  • In many cases the systems are so complex that it is not possible to obtain reasonable models using physical laws. Also a model based on physical laws contains a number of unknown parameters even if the structure is derived from physical laws. These problems can be solved by system identification. In this paper, a nano stage system is selected as an example for system identification. The transfer functions of this system is derived by using state-space model structure based on input/output data through experiment.

  • Guidance commands for attitude controlled missiles inevitably take the form of attitude angle commands. On the other hand, many guidance laws compute the accelerations required to achieve their goals. Therefore some integrators must be in use for the attitude controlled missiles to implement the guidance laws. Naturally, the use of the integrator raises the problem of choosing a proper initial value. In this paper, we compute the integrator initial value which minimizes the terminal miss and show that if the total flight time of the mission is long enough, the "optimal" initial value becomes some multiple of the initial heading error or of the given impact angle to the target. We demonstrate the validity of the analysis by showing some linear and nonlinear simulation results.n results.

군용차량 배출가스 규제 개선에 관한 융합적 고찰 (A Convergence Study on Improvement of Emission Regulation in Military Vehicle)

  • 군용차량은 군수품 상용화에 의해 민수 기술 및 민수품의 비중이 크다. 군용차량 엔진의 경우 방산용 엔진을 개발하지 않고 민수용 엔진을 군용화 하고 있다. 이로 인해 민수용 엔진에 대한 민간 법령 및 군용화에 필요한 작전요구 성능이 이중으로 적용되어 현재 유로-6임에도 불구하고 유로-5 버전이 탑재되는 현상이 발생한다. 이에 본 연구는 논문, 기사, 국내 법령 및 제도 등을 분석하여 군용차량 배출가스 규제의 현 실태 및 문제점을 고찰하고 개선방안을 제시하였다. 개선방안으로 관련 법령을 정비하여 배출가스 인증 의무를 부과하고 전략적 중요도가 높은 차량에 한해 인증을 면제하는 방안 등을 제시하였다. 이로써 향후 군수품 상용화에 따른 민간법령 및 군 제도의 연계성을 점검하는데 기초연구로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

비행제어법칙 설계 및 해석 절차에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Control Law Design and Analysis Process)

  • An advanced method of Relaxed Static Stability (RSS) is utilized for improving the aerodynamic performance of modem version supersonic jet fighter aircraft. The flight control system utilizes RSS criteria in both longitudinal and lateral-directional axes to achieve performance enhancements and improve stability. Standard CLDA (Control Law Design and Analysis) process is provided that reduce the development period of the flight control system. In addition, if this process is employed in developing flight control laws, it reduces the trial and error development and verification of control laws. This paper details the design process of developing a flight control law for the RSS aircraft, utilizing military specifications, linear and nonlinea, analysis using XMATH and ATLAS(Aircraft, Tim Linear and Simulation), handling quality tests using the HQS (Handling Quality Simulator), and real flight test results to verify aircraft dynamic flight responses.

신경회로망을 사용한 비선형 확률시스템 제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on a Stochastic Nonlinear System Control Using Neural Networks)

  • In this paper we give some geometric condition for a stochastic nonlinear system and we propose a control method for a stochastic nonlinear system using neural networks. Since a competitive learning neural networks has been developed based on the stochastcic approximation method it is regarded as a stochastic recursive filter algorithm. In addition we provide a filtering and control condition for a stochastic nonlinear system called the perfect filtering condition in a viewpoint of stochastic geometry. The stochastic nonlinear system satisfying the perfect filtering condition is decoupled with a deterministic part and purely semi martingale part. Hence the above system can be controlled by conventional control laws and various intelligent control laws. Computer simulation shows that the stochastic nonlinear system satisfying the perfect filtering condition is controllable and the proposed neural controller is more efficient than the conventional LQG controller and the canonical LQ-Neural controller.

일본의 유기식품 생산 및 관리제도 현황과 전망 (The Status and Prospects of Japanese Organic Foods System)

  • Japan launched its regulatory certification system for organic foods based on the amended JAS laws in June 2000, followed by the implementation of regulations on organic agricultural products and organic processed foods in January 2001 and with the implementation of the standards on organic animal husbandry and organic feed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry & Fisheries in 2005, organic foods have been under integrated and systematic supervision. Certification of organic foods can be undertaken by registered accredited bodies (private certification bodies) or legal entities conforming to the regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry & Fisheries. However, with the amendment of the JAS laws in March 2006, only legal entities conforming to the regulations of the ISO/IEC GUIDE 65 are eligible as certification bodies. Foreign organic products imported to Japan must be certified organic under JAS regulations and must be manufactured or produced by foreign manufacturers certified by local or foreign registered accredited organizations and distributed with the Organic JAS Mark affixed or through importers certified by local registered accredited organizations and distributed with the Organic JAS Mark affixed on the products. It can be implied from the Japanese case study that it necessary to reform the diverse agricultural products certification systems to set up an integrated certification system, and the restructuring of government organizations, reforms of environmentally-friendly agricultural products certification system and the integration of the organic food certification systems are needed in order to integrate the control of the standards and certification systems.

T-50 세로축 비행제어법칙 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Longitudinal Flight Control Law of T-50)

The T-50 advanced trainer employs the RSS concept in order to improve the aerodynamic performance and the flight control law in order to guarantee aircraft stability, The T-50 longitudinal control laws employ the dynamic inversion and proportional-plus-integral control method. This paper details the design process of developing longitudinal control laws for the RSS aircraft, utilizing the requirement of MIL-F-8785C. In addition, This paper addresses the analysis of aircraft characteristics such as damping, natural frequency, gain and phase margin about state variables for longitudinal inner loop feedback design.

  • In this paper, we consider a generalized Riemann problem of the first order hyperbolic conservation laws. For the case that excludes the centered wave, we prove that the generalized Riemann problem admits a unique piecewise smooth solution u = u(t, x), and this solution has a structure similar to the similarity solution u = $U{(\frac{x}{t})}$ of the correspondin Riemann problem in the neighborhood of the origin provided that the coefficients of the system and the initial conditions are sufficiently smooth.
