콘텐츠 기반 움직임 적응형 디인터레이싱 기법 (A Content-Based Motion Adaptive DeInterlacing Technique)

  • 최근 LCD TV와 같은 순차 주사형 디스플레이의 보급에 따라 HDTV등의 전송에 사용된 비월 주사 영상을 순차 주사 영상으로 변환하는 기존의 디인터레이싱 기술에 대한 화질 개선 요구가 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 영상 콘텐츠에 따른 움직임 정보의 통계값을 계산하여 영상 콘텐츠의 종류별로 미리 설정된 임계값에 따라 공간적, 시간적 디인터레이싱 방법을 선택적으로 적용하는 움직임 적응형 디인터레이싱 기법을 제안한다. 또한 공간적 디인터레이싱의 화질을 개선하기 위하여 소벨 연산을 이용하여 수직 에지와 수평 에지의 비율에 따라 M-ELA 방법과 DOI 방법을 선택적으로 사용하는 개선된 공간적 디인터레이싱 방법을 제안한다. 다양한 실험 영상에 대한 객관적, 주관적 평가를 통하여 제안한 방법이 기존의 디인터레이싱 방법에 비해 우수한 화질을 보임을 확인하였다.

  • 표면에 부착된 수직벽 후방의 난류전단흐름을 입자영상유속계를 이용하여 조사하였다. 하부 틈새를 갖는 수직벽 후류영역에서는 박리 후 비정상적인(unsteady) 재순환 영역이 형성되었으며, 약 x=3H위치에서 전단층의 재부착 및 난류경계층으로의 재발달 과정이 나타났다. 수직벽 직전의 오목한(concave) 유선곡률과 수직벽 후방의 볼록한(convex)유선곡률의 영향은 수직벽 주위에서 가장 크게 나타나고, 하류로 나아감에 따라 전단층 주위 유체의 유입 등으로 그 영향이 박리 전단층 내에서 커다란 와구조가 연속적으로 발생하였다.

간호대학생의 우울, 피로, 신체존중감은 월경전 증상에 영향을 미치는가? (Do depression, fatigue, and body esteem influence premenstrual symptoms in nursing students?)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting premenstrual symptoms among nursing students, focusing on depression, fatigue, and body esteem. Methods: The participants were 145 nursing students at a university located in Changwon, Korea. Data were collected from November 2 to November 30, 2019 using self-reported structured questionnaires, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The mean item score for premenstrual symptoms was 2.52±0.92, indicating a low level. The mean score for depression was 16.05±7.72, and 15.2% of participants were found to be moderately depressed and 9.7% severely depressed. The mean item score for fatigue was 4.84±0.84, indicating a moderate level, and body esteem was 2.94±0.44, indicating a moderate level. The premenstrual symptoms of nursing students showed a statistically significant correlation with depression (r=-.58, p<.001), fatigue (r=.33, p<.001), and body esteem (r=-.28, p<.001). Factors impacting premenstrual symptoms of nursing students were depression (β=.47, p<.001), dysmenorrhea (β=-.18, p=.009), menstrual cycle irregularity (β=.17, p=.013), and body esteem (β=-.14, p=.038). The total explanatory power of these variables was 41.0%. Conclusion: Findings from this sample of nursing students suggest that intervention programs to relieve premenstrual symptoms should focus on depression, menstrual cycle irregularity, dysmenorrhea, and body esteem.

