해변리조트의 계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on Planning of Seaside Resorts)

  • This study is to set up some models and make plans of the seaside resorts at coastal area in Korea. In order to do this we analyse the characteristics of east, south and west coastal areas of Korean peninsula. And we divide coastal areas into three categories, such as suburban area, fishing village area, and island area, according to their development phases and the distances from nearby big cities. Three types of seaside resort model for three categories of coastal areas are set up. At last we make site plans and images of three types of seaside resort model.

Remediation capabilities of pilot-scale wetlands planted with Typha aungstifolia and Acorus calamus to treat landfill leachate

  • Improper management and unsanitary approaches are implemented in disposal of leachate, which has resulted in groundwater pollution at village Uruli Devachi, Pune, India. Various physico-chemical treatment methods are commercially available for leachate treatment. However, the application of biological methods viz. phytoremediation to the municipal solid waste landfill leachate has been limited. We report the remediation ability of Typha aungstifolia and Acrorus calamus that is capable of reducing hazardous constituents from the landfill leachate. After 96 h of hydraulic retention time (HRT), it was observed that T. aungstifolia-treated sample showed high reduction potential in reducing biochemical oxygen demand, chemical oxygen demand, hardness, total dissolved solids, Na, Mg, Ca and Ni whereas A. calamus showed greater reduction capacity for alkalinity, Cl, Cu, Zn and Cr. Furthermore, it was also observed that T. aungstifolia withstood longer HRT than A. calamus. In situ application of T. aungstifolia and A. calamus for remediation of landfill leachate carries a tremendous potential that needs to be further explored.

유기농업단지 주요경관요소의 물리적 관리방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Morphological Management of Major Landscape Elements in Organic Farming)

  • Up to date, the majority research on the major landscape elements in organic farming has been mainly focused on the practice of seeking efficiency. The problem is that this type of study contributes to polluting the agricultural environment and damaging the ecological circulation system. As an alternative, there is a growing body of research on organic farming, but it is not widely applied that research on how to manage the landscape considering the scenic characteristics of farming villages practicing organic farming. Therefore, this study was carried out in the conservative aspects of rural landscapes in order to effectively manage the landscape of organic agriculture and, intended to be used to maintain and preserve natural and ecologically harmonious landscapes by deriving management methods suitable for landscape elements targeting the major landscape elements of the organic farming complex. To carry out, this study performed the experts survey which is composed of 13 major landscape elements, including rice paddies and fields, monoculture and diverse crops, dirt roads, windbreak trees, accent planting, dum-bung(small pond), natural small river, natural waterways, plastic film houses, one-storied houses, and pavilion. As a result, Farm land was formed in a square shape, concentrated in an independent space, planted companion plants around the crop, and covered with plants to manage the borders. As for the surrounding environment, it was analyzed that the aspart road system circulating through the village, the evergreen broad-leaved windbreak forest around the cultivated land, and the accent plant located at the entrance of the village were suitable. The hydrological environment consists of Round small pond made of stone in an open space, natural rivers around the village, and natural channels around the farmland, and The Major facilities are suitable for greenhouses that are shielded by plants in independent regions, and wooden duck houses located inside the cultivation area are suitable and The settlement facilities were analyzed to be suitable for single-story brick houses located in independent residential areas, pavilion located with greenery in the center of the village, and educational spaces shielded with wood from arable land. If supplementary evaluation criteria suitable for the management of organic farming landscape are additionally supplemented based on the results derived from this study, It is expected to enhance the landscape value of ecologically superior organic farming.

한국 마을숲 생태계 취약요소 발굴 및 취약성 평가 (The Development of Vulnerable Elements and Assessment of Vulnerability of Maeul-soop Ecosystem in Korea)

  • 마을숲은 역사적, 문화적으로 한국 전통 마을경관의 핵심요소이다. 그러나 근대 이후 다양한 영향으로 많은 수의 마을숲이 소실되었거나 쇠퇴되고 있는 실정이다. 역사적, 문화적, 생태적 다양한 보전가치를 가진 마을숲의 체계적 보전 및 복원을 위한 관심과 노력이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구는 한국 전역에 분포하고 있는 499개의 마을숲에 대하여 구성 식물종 및 서식처, 입지 특성 등을 바탕으로 국내 마을숲에 대한 생태학적 복원 및 지속가능한 이용과 관리 등에 관한 정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 마을숲 생태계를 위협하는 대표적인 6가지 범주의 위협요인을 발굴하고 각 요인별 영향력을 평가하였다. 마을숲 생태계 취약성에 미치는 영향의 정도에 대해 위협요인별 가중치 평가를 AHP 분석기법을 이용하여 보다 입체적으로 분석하였다. AHP 분석기법을 이용한 평가결과 6가지 범주 가운데 면적 축소가 국내 마을숲의 존립에 가장 큰 위협요인으로 지목되었다. 그 다음으로 지형, 토양환경 변화가 마을숲 생태계를 질적으로 변화시키는 위협 요인으로 고려되었다. 식생의 구조와 질적 변화는 서식처 변화보다 마을숲 소실 및 쇠퇴에 낮은 영향을 미칠 것으로 평가되었다. 각 요인별 가중치를 바탕으로 100점을 최고점으로 수치를 환산한 평가틀을 이용하여 마을숲에 대한 취약성 평가가 이루어졌다. 국내 마을숲의 취약성 평가결과 가장 빈도 높은 값을 보이는 등급은 III등급이며, 낮은 등급에서 높은 등급으로 정규분포 경향을 보였다. 높은 자연성을 보이는 I등급의 마을숲이 38개소 존재했으며, 취약요인들에 의해 마을숲 존폐를 위협받는 V등급의 마을숲도 10개소 확인되었다. 각 마을숲별 취약성 평가결과에서도 국내 마을숲의 지속가능성 보장을 위해 마을숲 고유의 면적 회복이 최우선 과제로 대두되었다. 국가 중요 생태자원으로서 각각의 취약요소별 국가수준의 생태적 대응전략 마련이 필요한 것으로 확인되었다.

