시공단계의 영향을 고려한 프리스트레스 콘크리트 다층 구조물의 해석 (Analysis of Multi-Story Prestressed Concrete Structure Considering the Effect of Construction Stage)

  • This paper presents an analytical procedure for the time-dependent analysis of the multi-story prestressed concrete structure under the construction stage. To account for the actual structural behavior, the procedure considers the effects due to the construction interval and the time-dependent losses of prestress at every construction step on the entire structural response. A numerical study is performed to demonstrate the general validity of the approach and to quantitatively evaluate the effects resulted from the time-dependent behaviors during construction. Recommendations and conclusions are developed by comparisons with structural responses using the present and conventional methods of analysis. The comparative results show that both effects of sequential construction and time-dependent prestress losses should be considered for the construction stage analysis.

  • In the current railway industry in Korea, a lot of researches and studies have been progressed to establish RAMS process and construction of RCM system in accordance with international standards. On the point of view of applying the RCM to the railway system, many problems (i.e., reliability of the existing field data, the lack and incorrectness of failure information, etc) are described. To solve these problems, it is need to study and effort the RCM, practically. In this paper, lots of problems and solutions for methods determining the preventive maintenance interval of application of the RCM will be described. To do this, the method using the theory of RBI (Reliability Based Inspection) which is applied to the existing chemical plants and power plants is described. From this study, it is expected that in this situation that the quantitative data is not enough, the results that an analyst quantifies the qualitative factors and/or items will be a good reference that can effectively approach, on the side of determination about each maintenance task and inspection interval.

  • 위험기반검사(RBI)는 석유화학, 정유, 가스 산업 등에서 압력설비를 위험도에 따라 검사주기, 검사방법 등의 검사계획을 제시하는 검사기법으로, RBI 기술을 사용하여 위험도가 높은 설비를 집중적이고, 비용-효과적으로 유지 보수 및 관리할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 RBI의 원리 및 수행절차, RBI에 의한 위험 및 설비 관리와 적용효과, RBI 기술현황 및 국내 적용현황을 소개하고, RBI의 발전방안을 제안하였다.

  • Guided wave techniques have been used for pipeline inspection because of the long range inspection capability of guided waves. One of main concerns of these technique is how ones decide the axial interval of sensors when they are utilized for pipeline inspection. This question is related to the characteristic of cylindrical guided wave propagation, especially wave attenuation. Thus, attenuation of fundamental longitudinal guided wave propagating liquid-filled steel pipes is numerically investigated in the paper. Several liquids such as water, diesel oil, castor oil etc. are considered for the filing materials in the pipes. Sink is considered for numerical models for abandoning standing wave modes; hence, the attenuation dispersion curves become much simpler. Those attenuation calculations can be utilized for guided-wave-based nondestructive testing of pipelines when one inspects pipelines, using monitoring sensors, which are installed outside pipes.

  • This is the paper on the development of assemnly automation and visual inspection system for smart card reader connector. The automation consists of 3 main process injection, assembly and inspection. During the injection, the main pin of a reel. transferred under uniform tension, is cut with an injection interval and positioned precisely to an injection mold by roll feeder after injection. The main base is stacked to a magazine for main pin's exact positionning to a mold . For last effective production, The turn table and pick & place are driver with gears and came by a single monter. We developed the small parts handling technigue for stable supply of micro ist pin and 2nd pin and could determine the orientation and position of those pins. For reliable inspection, We used the vision system which examins the guality of arranged pins with a CCD camera. The connector models which can be manufactured with this system are 8 pin and 10 pin type. The user can select the connector model for production and adjust the torerable error range during the inspection of arranged pins.

  • The estimation of mean lifetimes in presence of interval censoring with replacement procedure are examined when the distributions of lifetimes are exponential. It is assumed that, due to physical restrictions and/or economic constraints, the number of failures is investigated only at several inspection times during the lifetime test. The maximum likelihood estimator is found in an implicit form. The Cramer-Rao lower bounds of the estimates are found in places of variances and by simulations the properties of the estimates are examined.

시차가 있는 수위표 이미지의 상관분석을 통한 수면측정기법 (A Water Surface Detection Method by Correlation Analysis of Watermark Images with Time Interval)

  • 본 논문은 목자판과 수면이 포함된 시차가 있는 연속적인 두 영상을 이용하여 수면위치를 탐색하는 방법과 그 적용성을 평가한 결과를 기술한다. 수위표 상단으로부터 특정 크기의 직사각형 검사영역을 설정하고 짧은 시차를 가진 두 영상의 동일한 위치의 검사영역에 대해 상관계수를 산정한다. 이렇게 함으로써 물의 흐름으로 픽셀 농도가 변화하는 수역과 픽셀 농도가 고정되어 있는 육역을 구분한다. 제안한 기법을 검증하기 위해 실험실에서 촬영한 사진을 분석하였다. 분석결과 검사영역의 크기에 따라 상관계수 특성이 달라짐을 확인하였으며, 검사영역이 수위표 전체 폭에 걸쳐 있는 경우에 상관계수에 따른 수면특성이 뚜렷이 나타나 제안된 기법이 수면을 찾는데 활용될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 시차가 있는 두 영상의 상관분석을 통한 수위측정방법을 통해 기존 영상수위계의 오염된 영상에서 오차범위가 10~42cm 발생했던 것을 2.6cm 이내로 줄일 수 있었다. 이 방법은 기존 영상수위계의 방법을 보완하여 수위 측정 성능을 높이는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • 사용중인 교량의 안전성, 사용성, 내구성을 확보하기 위한 시발점은 교량에 대한 점검과 진단이다. 본 논문에서는 최근 개정된 시설물 안전진단에 관한 특별법에 제시된 점검주기와 독일의 점검주기를 비교하고, 외국의 손상 보고서에 나타난 손상발견시기를 분석하였으며, 분석 결과를 기초로 국내 진단 주기의 재조정을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 비교 대상인 양국의 교량 현황을 살펴보고, 유지관리 체계와 비용을 객관적 비교근거로 제시하였다.

삼각 과오 분포를 가진 불완전한 검사원의 과대 추정 확률과 분석 (Analysis and Probability of Overestimation by an Imperfect Inspector with Errors of Triangular Distributions)

  • There always exist nonzero inspection errors whether inspectors are humans or automatic inspection machines. Inspection errors can be categorized by two types, type I error and type II error, and they can be regarded as either a constant or a random variable. Under the assumption that two types of random inspection errors are distributed with the "uniform" distribution on a half-open interval starting from zero, it was proved that inspectors overestimate any given fraction defective with the probability more than 50%, if and only if the given fraction defective is smaller than a critical value, which depends upon only the ratio of a type II error over a type I error. In addition, it was also proved that the probability of overestimation approaches one hundred percent as a given fraction defective approaches zero. If these critical phenomena hold true for any error distribution, then it might have great economic impact on commercial inspection plans due to the unfair overestimation and the recent trend of decreasing fraction defectives in industry. In this paper, we deal with the same overestimation problem, but assume a "symmetrical triangular" distribution expecting better results since our triangular distribution is closer to a normal distribution than the uniform distribution. It turns out that the overestimation phenomenon still holds true even for the triangular error distribution.
