  • As the Yoon Seok-yeol administration enters its second year in office, it is beginning to vigorously promote policies related to the "digital platform government," which is the 11th of the 120 national tasks. Accordingly, the Digital Platform Government Committee established and reported the 'Digital Platform Government Realization Plan' to the President in April 2023, and the 「Act on Provision and Use of Public Data」 and 「Data An amendment to the Act on the Vitalization of Infrastructure Administration" was submitted to the National Assembly in June 2023. In addition, the 「Regulations on the Promotion of Administrative Efficiency and Collaboration」, which is a Presidential Decree, was revised to 「Regulations on Operation and Innovation of Administrative Affairs」, including the name change, to effectively promote innovation in administrative work, and was completed on June 27, 2023. Therefore, this study aims to examine the trends of public institutions related to the digital platform government as a government task, and discuss whether the recent trends will affect the management of institutional records. Indications to respond to the government's digital platform, which is leading the way, it was emphasized that the operation of the current Medical Records Act is strange.

  • This study investigated whether the model attributes of VR Ads (3D effect, presence, Dynamics, Amusement) affect the attitude of the advertising. We also examined the mediating role of consumer's innovation in the model attributes and advertising attitude of VR advertisements. To do this, VR equipment was used to induce real advertisers to experience advertisements. The causal relationship between variables was examined through covariance structure analysis. The results are as follows. First, all independent variables of the VR advertising model have a positive effect on the consumer's innovation. Second, the 3D effect, Amusement of the VR advertising model have a positive effect on the attitude of the advertising. Third, the effects of the VR advertising model on all variables are mediated by the consumer's innovation of the VR advertisement. The results of this study provide implications for understanding the characteristics of VR Ads.

  • The information technology, in the digital economy era, does a very important role not only for the country's administrative management innovation but also for the business and for the everyday life. Specifically, the e-business for the company or organization is defined as "using the Internet and IT, rescheduling of business process management activities to increase productivity and efficiency and to create new business opportunities." Thanks to the Korea's recent efforts, overall level of informatization and digitalization is able to receive high praise. But the e-business readiness (e-readiness) level is still expected a lot of room for improvement. In this paper, I try to analyze the informatization level of Korea's by the EIU's e-business readiness index and IT industry competitiveness index, to prepare a full-scale e-business era of global competitiveness through any preparation that could do to improve the situation from the analysis of statistical data.

  • This study aims to identify consumer motivations of open innovation project participation from digital transformation perspective. By extending a traditional intrinsic/extrinsic motivation framework, we propose a three-dimensional perspective of the self-driven, firm-driven, and sociality-driven motivations. This reveals the significance of the social effects of open innovation projects as an example of digital transformation by categorizing the motivations based on the 'influencer' of the motivation building and by highlighting the importance of sociality as an influencer. As a result, self-efficacy is identified as a key motivation when the influencer exists internally. Economic incentive and firm reputation are identified when the influencer exists externally. Finally, competition, peer evaluation and social contributions are identified when the influencer exists socially. The role of knowledge type sought through innovation projects is further introduced to explain its moderating effects on motivations. The study is validated in two steps. First, we investigate four cases of open innovation projects and examine what motivations are highlighted in each context. Second, we collect survey data from 203 online game users and ask them on their motivations. The results confirm most of our hypotheses and highlight the significance of sociality in the knowledge-seeking process in open innovation projects. This study largely contributes to digital transformation literature by extending the view of motivation and examining the moderating role of knowledge involved in the projects.

  • This study is a comparatively analyzes innovation tools for developing appropriate business models according to the types of convergence. Firstly, it examines previous studies on the type of convergence, business models, and innovation tools. Based on the understanding of each topic through literature search, it introduces Convergence-Business-Innovation Tools Cube (CBI Cube) model with the concept of developing innovative business models by applying innovation tools under the condition of convergence. In order to quantify (concretize) the concept, we have compared the relative priority of innovation tools for developing business models to find component factors of CBI Cube model through the survey of an expert group by adopting DelPhi method and AHP method. From the result of this study, we expect to be able to make an easier approach to the development of innovative products, services and market as it allo ws to develop business models of value innovation beyond just benchmarking or simple imitation of existing business models.

  • This study suggests external knowledge search as a way of creating knowledge and efforts for reaching out to the innovation and examines the relationship between innovation speed and the breadth and depth of external knowledge search. As a part of efforts to overcome the limitations of the routines of external knowledge search in the domestic market, the efforts of a firm to enter the foreign market have been examined with a moderate effect. Although previous research focused on exploration of external knowledge that is mostly effected in single country or similar industry, this study expands it by introducing the concept of market expansion and empirically inspect the interaction effect. 818 valid samples used in this study are based on the innovation survey published by STEPI and empirical results are as follows. First, the breadth and depth of external knowledge search have a positive impact on innovation speed. Second, export performance as the effect of expanding the market has a moderating effect on the speed of innovation. Third, younger companies prefer various networks while older companies prefer depth networks in order to increase the speed.

A survey was conducted and analyzed on small & medium manufacturing companies in Korea with the following result of the study. First, the fitness of entrepreneurship and dynamic capabilities, the fitness of dynamic capabilities and innovation activities, the fitness of entrepreneurship and innovation activities have a significant effect on business performance respectively. Second, the fitness of all the three variables also has a significant positive effect on the performance. Additional path analysis shows that dynamic capabilities and innovation activities have mediating roles between entrepreneurship and business performance. The results imply that not only each of the entrepreneurship, dynamic capabilities, and innovation activities has a positive effect on business performance but also the three factors in harmony have a synergic positive effect on the business performance.

In order to achieve this purpose, the results of the learning satisfaction survey of a total of 470 students who took the digital innovation sharing university classes in the new energy industry were analyzed in both quantitative and qualitative methods. As a result of quantitative analysis, students' learning satisfaction was generally above average, and they were particularly satisfied with the setting and operation of educational goals. In addition, it was found that students' learning satisfaction had a statistically significant effect on students' core competencies. As a result of the qualitative analysis, it was possible to confirm the direction of improvement of the curriculum in the areas of function, operation, and content. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the digital innovation sharing university curriculum quality management feedback system will be prepared in the future, and it will be the foundation for the continuous establishment of the curriculum quality management system.