Verification of a computer-aided replica technique for evaluating prosthesis adaptation using statistical agreement analysis

  • PURPOSE. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the reliability of computer-aided replica technique (CART) by calculating its agreement with the replica technique (RT), using statistical agreement analysis. MATERIALS AND METHODS. A prepared metal die and a metal crown were fabricated. The gap between the restoration and abutment was replicated using silicone indicator paste (n = 25). Gap measurements differed in the control (RT) and experimental (CART) groups. In the RT group, the silicone replica was manually sectioned, and the marginal and occlusal gaps were measured using a microscope. In the CART group, the gap was digitized using optical scanning and image superimposition, and the gaps were measured using a software program. The agreement between the measurement techniques was evaluated by using the 95% Bland-Altman limits of agreement and concordance correlation coefficients (CCC). The least acceptable CCC was 0.90. RESULTS. The RT and CART groups showed linear association, with a strong positive correlation in gap measurements, but without significant differences. The 95% limits of agreement between the paired gap measurements were 3.84% and 7.08% of the mean. The lower 95% confidence limits of CCC were 0.9676 and 0.9188 for the marginal and occlusal gap measurements, respectively, and the values were greater than the allowed limit. CONCLUSION. The CART is a reliable digital approach for evaluating the fit accuracy of fixed dental prostheses.

GPU 기반의 해무제거 기술 (Technique of Sea-fog Removal base on GPU)

  • 본 논문에서는 해무제거를 통해 연안을 운항하는 선박의 시계를 확보함으로써 안전 항해에 도움을 줄 수 있는 알고리즘과 GPU기반의 구현결과를 보인다. 최근 세월호 사건을 계기로 해양 사고 및 선박 안전에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 통계에 따르면 연안 선박의 해양사고 원인 중 해무가 있을시 선박의 시계확보가 이루어지지 않아 선박간의 충돌 및 여러 가지 사고의 발생이 높은 비율을 차지하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 해무가 존재하는 이미지를 위한 알고리즘은 여러 가지가 연구 되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 연구들은 알고리즘을 수행하는 과정에서 많은 연산량을 차지한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 GPU 기반의 해무제거 기술을 통해 연산 속도를 개선시켜 실시간 영상에 적합하도록 하였다. GPU를 이용하여 구현한 결과 약 250배 정도 연산속도가 향상된 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

캐릭터 활용 패션브랜드에 대한 소비자행동 분석 (An Analysis of the Consumer's Behavior on the Fashion Brands Applying the Characters)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine the consumer's behavior on the brands applying the characters by gender, age and residential district, and then to propose the future planning of brands applying the characters and distribution strategies. From Junior on middle school to forty-year olds were selected for this study and areas were grouped to five for comparing the residential distinction. The questionnaire was consisted with 25 questions. Nominal scale and 5-interval scale were used for analysis. The SPSS 12.0 was used to analyze the technical statistics such as average, frequency, t-test, ANOVA, and $x^2$. The results of this study were as follows : 1) The characters influenced on remembering the brand's name regardless gender, agen and residential district. 2) When consumer bought the brand with character, the most important factor is the brand name recognition. 3) It would be desirable to use the one or two mixed methods which express the characters on the clothes. 4) When they distribute the character brands, they would supply more feminine characters in 3rd district, more manly one in 4th district and less quantities in the 3rd and 4th district for lowering inventory. The next must be follow to succeed the character using strategy of fashion brands. It is needed to segment the target for new character creation of specific generation, and to grasp the point of the trend which oriented by the target, and to reflect what they like and what they feel sympathy on character image and brand concept.

  • Ischemic stroke has been the leading cause deaths and the critical disability. In addition, the clinical problem of ischemic stroke have the poor prognosis and high mortality rate. The study aim was to identify the incidence variation of ischemic stroke by days of the week and its relationship with residences in males. We analyzed 607 males patients with ischemic stroke diagnosed by magnetic resonance image or computerized tomography. They were admitted to the oriental hospital of Kyunghee, Daejeon, Wonkwang university. We analyzed the onset of ischemic stroke using a ${\chi}2$ test. The results showed significant weekly variation of ischemic stroke onset and the differences of weekly variation according to residences. A deeper knowlegde of the underlying weekly variation could be provide more effective insights for preventive approach.

