  • Monofluoroiron(Ⅲ) tetraphenylporphyrin, Fe(TPP)F, and difluoroiron(Ⅲ) tetraphenylporphyrin, [Fe(TPP)F2]- were generated in a various non-aqueous solvents by the reaction between Fe(TPP)Cl and tetrabutylammonium fluoride TBAF 3H2O. Formation of the these complexes was detected by the appearance of the ν(F-Fe) (ν, stretching vibration) at 506 cm-1 for Fe(TPP)F and the ν(F-Fe-F) at 448 cm-1 for [Fe(TPP)F2]-, simultaneously, with 441.6 nm excitation by Resonance Raman (RR) spectroscopy. These assignments were confirmed by observed frequency shifts due to 56Fe/54Fe and TPP/TPP-d8/TPP-N15 isotopic substitutions. Difluoroiron complex is an iron(Ⅲ) high-spin complex with the oxidation sensitive band at 1347 cm-1 for ν4 and core size/spin state sensitive band at 1541 cm-1 for ν2.

  • Let R be a commutative ring with unity. If f(x) is a zero-divisor polynomial such that $f(x)=c_f f_1(x)$ with $c_f{\in}R$ and $f_1(x)$ is not zero-divisor, then $c_f$ is called an annihilating content for f(x). In this case $Ann(f)=Ann(c_f )$. We defined EM-rings to be rings with every zero-divisor polynomial having annihilating content. We showed that the class of EM-rings includes integral domains, principal ideal rings, and PP-rings, while it is included in Armendariz rings, and rings having a.c. condition. Some properties of EM-rings are studied and the zero-divisor graphs ${\Gamma}(R)$ and ${\Gamma}(R[x])$ are related if R was an EM-ring. Some properties of annihilating contents for polynomials are extended to formal power series rings.

  • For k = 1, 2, let $f_k=h_k+{\bar{g_k}}$ be normalized harmonic right half-plane or vertical strip mappings. We consider the convex combination ${\hat{f}}={\eta}f_1+(1-{\eta})f_2={\eta}h_1+(1-{\eta})h_2+{\overline{\bar{\eta}g_1+(1-\bar{\eta})g_2}}$ and the combination ${\tilde{f}}={\eta}h_1+(1-{\eta})h_2+{\overline{{\eta}g_1+(1-{\eta})g_2}}$. For real 𝜂, the two mappings ${\hat{f}}$ and ${\tilde{f}}$ are the same. We investigate the univalence and directional convexity of ${\hat{f}}$ and ${\tilde{f}}$ for 𝜂 ∈ ℂ. Some sufficient conditions are found for convexity of the combination ${\tilde{f}}$.

  • Earlier investigators have made detailed studies of geometric properties such as integrability, partial integrability, and invariants, such as the fundamental 2-form, of some canonical f-structures, such as f3 ± f = 0, on the frame bundle FM. Our aim is to study metallic structures on the frame bundle: polynomial structures of degree 2 satisfying F2 = pF +qI where p, q are positive integers. We introduce a tensor field Fα, α = 1, 2…, n on FM show that it is a metallic structure. Theorems on Nijenhuis tensor and integrability of metallic structure Fα on FM are also proved. Furthermore, the diagonal lifts gD and the fundamental 2-form Ωα of a metallic structure Fα on FM are established. Moreover, the integrability condition for horizontal lift FαH of a metallic structure Fα on FM is determined as an application. Finally, the golden structure that is a particular case of a metallic structure on FM is discussed as an example.

  • Let (Fn)n≥0 be the Fibonacci sequence and p be a prime number. For 1≤k≤m, the Fibonomial coefficient is defined as $$\[\array{m\\k}\]_F=\frac{F_{m-k+1}{\ldots}{F_{m-1}F_m}}{{F_1}{\ldots}{F_k}}$$ and $\[\array{m\\k}\]_F=0$ whan k>m. Let a and n be positive integers. In this paper, we find the conditions of prime number p which divides Fibonomial coefficient $\[\array{P^{a+n}\\{p^a}}\]_F$. Furthermore, we also find the conditions of p when $\[\array{P^{a+n}\\{p^a}}\]_F$ is not divisible by p.

  • In this paper, we investigate the [p, q] - φ order and [p, q] - φ type of f1 + f1, ${\frac{f_1}{f_2}}$ and f1 f1, where f1 and f1 are analytic or meromorphic functions with the same [p, q]-φ order and different [p, q]-φ type in the unit disc. Also, we study the [p, q]-φ order and [p, q]-φ type of different f and its derivative. At the end, we investigate the relationship between two different [p, q] - φ convergence exponents of f. We extend some earlier precedent well known results.