농사풀이농악의 춤특성 - 갑비고차농악을 중심으로 - (Dance Characteristics of Nongsapul-inong-ag)

  • 많은 현대인들에게 전통예술은 상당히 오래전 사람들의 삶의 모습으로 인식되는 경우가 많다. 그러나 실제 우리의 전통예술은 짧게는 한 세대나 두 세대, 혹은 채 100년도 되지 않던 시기에 선대로부터 전승되던 예술이며 삶의 모습이다. 그러나 현대의 변화되는 사회적 가치관에 따라 전통예술은 그 고유의 기능과 의미가 변화되거나 소멸되는 경우가 많다. 4차 산업혁명의 도래는 문명적 편리함을 제공하는 반면 인문학적 생태환경은 위기에 처해 있다. 따라서 우리의 문화예술 생태기반을 살펴보는 것은 궁극적으로 미래의 풍요로운 삶을 준비하기 위해서이다. 따라서 바람직한 문화생태계를 구축하는 것은 전통예술을 올곧게 전승하는 것에서부터 시작된다. 본 연구는 농사풀이농악의 연행형태를 유지하는 갑비고차농악의 춤 특성을 살펴보았다. 두 차례에 걸친 현장연구와 영상분석연구를 통해 갑비고차농악이 마을 공동체 구성원의 연대와 협력을 강화하고, 공동체의 정체성을 공유하는 전통적인 농악의 특성을 잘 유지하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 갑비고차농악은 순리에 입각한 역학적인 춤동작, 최소한의 동작구로 이루어진 모방적 춤동작, 반복적 춤동작, 소통적 춤동작을 통해 마을 공동체의 구성원들의 참여를 독려하고, 점층적인 추진력을 통한 구성의 변화로써 구성원 간의 신바람을 이끌어내고 있었다. 갑비고차농악은 세련되거나 정교하지는 않았지만 문명의 신속함과 편리함으로부터 느림의 미학과 여백의 미학을 생성하여 따뜻한 감성으로 공동체 구성원 간의 조화를 이끌어낼 수 있는 춤의 구조를 갖고 있었다. 이러한 춤의 구조는 경향류의 춤의 전형을 구축하는데 매우 중요한 논의가 될 것이다. 추후의 논의를 통해 전통 춤의 보편적이고 개별적인 전형을 세우는 데 학술적 노력을 계속해야 할 것이다.

수공간 조성을 통한 도시의 열섬현상 저감효과 분석 - 대전시 노은지구 열매마을아파트를 중심으로 - (Analysis on the Mitigation Effects of Urban Heat Island through Creation of Water Space - A case study of Yeol-Mae village Apt in Daejeon's Noeun District -)

  • The overall aim of this study is to mitigate urban environmental problems. In particular, to reduce the effects of urban heat island phenomenon which is one of the urban planning perspective. This study focused on the analysis of the relationship between the urban heat island effect and the thermal and wind properties. To do this analysis, water space was virtually made at Yeol_Mae village Apt. Because it is very difficult to set up water space for the existing apartment complexes due to realistic constraints. This study, therefore has a strong sort of guidelines to create water space for newly formed city. It was based on the concept of virtual city through an in-depth analysis on reduction of urban heat island effects for the existing apartment along with creation of water space. To analysis site, Envi-Met Model developed by Michael Bruse was used. The results are as follows. The temperature went from 298.9K to 297.82K and The wind speed went from 1.42m/s to 1.43m/s. The results are slight in this study because creation of water space is planned to a small area of an apartment complex. But if the water space would be applied to a whole city, the mitigation effect of urban heat island would be bigger.

