  • In this paper, we introduce the concept of fuzzy generalized topologies which are generalizations of smooth topologies and Chang's fuzzy topologies and obtain some basic properties of their structure. Also we introduce and study the concepts of fuzzy generalized continuity and weakly fuzzy generalized continuity.

  • The notion of bi-ideals in near-rings was effectively used to characterize the near-fields. Using this notion, various generalizations of regularity conditions have been studied. In this paper, we generalize further the notion of bi-ideals and introduce the notion of weak bi-ideals in near-rings and obtain various characterizations using the same in left self distributive near-rings.

  • In this thesis, we introduce and investigate the notions of a fuzzy strongly r-semineighborhood and a fuzzy strongly r-quasi-semineighborhood in fuzzy topological spaces which are generalizations of a fuzzy strongly semineighborhood and a fuzzy strongly quasi-semineighborhood, respectively.

  • In this paper, we give a result that maximum principles including Zorn's lemma can be regarded as various types of fixed point theorems. Our main application is that the well-known ordering principles in nonlinear analysis including the Bishop-Phelps argument and a number of its generalizations can be converted to fixed point theorems and vice versa. Consequently, we obtain new results and unify many known results.

  • Recently, Liu and Wang generalized Appell's and Lauricella's hypergeometric functions. Motivated by the work of Liu and Wang, the main object of this paper is to present new generalizations of Appell's and Lauricella's hypergeometric functions. Some integral representations, transformation formulae, differential formulae and recurrence relations are obtained for these new generalized Appell's and Lauricella's functions.

  • This paper investigates generalizations of weakening-free uninorm logics not assuming associativity of intensional conjunction (so called fusion) &, as non-associative fuzzy-relevance logics. First, the strong t-associative monoidal uninorm logic StAMUL and its schematic extensions are introduced as non-associative propositional fuzzy-relevance logics. (Non-associativity here means that, differently from classical logic, & is no longer associative.) Then the algebraic structures corresponding to the systems are defined, and algebraic completeness results for them are provided. Next, predicate calculi corresponding to the propositional systems introduced here are considered.

  • In this paper, we define the C-Stieltjes integral of the functions mapping an interval [a,b] into a Banach space X with respect to g on [a,b], and the C-Stieltjes representable operators for the vector-valued functions which are the generalizations of the Henstock-Stieltjes representable operators. Some properties of the C-Stieltjes operators and the convergence theorems of the C-Stieltjes integral are given.

  • Some new Lyapunov-type inequalities for a class of nonlinear differential systems, which are natural refinements and generalizations of the well-known Lyapunov inequality for linear second order differential equations, are given. The results of this paper cover some previous results on this topic.
