최근 세계적으로 4차 산업혁명 변화에 대한 교육적 대응의 주요 방향이 인공지능(AI: Artificial Intelligence)과 로봇 중심의 미래산업 핵심기술 인재육성에 집중됨에 따라, 고등교육과 직업능력개발 분야에서도 인공지능 기술을 가진 융합적 인재 양성의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 연구는 이와 같이 변화하는 환경을 고려하여 최근 맞춤형 교육훈련 흐름과 AI 융합형 인재 양성 교육을 실현하기 위해 "학습자 맞춤형 AI 융합형 인재양성" 훈련 프로그램을 기획하고 운영모델 방안을 수립하였다. 인공지능 및 교육혁신 전문가를 대상으로 총 2회차에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 실시하여, 훈련프로그램 운영모델 기본구조, 교육과정, 운영전략의 하위 구성요소의 적합도를 검증하였다. 그리고 최종적으로 검증된 훈련 모델을 온라인 직업훈련 허브인 스마트 직업훈련 플랫폼(STEP)에 적용하여 AI 융합인재 양성 학습자 맞춤형 훈련모델 수립 방안을 제안하였다.

The purpose of the study is on offer present condition of School Facilities for Local Residents in Daegu City. This study made progress within the scope of twenty-four public schools excepting one private school and five schools refused request. but opening present condition of the equipment was stopping in negative opening more than thing that is seen in present condition(to be a hall, a computer, swimming pool, physical education market, clearinghouse, art thread, library, language study thread) of two locals that show in old research. As result that diagnose this research, The school facilities open every schools excepting three schools could not open on account of establishment of sprinkler, residents protest about noise, small playground. The opening equipment was limited the playground, hall, basketball court, Badminton court, parking lot, classroom, library. And The use present condition was used by parking, walk, jogging and light exercise, basketball, badminton, state examination, sports meeting, books inspection, early stage soccer. When local residents require equipment use, it is not negative attitude in school but have active carriage. and Must consider plan that raise practical use degree so that can use school equipment.

Elementary education is the most fundamental education phase to cultivate a minimum natural quality for basic people life. Because elementary school is a very important step to be a base of lifelong education, it has to lead students to develop a capability of information utilization and rear the ability of self-leading study. Accordingly the elementary school library must be made and managed to cope with a new environment of education and information, as well as it must be a appropriate facilities for the contents of the 7th course of study : The aim of the 7th course of study is to rear the autonomous and creative Korean who lead the age of globalization and information-oriented. It is an ideal that the school library has a separate building for itself as the general information center but it is not easy to do in our conditions. Accordingly when it Is located in a school house, it has to be at the center within easy access of other related rooms such as a classroom and school house. Therefor making a plan and designing a school building, the school library has to be considered preferentially as a main facilities in order to make a school to accept the future.

Background: This thesis aims at suggesting the direction for the introduction of public free treatment support system according to the establishment of [Special Education Law] and the right settlement of therapeutic support service. Method: It introduced the characteristics and the contents of school based PT & OT, diagnosis and evaluation, and operation method. It set up question items and presented intervention plan, and substantial intervention, beginning from the request of whole process. The diagnostic evaluation was described from 4 aspects, which are consideration matters in the time of document drawing and diagnostic evaluation, chiefly centering around SOAP. The flow of overall treatment support service, the allocation of 16 handicapped children for 1 therapist, and the weekly treatment frequency according to the treatment support location and environment were suggested in the concrete operation method. Result: The concrete method should be explored in order to provide handicapped students with requisite services, which are offered by various experts in the amended 'Special Education Law'. In addition, work condition and social welfare, which are equal to school teachers, should be provided for all experts. Conclusion: Along with these things, special education support center should establish the road-map for the education rehabilitation of the handicapped children from the evaluation of early diagnosis of the handicapped children to treatment support and lifelong education.

The purpose of this study is to grasp a concept for mixed-use tendency of educational facilities, its propellant circumstance in the nation and japan, to analyze a feature of a function, a flow planing of user and the complex form which appear from an instance of the mixed-use tendentious educational facilities and is to suggest a basic matter on the architectural planning for mixed-use tendency of the regional facilities and educational facilities. Driven by the changes of living environment and the improvement of life quality there is a growing desire for education, culture, daily life sports, and welfare of local residents. One of the places with the facilities and space which can accommodate such desires of the residents is elementary facility within welfare districts. Additionally, elementary school facilities are assuming more roles as the center of local community, and the current education facility policies are going through a great deal of changes and diversification of school facilities due to the operation of the new 7th education courses. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to analyze school facility compounding by domestic and overseas trends and patterns in line with the trend of the social demand, and the researcher found out that in Japan the mutual exchanges among local residents are very active by compounding sports facilities, cultural facilities, lifelong education facilities, and social welfare facilities in school facilities. Therefore, this thesis researched on the space structure pattern and planning elements of compounding facilities under the premise of utilizing them for the local society reflecting the domestic trends and characteristics, and intended to propose a direction for planned research on the compounded facilities of elementary school.

