본 연구는 최근 확산되고 있는 이러닝 학습 환경과 관련하여, 사이버가정학습의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 환경요인과 학습자요인으로 구분하고 이들의 구조적 관계를 밝히는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 충청북도와 대전에 위치한 초등학교 학생들을 대상으로 하여 1,784명에게 관련 요인에 대한 설문을 수집하였고 이를 바탕으로 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 사이버가정학습에서 학습자 요인과 환경요인은 높은 상관관계를 가지고 있으며, 학습자 요인보다 환경요인에 의해 사이버가정학습의 만족도가 좌우되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 학습자 개개인의 역량이나 특성보다도 효과적인 이러닝 학습 환경을 구성하는 것에 의해 학습 성취도가 보장될 수 있다는 점과, 한편으로 교사나 부모의 지도에 따라 사이버 가정학습에 참여하는 경우가 많고 주로 과제나 의무로 참여하기 때문에 학습자의 피동성이 반영된 결과로도 볼 수 있다. 이에 대한 후속연구의 필요성을 논의하였다.

This study examined size combination suitability of the underwear sets in home shopping and discussed the degree of consumer satisfaction as well as purchase criteria and evaluation after purchase of women's underwear. The survey was conducted from 1st to 15th September 2010 on a total of 300 women aged between 20 to 50, living in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do region who had bought women's underwear through home shopping. The completed data, 245 out of 300, was used for the final analysis. The analysis conducted in the study with SPSS statistics package includes frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, chi-square analysis, $t$-test, ANOVA and Duncan's Multiple Range test. Evaluation items on purchase criteria and evaluation after purchase were processed with factor analysis. The results of the present study showed that product differentiation strategies are required based on age in order to improve consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention in home shopping underwear. Moreover, most of underwear products sold in sets in home shopping are provided based on the brassiere size. As a result, women who do not fit into the home shopping underwear size combination may be less satisfied. When consumers choose their own brassier and briefs size or combinations of various brassier and briefs sizes, it would increase consumer satisfaction.

본 연구는 대학생의 개인특성에 따라 창업멘토링과 창업교육만족도, 창업의지에 미치는지 영향에 관한 연구를 알아보고, 대학생의 창업역량과 창업성과를 높이기 위한 방법을 도출하는 것이 주요한 목적이다. 이를 위해 광주지역 대학생 237명의 표본자료 통계처리는 SPSS 2.0 For Windows를 활용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 요인분석, 다중회귀분석 실시하였다. 혁신성을 제외한 개인적 특성요인은 창업멘토링, 창업교육만족도에 영향을 미치고, 창업멘토링은 창업교육만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 창업멘토링요인 중 역할모델기능만이 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고. 창업교육만족은 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 대학에서는 역량 있는 창업멘토를 선정하고, 대학생의 개인적 특성에 맞는 창업멘토링과 체계적인 창업교육 프로그램을 통해 창업의지와 창업성과를 높일 수 있다.

본 연구는 안경 프랜차이즈 산업에서 가맹사업자가 인지하는 가맹본부와의 의사소통, 지원, 갈등, 공정성과 같은 관계특성이 가맹본부와의 관계만족에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 안경 프랜차이즈 산업 가맹점들을 조사대상으로 한 실증분석 결과 의사 소통과 관계만족, 관계만족과 장기적 결속간의 가설들이 지지되었다. 공정성에 대해서는 선행연구와 다른 결과가 나타나서 이에 대한 현상적인 해석을 시도하였다. 이러한 결과에 따라 안경프랜차이즈 산업에서는 원활한 의사소통이 매우 중요하며, 이를 위해서는 가맹본부의 특성과 가맹사업자의 특성을 이해하고 이를 반영한 적합성에 대한 노력이 선행되어야 한다는 결론이 도출되었다.

연구의 목적은 미국 온라인 쇼핑몰에서의 고객 충성도에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 분석해보는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 사이트 품질, 사이트에 대한 만족, 태도 그리고 충성도의 관계를 살펴보기 위한 모형을 제안하고, 구조모형방정식을 통해 이를 검증하였다. 미국 소비자 280명의 샘플을 분석에 사용하였으며, AMOS 20.0을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 제안된 연구 모형은 비교적 양호한 적합도를 보였다. 사이트 품질 중 이용 용이성과 정보 품질은 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 특히 정보 품질은 태도에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 만족과 태도에 중요한 변수임을 확인하였다. 만족은 태도와 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 태도 역시 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 즉 사이트에 대한 고객 만족과 호의적인 태도 형성이 결국 사이트의 충성으로 이끌 것이라는 점을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 미국 소비자들의 e-충성도에 대한 이론적 시사점을 제시하였으며, 이를 토대로 실천적인 마케팅 전략이 제안될 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify Happiness index according to job satisfaction and interpersonal problems of dental hygienists in some regions Methods: The subjects of this study were dental hygienists working in dental hospitals in Busan and Gyeongnam. from 1 July 2021 to 30 August 2021 a number of total 198. The structured questionnaire was surveyed and analyzed by self- entry. The collected data were analyzed using an IBM SPSS ver. 20.0. Results: The interpersonal problem were higher in the group under 25 years of age, with, less than 1 year of experience and less than 2-4 year of experience. Happiness index were higher over than 31 year of age. the happiness index was higher in the age group 31 years or older, with more than 5 years of experience, more than 7 days of vacation, work intensity that was tolerable and difficult, and the group with an annual salary of 30 million won or more. the higher the job satisfaction, the lower the interpersonal problems, the happiness index of dental hygienists was high. Conclusions: In order to increase the happiness index of dental hygienists working at dental medical institutions, it is necessary to develop a program that can form amicable interpersonal relationships in the workplace of dental hygienists with little experience. In addition, increase the job satisfaction of dental hygienists, it is necessary to adjust the intensity of work to fit the individual's abilities and aptitudes, and to develop a work system so that dental hygienists can increase their pride in their profession by signing a reasonable salary.

