The Changwon city which announced 2040 hydrogen policy vision is planning to establish the new hydrogen-centered city. The building of plant which is available to produce the 5 ton/day of liquid hydrogen is promoted as one of the projects in order to achieve the vision. However, the analysis in terms of local economic and environmental aspects is insufficient because this liquid hydrogen plant is the first in Korea. Therefore, in this study, the financial feasibility of the liquid hydrogen plant project was analyzed by reviewing the benefits of liquid hydrogen supply and environmental improvement, and the feasibility of this project has been investigated which is being built based on the hydrogen industrial plan of Changwon city.

Since viral haemorrhagic septicaemia virus (VHSV) was first reported in European rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) in the 1930s, it has caused high prices in freshwater and saltwater fish around the world, causing enormous economic damage to the aquaculture industry. We have been seeking required countermeasures against viruses because of economic damage to the aquaculture industry. However, commercial vaccines have the limitations of being costly to use in farms and being effective to only one pathogen. The aquaculture industry these days is taking on new alternatives to vaccines, antibiotics and chemicals. In this study, the suitability of antiviral effects against VHSV was evaluated in vitro for various plant extracts to judge their effectiveness. Atriplex gmelinii, Ixeris repens, Arctium lappa, and Sargassum coreanum were tested to know the correlation between the amount of virus and the concentration of extract investigates if these extracts have antiviral effects. Virus and extracts at various concentrations were inoculated simultaneously as 1:1 ratio into EPC cell lines. There are no antiviral effects with Atriplex gmelinii, Ixeris repens and Arctium lappa. Extract of Sargassum coreanum only has the antiviral activity in a dose-dependent manner. These results show that extract of Sargassum coreanum can be used in aquaculture industry as an antiviral materials.

In order to understand the economic damage of economic sanctions on trade between Korea and Russia, a trade structure analysis was conducted through statistics on import and export trade between Korea and Russia. Through the structural analysis of product trade, we tried to accurately analyze the current status of product trade between Korea and Russia. In the trade structure analysis, it was confirmed that the trade in goods between Korea and Russia decreased the most in market share and trade concentration. However, trade specialization, comparative advantage by market, and intra-industry trade index were not significantly affected despite strong economic sanctions. from Russia's point of view Smart measures are needed to address the current situation to avoid a greater economic downturn. The end of the war and the restoration of partnership with other countries are considered the most beneficial solutions for Russia and all countries, but it is difficult to predict how the war will go or what economic situation Russia will be in after the war.

오늘날 세계는 네 번째 산업혁명을 일으킬 신기술의 시대를 맞이하였고, 이는 'Industry 4.0'으로 통한다. Industry 4.0은 산업을 구성하는 다양한 요소가 서로 의사소통을 할 수 있는 스마트 체인을 구축하는데 기반을 두기 때문에 경제, 사회, 기술, 법률 등 다양한 측면에서 높은 불확실성이 존재한다. 위와 같은 사실을 바탕으로 본 논문에서는 Industry 4.0의 기본개념 수립 및 기능수행 시 발생하는 부정적 측면을 최소화시키기 위하여 선행연구자들의 연구를 바탕으로 한국 중소제조기업의 대응방안을 찾기 위한 연구를 하였다. 그 결과 Industry 4.0의 불확실성을 다양한 측면에서 정확하게 파악하고 대처하기 위한 노력을 한다면, Industry 4.0의 심장부에 해당하는 스마트 공장을 통해 기업의 영업이익 증대 및 국가의 경제성장을 이루는데 도움이 될 것이다.

This study analyzes economic feasibility by looking at the case of wastewater reclamation and reuse system of Osan, the only place currently operated in Korea, exploiting wastewater uniquely reused as industrial water. Furthermore, this paper examines the problem in wastewater recycling and present the method to expand the potential of using reclaimed water. Method to activate the reuse of wastewater as industrial water. First, it is required to provide self-governing body and demander with diverse information on this project so that they correctly recognize the reuse of wastewater as industrial water. Second, law should be amended so that the water quality requirement of reused water can be given in the national level to supply industrial water depending on right standard. Third, financial support should be expanded in diverse parts so that more private investment advantageous to investor can be made, for instance, BTL, BTO.

Working onboard large ocean-going vessels is one of many industries that is by its very nature extremely errorprovoking. In industries such as aviation, nuclear power, healthcare and transport, the need for mental preparedness and professionalism are amongst the qualities essential for the management of complex hazardous systems. Recruiting, training, and more importantly retaining the right people to work in these industries is of paramount importance if safety is to be continuously improved and economic benefits realized. Through consideration of extant empirical literature this paper will explore the need for enhancing collaboration between shipping companies and maritime training institutes in order to provide the industry with those most capable for the job. It will be concluded that by providing a strong maritime foundation from the outset of training, maritime academies in South Korea can provide shipping companies with a wealth of highly qualified, motivated officers who will contribute to safety and remain valuable assets within the industry for years to come.

There are many type vehicles in army. They are jeep and truck by basic type. Recently many countries are developing new conceptual military vehicles. And they try for export of those military vehicles to another countries. Also Korea Army is developing military tactical and combat vehicles, and considering various necessary factors for export. But as easing the cold war system tension and reducing of defense budget, decrease in quantity of military vehicles. We think this trend is accelerative. Therefore Government(Military) and defense industry make every effort to increasing sales and productions. In this study, I'll inquire '2013~2017 basic plan for defense industry promotion' for strengthen the power of international competitiveness, and then suggest the increasing method for productions of military vehicles.

해양레저산업의 활성화를 위해 해양레저선박의 신규노선 개설을 위해서 적절한 수익성을 사전에 검토하기 위한 경제적 가치 추정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 경기바다 이용객들을 대상으로 신규 해양레저선박에 대한 지불의사를 파악하고 이를 통한 경제적 가치를 추정하고자 한다. 이를 위해 조건부가치측정법을 이용하여 지불의사금액을 추정하고, 이용요금 지불에 영향을 미치는 유의한 요인들에 대해 분석하였다. 연구결과 평균 지불의사금액은 25,510원이 추정되었으며, "섬 방문경험"과 "이동수단에 대한 만족도" 요인등이 지불의사에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다.

Recently, the small shipyard companies have difficulties that causes by depression of shipbuilding industry. The small shipyard companies need some strategies to overcome the slump in shipbuilding industry field. In this paper, we conduct the survey for present condition diagnosis of small shipyard companies, and analyze the production process based on Information Strategy Planning(ISP) method. When analyze based on ISP, we apply IDEF0 and LOVC technique to analyze the production process of small shipyard companies. Also we conduct the gap analysis between the analyzed present condition and the requirements of improvement. Therefore, the most important result of the analysis is to establish a system for enterprise planning and management, which customized for small shipyard companies, with satisfying economic feasibility and usability.
