웜홀 방식의 네트워크에서 경로전송을 기반으로 하는 효율적인 다중전송 알고리즘 (An Efficient Path-Based Multicast Algorithm in Wormhole-Routed Net works)

  • 본 논문에서는 웜홀 스위칭 방식을 이용하는 메쉬 구조를 갖는 네트워크에서 경로를 기반으로 하는 효율적인 다중전송 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 다중전송 알고리즘은 웜홀 스위칭 방식의 경로 기반 다중전송이 갖는 특성을 이용하고, 종래의 하나의 해밀톤 경로만 이용한 알고리즘의 단점을 극복한다. 제안한 다중전송 알고리즘은 2개의 각 가상채널에 해밀톤 경로를 사용하여 다중전송 메시지가 트래픽의 양에 따라 임의의 해밀톤 경로를 선택하여 전송하기 때문에 기존의 단일 해밀톤 경로를 사용한 방법보다 링크를 보다 효율적으로 사용하여 전반적인 성능을 향상시킨다. 그리곤 본 논문에서 제안한 다중전송 알고리즘이 교착 상태가 없음을 증명하고 기존의 방법에 비해서 약 15∼20%의 성능 향상을 보임을 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증하였다.

EQUIVARIANT EMBEDDING OF TWO-TORUS INTO SYMPLECTIC MANIFOLD

  • We show that there is an equivariant symplectic embedding of a two-torus with a nontrivial action into a symplectic manifold with a symplectic circle action if and only if the circle action on the manifold is non-Hamiltonian. This is a new equivalent condition for non-Hamiltonian action and gives us a new insight to solve the famous conjecture by Frankel and McDuff.

  • We get a theorem which shows the existence of at least four $2{\pi}$-periodic weak solutions for the bifurcation problem of the Hamiltonian system with the superquadratic nonlinearity. We obtain this result by using the variational method, the critical point theory induced from the limit relative category theory.

  • The existence of periodic solutions for the planar Hamiltonian systems with positively homogeneous Hamiltonian is discussed. The asymptotic expansion of the Poincar$\acute{e}$ map is calculated up to higher order and some sufficient conditions for the existence of periodic solutions are given in the case when the first order term of the Poincar$\acute{e}$ map is identically zero.

  • We investigate the number of the weak periodic solutions for the bifurcation problem of the Hamiltonian system with the superquadratic nonlinearity. We get one theorem which shows the existence of at least two weak periodic solutions for this system. We obtain this result by using variational method, critical point theory induced from the limit relative category theory.

  • For a connected graph G = (V, E), its inverse degree is defined as $\sum_{{\upsilon}{\in}{V}}^{}\frac{1}{d(\upsilon)}$. Using an upper bound for the inverse degree of a graph obtained by Cioabă in [4], we in this note present sufficient conditions for some Hamiltonian properties and k-connectivity of a graph.

  • We investigate the bounded weak solutions for the Hamiltonian system with bounded nonlinearity decaying at the origin and periodic condition. We get a theorem which shows the existence of the bounded weak periodic solution for this system. We obtain this result by using variational method, critical point theory for indefinite functional.

An Embedding of Multiple Edge-Disjoint Hamiltonian Cycles on Enhanced Pyramid Graphs

  • The enhanced pyramid graph was recently proposed as an interconnection network model in parallel processing for maximizing regularity in pyramid networks. We prove that there are two edge-disjoint Hamiltonian cycles in the enhanced pyramid networks. This investigation demonstrates its superior property in edge fault tolerance. This result is optimal in the sense that the minimum degree of the graph is only four.

  • We give a theorem of existence of six nontrivial solutions of the nonlinear Hamiltonian system $\.{z}$ = $J(H_z(t,z))$. For the proof of the theorem we use the critical point theory induced from the limit relative category of the torus with three holes and the finite dimensional reduction method.