  • In this paper, by using the difference analogue of Nevanlinna's theory, the authors study the shared-value problem concerning two higher order difference operators of a transcendental entire function with finite order. The following conclusion is proved: Let f(z) be a finite order transcendental entire function such that λ(f - a(z)) < ρ(f), where a(z)(∈ S(f)) is an entire function and satisfies ρ(a(z)) < 1, and let 𝜂(∈ ℂ) be a constant such that ∆𝜂n+1 f(z) ≢ 0. If ∆𝜂n+1 f(z) and ∆𝜂n f(z) share ∆𝜂n a(z) CM, where ∆𝜂n a(z) ∈ S ∆𝜂n+1 f(z), then f(z) has a specific expression f(z) = a(z) + BeAz, where A and B are two non-zero constants and a(z) reduces to a constant.

  • Purpose: To evaluate the diagnostic value of $^{18}F$-FDG PET/CT for detection of bone metastasis in comparison with the efficacies of $^{18}F$-FDG PET/CT, CT, $^{18}F$-FDG PET and conventional planar bone scintigraphy in a series of cancer patients. Methods: Five hundred and thirty patients who underwent both $^{18}F$-FDG PET/CT and bone scintigraphy within 1 month were retrospectively analyzed. The skeletal system was classified into 10 anatomic segments and interpreted blindly and separately. For each modality, the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, PPV and NPV were calculated and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: Bone metastases were confirmed in 117 patients with 459 positive segments. On patient-based analysis, the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, PPV and NPV of $^{18}F$-FDG PET/CT were significantly higher than bone scintigraphy, CT and $^{18}F$-FDG PET (P<0.05). On segment-based analysis, the sensitivity of CT, bone scintigraphy, $^{18}F$-FDG PET and $^{18}F$-FDG PET/CT were 70.4%, 89.5%, 89.1% and 97.8%, respectively (P<0.05, compared with $^{18}F$-FDG PET/CT). The overall specificity and accuracy of the four modalities were 89.1%, 91.8%, 90.3%, 98.2% and 90.3%, 90.9%, 89.8%, 98.0%, respectively (P<0.05, compared with $^{18}F$-FDG PET/CT). The PPV and NPV were 89.8%, 87.6%, 85.6%, 97.2% and 85.6%, 93.2%, 92.8%, 98.6%, respectively. Three hundred and twelve lesions or segments were presented as lytic or sclerotic changes on CT images at the corresponding sites of increased $^{18}F$-FDG uptake. In lytic or mixed lesions, the sensitivity of $^{18}F$-FDG PET/CT and $^{18}F$-FDG PET were better than bone scintigraphy, while in osteoblastic lesions bone scintigraphy had a similar performance with $^{18}F$-FDG PET/CT but better than $^{18}F$-FDG PET alone. Conclusion: Our data allow the conclusion that $^{18}F$-FDG PET/CT is superior to planar bone scintigraphy, CT or $^{18}F$-FDG PET in detecting bone metastasis. $^{18}F$-FDG PET/CT may enhance our diagnosis of tumor bone metastasis and provide more information for cancer treatment.

  • In this study, sensitivity analysis of sediment transport scaling factors in Delft3D-Morphology was performed to examine the effect those parameters on simulation results of cross-shore profile changes. For numerical experiments, one-year wave time series data which were observed in 2018 on the Maengbang coast in Gangwon prefecture were applied as external force. Bathymetric data observed in January and October of the same year were used as initial bathymetric data and annual bathymetric change data, respectively. The simulation performance of the model was evaluated based on the Brier Skill Score index for each part by dividing an arbitrary cross section within the calculation domain into the onshore and offshore parts. As a result, it was found thet the fBED variable has a slight effect on the simulation results. The fBEDW and fSUSW variables show good simulation performance in onshore part when the value less than 0.5 is applied and vice versa. Among the experimental conditions, the optimal combinations of variables are fBED = 1.0, fBEDW = 1.0, fSUSW = 0.1 for the onshore region and fBED = 1.0, fBEDW = 1.0, fSUSW = 0.5 for the offshore region. However, since these combinations were derived based on the observation data on Maengbang beach in 2018, users should be careful when applying those results to other areas.

  • This study carried out to investigate selection response of pure line population of layer chicken. Data for two layer pure line of Single Comb White Leghorn were collected from 1986 to 1991. Primary selection criteria were egg number to 270 days of age (EN270), egg weight(BW270), body weight (BW270) at 270 days of age and the days of the 1st egg(SM). The results obtained in this study are summarized as follows ; 1. Mean phenotypic values of two strains were decreased by 1.94 day(K), 1.320ay(F) for SM and increased by 0.09g(K), -0.05g(F) for EW 270 and 0.56(K), -0.78(F) for EN270. 2. The ratio of a realized selection differential to expected selection differentials for SM (sexual maturity), EW 270, and BW 270 were not significantly decreased during 5 generations. 3. Heritability were estimated from sib analysis. The means of estimates were 0.28(F), 0.39(K) for BW270, and 0.25(F), 0.29(K) for EN270 and 0.51(F), 0.48(K) for EW270. 4. The genetic gains were estimated by method of selection index in retrospect on the basis of selection differentials. EN270 and EW270 were found to increase by 2.01(F), 2.25(K) and 0.54 (F), 0.65(K) per generation.