본 연구는 중국에 진출한 글로벌 소매상을 대상으로 실증분석을 통해 서비스 마케팅믹스 요인이 현지고객의 만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향력을 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 근거로 3개의 연구가설을 설정한 후 구조방정식모형을 이용해 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 서비스 마케팅믹스 요인이 고객만족에 직접 영향을 미치고, 고객만족은 충성도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 서비스 마케팅믹스 요인이 충성도에 직접 영향을 미치지 않음으로써, 고객만족이 서비스 마케팅믹스와 충성도 간의 중대한 매개 역할을 한다고 판단할 수 있다. 또 서비스 마케팅믹스 7Ps 가운데 촉진을 제외한 다른 요인들은 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 비록 촉진요인의 신뢰도가 낮게 나타났지만, 글로벌 소매상들이 중국시장에 성공적으로 진출하기 위해서는 촉진을 포함한 서비스 마케팅믹스 요인을 현지 소비문화에 맞춰 적응 및 차별화할 필요가 있다는 점을 본 연구결과가 시사한다.

Currently, a lot of people are aware of their health and well-being, so they are concerned about their healthcare. 'Taekwondo' is one of the popular sports that Korean people are passionate about Taekwondo has also become globalized. The uniform of Taekwondo is gaining importance. Taekwondo involves a lot of movement, hence the pattern should facilitate the movement. In addition Taekwondo uniform pattern should meet the demands of functionality, fit and consumer design preferences. This study aimed to provide the basic data for development of Taekwondo uniform pattern based on design preferences and functionality to wearer satisfaction. The result of this method indicated fit and design details. Also, the length of pants, top, and sleeve was too wide, which has to more fitted for both of genders. For females, the breakpoint was too low, which requires some increase to make females feel more secure. In conclusion, the results of this study indicated that in order to increase 'Takwondo' value, Taekwondo uniform is required to be more fashionable and comfortable to wear, which could influence other sports wear.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the recognition of health information managers, and to analyze the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of medical record technicians. The data for this study were collected through a self-administered survey with a structured questionnaire to 172 subjects from medical record technicians working in hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province as well as the faculty of medical schools across South Korea. In this analysis frequency, t-test, ANOVA, factor analysis and structural equation model were used. The main findings of this study are as follows: 1. As for recognition of the seven dimensions in the role of health information managers, the role as clinical data specialist received the most positive feedback, followed by document & repository managers, patient information coordinators, health information managers, data quality managers, security officers and research & decision support analyst. 2. The level of job satisfaction among medical information handlers and managers averaged 3.14. In terms of the factors in the work environment concerned with job satisfaction, being able to work independently and as team players reached the top among 6 factors with the average of 3.39, followed by professional position, salary & rewards, expectations for job performance and administration. 3. The average rate of organizational commitment stood at 3.09. Respondents tend to be focused on present tasks rather than future-oriented tasks. 4. The result of the analysis based on the relationship between recognition as health information managers, job satisfaction and organizational commitment found that all analysis are statistically meaningful. The more the respondents were aware of their roles as health information managers, the more they tended to be committed to their work and satisfied with their work. The more the respondents were committed to their work, the more satisfaction was seen. The effects of recognition as health information managers on organizational commitment measured 0.27 and for job satisfaction it was 0.17. The effects of organizational commitment on job satisfaction stood at 0.71. The feasibility of the model meets the standard at Chi-square value of 66.755 and the P value of 0.057. The Normed Fit Index (NFI) of 0.930 was in compliance with the standard for model feasibility and the squared multiple correlation coefficient of this model was 8% in organizational commitment and 60% in job satisfaction.

본 연구는 일부 대학병원 행정직 종사자들의 인구사회학적특성, 건강관련행위특성 및 직업관련특성에 따른 직무만족도 수준을 알아보고, 특히, 조직 갈등과 직무만족도와의 관련성을 규명하고자 시도하였다. 조사대상은 D광역시에 소재하고 있는 4개 대학병원에 근무하고 있는 행정직 종사자 232명으로 하였으며, 자료 수집은 2019년 1월 10일부터 2월 15일까지의 기간 동안에 구조화된 무기명 자기기입식 설문지를 이용한 설문조사에 의하였다. 연구결과, 조사대상자의 직무만족도는 연령, 학력, BMI, 주관적인 수면의 질, 주관적인 건강상태, 직위, 월수입, 업무의 신체적 부담정도, 업무에 대한 만족도, 업무에 대한 적성여부, 직업전환의사여부에 따라서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 조사대상자의 조직 갈등에 따른 직무만족도는 조직 갈등이 높을수록 유의하게 낮았으며, 상관관계에서도 조직 갈등 점수가 높을수록 직무만족도 점수가 낮아지는 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 로지스틱회귀분석 결과, 직무만족도가 낮아질 위험비는 조직 갈등 점수가 낮은 군보다 높은 군으로 갈수록 유의하게 증가하였다. 위와 같은 연구결과는 대학병원 행정직 종사자들의 직무만족도는 조직 갈등과 유의한 관련성이 있음을 시사한다. 따라서 대학병원 행정직 종사자들의 직무만족도를 높이기 위해서는 조직 내 갈등을 해소할 수 있는 구체적인 방안이 마련될 필요가 있다고 생각 된다.
