  • In this paper we deal with the optimal control problem for the semilinear functional differential equations with unbounded delays. We will also establish the regularity for solutions of the given system. By using the penalty function method we derive the optimal conditions for optimality of an admissible state-control pairs.

  • In this paper, we construct some results on the existence and regularity for solutions of neutral functional differential equations with unbounded principal operators in Hilbert spaces. In order to establish the existence and regularity for solutions of the neutral system by using fractional power of operators and the local Lipschtiz continuity of nonlinear term without using many of the strong restrictions considering in the previous literature.

  • This article aims to study the dynamical behaviours of a two species model in which non-selective harvesting of a prey-predator system by using a reasonable catch-rate function instead of usual catch-per-unit-effort hypothesis is used. A system of two ordinary differential equations(ODE's) has been proposed and analyzed with the predator functional response to prey density is considered as Hassell-Varley type functional responses to study the dynamics of the system. Positivity and boundedness of the system are studied. We have discussed the existence of different equilibrium points and stability of the system at these equilibrium points. We also analysed the system undergoes a Hopf-bifurcation around interior equilibrium point for a various parametric values which has very significant ecological impacts in this work. Computer simulation are carried out to validate our analytical findings. The biological implications of analytical and numerical findings are discussed critically.

  • In this paper we use measure theory to solve a wide range of second-order boundary value ordinary differential equations. First, we transform the problem to a first order system of ordinary differential equations(ODE's)and then define an optimization problem related to it. The new problem in modified into one consisting of the minimization of a linear functional over a set of Radon measures; the optimal measure is then approximated by a finite combination of atomic measures and the problem converted approximatly to a finite-dimensional linear programming problem. The solution to this problem is used to construct the approximate solution of the original problem. Finally we get the error functional E(we define in this paper) for the approximate solution of the ODE's problem.

  • The purpose of this paper is to introduce and study a class of coupled systems of fuzzy delay differential equations involving fuzzy initial values and fuzzy source functions of triangular type. We assume that these initial values and source functions are triangular fuzzy functions and define solutions of the coupled systems as a triangular fuzzy function matrix consisting of real functional matrices. The method of triangular fuzzy function, fractional steps and fuzzy terms separation are used to solve the problems. Furthermore, we prove existence and uniqueness of solution for the considered systems, and then a solution algorithm is proposed. Finally, we present an example to illustrate our main results and give some work that can be done later.

  • In this manuscript, we study the sufficient conditions for controllability of Volterra-Fredholm type fractional integro-differential systems in a Banach space. Fractional calculus and the fixed point theorem are used to derive the findings. Some examples are provided to illustrate the obtained results.

  • In this manuscript, we study the sufficient conditions for existence and uniqueness results of solutions of impulsive Hilfer fractional Volterra-Fredholm integro-differential equations with integral boundary conditions. Fractional calculus and Banach contraction theorem used to prove the uniqueness of results. Moreover, we also establish Hyers-Ulam stability for this problem. An example is also presented at the end.

  • The purpose of this paper is to design a robust controller for a class of time-varying systems with bounded disturbance described by the differential equation. The robust desiging method proposed in this paper, called "incentive design method" is different from developed designing methods in the past, and has following properties. The robust control law designed by this method can guarantee a certain value of the cost functional no matter how the disturbance vary within the given bounds. Here, the certain value of the cost functional may not be a saddle-point value, but is the value selected by a system designer. Therefore, the bounded disturbance has at least no bad effect on the value of the cost functional during finite interval of time. The method is based on the theory of incentive differential games. In addition, the form of control law is constructed by the system designer ahead of time. A numerical illustrative example is given in this paper. It is shown from this derivation and this numerical example that the approach developed in this paper is effective and feasible for some practical control problem.l problem.

  • We show the boundedness and uniform Lipschitz stability for the solutions to the functional perturbed differential system $$y^{\prime}=f(t,y)+{\normalsize\displaystyle\smashmargin{2}{\int\nolimits_{t_0}}^t}g(s,y(s),\;T_1y(s))ds+h(t,y(t),\;T_2y(t))$$, under perturbations. We impose conditions on the perturbed part ${\int_{t_0}^{t}}g(s,y(s)$, $T_1y(s))ds$, $h(t,y(t)$, $T_2y(t))$, and on the fundamental matrix of the unperturbed system y' = f(t, y) using the notion of h-stability.

  • In this paper, we study a linear system of homogeneous commensurate /incommensurate fractional-order differential equations by developing a new semi-analytical scheme. In particular, by decoupling the system into two fractional-order differential equations, so that the first equation of order (δ + γ), while the second equation depends on the solution for the first equation, we have solved the under consideration system, where 0 < δ, γ ≤ 1. With the help of using the Adomian decomposition method (ADM), we obtain the general solution. The efficiency of this method is verified by solving several numerical examples.