유방의 침윤성 관암종에서 핵등급 기준으로서 핵크기의 의의 (The Significance of Nuclear Size in Nuclear Grade of Invasive Ductal Carcinoma of the Breast)

  • To make the objective standard of nuclear size ingrading nuclear pleomorphism of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast, we measured maximal nuclear diameter of tumor cells on imprint cytology slides and histologic sections from 65 cases by using computer-based image analysis system(Optimas 6.0). The maximal diameter of red blood cells were also measured to evaluate the ratio of maximal nuclear diameter of tumor cells to maximal diameter of red blood cells. The mean values of maximal nuclear diameter of tumor cells on imprint cytology slides and histologic sections were $7.56{\mu}m,\;7.53{\mu}m$ in nuclear grade 1, $8.92{\pm}0.98{\mu}m,\;9.02{\pm}0.74{\mu}m$ in nuclear grade 2, and $12.90{\pm}1.47{\mu}m,\;12.44{\pm}1.41{\mu}m$ in nuclear grade 3, respectively. There were no significant differences between values of imprint cytology and histologic section. The ratio of maximal nuclear diameter of tumor cells to maximal diameter of red blood cells were 1.3-1.4:1 in nuclear grade 1, 1.6-1.7:1 in nuclear grade 2, and 2.2-2.3:1 in nuclear grade 3. These values would be guidelines for grading nuclear pleomorphism of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast on routine surgical pathology work.

여성 노년층 소비자의 라이프스타일 유형에 따른 판매원 속성 중요도와 의류 점포평가기준 -서울지역 거주 60-70대 여성을 중심으로- (The Importance of Salesperson's Characteristics and Criteria for Clothing Store Evaluation in Terms of Elderly Female Consumer Lifestyles -Focus on Females in their 60's and 70's living in Seoul-)

  • This study classifies the lifestyle of elderly female consumers in their 60's and 70's and examines the influence of lifestyles on personal clothing purchase behavior. This paper classified the types of lifestyle and examined the influence of lifestyle types on the perceived importance of salesperson's characteristics and store evaluation criteria. A survey was conducted on 194 elderly females in their 60's and 70's living in Seoul. The SPSS 14.0 program was used to analyze the data. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, K-means cluster analysis, and one-way ANOVA followed by Duncan post hoc comparisons were conducted. The research results are as follow. First, in order to identify the lifestyle factors of elderly female consumers a factor analysis was conducted that indicated 9 factors. Second, as a result of the cluster analysis of lifestyle types, the respondents were classified into 'proactives', 'passive stagnants', 'independent misers', and 'conservative consumers'. Third, according to lifestyle, weight on 'appearance and image', 'professionalism', 'ethics', 'similarity', and 'customer orientation' abilities of the salesperson were significantly different. Fourth, in relation to the store evaluation criteria by lifestyle, a significant difference was found in the attention to 'physical service' by a salesperson.

전통 문화 가치관 특성에 따른 전통 디자인의 선호 및 구매 의도, 전통 디자인의 선호 스타일 이미지 (The Preference and Purchasing Intention of Traditional Design by Characteristics of Traditional Culture Values and Preferred Style Image of Traditional Design)

  • This study investigates the Korean loungewear market and the traditional culture values of consumers related to loungewear to examine the preference of Korean traditional details, sewing techniques in loungewear design, and purchasing intentions. A survey method was used in this study. A total of 230 self-administered questionnaires were obtained from female consumers and 214 data sets were used for analysis. For the analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, and ANOVA were executed with PASW Statistics 18.0 and a structural equation model was estimated by Amos 18.0. The results are as follows. Traditional culture values were classified into two dimensions, traditional succession value and traditional design preference value. In the structure equation model, the traditional design preference value had a significant effect on the preference and the traditional culture succession value had significant effect on purchase intention. The results proved that the preference on loungewear with Korean traditional elements is closely related to purchase intention. Consumer groups were divided into three groups by traditional culture values factor; traditional culture succession group, traditional design preference group, and traditional culture indifference group. Style preference images showed significant differences in relation to traditional culture groups. This study is for use as fundamental knowledge on traditional loungewear brand development and strategy planning by offering specific traditional culture aspects associated with preference and purchase intentions.
