratic Lyapunov function have a conservativeness. The stability condition is considered by using the fuzzy Lyapunov function, which has membership functions in the traditional Lyapunov function. Based on Lyapunov-stability theory, the stability condition for affine fuzzy system is derived and represented to linear matrix inequalities(LMIs). And slack matrix is added to stability condition for the relaxed stability condition. Finally, simulation example is given to illustrate the merits of the proposed method.

  • By using the Lyapunov functional method, stochastic analysis, and LMI (linear matrix inequality) approach, the mean square exponential stability of an equilibrium solution of uncertain stochastic Hopfield neural networks with delayed is presented. The proposed result generalizes and improves previous work. An illustrative example is also given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed result.

  • This paper presents an efficient method to calculate voltage collapse point and to avoid voltage instability. To evaluate voltage stability in power systems, it is necessary to get critical loading points. For this purpose, this paper uses linear programming to calculate efficiently voltage collapse point. Also, if index value becomes larger than given threshold value, voltage stability is improved by compensation of reactive power at selected bus. This algorithm is verified by simulation on the IEEE 14-bus sample system.