Purpose - Adult learners are easily exposed to the risk of plagiarizing others' writings when writing papers or reports. Therefore, this study investigates the research ethics of adult learners and suggests alternatives for research ethics standards in online lifelong education system. The purpose of this study is to investigate the causes of violation of research ethics and preventive measures (education program) for adult learners. Research design, data, methodology - Before establishing a research ethics education plan, it is confirmed through the empirical investigation of adult learners in undergraduate. In this study, 30 questionnaires of 5-point Likert scale were used to examine the level of consciousness of adult learners related to research ethics. Results - First, the experience of participating in ethics education and the presence of prior knowledge did not affect the prevention of research ethics violation. Second, adult learners did not learn about research ethics in the pre- college education environment and they frequently engaged in research ethics violation without guilt or consciousness. Third, the students who experienced the research ethics violation (plagiarism) were more willing to know and use the plagiarism search program. Fourth, Opinions differed according to age as to the need to enforce research ethics compliance. Conclusions - Universities should clearly and easily announce and monitor plagiarism criteria or guidelines. When adult learners are relieved of the anxiety about the possibility of violation of research ethics, a developmental and original research atmosphere will be created.

This study would understand the overall perception of our society about public libraries, analyzing the texts related to public libraries, utilizing the semantic connection network & sentiment analysis. For this purpose, this study collected data from the last five years with keywords, 'Library' and 'Lifelong Learning Center' from January 1, 2016 through November 30, 2020 through the blogs and cafés of major domestic portal sites. With the collected data, text mining, centrality of keywords, network structure, structural equipotentiality, and sensitivity analyses were conducted. As a result of the analysis, First, 'reading' and 'book' were identified as representative keywords that form the social perception of public libraries. Second, it turned out that there were keywords related to the use of the library and the untact service due to the recent spread of COVID-19. Third, in seeking a plan for the development of public libraries through the keywords drawn to have positive meanings, it is necessary to create continuous services that can form a new image of the library, breaking away from the existing fixed role and image of the library and increase the convenience of use. Fourth, facilities and facilities for library services were recognized from a neutral point of view. Fifth, the spread of infectious diseases, social distancing, and temporary closure and closure of libraries are negatively related to public libraries, and awareness of librarians has been identified as negative keywords.

본 연구는 자유학기제가 전면 시행된 시점에 중학교 가정과 교사들의 자유학기제에 대한 인식과 이해 정도를 알아봄으로써 향후 자유학기제가 학교교육과정에서 효율적으로 운영될 수 있는 방안 및 가정과 교육이 나아가야할 방향을 탐색해보고자 실시하였다. 본 조사대상 중학교 가정과교사들은 자유학기제가 운영되는 목적으로 학생의 진로탐색 및 1차적 진로 의사결정이라고 인식하고 있었으며, 학생 참여 중심 수업방법을 핵심과제로 하여 꿈과 끼를 탐색하는 교육 방향으로 운영되어야 한다고 생각하고 있었다. 자유학기제의 도입취지나 목적에 대한 이해도도 높은 편이었다. 그러나 자유학기제를 운영하기 위한 자료나 정보를 취득하는 데 있어 어려움을 느끼는 것으로 조사되었으며 지역사회 기관과의 연계활동도 충분하지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 연구학교 교사들은 자유학기제 운영에 대한 준비가 필요하다는 것을 인식하고 있었으나, 일반학교 교사들의 경우 자유학기제 관련 교사연수의 경험이 부족한 것으로 조사되었다. 연수 경험이 없는 연구학교와 일반학교 교사 모두 자유학기제 관련 내용의 연수의 필요성을 느끼고 있었다. 자유학기제에 대한 가정과교사의 역할로는 생애설계적 관점에서 진로교육을 지도하고 학생들이 자신의 생애를 자기 주도적으로 이끌어 나갈 수 있는 역량을 길러주어야 하는 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 중학교 시기는 자아, 소질, 기회 등을 탐색하며 여러 가지 실질적인 경험을 통해 자신의 적성이 무엇인지 탐색해볼 수 있는 매우 중요한 시기이다. 따라서 자유학기를 통해 학생들이 자신의 꿈과 끼를 찾을 수 있고, 여러 가지 다양한 길에 대하여 생각해 볼 수 있도록, 앞으로 가정 교과를 통해 생애설계적인 진로계획을 수립하여 자기 주도적으로 인생을 이끌어 나갈 수 있는 역량을 길러주어야 할 것이다. 또한, 교사들은 자유학기가 한 학기의 이벤트성 운영으로 끝나지 않기 위해서 일반학기에도 교과를 통한 진로교육 수업으로 연계성을 이어나갈 수 있도록 하는 노력이 필요하다.

4차산업혁명으로 인해 평생직업 능력개발을 위한 신기술 분야의 콘텐츠를 배울 수 있는 환경의 필요성이 높아져, 이에 K 대학의 온라인평생교육원은 스마트 학습 플랫폼인 STEP을 구축하였다. 본 연구에서는 STEP 학습자들의 유형에 대해 선행연구 및 타 플랫폼 사례분석, 학습자 대상의 설문조사 및 전문가 표적집단면접을 실행하고 이 결과들을 바탕으로 한 종합적인 분석을 실시하여 학습자 유형별 특징을 분류하였다. 그리고 도출된 결과를 활용하여 향후 STEP 학습자의 요구에 맞는 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 방안을 수립하고자 하였다. 도출된 방안들은 다음과 같다. 학습 콘텐츠 난이도, 학습동기 조사 등은 상시적으로 관리할 필요가 있으며, 학습구성 측면에서 학습콘텐츠의 운영을 정교화해야 한다. 또한 전문성 있는 콘텐츠를 확보하고, 취약 학습자 관리 및 학습자 지원시스템 및 다양한 교육방식을 적극 도입하는 것이 필요하다.