농촌마을 소택형습지 실태 분석을 통한 관리 및 활용방안 연구 (The Study on the Management and Application through Analysis of Actual Condition of Palustrine Wetland in Rural Area)

  • This study was accompanied to develop the management and application plans as resources for rural tourism through the analysis of distribution characteristics, inhabitants' practical use, need item for management and application, and aesthetic/recreation function of Palustrine wetland in rural area. The 2.3 Palustrine wetland per farm village were located, and 77.5% of total wetland was used by agricultural water, landscape, rural tourism The management and water quality were steadily getting better in used wetland than in unused wetland. Also, 91.8% of respondents answered that there is a practical use plan afterward, and much preferred the mode of ecotourism through restoration of ecological wetland. As the results from the appropriateness evaluation of management and application in used wetland for ecotourism, improvement item was required in observation deck, entrance lane, guidance facilities etc. And, insufficient result was deduced in appropriateness of operation program and special learning course, and in participation of inhabitants and experts. The result of evaluation of the aesthetic and recreation functions generally appeared high, but the need improvement item was required in artificial water wall and plantation base that deteriorate biological diversity. These results will be used to data for conservation, management and practical use of wetland, an important natural resource in farm village, which are confronted in crisis of land reclamation by use reduction of use and false management.

Influence of plant on distribution of an endangered butterfly, Leptalina unicolor (Bremer & Grey, 1853), in restored riverside areas along the Geum River

  • Background: The dramatic worldwide decline in the butterfly species Leptalina unicolor (Bremer & Grey) is largely the result of continuous habitat decline and disturbance by humans. The discovery of a narrow habitat in riverside wetlands utilized by L. unicolor raises the hope that such restricted key areas could be rather easily protected. Results: Here, we explain the environmental variables and habitat characteristics that primarily influence the distribution of L. unicolor discovered at the riverside areas along the Geum River. L. unicolor larvae were found at 9 of 13 study sites, and their abundance was strongly positively correlated with plant biomass. Our investigation showed that among four plant species (Miscanthus sinensis, Spodiopogon cotulifer, Setaria viridis, and Imperata cylindrica), L. unicolor larvae were the most abundant on the leaves of M. sinensis. They were not abundant on the leaves of S. cotulifer, S. viridis, or I. cylindrica. Interestingly, the number of L. unicolor larvae was positively correlated with the coverage area ($m^2$) of M. sinensis (F = 41.7, $r^2=0.74$, P < 0.0001). Conclusions: It appears that water (e.g., wetlands, ponds, and watersides) located along the riverside areas along the Geum River is important for the constant maintenance and conservation of L. unicolor. This is based on the habitat characteristics (water preference) of M. sinensis, which is used as a habitat by L. unicolor larvae. However, the waterside is dry and terrestrialization is in progress owing to the decreased water levels and water supply caused by an opened weir. Hereafter, this area will likely require management to secure a stable habitat for L. unicolor.

수변 농촌 마을의 경관 자원 우수성 평가 방안에 관한 연구 - 한강 유역 수변 농촌 마을 사례적용 - (Landscape Resources Evaluation strategy of rural waterfront villages - An application to a rural waterfront village along the Han river -)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest a landscape resources evaluation strategy of rural waterfront villages along the river. This strategy consists of three phases: 1) an evaluation of rural amenity landscape resources, 2) an evaluation of water landscape resources, and 3) development of a positioning map based on the results of phase 1) and 2) the study result as follows. First, the evaluation method used in phase 1) was modified as a set of proposed evaluation indicators to assess development potential on rural waterfront villages. Second, to evaluate water landscape resources in rural waterfront villages, a series of evaluation index was developed including water area, diversity of water resources, biodiversity, and landscape quality. And the last, the positioning map showed relative position of waterfront villages obtained from two evaluation results: rural amenity landscape resources and water landscape resources. The study examined the proposed strategy as a possible alternative to evaluate landscape quality to 398 rural waterfront villages along the Han River. Landscape resources evaluation strategy proposed here could contribute to government officials and planners to operate systematic planning and management of rural waterfront villages.

농촌경관 보전 및 관리를 위한 경관자원 분류 및 평가에 관한 연구 - 농촌마을종합개발사업을 중심으로 - (A Study on Assessment and Classification about Rural Landscape Resources - Centered on Comprehensive Development Project of Rural Village -)

  • The objective of this study is to suggest a planning direction for the management and conservation of a rural landscape. For suggesting the planning direction, this study was classified rural landscape resources based on spatial type to understand the assessment of rural landscape. This study examined literature reviews and site investigations for collecting the data on the resources of a rural landscape to maintain rurality. First above all, it was classified into physical and non-physical resources. Non-Physical resources include elements such as inhabitants' will, leaders' will and the software. It is also to reflect all these factors on the planning. Next, this study classified the resources of a landscape into artificial and natural resources and applied these resources to rural areas which were divided into five types: industry area, life area, natural landscape area, program area and human behavior area. The pictures obtained from this field survey were used for a questionnaire survey to understand the value of a rural landscape. The contents of questionnaire survey were divided into two parts: the presentation condition of a rural land-scape and assessment of a rural landscape. Especially, the value of a rural landscape was divided into the ecological value, socio-cultural value and holistic value.
